        Two New Species of Placolecis (Lichenized Ascomycota) from China

        Two new species of the lichen genus Placolecis are discovered in China, namely P. kunmingensis An. C. Yin & Li S. Wang and P. sublaevis An. C. Yin & Li S. Wang. The new combination P. loekoesiana (S.Y. Kondr., Farkas, J.J. Woo & Hur) An. C. Yin is proposed. Placolecis kunmingensis is characterized by having simple, spherical or ellipsoid, hyaline spores, and pear-shaped pycnidia; while P. sublaevis can be distinguished by its thallus forming larger aggregations with slightly flattened lobes at the thallus margin, and urn-shaped pycnidia. Descriptions, a phylogenetic tree and a key are provided for all the known Placolecis species in China.

      • 복합검출방법에 의한 단속절삭 및 연속절삭시 공구마멸 예측

        음향방출 및 공구동력계 측정장치들을 이용하여 선삭가공시 단속절삭과 연속절삭의 경우 공구마멸을 측정하여 공구의 수명을 예측하고자 하였다. 본 실험적 연구에서 음향방출신호와 절삭력신호 및 이들 신호들의 스펙트럼 분석으로 공구 손상이 발생한 순간과 칩핑 등에 의해서 갑자기 손상이 발생한 순간들을 판단할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 또한 단속절삭과 연속절삭 과정에서 공구 마멸이 진행되는 동안 음향방출신호와 공구동력계의 절삭력 신호를 받아 절삭시간과 비절삭시간의 특성을 비교하여 분석한 결과 단속절삭보다 연속절삭시 공구 마멸이 빨리 진행된다는 것을 알아내었다. Tool life in the state of tool wear in turning can be detected by measuring acoustic emission(AE) and cutting force signals. From the experimental study. AE and cutting force signals were analyzed by power spectrum density of measured signals and it might be possible to acquire the moment of sudden damage by the chipping or general wear due to the tool damage, happened in continuous and interrupted cutting. The characteristics of AE and cutting force signals for cutting and uncutting times were analyzed. More severe tool wear was found during continuous cutting rather than interrupted one. It was also found that the cutting time is the main factor for tool wear compared to impact.

        볼엔드밀 가공시 이송변화에 따른 가공형상 특성

        Due to the development of the CNC machine tool and CAM software, sculptured surface machining can be broadly used in die and mold industries and ball end milling process is often used for the sculptured surface machining. It is found out how feedrate affects the precision of the machining and also tried to study the most suitable feedrate in specific cutting condition. Two eddy current sensors were used for measuring tool deflections of X, Y axis, dynamometer for cutting force and roundness tester for roundness. It was found that the tool deflection is getting better as tool path is going to farther from the center of convex surface. The reason is that the cutting force is increased as the tool approaches to the center. Examining the roundness, cutting force and tool deflection characteristics, it was found that the most suitable feedrate is 90mm/min in convex surface and 120mm/min in concave surface.

        탄화규소/알루미늄 금속계 복합재료의 형상방전가공

        Conductive metal matrix composite(MMC) material of 30% silicon carbide particulate based on aluminum matrix was machined by die sinking electrical discharge machining(EDM) process according to different current and duty factor for reverse polarity of electrode. Material removal rate(MRR) was examined by process under various operating conditions. The surface morphology was evaluated by surface roughness parameter and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) research. The MRR was suddenly increased over 11 ampere of current, and it was slightly changed over 0.3 of duty factor. The maximum surface roughness of EDMed surface was affected by the duty factor. The SEM photographs of EDMed surface showed wide recast distribution region of melting materials as increased of current and duty factor.

      • 유아간 또래 공동작업에서 인지적 유익성에 따른 집단구성의 원리 모색

        본 연구의 목적은 더불어 사는 삶이 강조되는 현대사회의 조류에 맞추어 이를 위한 학습형태로 또래 공동작업 형태가 제시되고 있으며, 효과적인 또래 공동작업이 이루어지기 위한 적절한 교수-학습환경을 모색해 보는 데 있다. 위와 같은 문제의식 아래, 또래 공동작업 상황하에서 지적수준에 차이가 있는 유아들의 문제해결과정과 또래 공동작업에 참여한 모든 유아들의 認知發達에 有益한가 그리고 또래 공동작업의 認知的 有益性을 결정하는 要因이 무엇인가를 선행연구를 통해 밝히고자 하며, 인지적으로 유익한 또래 공동작업의 구성원리를 모색해 보고자 한다. 유아간 또래 공동작업에서 인지적 유익성을 결정하는 요인으로는 모델링, 인지적 갈등, 그리고 내면화이다. 즉 모델링의 대상이 있을 때와 사회-인지적 갈등이 발생할 때, 그리고 유아의 내면화 수준에 따라 또래 공동작업의 인지적 유익성이 달라진다고 볼 수 있다. 유아간 또래공동작업의 교수-학습환경 구성시, 또래 공동작업에 참여하는 모든 유아의 인지적 유익성을 고려해야할 것이다 본 연구는 또래 공동작업의 인지적 유익성의 여부, 특히 지적수준에 차이가 있는 유아들의 또래 공동작업에서 상대적 우수아·열등아의 인지발달에 각각 어떤 영향을 주는지를 통하여 또래공동작업의 환경을 어떻게 구성하는 것이 인지발달에 유익한가를 중심으로 이에 관한 이론들을 살펴보고 인지발달에 유익한 또래 공동작업의 집단구성 원리를 모색해 보았다. 도출된 또래 공동작업에서의 집단 구성원리를 적용하여 복합형, 격차형, 그리고 우세형의 세 가지 유형을 제시해 보았다. 그러나 이러한 세 가지 유형을 기본으로 교사는 교실환경에 맞게 응용·적용하여 구성하여야 할 것이다.

