        청소년 인터넷 중독 검사 방법의 통계적 고찰 및 개선 -Young의 척도를 중심으로

        국내외에서 이루어진 기존의 인터넷 중독 검사에 대한 연구는 다양하며 방대하지만, 대부분의 연구가 중독도 검사를 위한 항목추출이거나 항목들을 이용한 중독도 분석이었지 항목간의 분석을 통한 차별화는 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 리즈렐과 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용하여 Young의 인터넷 중독 검사방법을 고찰하고 문제점을 지적한 후, 검사 방법에 대한 대안을 제안한다. 이를 위해 Young의 척도를 이용하여 청소년 440명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 요인분석을 통해 Young 척도의 문제점을 분석한다. 또한, 데이터 마이닝 알고리즘인 J48 및 PART를 이용하여 설문문항들 중에서 인터넷 중독도를 구분 지을 수 있는 항목들을 선별하고 이를 기반으로 인터넷 중독 학생들을 진단하고 처방하는데 활용하는 방법을 제안한다. So far, the researches about the Internet addiction testing are diverse and enormous. However, since the testing factors have the same importance, there is no discrimination among the factors. In our paper, we analyze the problems of the existing researches by using Lisrel and data mining algorithms. Next, we propose an alternative for the Internet addiction testing. In order to accomplish these, we make an questionnaire consisted of Young`s test and then, we asked to 440 primary and secondary school students. In addition, we analyzed the problems of Young`s test with factor analysis and then, we distinguish more important items from others with J48 and PART. Finally, based on this analysis, we propose a method to diagnose addicted students and prescribe them.

        Idiopathic nodular panniculitis is an inflammatory disease of subcutaneous fat tissue which is clinically characterized by recurrent crops of nodular panniculitis. Some cases are accompanied by systemic features such as fever, malaise, abdominal pain and arthritis. We report a case of idiopathic nodular panniculitis in 36 year-old woman, who had erythematous subcutaneous nodules on the extremities, trunk and face accompanied by various general symptoms such as fever, malaise, abdominal pain and weight loss.

      • 쪽파의 callus 배양에 의한 변이체 유기

        A. wakegi Araki의 배발생 캘러스 유도에는 2,4-D의 단독 첨가가 보다 효과적이었으나 2,4-D의 농도가 높을수록 기형배의 배발생율이 높았다. BA를 혼합첨가하였을 때는 기형배가 보다 많이 발생하였다. 외식편의 부위별로는 경정, 인편, 엽조직 중, 경정이 배형성을 위한 외식편으로 가장 좋았으며 그 다음 인편, 엽조직 순으로 정상적인 배도 가장 많이 발생하였다. Sucrose 7%에서 배발생 callus 유도가 가장 좋았지만 기형 배의 발생율도 가장 높았다. 재분화 식물체의 염색체 변이는 인편유래 callus에서보다 경정유래 callus에서 높았다. Explant source, growth regulators and sugar contents in the culture media suitable for in vitro plant regenerations through somatic embryogenesis in Allium wakegi Araki were examined. Adition of 2,4-D alone was more effective on embryogenic callus induction than its addition in combination with BA. The embryogenic calluses induced on the media containing 2,4-D at high concentration or 2,4-D in combination with BA produced abnormal embryos at high frequency. Stem apex was the best explant source for normal embryo production, followed in order by scale and in vitro leaf segments. sucrose at 7% resulted in the best embryogenic callus induction though the callus produced abnormal embryos at highest frequency. The highest level of chromosomal variation was shown in the regenerants from the shoot apex-derived embryogenic callus.

      • 일상생활에서 겪는 고등학생의 스트레스요인과 대처방식에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the daily stressors of human relations, emotional lives, and economic lives which high school students go through and their coping strategies about these stressors, to provide the necessary materials and useful information for guiding students and educating their parents. The research questions of this study are: (1) the stressors of the male and female students in the general high school and their coping strategies, (2) the stressors of the high students according to the both sexes and their coping strategies, (3) the correlation between the stressors of high school students and their coping strategies. The subjects of this study consist of 320 students from a boys' high school and a girls' high school and 320 students from a coeducational high school. The test instruments used for this study can be divided into two categories; the test for measuring the stressors consisted of 75 items (7 subcategories) and the test for measuring the coping strategies consisted of 40 items. The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, percent, mean score, standard deviation, t-test, and simple correlation analysis. The main conclusions of this study were as follows: 1) When it comes to the stressors, students showed some differences depending on their sex. In terms of the relation between friends, male students have gone through more stresses than female students. 2) In terms of their coping strategies, male students from the boys' high school were shown to use more logical analysis strategies than those from the coeducational high school, male students from the coeducational high school usually used more receptive resignation strategies than those from the boys' high school, and also female students from the coeducational high school tended to employ more problem-solving and emotional discharge strategies than those from the girls' high schools. 3) The stressors vary depending on their sex. Male students have used more logical analysis, affirmative reevaluation, guide/support strategies, (which belong to the accessible coping strategies) and cognitive avoidance, emotional discharge strategies, (which are examples of avoidant coping strategies) than female students.4) As to the correlation between high school students' stressors and their coping strategies, it was shown that the correlation between stressors and logical analysis, affirmative reevaluation, and guide/support, problem-solving strategies (they all belong to accessible coping strategies) was higher than anything else.

