자극제 사용 미분쇄 플라이애쉬 모르타르의 강도증진에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study is for the active use of the fly ash, which is a by-product of the combustion pulverizes coal thermal power plants, it should be used to compensate for the lack of landfill and for conservation of energy as the supplementary cementitious material, and to prove its possibility as the related products of the cement. First of all, the ordinary fly ash is ground in a special method and its fineness is controlled from 4000cm²/g to 6000 cm²/g, then replaced it with the 20% to 80% of the cement mortar to test of the physical properties. The first experiment is about the slow development of the strength of the fly ash mortar in early ages, and improves its strength with the activator Na2SO4, using a large amount of fly ash. On the other hand, in case of adding activator with steam curing, it rather shows the decrease of strength. This is that it needs to consider the influence by high temperature.

태국 마사지의 임상적용 연구

본 연구에서는 태국 마사지의 이론적 배경, 시술 기법과 임상 적용 방법을 탐색 하고자 한다. 전통적인 타이(Thai) 의학의 구성은 전통적인 타이 치료의학, 조산술, 정형외과학, 전통적인 타이 마사지로 이루어져 있다. 그 중 타이 마사지는 흙(earth), 물(water), 바람(wind), 불(fire) 이 네가지 생명의 진수와 생명 에너지 라인이라고 하는 센십(Sen Sib) 이론에 바탕을 두고 있다. 타이 마사지는 센십과 생명의 4가지 구성요소를 자극하여 순환기계, 근골격계, 신경계, 호흡기계, 소화기계에 영향을 미친다. Objectives : The purpose of this study is to identify and understand of the Thailand massage as a manual therapy. Methods : This is a literature study with books, seminar and Thailand massage international course of level Ⅰ-Ⅲ. Results : Traditional Thailand medicine consists of four branches, traditional medicine healing, midwifery, orthopaedic, and traditional Thailand massage. Thailand massage is based on the four elements of life and Sen Sib theory. Thailand massage creates benefit to circulation system, musculoskeletal system, nervous system, respiratory system, digestive system with Sen Sib and four elements theory. Conclusion : Thailand massage is a traditional manual therapy. Stimulate Sen Sib and Nadis by hands, fingers and elbow with basic sitting positions.

러프 칼라의 유형 고찰

The purpose of this study is, to renew understanding the aesthetic value of a ruff collar and to expand the border of creation in designing as the source of inspiration being applied to an retro style by inquiring various ruff collars re-illuminated in the present-day fashion trend. The transformation of a ruff collar is divided into three periods. At the 1st period of the stages(1560∼1580), when a ruff broke away from a shirt assumed a practical form. The ruff grew bigger and higher up enough to reach the ear. In addition, a unique ruff called a Medici collar and a queen Elizabeth collar were introduced in France and England. At the 2st period(1581∼1600), as the heyday of a ruff, various exaggerated forms and decorations appeared. French women weared a Medici collar that appeared in overall the time. In England, a tubular and a Rebeto style together with a Queen Elizabeth collar appeared. The 3st period(1601∼1630) was the time that the shape of a ruff became slim and small, and various materials were used. Finally, both the Medici collar in France and the Queen Elizabeth collar in England were changed to be flat and slim. At the 4th period(1980∼2001), the ruff collar investigated through the above historical contemplation became the source of inspirations in the current retro trend and was variously modified in modern fashion. It was what was reborn as a factor of modern fashion through a liberal compromise and harmony. Especially, the spanish round ruff appeared on works by a lot of designers, various style was shown from exaggeratedly swelling one to smaller one. A Medici collar and a Queen Elizabeth collar were also displayed being fitted to a modern sense b Vivienne Westwood and Louis Fe´raud. A new form of the ruff was regenerated by extreme magnification and simplification, and several designers like Issey Miyake and Alexander Mcqueen brought forward a new way in materials and technical skills. According to this research, a ruff collar developed as a fashion factor which characterizes a certain period of time, reflecting the aesthetical sense of Renaissance and turning into various and distinct forms. Afterwards, it exerted influence on modern fashion. This is offering the source of inspiration to contemporary designers.

닭에서 오존수의 급여가 닭와포자충 감염에 미치는 영향

Ozone is very effective in acute and chronic viral disease as a virucidal agent and in improving the general health of the animals. The effects of ozonized water supply against Cryptosporidium baileyi was studied in 2-day-old chicken. After oral inoculation of chicken with 1×10^6 oocysts, ozonized water(0.5ppm) and tap water were supplied to experimental and control group, respectively. The prepatent period of both group was 6 days postinoculation(PI). The patent period of experimental group was shorter(6-18 days) than that of control group(6-22 days). The number of oocysts in the feces were maximum on days 11 PI, indicating 1.99×10^6 oocysts/experimental chicken and 6.00×10^6 oocysts/control chicken. The number of discharged oocysts during experimental period was higher in control group than that of experimental group. In the view of febric bursa sections on 7 days PI, the number of endogenous development of C baileyi was smaller in experimental group that in control group. This results indicate that the autoinfected sporozoite were damaged by ozone. The ozonized water supply to chickens is alleviation cryptosporidiosis.

재생골재를 사용한 콘크리트의 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this experiment is an experimental study on recycling of waste concrete and suggest a possibility of the Recycled Aggregate Concrete after establishing some kinds of experimental properties of concrete. Therefore, this study compared and investigated properties of natural aggregate concrete and recycled aggregate concrete by replacing the ratio of recycled aggregates under the absorptions, compressive strengths and chemical resistances. As the result, the compressive strength and the chemical resistance of Recycled Aggregate Concrete is lower than the natural aggregate concrete. If was concluded that the properties of the recycled aggregates and lower than natural aggregates.

