        ERP 도입이 기업의 생산성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        This paper examined the effect of the ERP introduction on the productivity of firms. This paper finds out the differences of the effect on the productivity of ERP introduction by organization characteristics, and suggests some guidelines of S/W development to vendors. The results would be strong implications for ERP vendors. Especially this paper identifies the check points in the establishment time of ERP S/W. To do this, this paper used empirical data obtained from the firms and analyzed it by using statistical software.

        Firms think that it is for the best to use information technology to survive and grow in changing current business environment. Recently, the using of information technology to be a high and competitive company in the world has been recognized by firms facing difficult business situations. To roll with the punches of recent current crisis and meet customer's specification, much attention is being aimed to using information technology. Many studies have shown that using information technology is a key to competition. But small firms have trouble using information technology and building a very excellent and efficient computerization by many factors like funds, technology, and human resource, So, this study is focusing on where th difficulties of small firms getting under way of informatization come from and finding out the relationship of information technology characteristics and difficulties.

        중소기업 정보화 추진과 성과의 관계에 대한 실증적 연구

        Currently much attention in local small firms is being aimed to informatization. Informatization has a potential for getting competitiveness through increasing productivity and enhancing customer service level. Recently, the importance of to be a high and competitive company in the world has been recognized by small firms facing difficult business situation. Many studies have shown that using information technology was a key to competitiveness. But local small firms have trouble getting informatization and building a very excellent and efficient computerization by many factors like funds, technology, and human resource. So, this study is analyzing the organization and propulsion characteristics of local small firms getting under way of informatization and finding out which and how propulsion and difficulty factors effect on the performance much more. Based on the result of this paper, it suggests the organization and propulsion characteristics to make local small firm successful in building a information system and telecommunication network.

        事務自動化(OA)推進戰略과 成果의 關係에 대한 實證的 硏究

        Much attention currently is being aimed to OA(office automation). OA has a potential for improving management decision making as well as increasing productivity of secretarial and clerical workers. This study construct a model that may be useful to the OA manager, in channeling OA efforts in the right direction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of critical success strategy for OA implementation, to test 5 hypotheses and 11 subsidiary hypotheses of organizational characteristics and OA propulsion characteristics, and to suggest and evaluate a success strategy for OA implementation. The population consists of the Korean business in Seoul. 292 respones of the 1000 questionaires were available and analyzed. The analytical methods are adopted on the frequency analysis to analyze the general characteristics, the one-way ANOVA, the Pearson's correlation analysis, the regression analysis for the test of the hypotheses.

      • 人的資源情報시스템 運營方案에 대한 實證的 硏究

        A key issues in the management of information systems in the 1980's is the growing sophistication of specialized information systems within the traditional functional areas of the organization. The hurman resource informatioon systems(HRIS) is one such systems, which in recent years has become critical to the operation of the personnel department of large companies. The major functional component of any HRIS are input, data maintenance, and output. The input function provides the capabilities needed to enter personnel information into the HRIS. After data items are successfully edited and validated by the input function, they are passed to the data maintenance function. The data maintenance function is responsible for the actual updating of the maintained or stored on the various HRIS files or databases. The last function of a HRIS is the output function and this function is the most visible function. A carefully designed HRIS is not an end in itself. It is a highly efficient management tool to collect, store, maintain, and report an organization's human resource information. The purpose of this study is to present the status of HRIS, to trace its development as an entity independent of centralized MIS, to assess its current operation and technical base, and toproject its future role in the firms, especially its relationship to the centralised MIS function and to the hurman resource department. This study focused on five areas related to an HRIS in Korean firms. Major findings obtained through the data analysis of empirical study are as follows: 1) The growth of Korean HRIS put up to the extend of personnel recordkeeping or compensation systems, and in the future, it must accomplished a systematic development in many areas. 2) Many firms in Korea have a grest deal of software development in the HRIS. 3) User involved highly in the HRIS estabilishment, development, and operation. 4) Applications which used in the HRIS of Korean firms in concerned largely at turnover analysis, employee desciplinery record, and monitoring of employee attendence. Information systems within personnel area in Korean firms are reaching a critical point in their evolution. As HRIS grow in technical sophistication and expand their influence on human resource decision making, critical issues concerning the management of HRIS must be emphasized. Results of this study indicate that many organizations are keenly interested in devoting resource to improving management of HRIS. HRIS will become increasingly success an functional area information systems such as accounting information systems, marketing information systems and so forth.

      • 제조업의 CALS 구축 방법

        Lots of business firms guess that CALS is for the best to get to the group of world class companies, and recognize that CALS is a way in a global business environment to get a competitive advantage. But, they have difficulty building the CALS fit their business environment. The focus of this paper is putting on helping manufacturing firms get a good CALS. So, this paper suggests a method and a model for building a CALS and reviews many things to consider on building a CALS to help manufacturing firms get a perfect CALS. This paper studies and examines the cases of business firms that is successfully taking advantage of thier CALS to get a competition. The result of this paper will walk manufacturing firms through building a CALS successfully and effectively step by step.

        線型問題에서의 퍼지集合 이용

        This paper shows the application of fuzzy set and nonlinear membership function to linear programming problems in a fuzzy environment. In contrast to typical linear programming problems, the objectives and constraints of the problem in a fuzzy environment are defined imprecisely. This paper describes that fuzzy linear programming models can be formulated using the basic concepts of membership functions and fuzzy sets, and that they can be solved by quadratic programming methods. In a numerical example, a linear programming problem with two constraints and two decision variables is provided to illustrate the solution procedure.