        농축공정이 Kindorase의 생산수율에 미치는 영향

        In order to improve the production yield of kindorase as complex antiphlogistic agent, molecular weight of concentration membrane, membrane configration, temperature, pressure and pH of concentration solution, fouling, etc. were investigated, and the results obtained are as follows ; 1. High production yield was shown using 10k Dalton molecular weight cut-off concentration membrane and spiral membrane made of polysulfone. 2. And it was reasonable conditions for maintaining the concentration solution at 3Bar in pressure. 3. The optimum pH of solution for improving production yield of kindorase were the range of 7.5 to 8.5, and for obtaining better production yield, clean in place(C.I.P) of membrane was treated with 0.1N NaOH at 40 to 50℃ for 30minutes.

      • 모래다짐말뚝(SCP) 개량지반의 응력분담비에 관한 연구

        Lots of soil improvement methods has been developed in order to increase soil properties of soft ground such as newly reclaimed land The sand compaction pile(SCP), which forms a composite ground by driving sand piles into soft ground, is one of the commonly used soil improvement techniques especially for soft clay deposit. In desinging SCP method, it is very important to determine the stress concentration ratio of composite ground. In this study, 3-dimensional analyses were carried out using single and group pile models to evaluate the stress concentration ratio with the area replacement ratio and the stiffness ratio. PENTAGON_3D software is used to analyze the composite ground using modeling with single pile of unit cell concept and group piles. As a result, the distribution of the predicted stress concentration ration with the stiffness ratio(Es/Ec) and the area replacement ratio is around 2.5 ~ 3.5

      • 播種期 移動에 따른 차풀의 生育反應, 收量 및 粗成分 變化

        ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine influence of planting date, seeding rate and phosphate rate on main growth, characters, yield and chemical composition of senna from March 11, 1998 to December in Cheju Province. Days to flowering was lessened as planting date was delayed. The plant height of senna was the longest at 31 March planting (99cm) than at the other planting date. Stem diameter, number of leaves were increased at 31 March but number of branches was not affected by planting date. And number of withering leaves were increased as planting date was earlier. Fresh forage yield per lOa, for senna was the greatest (4,660kg) at 31 March planting, the second was 4,397kg at 1 April planting and the reduced the 3,473kg at 11 March planting. Also dry matter yield per lOa, crude protein yield and total digestable nutrient (TDN) yield was nearly the same tendency. Crude protein, crude fat percent was the greastest at 11 March planting and than decreased with further increased at planting date. Crude ash and crude fiber percent was decreased tendency as planting date was delayed. Nitrogen free extract (NFE), TDN percent was increased tendency as planting date was delayed. SPAD reading value of leaves had an efficiency increased as planting date was delayed.

      • 농업정보기술을 위한 ILP 프로세서에서 정·동적 분류를 이용한 결과 값 예측기

        Recent works have addressed that the limit imposed by data dependencies could be overcome to some extent by the data value prediction. A hybrid value predictor could obtain high prediction accuracy using advantages of various predictors, however it had a defect that identical instructions had overlapping entries in all predictors. In this paper, we proposed a new hybrid value predictor which achieved high performance by using information of static and dynamic classification. The proposed predictor could enhance prediction accuracy and efficiently decreased prediction table size of the predictor, because it allocated each instruction into single best-suited predictor during a fetch stage by using information of static classification. Simulation results based on the SimpleScalar/PISA tool set and the SPECint95 benchmarks showed the average correct prediction rate of 86.3% by using the static classification mechanism. Also, we achieve the average correction prediction rate of 87.9% by using static and dynamic classification mechanism.
