일반화된 Active Contour Model을 이용한 변형 물체의 움직임 추적과 분석에 관한 연구

본 논문은 일반화된 Active Contour Model을 이용하여 연속적으로 입력되는 영상에서 변화하는 물체의 움직임 추적과 분석 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 연속적인 영상 프레임에서 물체 경계의 추적은 외곽선 모델의 에너지 함수를 최소화하므로써 이루어진다. 물체의 추적, 적응적인 움직임 예측의 효율을 증가시키기 위하여 입력되는 영상에 존재하는 일시적인 움직임 정보를 이용하였고 물체의 움직임과 변형 처리를 위하여 움직임 추적 알고리즘으로부터 변형 행렬을 유도했다. 본 논문에서 제안한 일반화된 Active Contour Model을 입술추적 실험의 행동 분석에 적용하였다. 그리고 그 응용에서 전위 벡터와 변형 행렬의 일시적인 변화는 인간 얼굴 특징의 국부적 변형을 설명하는데 이용된다.

DC 배열을 이용한 JPEG 와 MPEG 압축 동화상 영상의 일시적인 세분화 연구

연상 압축은 원 영상에서 허용되는 데이타의 질과 명료도와 간결성을 보존하면서 데이타를 최대한 압축하려는 것이다. 그러므로 영상 압축은 영상이 전송될 때 통신 채녈의 대역폭을 줄이거나 최소한의 영상 데이타에 포함된 중복성을 제거함으로서 영상 데이타를 다양한 비율로 압축할 수 있으며, 최소한의 저장 공간을 이용하여 방대한 영상 데이타를 전송및 저장하는 데 이용된다. 최근 영상 정보의 압축을 위한 여러가지 알고리즘이 제안되고 있으나, 이러한 연구들은 대부분 압축율 개선에 중점을 두기 때문에 원 영상으로 복원할 때 많은 문제점을 야기 시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 JPEG의 표준인 이산 여현변환을 이용하는 영상 압축에서 영상 복원시 나타나는 문제점중 JPEG, MPEG 동화상 영상에서의 압축을 푸는 과정 없이 영상 데이타를 DC 배열(Sequence)상에서 작동한다. JPEG와 MPEG 압축 동화상 화면에서 갑작스럽고 점진적으로 변화하는 화면을 찾아내는 알고리즘을 개발한다. DC 이미지들은 중요하고, 전체적인 정보를 다 포함하고 있다. 이런 이미지들로 작업하는 것은 계산상 절약할 수 있다. 시뮬레이션 실험 결과 제안된 알고리즘이 기존에 사용한 알고리즘 보다 갑작스럽고 점진적으로 변화하는 화면을 찾아내는데 빠르고 효율적이라는 것을 보여주었다.

하프 변환을 이용한 타원 검출 알고리즘의 구현

The Hough transform is a robust technique which is useful in detecting strait lines in an edge-enhanced picture. However, the conventional Hough transform to recover ellipses has been limited by slow speed and excessive memory size. This paper presents algorithm techniques aimed at improving the efficiency and reducing the memory size of the accumulator array. In this paper, five geometries of symmetric points of an ellipse are used to improve the efficiency of using a conventional HT for the detection of an ellipse. This technique greatly reduces the memory space of the accumulator needed for the detection of ellipses using the HT.

수영참가자의 지각된 유능감 및 자아존중감의 관계

This study investigated the relationship between self-esteem, perceived competence and participation of masters swimming. Participants(N=322) were randomly selected from masters swimming program of swimming pool in seoul and Kyung-Kee. Results indicated that the meaning significant found the representation of duration of contingencies and participation of swimming competition in masters swimming. In sum, firstly, in the participation of masters swimming, every time participation in swimming competition assigned greater than the other participant to perceived competence, and in duration of contingencies of participation, 4-7 years participation group assigned greater than the order participant group to perceived competence. Secondly, in the participation of masters swimming, every time participation in swimming competition assigned greater than the other participant to self-esteem, and in duration of contingencies of participation, 2-4 years participation group assigned greater than the participant group to self-esteem. Thirdly, in the participation of masters swimming, perceived competence is postitively influence on self-esteem.

