        전자상거래를 이용한 농산물 마케팅의 활성화 전략

        In the near future information technology will make more extensive applications to agricultural marketing system through e-commerce system. This paper is to investigate the current trends of e-commerce in agricultural marketing and suggest strategies for increasing agricultural product sales at the farm level as follows ; 1) price and quality control for attracting customers 2) increasing brand power for marketing promotion, and 3) devising more convenient website for internet users.

        중등 컴퓨터과학교육을 위한 객체지향형 EPL '두리틀'의 적용 및 평가

        제 7차 컴퓨터교과 교육과정은 소프트웨어 활용 부분에 치중되어 컴퓨터과학에 관한 원리교육이 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 한편, ACM K-12 컴퓨터과학 교육과정 모델에 관한 보고서에서는 현재의 컴퓨터교육이 그릇된 방향이며 컴퓨터과학 중심의 컴퓨터교육을 위해서 프로그래밍언어 교육을 통한 원리교육의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 프로그래밍 체험학습을 위한 객체지향 기반의 새로운 교육용프로그래밍언어인 두리틀(Dolittle)을 소개한다. 두리틀은 간결한 구문과 한국어와의 대응성, 인크리멘탈 방식의 프로그래밍, 수치, 문자열, 배열과 같은 알고리즘과 구조화, 텍스트 위주의 프로그래밍 등의 설계방침을 적용한 언어이다. 중학생을 대상으로 실제 수업에 적용해 보고 학습효과를 분석한 결과, 객체지향기반이지만 클래스나 상속 등의 개념을 모르고도 활용 가능한 교육용프로그래밍언어라는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 객체와 메소드 활용을 통하여 프로그래밍 결과를 쉽게 확인할 수 있고 오류 수정이 용이하므로, 학생들의 높은 흥미도를 유지하면서 학업성취도를 향상시키고 차후 학습으로의 연계가 수월하였다. Current computer education is difficult to educate basic concepts and principals of the computer science because the 7th curriculum of computer education is focused on the application of software. According to the ACM K-12 report about the computer science education model, current computer education is taking the wrong way and we should put the highly priority on the education of the fundamentals through programming languages for a better computer education oriented to the computer science. This paper introduces a new object-oriented educational programming language "Dolittle'". The design principals of Dolittle are simple syntax of Korean, incremental programming, text based programming, aliasing of function, and object-oriented programming. Being applied to middle school classes, we can confirm that Dolittle is easy to learn, and gives rise to high interest and keeps interest through a course,and also is of great practical use in class for programming novice.

      • Higenammine이 심근의 활동전압 및 수축에 미치는 영향

        In order to investigate the action mechanism of higenamine on cardiac muscle cells, the isometric contraction and transmembrane action potential in rabbit papillary muscle preparations taken out from tight ventricles were observed. The isometric contraction and action potential were recorded in the control Tyrode solution and higenamine-Tyrode solution in which the preparations were kept beating (1 Hz.) for about 30 minutes to get stable data. The resting membrane potential, amplitude of action potential amplitude of overshoot potential, time of repolarization to 60%, 90% of the amplitude of action potential and the first derivatives of potential recorded transmembrane action potential in control Tyrode solution and higenamine (2.5×10^-7gm/ml) Tyrode solution in which showed about 130%-150% of positive inotropic effect compared with those controls. The following results were obtained. 1. Higenamine showed no effects on the time-to-peak tension. 2. Higenamine showed almost no effects on resting membrane potential, amplitude of action potential and overshoot potential. 3. Higenamine significantly shortened to repolarize 60% or 90% of the action potential from 218ms and 264ms in the controls to 200ms and 246ms respectively. (p<0.005) Therefore. the maximum values of the first derivatives of potential variations (- Vmax) in the plateau phase an d repolarization phase were also significantly increased from 16.3V/sec in the control groups to 17.3V/sec in the higenamine-treated groups. The above results which showed positive inotropic effect and simultaneously shortening of action potential duration by higenamine suggest possible involvement of the increase of slow inward current.

        딸기營農技術의 地域間 差別性과 影響要因에 관한 硏究

        This paper aims to study regional difference in strawberry farming technology and its causal factors based on the survey of controlled strawberry farmers in three major strawberry cultivating regions, which are Nonsan county of Chungnam Province, Damyang County of Junnam Province and Guchang County of Kyungnam Province. There are differences in variety adoption, packaging and grading method which cause the farming income gap among these regions. Farmers of Guchang County, who adopt new variety Yeobong and packing system, raised highest gross receipts but ranked next to Damyang in terms of net income because of high packing cost. Farmers of Nonsan County earned lowest income because of poor quality and low price in spite of adopting packing cost saving method. Therefore, results of this study shows that successful farming technology depend on whether or not farmers adopt market oriented technology. It is suggested that direction of strawberry farming technology should focus on adopting new varieties which can contiribute to increasing farmers' paid price and developing technology of reducing cost such as labor saving and packing machine.

