본 연구는 정보통신산업 인력분류에 의거한 실태조사를 통하여 대덕밸리 IT기업의 인력수급 실태를 파악하고, 이를 토대로 대학에서의 IT 인력양성 교육프로그램과 산학관 협력프로그램 등 효율적인 IT 전문인력 양성방안에 대해 검토하였다. 대전·충남 정보통신 산업의 인력수급상의 불균형을 해소하고 효과적인 교육과정의 개발을 위해서는 우수인력의 유치, 교육 및 재교육, 활용 등 인력양성의 단계별로 산-학-연-관의 효율적 역할분담과 유기적인 협력체제의 구축이 중요하다. 다음으로 지역 정보통신 업계에서 요구하는 현장에서 즉각 활용 가능한 첨단지식을 갖춘 전문인력의 양성을 위해서는 교과과정의 개발단계에서부터 업계가 같이 참여하여 수요자 중심의 새로운 교육과정이 마련되어야 한다. 마지막으로 이러한 인재들을 적재적소에 배치하여 활용할 수 있도록 전문인력 데이터베이스의 구축 등을 포함한 고급인적자원관리를 위한 인프라를 확충할 필요가 있다.

In this paper a systematic method for the kinematic modeling of a wheeled mobile robot is presented. This type of methodology is useful to analyze, design, simulate and control any kind of rolling robots. Using the four-wheeled 2-DOF mobile robot as an example, we then analyze the kinematic modeling and through the dead-reckoning updata algorithm, real-time control of WMR position is possible.
국내 의료종사자에서 HHV-8의 항체양성률에 대한 연구

HHV-8 virus is known to be associated with Kaposi's sarcoma (KS) in HIV seropositive patients and its seroprevalence has geographic difference, In South Korea, incidence of KS is low not only in general population but also in HIV patients compared to other countries, It is speculated that low seroprevalence of HHV-8 has contributed to the low incidence of KS in South Korea. We examined the seroprevalence of anti HHV-8 IgG of HIV seronegative health care workers in one University hospital. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used for diagnosis. One person (0.6% 1/164) was seropositive, six were equivocal (3.7%,6/164) and 157 people were seronegative (95.73%, 157/164). This study revealed that seroprevalence of HHV-8 in general population was. low in South Korea. Further studies are needed to be carried out to evaluate the low HHV-8 seroprevalence in Korea.
바퀴형 이동 로보트의 위치 제어를 위한 궤환 제어시스템의 구성

This paper proposed a kinematic modeling methodlogy and feedback control system based on kinematics for 2 Degrees of freedom of 4-wheeled mobile robot. We assigned coordinate systems to specify the transformation matrix and write the kinematic equation of motion. We derived the actuated inverse and sensed forward solution for the calculation of actuator velocity and robot velocities. Orientation error, which is defined as the difference between the actual robot orientation and the desired robot orientation. It is the most significant error and has the largest impact on the motion accuracy. To calculate the WMR position in real time, we introduced the Dead-Reckoning algorithms and composed two feedback control system. The simulation result show that the proposed kinematic modeling and control system are useful. We will easily extend the proposed kinematic modeling to mobile robot of similar type.

This work will develop a 6-DOF precision aligner with small size and high resolution for assembling the micro parts for a mobile electronics. Here, VCM actuator that is precise and reliable will be applied to this aligner system. Arrangement of actuators will be a symmetrical based on kinematic design. This paper presents combining two modules of mechanism for the 6-DOF precision aligner. The first is a stage which can control XYθ_(z) motion, and the second can control Z motion, in other words, Z tilt motion. According to its specifications, it is expected to satisfy requirement of precision. Test of the first stage was presented to show the resolution and parasitic motion. For the test, PID algorithm was applied for feed-back control system.

Currently, application areas of real-time systems using computers are rapidly increasing. However, development of real-time systems is slow because of the lack of a systematic approach. The heart of the systematic approach is an appropriate model for real-time systems which can abstract temporal and functional behaviors of real-time systems. Many models have been proposed Among them, the TMO (Time-triggered Message-triggered Object) model developed at UCI satisfies above-mentioned requirements. In this paper, we present the design of the C++T(C++Time) language that can specify the TMO model and the process modeling a scenario we propose using the TMO model and programming it. Finally, we conclude by describing additional thoughts on the C++T specification language.
세라믹 섬유필터를 이용한 디젤 입자상물질 배출저감에 관한 기초연구

Works were focused on back pressure characteristics of ceramic fiber filter on DPF(Diesel Particulate Filter) system and experiments were performed to select appropriate filter which can filter particulates. Filters were installed on metal-support tube which has openings for exhaust as flow. Ceramic fiber filters with high specific surface area and adequate high temperature strength are commercially available for filtration of diesel particulates and in-situ hot regeneration. Thus, ceramic blanket and ceramic board which are used as insulating media were applied to filter and filteration apparatus was installed on exhaust as line connected to 2.0L diesel engine. Alternating filter structure to adapt DPF system, collection efficiency test of diesel particulates was measured. In case of ceramic blanket, pressure drop was low, caused by the destruction of soft structures. Also, particulate collection efficiency was decreased depending on loading time. In case of ceramic board, structure design was altered to reduce back pressure on DPF system. Structure design was altered to induce Z-flow by making 10mm and 5mm holes on the surface of media. Alteration of 5mm hole showed that media have low back pressure but particulate collection efficiency was 77%, while 10mm hole showed that of 90%.
