        초등학교 문학 수업에서 나타나는 초임교사의 실천적 지식 변화 양상

        이 연구는 초등학교 교직 생활에 처음 발을 내딛는 초임교사의 문학 교육에 대한 실천적 지식 형성 과정과 변화 양상에 대해 연구해 보는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 직전교육에서 습득한 문학교육에 대한 이론을 바탕으로 어떻게 자신만의 지도 방법을 구성해 나가며 그 과정에서 겪게 되는 어려움을 어떻게 해결해 나가는지 한 초임 교사의 수업을 관찰하고 분석하면서 그 변화 양상을 살펴보았다. 이러한 변화 과정을 살펴봄으로서 초임교사 뿐 아니라 경력 교사들에게 실질적으로 도움을 줄 수 있는 문학수업 방법에는 어떤 것이 있는지 정보를 제공하는데 이 연구의 의의가 있다고 하겠다. 거제시 소재 초등학교 4학년 담임을 맡고 있는 신규발령 초임교사인 K교사를 대상으로 하여 4학년 한 학기 동안 지도한 국어교과 중 문학 단원을 중심으로 하여 총 17차시의 수업을 분석하였다. 매 수업이후 교사가 작성한 반성 일지 및 심층 면담을 바탕으로 하여 초임교사가 문학수업을 임하는 데 있어 생기는 딜레마와 문학 수업에 대해 변해가는 이미지, 원리, 전략을 질적 연구를 통하여 그 양상을 기술해 보았다. 그 결과 문학에 대한 교사의 이미지 변화, 차시 목표 도달 중심으로 이끌어가는 분석과 이해 위주의 수업, 아동의 표현력 신장을 위한 수업 구성의 측면에서 변화 양상을 확인할 수 있었다. The objective of this thesis is to study the formation process and changing aspects of practical knowledge of a teacher newly appointed as an elementary school teacher. Lessons of the newly appointed teacher were observed and analyzed to find out how the teacher builds up his own way of teaching based on the theory of literature education he acquired in the education he took just before and how he overcomes the difficulties he comes to experience in the process, and the aspect of change was reviewed. The significance of the study is thought to be in providing information about what methods of literature lessons there are which can be a practical help not only to newly appointed teachers but also to teachers with careers by reviewing such process of change. Total 17 lessons were analyzed with the literature units of the Korean language that K, a teacher newly appointed as a elementary teacher in Geoje city, teaches for one semester as a central figure. The aspects of the dilemma that a newly appointed teacher experienced and changing image, principle and strategy of the literature lessons were described through the lesson dialog that K keeps after every classes and deep interview with qualitative study. As a result, the changing aspects were found out under the side of image change of a teacher, analysis for accomplishment of the next target, the lesson focused on understanding and construction of lesson for better understanding of juvenile.

        Airspeed and altimeter calibration of "win Mee was conducted by the flight test. We have adopted system to system method. Flight test data is corrected for instrumented error and position error, and the resultin data was satisfied. Climb Performance flight test also was conducted. But we could not have all data because of limited flight time. The resulted data was satisfied compare with calculated dab.

      • 한국 자생 구절초 종류의 정유성분 비교분석 및 항생제 내성 Salmonella 속 균주에 대한 억제효과

        The essential oils from the aerial parts of three varieties of Chrysanthemum zawadskii cultivated in the herbal garden of Duksung Women' s University were extracted by steam distillation method and their compositions were compared by GC-MS analysis. The composition of essential oil fractions from the three varieties of C. zawadskii significant differences in their compostion. While the predominant components of C. zawadskii were camphor and borneol, C. zawadskii var. tenuisectum contained myrtenol and germacrene D as representing compound of its essential oil. C. zawadskii var. nakdongense oil showed higher contents of germacrene D than other two varieties of C. zawadskii. As the results of the determination of the effects of this oil and its main components on antibiotic-susceptible and -resistant strains of Salmonella enteritidis and S. typhimurium, the main components of C. zawadskii oil fraction, borneol and camphor, significantly inhibited all strains of the two Salmonella species examined, while its oil fraction showed relatively weak activity. In evaluation tests of the combination effects of the oils with kanamycin or streptomycin using a checkerboard microtiter assay, C. zawadskii oil fraction combined with streptomycin resulted the most significant synergism in this study with the fractional inhibiting concentration index (FICI) of 0.19.

