        도시공원 열환경 실측과 근린주민 의식조사에 따른 체감열 특성 평가

        본 연구는 청주시에 위치한 도시공원을 대상으로 기온·습도ㆍ풍향ㆍ풍속 및 산소 등 여름철 도시공원이 내포하고 있는 열섬저감효과를 실측하고, 근린주민을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 체감열에 대한 의식조사를 수행하였다. 이에 열환경 실측과 근린주민 의식조사의 결과를 비교·검토하여 근린주민의 체감의식까지 수용된 실측결과를 바탕으로 실제 공원의 배치 및 식재설계 등 계획에 입안할 수있는 기초자료를 제공함을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 공원 주변의 기온저감효과와 영향범위, 공원의 쾌적감, 냉량감 및 청정감 등의 항목에서 기온의 실측데이터와 주민의식조사를 비교한 결과, 풍향을 중심으로 풍상측과 풍하측을 구분한 실측 및 의식조사의 결과를 제외하고 공원의 규모가 클수록, 공원으로의 거리가 가까워질수록 거주하는 근린주민은 쾌적감을 느낀다고 응답하였다. 따라서, 도시공원에 대한 열섬현상 완화를 고려해 같은 규모의 공원일 경우, 분산 배치하는 것이 좋으나 공원규모가 클수록 풍하측 기온저감의 영향범위가 넓어지는 경향을 나타내 공원 규모의 확대가 중요함을 보여주고 있다. This study has investigated the air temperature, humidity, wind direction, wind velocity and oxygen in urban parks in Cheong-ju. Heat-island temperature decrease effect in urban parks during summer was measured, and the sensible consciousness of neighborhood residents was investigated through a questionnaire survey. Based on the actual results after comparatively analyzing the measurement of thermal environment and sensible consciousness of neighborhood residents, basic data are presented to elaborate on the urban development plans such as for park placement and planting design. The study result showed that neighborhood residents felt greater comfort sensation when they are closely located to a larger park. When actual temperature data and sensible consciousness of neighborhood residents were compared in terms of temperature decrease effect and extent, comfort sensation, coldness sensation, and cleanliness sensation, similar results were observed in almost all categories except for wind direction which was divided into windward and leeward. Therefore, the significance of this paper is that its results can be used to elaborate realistic and practical park development and management plans in green network and resident’s use of parks.

        푸른길 공원의 대기 환경 특성에 관한 연구

        Objectives: This study aimed to survey the characteristics of air quality and meteorological conditions in a greenway park. Methods: We measured meteorological and health related factors, including noise, particulate matter ($PM_{10}$) and selected gaseous air pollutants at three locations in a greenway park and on a general roadside as comparison. The measurements were repeated four times from April to October 2014. Results: The average air temperature in the greenway park was $20.7^{\circ}C$ which was $1-2^{\circ}C$ lower than on the general roadside. The average $PM_{10}$ concentration in the greenway park was $85.0{\mu}g/m^3$, a level 2-3 times lower than that at the roadside. The noise level at the greenway site was 4.4 dB(A)- 23.0 dB(A) lower than at the roadside. The average CO, $CO_2$, $SO_2$ and NOx concentrations in the greenway park were lower than at the roadside. The average phytoncide and anions concentrations in the greenway park were higher than at the roadside. Conclusions: The urban forest of the greenway park may have some impact on air quality and meteorological conditions.

        Radiofrequency ablation(RFA), as a form of minimally invasive therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma, has become an important treatment modality. Because of limitation of surgery, RFA has become standard therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma in some situations. But there are some complications of RFA such as bleeding, infection, hematoma, adjacent organ thermal damage including intestinal perforation, needle track seeding, and so on. There are few reports in the literature that systematically evaluate the incidence of needle tract seeding and its associated risk factors. And only 2 cases of needle tract seeding of hepatocellular carcinoma after RFA were reported in Korea. We report a case of needle tract seeding of hepatocellular carcinoma after RFA.

