      • 골볼 제자리 드로우 동작의 운동역학적 분석

        In this study, the kinematic analysis of throwing a goal ball was done to provide coaches and teachers of this sport with useful advice. 4 Korean goal ball national team member of offense position and 4 disability players with similar body shape condition participated and performed the throw. The kinematical data was recorded by 6 cameras and Kwon3D was used to gather and analyze the data. First, the disturbance time appeared similarly from two groups and the body center the experimental group with the fact that the body center moves plentifully with progress direction of the ball. Second, the result of the swing operation experimental group which tries to observe the height of the right hand appeared very on a large scale, the result of observation the speed of the instantaneous right hand which it throws and the lower part of arm joint, the experimental group compared in the comparative group and the speed quickly with the fact that it uses the wrist snap a little. Third, the trunk angle the experimental group compared in the comparative group it appeared a big price of angle and with the fact that it bends the upper body plentifully. Fourth, the result of amount of the ground repelling power experimental group the weight movement will be smooth than comparative group, it shows big swing operation together weight mobility an important element for stronger pitch. With above all, uses an event by weight movement, a trunk angle change and the release at the time of wrist snap method are the most importantly teach and guided when guiding the Goal-ball proper place draw right operation for beginner. 본 연구는 골볼 공격 동작 중의 하나인 제자리 드로우를 운동역학적으로 분석하여 골볼 지도에 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 실시하였다. 실험군인 남자 골볼 국가대표 공격선수 4명과 비교군으로는 체격조건이 비슷한 4명을 선정, 총8명을 대상으로 제자리 드로우 동작을 6대의 카메라를 이용하여 촬영하였고 Kwon3D XP를 이용하여 data 수집 및 분석하여 얻은 결과와 결론은 다음과 같았다. 첫째, 소요시간은 두 집단에서 비슷하게 나타났고 신체중심은 실험군이 볼의 진행방향으로 신체 중심이 크게 이동한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 볼을 던지는 오른손의 높이를 살펴본 결과 실험군의 스윙동작이 매우 크게 나타났으며, 릴리스 순간 오른손과 아래팔 분절의 속도를 살펴본 결과, 실험군이 비교군에 비하여 속도가 빠르고 손목스냅을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 몸통각은 실험군이 비교군에 비해 큰 값을 나타내 스윙동작과 함께 상체를 크게 구부리는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지면반력 값을 살펴본 결과 실험군이 비교군에 비해 체중이동이 원활하여 강한 볼 투구를 위해서는 큰 스윙동작과 함께 체중이동도 중요한 요소인 것으로 판단되었다. 위와 같은 내용으로 보아 초보자에게 골볼 제자리 드로우 동작을 지도할 때는 이벤트별 체중이동, 몸통각의 변화 및 릴리스 시 손목스냅을 이용하는 방법을 중점적으로 지도해야 할 것으로 사료되었다.

        만화 과제를 이용한 정신분열병 환자의 사회인지 능력의 측정

        Objectives : This study is to investigate the hypothesis that schizophrenic patients have difficulty in inferring mental state of others. Methods : Twenty schizophrenic patients and twenty normal subjects were administered to the Cartoon Task required inferring the character's intention in a given context. Results : The schizophrenic patients showed a statistically significant impairment in the Cartoon Task. Both groups chose the card depicting a frequent everyday action significantly more rather than the similar card to the last picture in each story for wrong answers. Conclusion : These preliminary results suggest that schizophrenia is associated with a specific deficit of the cognitive ability referred to as social cognition, and this deficit can be detected not only in the acute phase as found in previous research studies, but also in remission. Also when subjects fail to appreciate what is going on in the minds of other people, they seem to rely on a socially familiar experience.

        티타늄 레이저 용접부의 기계적 성질 평가

        This study was performed to examine the effects of laser output energy on the mechanical properties of laser-welded titanium joints. Titanium rods of 3 ㎜ in diameter were perpendicularly cut to 30 ㎜ in length for the laser welding. Two rods were fixed to each other with a jig and welded vertically using a Nd:YAG laser at output current of 210-270 A. The penetration depth of the laser beam against the titanium was measured with the changes of output current, pulse duration, and spot diameter. Mechanical tests included tensile testing and Vickers microhardness of the joints. Tensile testing was performed at the crosshead 00speed of 1.0 ㎜/min and a gauge length of 30 ㎜ with a universal testing machine. Vickers microhardness was mesured under 9.8 N load for 15 seconds. The results obtained were summarized as follows; With increasing the output current, the penetration depth of the laser to titanium was increased. Tensile strength values of laser-welded groups were the relatively higher than that of non-welded parent material group. There were significant differences in tensile strength between the specimens of laser-welded at output currents 250 A, 270 A and non-welded parent material group(p<0.05). Microhardness values were increased in the heat-affected zone. Brittle fracture regions were observed in the specimens of laser-welded at output currents 270 A.