        半夏瀉心湯이 CCl4 로 유도된 간중독 흰쥐에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of Banhasasimtang on serum reaction in CCI₄ treated rats. In this study the experimental rats divided five group(Normal, Control, Sample A, Sample B and Sample C group) Under the same condition Normal group was fed basal diet and water, Control group was injected carbon tetrachloride(CCI₄ 0.5㎖/㎏) and basal diet for 2 weeks, Sample A group was injected carbon tetrachloride(CCI₄0.5㎖/㎏) and fed the Bahasasimtang extract(10㎖/㎏) for 2 weeks, Sample A group was injected carbon tetrachloride(CCI₄ 0.5㎖/㎏) and fed the Banhasasimtang extract(10㎖/㎏) for 2 weeks, Sample B group was fed the Banhasasimtang extract(10㎖/㎏) for 2 weeks and injected carbon tetrachloride(CCI₄ 0.5㎖/㎏), Sample C group was fed the Banhasasimtang extract(10㎖/㎏) for 2 weeks. The change of GOT, GPT, γ-GPT, ALP, LDH activity and Bilirubin level in blood serum. The obtained results are summarized as follows : 1. In the change of GOT GPT contents, as compared with control group, sample group was significantly decreased. 2. In the change of γ-GPT contents, as compared wth control group, sample group was significantly decreased. 3. In the change of ALP contents, as compared with control group, sample group was significantly decreased. 4. In the change of LDP contents, as compared with control group, sample group was significantly decreased. 5. In the change of Bilirubin contents, as compared with control group, sample group was significantly decreased.

      • 두부손상 환자의 정신과적 합병증에 관한 장애 감정례의 일반 사항에 관한 분석

        Authorst ried retrospective analysis to find out general characteristics of the patients undergoing disability evaluation at the department of psychiatry Chungnam National University Hospital from 1986 to 1990. The subjects, who were suffered from psychiatric complications due to head trauma by traffic accident, were 66 patients and they were classified depending on the demographic status, situations of traffic accident, evalaution periods, whether or not perform operation, and rates of evaluated disability and diagnosis. The results were summarized as follows. 1. General background of the subjects were as follows. 1) The frequency order of request were court(59 %) and insurance company(19.7%). 2) The place of accident was more common in large city, common accident vehicle were bus, truck, and cabs. 3) The season of accident were more common in Spring and Autumn. 2. Male(71.2%) was more common than in female and more common in the age group of 5-19 years old(37.9%). The most frequent job of the patients was labour, and the education level was more common in the graduates of elementary school(47.9% ). 3. The interval between accident and evaluation was most frequent in 12-23 months(47.5%), and duration of evaluation was mostly 14 to 21 days. Performed brain operation was 31.8% and non-operated patients was 50.0%. The rates of disability according to the McBride's disability evaluation were mostly belonged to the group of beow 40%(74.1%). 4. The final diagnosis after evaluation were organic personality disorder(45.5%) and dementia(31.8%).

      • 중합체 복합재료의 드릴가공시 발생하는 적층분리

        다방향 적층구조 중합체 목합재료의 드릴가공시 발생하는 적층분리 현상에 대해서 절삭속도 및 이송속도의 변화시키면서 실험적 연구를 진행하였다. 드릴가공시 발생되는 재료거동의 탄성파의 변형을 시편의 측면에서 음향방출신호로 측정하였으며, 광학현미경과 전자현미경으로 적층분리된 측정값과 표면거칠기 측정에서 얻은 결과를 얻어 비교하였다. 음향방출 신호로 측정한 결과와 공구현미경의 실제측정값 및 표면거칠기에서 적층분리가 발생한 지점이 거의 일치함을 확인하였다. 본 실험결과 드릴공구로 사용된 소결합금 공구는 이송속도가 낮고 절삭속도를 큰 경우 적층분리 현상을 억제하여 양호한 가공면을 얻을 수 있었다. An experimental study on the delamination phenomena during drilling of laminate polymer composites, was conducted according t o the change of cutting speed and feed rate. The analysis of acoustic emission signals was in good agreement with measured values by optical microscopy. And also the surface roughness characteristics of workpiece in drilling was accumulated and compared. It was found that the delamination location measured by AE signals and real measurement values by tool microscope are almost same. The better surface and prevention of delamination was obtained by the slight increase of cutting speed and the decrease of feed rate when sintered tool was used.

      • 미세형상가공시 센서융합을 이용한 공구 마멸 및 파손 메커니즘 검출

        A successful on-line monitoring system for conventional machining operations has the potential to reduce cost, guarantee consistency of product quality, improve productivity and provide a safer environment for the operator. In fine-shape machining, typical signs of tool problems such as vibration, noise, chip flow characteristics and visual signs are almost unnoticeable without the use of special equipment. These characteristics increase the importance of automatic monitoring in fine-shape machining; however, sensing and interpretation of signals are more complex. In addition, the shafts of the micro-tools break before the typical extensive cutting edge of the tool gets damaged. In this study, the existence of a relationship between the characteristics of the cutting force and tool usage was investigated, and tool breakage detection algorithm was developed and the following results are obtained. In data analysis, didn't use a relative error compare which mainly used in established experiment and investigated tool breakage detection algorithm in time domain which can detect AE and cutting force signals more effective and accurate.