대학 건축공학과의 실습학기제에 관한 연구

全南東部地域의 發展과 順天大學校의 役割

The regional developments are highly demanded more than ever as regional environments are rapidly changing in recent years. Accordingly, the existential meanings of the SNU could be summarized into two: First, as a national university in this Province, the SNU should carry out the equalization of education by its localization. Second, the SNU should educate the necessary manpower and carry out the useful research for regional development. In this sense, in order to achieve the development goal of Eastern Chonnam Province, the whole plan should be based upon the educational activities and growth of the SNU. Therefore, the university's role is utmostly important and the following roles are expected to be performed by the university. 1) Besides the contributions to the nation and human development, the SNU is expected to enhance the potential ability of regional development by expanding the educational opportunities and by improving the knowledge and professionalism of local residents with continuous re-educational services. 2) The SNU should bear the key role in improvement of social capability that accelerates the development and solution of local problems by the local people through re-education and professional trainings to local officials and business people, for the success of local development depends upon the capabilities of local residents in the political system of regional self-governing. 3) The SNU should bear the main role of development which is practical, creative and suitable to locality. In fact, considering the existential meaning of sciences, they could be satisfied not only with studying the truth and the development of theory but also withy the creative and improving roles to make the current society into more abundant one. 4) The SNU should reinforce the role of the life-long education and social education in the region. At the same time, professors should get involved with the direct social services such as advices on policies and researches, technological advices and analyses, diagnosis on industrial safety, and free legal advices, etc. On the other hand, in order to achieve a mutural development between the Eastern Chonnam Province and the SNU, the cooperative system of development among the industries, university and the local government should be made, there-by utilizing the limited human and natural resources to the maximum in researches on regional culture, tradition and the nature so that the region could obtain the technology-intensive, and high value-added industrial structure. Then, it could also make it possible to accomplish the foundation of self-development and living environments of this region beyond the end of this century. In conclusion, the existential meaning of the SNU lies not only in regionalization of education but also in providing the scientific foundation for the regional developments, Both professors and university as well as the local government should realize this fact well and plan the speciaization of the SNU so that it could contribute to the regional development as a national university in this region. Accordingly, it is emphasized that the SNU should be a positive participant, not a passive outsider, in constructing the cooperative system among the local government business and residents for the development of Eastern Chonnam Province.

Competitiveness of rice comes from higher quality and lower price. The latter accrues from cost reduction which is in turn possible through the economies of scale. Economies of scale is, however, very difficult to achieve because of small-scaleness of rice acreage in Chonnam Province and expensive land price. Therefore, rice competitiveness should be complemented by utilizing quality differentiation both vertically and horizontally. Chonnam rice is somehow treated as a lemon good among the metropolitan consumers like in Seoul. It is a problem to be coped with. According to our research results, Chonnam rice carried the lowest price in the rice markets of the big cities. In Taegu city, Chonnam branded rice was not sold at the department stores, and it was sold only at one place in Pusan. In other words, Chonnam rice is treated as a lemon good and shunned by some localities across the nation. In order to remedy this unfavorable situation, Chonnam rice should be differentiated both vertically and horizontally in terms of variety selection, storage, milling and processing, packaging, etc. Especially, development of new brands and quality guarantee is ncccss. Besides, both publicizing and improving rice quality should be emphasized to promote Chonnam rice at the national level.

Nd:YAG 레이저 및 아크의 복합 용접에 관한 연구

두께 2.0mm 열연강판을 대상으로 GMA 용접과 Nd:YAG 레이저 용접의 복합화에 따른 용접성을 알아보았다. GMA 용접과 레이저 용접의 공정 변수를 제어하므로서 용접부 크기제어가 가능하였으며, 특히 합금량이 높은 경우에는 filler의 성분을 조절하여 용접비드의 야금학적/기계적 특성 제어가 용이하였다. 레이저-아크 하이브리드 용접은 알루미늄 혹은 고강도강과 같이 용접이 어려운 소재의 용접에 적당하였으며, 상대적으로 낮은 출력의 레이저를 사용하므로서 용접 cost의 저감이 가능하였다.
