        논문 : 경로분석을 이용한 뮤지컬 만족도에 관한 가치사슬 구조 분석

        Analysis on the Value Chain Structure of Musical Satisfaction Using Path Analysis Kim, Haw-rye/Kwon, Byung-woong/Kim, Youn-tae Path analysis is a form of statistical analysis used to examine therelationships betweenvariablesand its advantage is to enable direct effect, indirect effect and spuriouseffect which are hard to identify by regression analysis. Using path analysis, this study examined the value chain structure of musical elements such as distribution, planning, production and consumption which are expected to affect musical satisfaction. The selected population was Seoul Citizens who watched musicals at least one time and, through random sampling, 250 were selected as sample at eight musical theaterslocated in Daehakro, Chungmuro, etc. in Seoul. Among the questionnaires collected from the 250 samples, 212 were used for this study except 38 unfit for analysis. Survey is composed with total of 24 questions which include 6 demographic questions, 17 audience tendency questions and 18 satisfaction questions. We made value chain structure analysis by dividing each level of satisfaction in planning, manufacturing, distribution and consumption and executing subsequent factor analysis in those satisfaction questions. Study results after reliability analysis of 18 satisfaction level questions showed high level of 0.893 reliability coefficient and therefore, we can tell there exists high level of internal consistency in each factor.

        하지 분절 각도에 따른 수의 등척성 수축(MVIC)시 근전도 비교

The purpose of this study was to quantify the maximum EMG levels and determine if there are differences in these EMG levels with respect to different knee flexion angles. Eight university students with no known musculoskeletal disorders were recruited as the participants. The maximum voluntary isometric knee extensions and flexions were taken from each participant sat on the isokinetic exercise machine (Cybex 340) at five different knee flexion angles (10?30?50?70? 90?. After surface electrodes were attached to rectus femoris, vastus medialis, vastus laterlis, biceps femoris, and semitendinosus, maximum EMG levels at five different knee flexion angles were measured. The results showed that there was no significant difference in maximum EMG levels among five different knee flexion angles. Although there was no significant difference in EMG levels and were some variations among different knee flexion angles, the EMG signals of quadriceps in extension and biceps femoris in flexion were the greatest at 30? It seems that different joint angles or relative locations of body segments might affect the magnitude of EMG levels. Because the maximum EMG levels could change with a different knee flexion angle, an attempt should be made to more accurately measure these values. If then, %MVIC measure provides more reliable data and is most appropriate for EMG normalization.

        Erythrophagocytosis of Lead-Exposed Erythrocytes by Renal Tubular Cells: Possible Role in Lead-Induced Nephrotoxicity

        <P>Background: Nephrotoxicity associated with lead poisoning has been frequently reported in epidemiological studies, but the underlying mechanisms have not been fully described.</P><P>Objectives: We examined the role of erythrocytes, one of the major lead reservoirs, in lead-associated nephrotoxicity.</P><P>Methods and results: Co-incubation of lead-exposed human erythrocytes with HK-2 human renal proximal tubular cells resulted in renal tubular cytotoxicity, suggesting a role of erythrocytes in lead-induced nephrotoxicity. Morphological and flow cytometric analyses revealed that HK-2 cells actively phagocytized lead-exposed erythrocytes, which was associated with phosphatidylserine (PS) externalization on the erythrocyte membrane and generation of PS-bearing microvesicles. Increased oxidative stress and up-regulation of nephrotoxic biomarkers, such as NGAL, were observed in HK-2 cells undergoing erythrophagocytosis. Moreover, TGF-β, a marker of fibrosis, was also significantly up-regulated. We examined the significance of erythrophagocytosis in lead-induced nephrotoxicity in rats exposed to lead via drinking water for 12 weeks. We observed iron deposition and generation of oxidative stress in renal tissues of lead-exposed rats, as well as the histopathological alterations such as tubulointerstitial lesions, fibrosis, and up-regulation of KIM-1, NGAL, and TGF-β.</P><P>Conclusions: Our data strongly suggest that erythrophagocytosis and subsequent iron deposition in renal tubular cells could significantly enhance nephrotoxicity following lead exposure, providing insight on lead-associated kidney damages.</P><P>Citation: Kwon SY, Bae ON, Noh JY, Kim K, Kang S, Shin YJ, Lim KM, Chung JH. 2015.         대중교통 이용 편의에 대한 서비스 디자인 제안