금은화 약침액의 암세포 성장 저해 효과

한방에서 염증, 종양 억제 등에 사용되는 금은화로 약침액을 조제하여 쥐와 사람의 암세포 성장억제효과를 살펴 보았을 때 금은화 약침액 10×, 5×농도는 mouse EATC에 대해 90% 및 86% 세포 성장 억제율이 있었으며, 열수추출액 10×, 5× 농도는 89% 및 87% 세포 성장억제효과가 있었다. 같은 농도의 약침액을 Hepalclc7에 처리했을 때는 89.5%, 69.7%의 억제효과가 있었고 열수추출액은 85.7%, 67.3%의 hepalclc7 세포 성장억제율을 보였다. 사람의 암세포주 A549, HeLa 세포에 대한 금은화 약침액 및 열수추출액의 세포독성 실험에서도 A549 세포에 약침액 10×, 5×를 처리했을 때 82.0%, 46.1% 세포 성장억제효과가 나타났으며 금은화 역수추출액은 75%, 50%의 세포 성장 억제율이 나타났다. HeLa 세포에서는 약침액이 열수추출액보다 세포 성장 억제효과가 더 높았다. 금은화 약침액을 처리한 세포(EATC,Hepalclc7과 human A549, HeLa)의 현미경 관찰에서는 세포수의 감소와 형태의 변화를 관찰할 수 있었다. Lonicerae flos Aqua-acupuncture Solution(LFAS) and Lonicerae flos Water-extracted Solution(LFWS) were prepared and tested for their potential antitumor activities. It was shown to possess considerable toxicity toward various tumor cell lines. Concentration of LFAS at 10× and 5× resulted in more than 50% inhibition of growth in Ehrich ascites tumor cells(EATC), Hepalclc7, and HeLa cells after 72 hours. Toxicity of LFWS to A549 revealed that more than 50% inhibition of growth at LFAS conentration of 10× after 72 hours. Concentration of LFWS at 10× and 5× showed more than 50% inhibition of growth with EATC, Hepalclc7, HeLa and A549. In morphological study, the number of cells were decreased, and the shape of cells was round form in EATC, Hepalclc7, HeLa, and A549.

마우스에서 오존수의 급여가 쥐와포자충 감염에 미치는 영향

Ozone is very effective in acute and chronic viral disease as a virucidal agent in reversing positive antibody tests and in improving the general health of the animals. The effects of ozonized water supply against Cryptosporidium muris was studied in 5-weeks-old mice. After oral inoculation of mice with 1×10^6 oocysts, ozonized water(0.5ppm) and tap water were supplied to experimental and control group, respectively. The prepatent period of both group was 8 days postinoculation(PI). The patent period of experimental group was longer(62days) than that of experimental group(57days). The number of oocysts in the feces were maxium on days 28 PI, indicating 3.54×10^6 oocysts/experimental mouse and 5.56×10^6 oocysts/ control mouse. The number of discharge oocysts during 12-33 PI was more in control group than that of experimental group. In the view of gastric gland section on days 28 PI, the number of endogenous development of C muris was smaller in experimental group than in control group. This results indicates that the autoinfected sporozoite were damaged by ozone.

The sickle cell disease are a group of hemoglobin disorders characterized by red cells that undergo sickle shape transformation when they are deoxygenated. Sickle cell disease is transmit-ted as an autosomal recessive trait. This unusual property, due to the polymerization of sickle hemoglobin results in anemia and vasoocclusive complication. 1) The most clinically significant of these disease are sickle cell anemia, sickle cell hemoglobin C disease, and sickle cell beta thalassemia. Symptoms of pallor, fever, abdominal and joint pain, enlargement of the liver and spleen, swelling of hands and feet first appear near the latter part of the first year of life. Intravascular sickling affects all organs. For clinical and therapeutic purposes, exacerbations may be classified as vasoocclusive or pain, aplastic, hemolytic or sequestration crisis. we experienced a 22 year old female patient who suffered severe multiple joint pain and back pain thought to be caused by vasoocclussive phenomena.

Roxythromycin-tylosin-furaltadone 합제의 닭 유래 세균에 대한 시험관내 항균효과

In vitro antimicrobial susceptibility of roxythromycin (Rx), tylosin (Tyl), erythromycin (EM) and furaltadone (Fur) was studied, either by the single type or the combinated type of Rx-Tyl-Fur (RTF) against E. co1i (30 strains), Staph. aureus (20 strains) and Mycoplasma gallisepticum (5 strains) that are the major pathogens in poultry farm. The paper disk diffusion and MIC tests were applied. In screening test by paper disk diffusion method, the single types of antibiotics showed the sensitivity against 55 strains of bacteria in order of Fur, EM, Rx and Tyl. The combinated RTF showed the higher rate of sensitivity (80∼83.3% at 64㎍/disk, 60-75% at 32㎍/disk) and wider range of growth inhibiting zone (19.6±3.7-24.8±4.7mm) than those of the single drugs. In MIC test, the sensitivity against the 55 strains appeared in order of Fur. EM, Rx and Tyl as similar to those of paper disk diffusion method. The MIC ranges of RTF were 0.125∼16㎍/ml for E. coli, 0.25∼16㎍/ml for Staph. aureus and 1-8㎍/ml for Myco. gallisepticum, showing evidently lower than those of the single types. The MIC_(50) and MIC_(90) of RTF were estimated l∼4㎍/ml and 8∼16㎍/ml, respectively, and remarkably lower than those of the single drugs.