      • 흰쥐 시상에서 Epidermal growth factor receptor면역반응 신경세포의 생후 발달에 관한 연구

        Background and Objectives : Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), a 170-kDa transmembrane glycoprotein, appears to mediate epidermal growth factor (EGF) activity. Transforming growth factor-α and EGF produce their biological effects in numerous systems by stimulating the EGFR In this study, we examine the postnatal development of EGFR immunoreactivity in the different regions of the thalamus of the rat Materials and Methods : The present study is based on 28 postnatal cases of rat thalamus ranging from the day of birth, postnatal day 0 (P0) to 30 days (P3, P5, P10, P15, P20, P30), and these cases were compared with adult rat thalamus. Cryostat sections were processed free-floating with monoclonal antibody by immunohistochemistry Results : EGFR immunoreactivity in the thalamus of the rat showed very different patterns according to postnatal ages and thalamic areas. EGFR-immunoreactive cells appeared in the first two postnatal weeks, except the ventral posterior thalamic nuclei. In the early postnatal days, EGFR-immunoreactive cells appeared thalamic midline structures, increased progressively in the first two postnatal weeks, and followed mediolateral gradient. The mature patterns of EGFR-immunoreactive cells were achieved at P20 Conclusion : These data indicate that the maturation of EGFR-immunoreactive cells requires a relatively prolonged period of time to achieve an adult configuration. Many growth factors probably play protective or neurotrophic roles at EGFR-immunoreactive neurons of thalamus both young and adult rats In addition to difference in time of appearance in thalamic nuclei and developing pattern with mediolateral gradient suggest that EGFR-immunoreactivities are correlated with the appearance of the related functional.

      • 광주광역시 온실가스 배출량 산정 및 특성에 관한 연구

        In case of the domestic, several parts of analysis data on the area greenhouse effect gas lack. To present from now on a part carbon dioxide reduction policy of Gwang-Ju metropolitan city, we need the thing to do the emissions of several parts of greenhouse gas for the investigation every year. We studied a greenhouse gas computation method to be proposed by IPCCO(Intergovermental Panelon Climate change) in this research and produced the greenhouse gas in parts (energy, forestry, waste) of emissions to the criteria in 2003. As a results, wang-Ju global greenhouse gas emissions produced CO_(2) 4,377,985 ton, CH_(4) 17,934ton, NO_(2) 47.9ton in 2003. It was well up to 1.04% comparing with the whole country. Also, Gwang-Ju metropolitan city estimates for producing a carbon dioxide increased by from 2006 to 2015. It is presumed 4,815,000ton by a year CO_(2) happening in 2015. To maintain 2003 a year CO_(2) emissions in 2015, we need concrete reduction plan to achieve 10 % reduction goal (482,000ton/year CO_(2)).

      • 젊은 남자 성인의 칼슘과 철의 영양상태에 관한 연구

        A survey was performed to 174 male young men who were living alone(40 persons) and shared living with friends(4143 persons) in Chungnam province. Their average age was 22.6 years old, height 171.8 ㎝, and weight 65.6 ㎏. Their daily calcium intake level was averaged 271.9±169.1 ㎎, which was 38.8 %RDA. Comparing calcium intake of each mealtime, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks were composed of 18.6%, 30.0%, 34.0% and 17.4%, respectively. Their daily iron intake level was averaged 8.9±10.8 ㎎, which was 74.3 %RDA. Comparing iron intake of each mealtime, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks were composed of 15.4%, 33.6%, 36.3% and 14.7%, respectively. These results suggested that deficiency of the two minerals in young male adults were severe and the nutrient qualities were also poor, no matter of their living alone or with accompanies. The deficiency was more profound in calcium than iron. And we observed iron nutriture differed significantly according to their living status, such as iron intake and its %RDA were significantly worse in single living subjects than the others. However calcium did not show significant difference. We concluded that shared living environment in young male adults could possibly improve their dietary mineral intake levels.

      • The Protein and Isozyme Patterns During in vitro Plant Regeneration of Yooja (Citrus junos Sieb.) and Trifoliate Orange (Poncirus trifoliata Rafin.)

