      • 강둑여과수를 이용한 정수처리 공정별 수질의 변이원성 평가

        ABSTRACT Much of the public health concern about this topic originated after the detection of carcinogenic and/or mutagenic compounds in surface water including drinking waters. Such presence of mutagenic substances in river water brings about the possibility of causing hazardous effects on not only aquatic organisms but also human health itself. To secure the safety of drinking water, it should be necessary to monitor these micropollutants. Mutagenicity Test, in this bioassay, should produce at least twice the number of revertants as concurrent negative controls and provide a clear dose-response relationship. In this result, Nakdong River was polluted by the frame-shift mutagenic and hydrophilc compounds. To improve its quality, surface water may be treated in different ways. Several processes, such as bank filtration, coagulation, ozonation and activated carbon adsorption can be used to remove natural and sythetic organic compounds.

      • 중년여성의 운동 예측모형

        This study was conducted to test the hypothetical model designed to explain exercise behavior of middle-aged women. This hypothetical model was based on behavior-related theories and exercise-related literature. Exogenous variables were exercise habit and perceived subjective norm. Endogenous variables were exercise benefit, exercise barrier, exercise-related affect, exercise self-efficacy, exercise intention, and exercise. A convenience sample of 152 middle-aged women was studied. SAS PC Program and LISREL 8.12a program were used for descriptive statistics and linear structural relationship(LISREL) modeling. The results were as follows. 1)The overall fit of the hypothetical model was acceptable(χ2 34.86(p=0.0015), χ2/df 2.49, RMSEA 0.09, standardized RMR 0.05, GFI 0.95, AGFI 0.85, NFI 0.92, NNFI 0.87, CFI 0.95). 2)The results of statistical testing of hypotheses were as follows. (1)The varibles in this hypothetical model explained 95% of the variance of the exercise behavior. (2)Habit was the most important variable to explain exercise behavior, followed by self-efficacy, barrier, affect and benefit. Subjective norm and intention were not significant predictors of exercise behavior. Habit and self-efficacy had a significant direct effect on exercise behavior. Barrier and intention did not directly influence on exercise behavior. Habit, benefit, barrier and affect had a significant indirect effect on exercise behavior through other variables in this hypothetical model. Norm had no indirect effect on exercise behavior. (3)The direct path between habit and benefit, habit and barrier, habit and self-efficacy, norm and barrier, benefit and affect, barrier and self-efficacy, and affect and self-efficacy were significant. The indirect path between habit and affect, habit and self-efficacy, benefit and self-efficacy, benefit and intention were significant. In conclusion, this study verified that the hypothetical model constructed in this study could be used effectively as a reference for further structural modeling or interventional studies.

      • Anoxic-oxic 및 Step-feed process에 있어서의 생물학적 질소제거 Modeling

        본 연구는 WQM MODEL에 의해서 Anoxic-oxic process와 Step-feed process 각 Unit에서의 TN 유출수를 계산하였고 실 처리장의 측정치와 비교분석하였다. Simulation도중에서 bugs나 logic error는 발생하지 않았다. 또한 모든 simulation결과치는 두번 행한 값이고 이 값들은 매우 유사한 값을 나타내어 본 모델이 좋은 재현상을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 몇 개의 simulation결과치가 실 처리장의 측정치와 다소 차이가 있었으나 이것은 실 처리장의 유입수질의 부족하였기 때문에 발생한 것이라고 생각된다. 그러나 전반적으로는 실 처리장의 측정치와 좋은 상관관계를 보이고 있어 본 모델이 신뢰성을 보이고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 모델을 이용하여 Anoxic-oxic process와 Step-feed process의 실 처리장에서 TN유출수를 ±4.92 mg/ℓ안에서 예측 가능함을 나타냈다. Two activated sludge methods of anoxic-oxic and step-feed process were analyzed numerically for the each unit and final TN effluent by WQM MODEL and the results were compared with several measured data from these WWTPs. No bugs and logic error were occurred during simulation work. All of the simulation results tried to two times were obtained and both results were almost same thus this model has good reappearance. A few of simulation results were deviated with measured data because lack of influent water qualities are reported however simulation results have wholly good relationship with measured data. Also each unit of simulation result was kept good realtionship with that of measured data therefore this WQM MODEL has good reliance. Finally, WQM MODEL predicts final TN effluent within±4.92 mg/ℓ.