        주사(注射)를 통한 파라쿼트 중독사 : 부검 3예

        Paraquat is a bipyridilium nonselective contact herbicide and well-known pulmonary toxicants. Concentrated solution of paraquat may causes severe corrosive injury and multiple system organ failure. It is poorly absorbed from GI tract, but is extremely toxic and so one swallowed mouthful of Gramoxone(about 5ml) will be fatal. We experienced 3 cases of paraquat poisoning through injection and examined pathologic findings, medical records and concentration of paraquat in blood and tissues. We reviewed the mechanism of action of paraquat. pathologic changes of organ system, concentration of compound in the various organ and cause of death in autopsy cases.

        Mixed layer clay mineral among Chongsong pettery stones, which is important as raw material in ceramic manufactures, was investigated and then Al-chlorite(Sudoite)-Montmorillonite 1:1 regular interstratified clay mineral(Tosudite) was found to exist. X-ray diffraction, differential thermal analysis and infra-red absorption spectra were examined. The following results showed that the chief clay mineral of Chongsong pottery stone resembled to Al-chlorite(Sudoite)-Montmorillonite regular mixed layer. 1. Lattice spacing d(001) and d(002) after treatments showed as follows: d(001) d(002) untreated 29.4 17.7 ethylene glycol treatment 32.7 15.5 heat treatment - 14.2 2. DTA showed exothermal at 980 ℃ and endothermal at 70℃, 170℃, 550 ℃ and 570℃. 3. Infra-red absorption spectra showed OH absorption at wave number 3630cm??, 3650cm?? and 3530cm??.

        음부를 포함한 다발성 다유방증의 치험례

        Accessory breast tissue is developed from persistence of breast tissue along the milk line which first beomes apparent at the 6th week of embryo and usually atrophies except for the thoracic area until the 9th week. It is much more common than amastia and occurs in approximately from 2 to 6 percent of the population. But multiple polymastia involving labia major is quite rare. We experienced one case of multiple polymastia involving labia majora & both axilla and 6 cases of polymastia & polyhelia, so we are willing to report our cases with a review of literature.

      • 백금(Ⅳ)착체의 약리학적 연구

        The platinum complex, PtCl₄(2-CEen), was previously synthesized and shown to have anti-tumor activity. In the present study, toxicologic profile of PtCl₄(2-CEen) and its acute anti-inflammatory activity on carrageenin edema was observed with oral administration. The ef-4feet of this agent on acetic acid-induced writhing in mice were also examined. In male and female mice given a single intragastrical dose of PtCl₄(2-CEen), we determined that LD_(50) values were over lOOOmg/kg B.W. In the method of carrageenin edema and writhing test, the PtCl₄(2-CEen), orally administered in a single dose, tended to inhibit the development of hind paw edema in rats, and the number of writhing induced by acetic acid in mice. These facts suggest that PtCl₄(2-CEen) may have weak anti-inflammatory effect.