        In this study, plant regeneration through in vitro culture from plantlet stems of Yooja (C. junos Sieb.) and trifoliate orange (P. trifoliata Rafin.) was attempted to make mass-production system of virus-free plants having the same genotype with mother plant. In order to investigate physiological change depending on the developmental stage of plant regeneration, the changes of total protein, peroxidase and esterase activity and their isozyme patterns as well were examined in 1/2 MS medium. The results are as follows : 1. The MS medium for the optimal callus induction and shoot formation was utilized. The medium was supplemented either with 2,4-D and Kinetin or with BA and NAA. The optimal concentrations were the combination of 1.0mg/ 2,4-D +0.3mg/ Kinetin and 1.0mg BA +0.3mg NAA in callus induction and shoot formation, respectively. 2. For the plant regeneration from somatic embryos, 1/2 MS medium was used with supplements of growth regulators (free, 1.0mg/ IBA +1.0mg/ BA ,0.5mg/ IBA +0.5mg/ BA). Shooting and rooting were the best in the treatment of 0.5mg/ IBA and 0.5mg/ BA combination. 3. The total protein content has a tendency of increase with the developmental stage of embryo, but it was decreased at the plantlet. Also it was the highest at 8 and 6 weeks stage in C. junos Sieb. and P. trioliata Rafin, respectively. In the SDS-PAGE pattern of protein, C. junos Sieb. showed bands of 29.0 and 40kDa at 10 weeks. The 45,66 and 97.4 kDa bands at 10 weeks of culture were shown in P. trifoliata Rafin. 4. The highest esterase activity was shown at the 6 and 8 weeks of culture in C.junos Sieb. and P. trifoliata Rafin.., respectively. 5. Esterase isozyme patterns were shown difference according to the developmental stage. In C. junos Sieb. a new band was observed at pl 7.7 following 4 weeks culture. On the other hand, new bands in P. trifoliata Rafin. were observed at pl 7.5~6.5 following 4 and 6 weeks culture, respectively.

      • 다중 쓰레드 기반의 병렬처리서버용 안티바이러스 엔진

        악성코드에 대한 보다 바람직한 예방은 클라이언트측이 아닌 서버측에서 이루어지는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 개념 의 서버용 안티바이러스 엔진인 SAVE 1.0을 설계 구현하여 제시한다. SAVE는 기본적으로 1개의 AV모니터와 다수의 AV에이전트로 구성되어 있는데 다중 CPU를 장착한 병렬처리서버의 특징을 직접 활용하기 위하여 관리자가 다중쓰레드 기법을 직접 지정할 수 있도록 하고 있다 악성코드를 5가지 부류로 구분하여 바이러스 시그너쳐 DB를 구축 제공함으로써 부류별 진단을 지정할 수 있도록 하고 있으며 실시간 네트워크 패킷 검사를 통한 악성코드 유입 점검 기능도 제공한다. 웹 기반의 관리자 인터페이스는 뛰어난 사용자 편의성을 제공하고 있다. 성능실험결과 악성코드 검색율은 국내외 상용제품과 비교해서 매우 우수한 것으로 나타났으며 검색속도에 있어서도 서버의 CPU 수 증가에 거의 선형 비례하여 향상되는 특징을 보이고 있다. It is more desirable to prevent and detect the malicious codes in server system rather than in client PCs. In this paper, we suggest a new anti-virus engine, SAVE 1.0, which is executed on a parallel processing server. SAVE consists of 1 AV monitor and several AV agents. A system administrator can control the degree of multi-thread directly in order to enhance the utilization of parallel processing servers. Virus signature DBs in SAVE are classified into 5 categories, which support system administrator's options to use the classifier or not. By real-time checking of network packets, the influx of malicious codes can be prevented. Web-based GUI is one of the convenient functions provided in SAVE. In performance tests, we have confirmed that SAVE has higher virus detection ratio than any other AV engine, and SAVE has a desirable feature as an software of parallel processing servers since the performance of SAVE is improved almost linearly as the CPUs in a parallel processing server increases.
