        협력원리에 기초한 賈玲小品 유머의 화용론적 분석

        在現代社會中, 幽默非常重要。幽默有助於將尷尬的氣氛變得輕鬆愉快, 使人心情舒暢, 對生活起到潤滑劑的作用。東西方的許多學者主要從哲學、心理學、社會學、語言學等角度來分析以相聲和小品為代錶的中國式幽默。近年來, 以語用學理論為基礎, 幽默的研究逐漸擴大和新穎。幽默在現代社會中已經成為喜劇小品的靈魂。賈玲小品作為中國備受矚目的新時代代錶人物, 具有生活化、幽默化、巧思的特點, 深受大眾喜愛。因此, 因此, 對賈玲小品幽默敘述進行認知解讀, 成為一項很有意義的研究課題。 合作原則是語用學中的一個重要理論, 在幽默敘述中具有強大的解釋力。本文基於合作原則分析了賈玲小品的幽默生成機製。合作原則包括四個準則。賈玲小品的幽默產生主要是通過違反這四個準則來實現的。 Humor is indispensable in modern people’s lives, humorous words are humorous, funny, and lubricant of life. In recent years, the study of humor has gained a broader perspective and a newer perspective as linguistics has matured.Humor is the soul of comedy sketch, which has become a social culture based on Spring Night.As a rising star of the new era, Jia Ling’s sketches have the characteristics of daily life, humor and ingenuity, and have been loved by many audiences in recent years.Therefore, the cognitive interpretation of Jia Ling’s humorous remarks is a very research subject. Cooperation principle and correlation theory are the two most common theories in linguistics, both of which have strong explanatory power for speech humor. In this paper, we mainly use the principle of cooperation and the theory of correlation to study the humor in Jia Ling’s sketches. The first chapter introduces the concept of humor and sketch. The definition of humor, definition of sketch, origin, development, etc. are discussed at home and abroad. The second chapter introduces the four principles of cooperation, namely, number, quality, relationship and manner. Jia Ling’s snippet humor was produced by violating these four guidelines. Chapter 3 presents three concepts: explicit-inference communication, maximum and optimal correlation, and cognitive contextual dynamics, based on the correlation theory proposed by Sperber & Wilson. The theory of correlation holds that speech humor arises from the contrast between the speaker’s words and the listener’s expectations.

        Variable speed sliding mode control of magnetic suspension linear synchronous motor based on feedback linearization

        In the high-speed and high-precision magnetic suspension linear synchronous motor, the non-linear coupling between armature current, suspension height and horizontal velocity, as well as the uncertain factors such as load disturbance, which will have many adverse effects on the control system. To solve these problems, this paper uses a feedbacklinearized control method. Through coordinate transformation and state feedback, the nonlinear model of motor affine is decoupled and linearized into three independent linear subsystems of straight axis current subsystem, horizontal speed subsystem and suspension height subsystem. In order to reduce the dependence of feedback linearization control on linear motor mathematical model and improve the robustness of servo system, so as to realize decoupling control of magnetic suspension linear synchronous motor, a variable speed reaching law sliding mode controller is designed on the basis of linearization model. Simulation and experimental results show that the dynamic and static performance of the system is enhanced significantly by using the proposed control strategy.

        A Hierarchical Model for Mobile Ad Hoc Network Performability Assessment

        Dynamic topology is one of the main influence factors on network performability. However, it was always ignored by the traditional network performability assessment methods when analyzing large-scale mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) because of the state explosion problem. In this paper, we address this problem from the perspective of complex network. A two-layer hierarchical modeling approach is proposed for MANETs performability assessment, which can take both the dynamic topology and multi-state nodes into consideration. The lower level is described by Markov reward chains (MRC) to capture the multiple states of the nodes. The upper level is modeled as a small-world network to capture the characteristic path length based on different mobility and propagation models. The hierarchical model can promote the MRC of nodes into a state matrix of the whole network, which can avoid the state explosion in large-scale networks assessment from the perspective of complex network. Through the contrast experiments with OPNET simulation based on specific cases, the method proposed in this paper shows satisfactory performance on accuracy and efficiency.

        Chronic ethanol feeding impairs AMPK and MEF2 expression and is associated with GLUT4 decrease in rat myocardium

        Chronic and heavy alcohol consumption is one of the causes of heart diseases. However, the effects of ethanol on insulin sensitivity in myocardium has been unclear. To investigate the effects of ethanol on the expression of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK), myocyte enhancer factor 2 (MEF2) and glucose transporter 4 (GLUT4), all of which are involved in the regulation of insulin sensitivity, in the myocardium, we performed three parts of experiments in vivo and in vitro. I: Rats were injected with 5-amino-4-imidazolecarboxamide ribonucleotide (AICAR, 0.8 mg.kg-1) for 2 h. II:Rats received different dose (0.5, 2.5 or 5 g.kg-1.d-1) of ethanol for 22-week. III: Primary neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were isolated and treated with or without 100 mM ethanol or 1 mM AICAR for 4 h. The cardiac protein and mRNA expression of AMPKα subunits, MEF2and GLUT4 were observed by western-blotting and RT-PCR, respectively. Serum TNFα levels were assessed by ELISA. The results showed chronic ethanol exposure induced insulin resistance. Ethanol decreased the mRNA levels of AMPKα1 and α2, the protein levels of total- and phospho-AMPKα in cardiomyocytes. Similarly, ethanol showed inhibitory effects on both the mRNA and protein levels of MEF2A and 2D,and GLUT4 in a dose-response-like fashion. Correlation analysis implied an association between phospho-AMPKα and MEF2A or MEF2D, and between the levels of MEF2 protein and GLUT4 transcription. In addition,ethanol elevated serum TNFα level. Taken together,chronic ethanol exposure decreases the expression of AMPKα and MEF2, and is associated with GLUT4 decline in rat myocardium.

        Major ginsenosides from Panax ginseng promote aerobic cellular respiration and SIRT1-mediated mitochondrial biosynthesis in cardiomyocytes and neurons

        Background: Aerobic cellular respiration provides chemical energy, adenosine triphosphate (ATP), to maintain multiple cellular functions. Sirtuin 1 (SIRT1) can deacetylate peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1 alpha (PGC-1α) to promote mitochondrial biosynthesis. Targeting energy metabolism is a potential strategy for the prevention and treatment of various diseases, such as cardiac and neurological disorders. Ginsenosides, one of the major bioactive constituents of Panax ginseng, have been extensively used due to their diverse beneficial effects on healthy subjects and patients with different diseases. However, the underlying molecular mechanisms of total ginsenosides (GS) on energy metabolism remain unclear. Methods: In this study, oxygen consumption rate, ATP production, mitochondrial biosynthesis, glucose metabolism, and SIRT1-PGC-1α pathways in untreated and GS-treated different cells, fly, and mouse models were investigated. Results: GS pretreatment enhanced mitochondrial respiration capacity and ATP production in aerobic respiration-dominated cardiomyocytes and neurons, and promoted tricarboxylic acid metabolism in cardiomyocytes. Moreover, GS clearly enhanced NAD<sup>+</sup>-dependent SIRT1 activation to increase mitochondrial biosynthesis in cardiomyocytes and neurons, which was completely abrogated by nicotinamide. Importantly, ginsenoside monomers, such as Rg1, Re, Rf, Rb1, Rc, Rh1, Rb2, and Rb3, were found to activate SIRT1 and promote energy metabolism. Conclusion: This study may provide new insights into the extensive application of ginseng for cardiac and neurological protection in healthy subjects and patients.