        상악 제1 및 제2소구치의 발치공간 폐쇄기전에 대한 3차원 유한요소 해석의 비교 연구

        교정 치료에서 발치공간 폐쇄는 치열을 이루는 모든 치아의 연속적인 이동으로 이루어지므로 그 기전은 복잡하다. 특히 전치부 치축을 적절히 유지하면서 구치부 고정원을 조절하는 과정은 정교함을 요하기 때문에 입체적 분석을 통한 치아이동 양상에 대한 이해가 필요하다. 지금까지의 유한요소 분석은 초기 응력분포를 관찰하여 치아 이동 양상을 예측해 보는데 그쳤지만 이러한 양상만으로 정확한 치아이동 결과를 추정하는 데에는 한계가 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 3차원 유한요소 모델을 이용하여 상악 제1소구치 및 제2소구치 발치공간 폐쇄 시 전치부와 구치부의 입체적인 이동 양상을 단계별로 비교하여 그 기전을 규명하고자 하였다. 자연치의 크기 및 형태를 갖는 상악 치아들과 브라켓, 교정용 호선 및 치조골부를 3차원 레이저 스캐너로 스캐닝한 후 사면체 요소의 유한요소모델을 제작하였다. 0.017" x 0.025" 스테인레스 강 호선에 제작된 bull 루프 후방에 10˚의 gable bend를 부여하고 한 번에 2mm씩 12회 활성화시켜 발치공간을 폐쇄시켰다. 그 결과 제1소구치를 발치한 경우 제2소구치 발치에 비해 전치부의 후방 이동량이 많았으며 구치부의 전방 이동량은 더 적게 나타났다. 전치부에서는 제1, 2소구치 발치 모두 비슷한 미약한 정출을 동반하였고 치축의 변화량은 제1소구치 발치에서 더 크게 나타났다. 또한 제2소구치 발치 시 고정원의 협측 이동량이 더 크게 나타났다. Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the differences in closing extraction spaces between maxillary first premolar and second premolar extractions using 3-dimensional finite element analysis (FEA). Methods: Maxillary artificial teeth were selected according to Wheeler's dental anatomy. The size and shape of each tooth, bracket and archwire were made from captured real images by a 3D laser scanner and FEA was performed with a 10-noded tetrahedron. A 10˚ gable bend was placed behind the bull loop on a 0.017" x 0.025" archwire. The extraction space was then closed through 12 repeated activating processes for each 2mm of space. Results and Conclusions: The study demonstrated that the retraction of anterior teeth was less for the second premolar extraction than for the first premolar extraction. The anterior teeth showed a controlled tipping movement with slight extrusion, and the posterior teeth showed a mesial-in rotational movement. For the second premolar extraction, buccal movement of posterior teeth was highly increased.

      • 유제놀에 의한 즉시형 알레르기 반응의 억제

        The current study evaluates the capacity of eugenol to regulate immediate allergic reaction by control of histamine release. Administrations of eugenol (1 M/kg. i.p.) at 60 min before and 5.10 min after the compound 48/80 treatment (8 mg/kg.i.p.) were shown the mortality rates as 0.44.4. and 77.8%. respectively. A 60 min before administered group revealed a singificant inhibition of serum his-tamine release compared with those of 5 and 10 min after the compound 48/80 injection. Eugenol (6-48mM) was also showed a dose-dependent activity on the compound 48/80-induced histamine release from the highly purified population of Alcian Blue-positive peritoneal mast cells. These results indicate that in vitro treatment with exogenous eugenol inhibited the active response of mast cell populations and modulated its characteristics.

      • 재조합 Saccharomyces cerevisiae에서 Inulinase와 Invertase의 발현과 분비에 미치는 배양조건의 영향

        The effects of medium pH and culture temperature on the expression and secretion and secretion of inulinase and invertase were investigated with recombinant Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells. These cells were obtained by transformation of 2μ-based plasmids pYI10 and pYS10 which contain Kluyveromyces marxianus inulinase gene (INU1A) and S. cerevisiae invertase gene (SUC2), respectively, in the downstream of GAL1 promoter. The expression level and localization of inulinase and invertase were not affected significantly by the initial medium pH: secretion efficiencies of inulinase and invertase into the medium were about 90% and 60%, respectively, in the pH ranges of 4.0 to 6.5. However, the expression and secretion of both enzymes were strongly dependent on the culture temperature. The highest expression (7.7 units/mL) and secretion (6.7 units/mL) of inulinase were observed at 28℃ and 30℃. As a consequence of decreased localization of inulinase in the periplasmic space, the secretion efficiency increased from 68% at 20℃ to 95% at 35℃. The total expression level and secretion efficiency of invertase increased from 19 units/mL and 55% at 20℃ to 25 units/mL and 68% at 35℃, respectively. Irrespective of the culture temperature, the invertase activity in the cellular fraction (periplasmic space and cytoplasmic fractions) was kept constant at around 33∼45%.