        해외여행의 일반화에 따른 우리나라 국내외 입국자수의 증가로 2001년 항공 수요를 분담하고, 아시아 허브 공항의 축을 담당할 인천국제 공항이 개장되었다. 이후 김포 공항은 국내 항공 수요만 담당하였으나 2007년 이후로 중국, 일본과 같은 지리적 인접국에 대한 국제선 수요가 증가하였다. 여기에 공항철도 운영으로 이용객의 접근성이 높아져 지속적인 증가가 예상되지만 여기에 발생되는 이용객의 문제점에 대한 연구는 충분히 수행되지 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 HCI 방법으로 공항철도를 이용하는 승객들의 문제점을 찾고 이에 해결 방안을 제시한다. 이를 수행하기 위해 심층인터뷰(in-depth interview) 방식으로 대중교통을 이용하여 김포공항을 이용하는 사람들의 니즈(needs)와 페인포인트(pain points)를 찾았다. 여기서 도출 된 짐에 대한 불편함을 바탕으로 ‘어떻게 하면 이동을 부담감을 줄일 수 있을까?’라는 디자인 코어(design core)를 도출할 수 있었다. 디자인 코어를 바탕으로 지미서비스(zimmy service)를 제안한다. 지미서비스는 첫 번째로 ZIMMY early delivery service, 두번째로 ZIMMY freeway service, 마지막으로 ZIMMY anabada movement이다. 이는 대중교통을 이용해 김포공항을 이용하는 이용객의 편의를 높이기 위한 서비스로서 이후 다양한 서비스디자인의 연구와 개발이 기대된다. Incheon International airport opened at 2001 to be hub airport of Asia and to take Kimpo International airport’s share of airline demands according to increaing of travelers because oversea trips have been common. After Incheon International airport opened, Kimpo International airport only had taken in charge of domestic demands. However Kimpo airport started to run some international airlines because there were increse of International airlines demands in nearest countris like China and Japan since 2007. The accessability of Kim-po airport by public transportation is better than In-cheon airport. Although passengers of airport railroad express are predicted to be increased because of easy transportation access, there are not many research to take care of airport railroad express users. This study will use HCI method to find the pain points of users and to suggest solutions. In this study, we would like to suggest Zimmy Service, which is deducter by service design process, for accessconvenience to ustomers who are using Airport Express Railroad Gimpo station. We conduct IDI(in-depth interview) to find customer’s needs and pain points and were drown a design core as ‘How might we reduce inconvenience when they move?’. By design core, we are suggesting Zimmy service. There are 3 elements in Zimmy service, early delivery service, freeway service and anabada movement. It is the service design in order to increase access convenience who a using public transportation to go to the Gimpo Airport. And more research and development of service design is expected to suggest various services for public transportation users.

      • 임상화학 검사의 Delta Check System 개발 및 정도관리 효율성 검토

        Background : The application of the delta check in tests in general chemistry detects both random and clerical errors, thus enhancing the reliability of tests. However, since this approach adds the burden of confirming the results to the laboratory, it has the disadvantage of lengthening the turn around time of tests. We speculated that an online delta check system needed to reduce the turn around time. We developed delta quality control system and evaluated its effectiveness of quality control in clinical chemistry. Methods : We developed an online delta check system based on the client-server paradigm. We used IBM PentiumⅢ PC as server and as clients. The database system used was powerbuilder 6.0. Results : In the system we developed, delta screening was performed when test results were input to the computer. The decision over the delta screening was made by comparing it against patient's clinical information and cumulative results within the same screen. Conclusions : The developed delta check method made it available to reduce the turn around time previously spent on delta screening by eliminating the batch processing of tests which was needed in previous approaches separate query cumulative results and patient's clinical informations for screening purposes.

        크롬(Ⅵ)의 체내 흡수와 소실속도에 관한 연구

        The CrO3 mostly used in plating. metal surface disposal, leather, cosmetic manufacturing, as an experiment material by repeatedly inhaling and exposure the male S.D. rats at a 0.00, 0.2., 0.50, 1.25 mg/㎡ concentration(particle size: 0.5-0.5 aerosol)6hours a day, 5day a week in 13weeks comparing with 2weeks, 8weeks of recovery group about the noxiousness of the experiment animal and the reduce scale of the CrO3 in the internal organ especially in blook and respiratory organ with the period of convalescent and clearance. The experiment results which we received are as follows. 1. In blood the RBC, HGB and HCT experiment, rats with 0.20, 0.50 mg/㎡ concentration showed that there were some decreases but not dependent. The kidneys absolute weight compared with control group was reduced intentionally(p〈0.05) and the lungs absolute weight compared with control group showed intentional increase(p〉0.05). 2. After the exposure of the experiment material, the whole blook, l\blood plasma and red blood cell in blood by (x): the period of convalescent, per (y); the decreasing of Cr concentration, was y=66.51 e -0.057x, y=67.2 e-0.101x, y=70.01 e-0.030 in 0.50 mg/㎡ exposure concentration by calculating the clearance coefficient of correlation, and the half life (day)was estimated 12.0, 6086, 23.0 each. 3, After the exposure of the experiment material, the experiment animals lung, liver and kidneys by(x); the period of convalescent, per (y); the decreasing of Cr conentration, was y=1808 e-0.00493x, y=12.02e-0.0297x, y=67.61 e-0.0292x in 0.50mg/㎡ exposure concentration by calculating the clearance coefficient of correlation, and the half life(day)was estimated 140.6, 23.3, 23.7, each, and including lung, liver with all of the experiment internal organs, the Cr clearance decreased as the exposure concentration increased.

      • 시간 영역 유한 차분법을 이용한 마이크로스트립 패치 안테나의 해석

        In this paper, the finite difference time domain (FDTD) method was applied to analyze the microstrip patch antenna. Using the FDTD method, input impedance, field distribution and far field radiation pattern of microstrip patch antenna were calculated. Also the frequency dependence of effective permittivity and characteristic impedance of a single microstrip feed line were calculated. Absorbing boundary condition was applied for effective absorptions of both propagating and evanescent wave. Using the magnetic wall boundary condition, computing time and memory size were reduced by half. The measured input impedance shows good agreement with the FDTD method result. The radiation pattern showed a little difference between them in back lobe.

        One of multienzyme complexes involved in oxidative decarboxylation of 2-oxo acids, pyruvate dehydrogenase complex(PDHC) has an important role in cellular energy metabolism. PDHC was isolated from bovine kidney and the anti PDHC anti sera was raised in rabbit. The antisera were inmunoreacted with all the subunits(E2, E3, protein-X, Ela and E1β ) of PDHC. An attempt is being made to identify PDHC subunits serologically in human leukocyte using the anti-PDHC antisera.