      • 폐기물을 이용한 에너지 회수 반응기의 특성(1) : 혐기성 고정층 반응기에서의 유기성 폐수처리

        This study is concerned with the reactor performance and the substrate utilization rate of anaerobic microorganisms in the anaerobic packed bed reactor. The results of treatment at unsteady state and at steady state were observed when influent COD was 4100 mg/ℓand the step change of organic loading was from 111 lb COD/day ·1000ft³ to 333 lb CODday ·1000ft³. Also reactor model was determined by reactor analysis. The metabolism of microoganisms in reactor was analyzed using the equation of substrate utilization rate of microorganisms. Overall COD removal efficiency was 72 to 91%, methane production was 16 to 32ℓ/day and methane content was 58 to 55% at steady state. Also the anaerobic packed bed reactor was modeled 30 mixed tank reactors. The substrate utilization rates of acid former and methane former were 1 st order for the substrate concentration, respectively. In case of 111 lb COD/day ·1000 ft³of organic loading, the specific utilization rate constants of acid former and methane former at steady state were as follows: Kc=5.46 x ?? ℓ/mg.day Kv=1.45 x ?? ℓ/mg.day

      • 原料乳의 貯藏中 滴定酸度 및 總菌數의 變化에 關한 硏究 : Ⅲ. 原料乳에 過酸化水素를 處理했을 때의 貯藏時間 및 溫度에 따른 變化 Ⅲ. An Influence of Variation in the Temperature and Period during Storage in H_2O_2 Treated Raw Milk

        機械搾乳한 原料乳에 H_2O_2 0.05%(V/V)를 添加하여 總菌數 및 適定酸度의 變動狀態를 살펴 보기 위하여 3個의 溫度水準을 달리하여 2時間마다 H_2O_2를 處理하면서 2時間 간격으로 그 變動狀態를 調査한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 原料乳의 適定酸度 變化는 H_2O_2를 處理한 各 區에서 速度가 매우 늦었다. 2. 原料乳의 適定酸度는 20℃에서는 10時間까지 基準値(0.18%)이하였고 無處理區(T_0)에서는 6時間, 搾乳 卽時 處理한 區(T_1) 12時間, 2時間後 處理한 區(T_2)에서는 10時間 4時間後 處理한 區(T_3)에서는 8時間後에, 30℃의 경우는 4,12,10 및 8時間에 T_0,T_1,T_2 및 T_3에서 각각 基準値 以下였다. 3. 總生菌數는 5℃와 20℃에서 各區 共히 12時間까지 基準値 이하였고 30℃에서는 搾乳 卽時處理時는 10時間까지 2時間後 및 4時間後 處理한 區와 對照區에서는 8時間까지 保存可能하였다. 4. 大腸菌群은 12時間까지 점차적으로 增加되었으나 溫度差에 따라 增加 速度가 相異하였다. This experiment was conducted to determine the titrable acidity and microbiological change during storage in H_2O_2-­treated raw milk at intervals of two time. The sample were taken from the mixed milk by 5 Holstein cows in Jinju Agricultural & Forestry Junier Technical Collage. The raw milk was treated in 0.05% level with H_2O_2(35%V/V). The results obtained were as follows; 1. The titratable acidity of H_2O_2-­treated raw milk changed very slowly in all case temperature condition(5,20,30℃) compared with the controls. 2. The titratable acidity of raw milk was not found below the inedible level of the Government Standared(0.18%) until 12 hours in all case at 5℃ conditions, wherease 6,12,10 and 8 hours in control(T_0), lot of milking at once(T_1), after 2 hours(T_2) and after 4 hours(T_3) H_2O_2-­treated at 20℃, 4,12,10 and 8 hours in T_0, T_1, T_2 and T_3 at 30℃ conditions, respectively.