        전자상거래가 농업경영 행태에 미치는 영향

        This study was focused on analyzing the impacts of e-commerce on the farmer's management behavior and suggesting alternatives for the development of e-commerce in agricultural industry. For this study, survey was conducted for 24 farmers who sell agricultural products through e-commerce in Chungnam province. The results of study are as follows; First, farmers have changed their management practices in terms of production, marketing and processing by using the information of consumers' preferences while doing e-commerce business. Second, farmers have attempted to differentiate their product through product brand and customer relationship marketing, because they recognized the importance of developing marketing techniques adapted to e-commerce system for more revenues. Third, if quality certification system of agricultural products is introduced under e-commerce, farmers would use it for their environmentally sounded farming because they expect to increase their income. Fourth, 75% of the farmers sold their product at retail price. It means that e-commerce farmers act as a price maker rather than price taker at e-commerce market, who will be encouraged to have larger business size resulting in more added value. Based on the results of study, we suggest that there should be reduction of service charge for credit card, and encouragement of B2B transaction for the economy of scale and introduction of quality certification system so as to establish e-commerce system of agricultural industry as soon as possible.

        저수지 경관자원을 활용한 야외수영장 개발사업의 투자효과 분석

        This study aimed at analyzing the economic effect of outdoor swimming pool investment using the reservoir's amenity resources. We focused on the identification of the amenity value of reservoir in the rural area and the economic evaluation for establishing infrastructure such as swimming pool based on the reservoir's landscape value. To this end, we have conducted the case study on the outdoor swimming pool in connection with Go-Bok reservoir in Yeon-Gi county, Chungnam Province and estimated its income effect on the rural community by cost-benefit analysis method. The research results are as follows: 1) Outdoor swimming pool participants, with 11,581 visitors totaled to Yeon-gi county every year, was estimated to spend the worth of 58,446 thousand won paid for the agricultural product purchase and etc. 2) Internal rate return of the outdoor swimming pool project was estimated to 16.19%, which considered to be economically feasible comparing with 10% of current capital opportunity cost. Based on the results of this study, we suggest the following strategies for development of amenity value of swimming pool in connected with the reservoir: 1) Reservoir amenities should be well preserved even after construction of swimming pool lest losing amenity values while managing the facilities. 2) Measures to increase the marketing value of intangible reservoir's amenities through promotion should be established. 3) Effective program for more visitors with longer staying and more agricultural products sales should be designed.

        單位農協의 環境變化와 組織의 發展方案

        Since domestic and international environments has changed rapidly, Korean primary agricultural coopratives are expected to face many difficulties in business management, especially marketing and banking business. Therefore, it is necessary to reframe the exitsting structure of primary agricultural cooperatives so as to enhance the competitiveness in terms of management efficiency. However, There are many problems to be solved such as overnumbered staffs compared with decreasing number of farming population, unbalanced ratio between executive officials and lower-level officials, complexity of position-ranking system resulting from unclearness of official title and office regulations, and management right excessively concnetrated on cooperative leader. The suggested measures for such problems are as follows; 1) attaining the economy size of agricultural cooperatives in the with decreasing rural community, 2) fostering the on-the job training programs and the personnel administration according to job competency, 3) merging the small primary cooperatives into larger units with efficiency, 4) specializing the cooperative business based on their regional comparative advantage, 5) maintaining the rational adjustment between elected cooperative leader's management right and responsibility.

        중국 인삼 산업의 국제 경쟁력 분석

        In this thesis we aim at analyzing international competitive power of Chinese ginseng in comparison with Korean ginseng and searching policy direction for Korea to compete Chinese ginseng industry. We summarized the research results as follows: First, we examine the structural change of ginseng industry of China. Second, we review the theories for international competitiveness and apply the method of analyzing competitiveness to ginseng industry. Third. we compared the international competitive power of the ginseng industry between China and Korea and found that Chinese ginseng, estimated by Revealed Comparative Advantage(RCA) at about 15, still remains high competitiveness in terms of cost and price but lowering price competitiveness recently. Based on the research results, we suggest export promotion strategies of the Korean ginseng as follows: 1) Korean government should enforce trade cooperation with China so as to register Korean root ginseng an importable medicine. 2) Korean ginseng producer should develop various products such as capsules, powders and etc. according to China's consumer purchasing power and taste. 3) Korean ginseng should be sold as an differentiated commodity so that it will contribute to building consumer loyalty to Korean ginseng, makes market share superior to other cheaper ginseng products in China. 4) In order to be effective brand marketing and product advertisement, there should be established reliable networks to process and distribute Korean ginseng products exclusively.

        流通環境의 變化와 假想 直去來市場의 導入方案

        As the agricultural marketing environments, which are consumers' tastes and preferences, producers' involvements in marketing business, government policy and liberalization of domestic market, have rapidly changed, current marketing systems are facing transitional periods. To cope with changing marketing environments, it is desirable to develop new marketing system that efficiently direct the flow of agricultural products from producers to consumers. Cyber-marketing system, in which producers and consumers could conduct direct transaction with each other using computer internet system, would be suggested so that marketing stages and costs can be reduced. However, for cyber-marketing to be managed successfully, it is a need to establish data base and information network system for producers' group and consumers' group and to improve the marketing functional performances such as grading, packaging, and storage system.