      • 액체상 방류물에 의한 주민선량 평가모델 입력변수의 민감도 분석

        A model for off-site radiological dose evaluation due to liquid effluents generated from the operation of nuclear facilities, which are located in inland area, was developed in consideration of Korean agricultural and environmental conditions. In addition, sensitivity analysis was performed for the improvement of the model. Using the developed model, test runs for nuclear fuel fabrication facilities were conducted. Five kinds of exposure pathways(vegetation, animal products, drinking water, fresh-water-fish, shoreline deposits) and two kinds of radionuclides(234U, 234Th) were considered. Sensitivity analysis for input parameters of the model was conducted by applying a Monte Carlo method with Latin Hypercube Sampling (LHS) technique. As the results, the ingestion of irrigated agricultural products was the highest contributor among the considered exposure pathways. Major sensitive input parameters for the results were the ratio of the interception fraction to the yield of agricultural plants and the human consumption rate.

      • 저신장증 환아에서 인슐린양 성장인자-I 조절유전자의 점돌연변이에 관한 연구

        Aging is on the same line of birth, growth and death. So we analysed IGF-I promoter DNA profiles and sequences of normal short stature (NSS) patients for the purpose of comprehension of aging. We tested 52 NSS patients with DNA sampling. First we screened NSS DNAs with PCR (polymerase chain reaction) - SSCP (single strand confirmational polymorphism) method. We found only 1 patient out of 52 had abnormal SSCP band. Then we moved to subcloning of this PCR product into _(p)T7blue T-vector. We sequenced this DNA using antisense specific primer and 35S-dATP. Finally we confirmed two point mutations at the position of +8 and +74 from transcription initiation site. Next step for this study, we planned to transfection study for promoter function and gel retardation assay for new transcription factors.

        경부 관통상으로 인한 사지 마비 1례

        A case of quadriplegia resulted from cervical penetrating wound was admitted to chosun university hospital intensive care unit, and undergone steroid therapy and antibiotics therapy. On the 6th hospital day, the septic complication was developed and it proved to be bacterial meningitis by CSF examination. Broad spectrum antibiotics was administered immediately after and the diagnosis and the patient was monitored carefully. The bacterial meningitis was improved and no other serious complication was developed. The patient was discharged with permanent neurologic deficit, quadriplegia.

        상지 단순반복작업 근로자의 수근관 증후군 유병률에 관한 조사

        목적 : 본 연구는 수근관 증후군의 발생위험이 높은 작업형태에 종사하는 상지 단순반복작업근로자로서 육류 및 어류 가공 사업장과 목재소 근로자에서 근전도검사를 이용하여 수근관 증후군의 유병률을 조사하고자 하였다. 방법 : 상지 단순반복작업근로자로서 육류 및 어류 가공 사업장 근로자 69명과 목재소 근로자 17명을 실험군으로, 관리직, 경리, 경비등 상지의 단순반복작업이 없는 근로자 28명을 대조군으로 선정하여, 작업적 및 병력조사, 이학적 검사와 근전도검사를 통해 수근관 증후군의 유병률을 조사하였다. 결과 : 수근관 증후군의 유병률은 육류 및 어류 가공 사업장과 목재소에서 각각 26.09 % (18명)와 29.41 %(5명)로 조사되었으며, 육류 및 어류가공사업장과 목재소 근로자를 '7년 이상과 미만의 작업기간'으로 층화하여 비교한 결과 '상지부위의 통증 호소 유무', 'Visual Analogue Scale(VAS: 총 10점) 4점 이상 여부', 'Tinel teat 양성 유무', 'Phalen test 양성 유무'는 모두 단기 작업근로자군에서 양성의 빈도가 증가되었고 '수근관 증후군 유무'는 장기작업근로자군에서 양성의 빈도가 증가되었다. 결론 : 육류 및 어류 가공 사업장과 목재소의 수근관 증후군 유병률은 각각 26.09 %와 29.41 %로 육류 및 어류 가공 사업장과 목재소는 1996년 OSHA가 지정한 바와 같이 위험한 작업요인이 있는 작업장으로 분류하여 관리되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. Objectives : This study was carried out to survey on the prevalence of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome(CTS) in high risk jobs(meat and fish processing plant and wood plant), by application of Nerve Conduction Study(NCS), a confirmatory diagnostic method. Methods : Experimental group was 69 workers sampled from meat and fish processing plants and 17 workers sampled from wood plants, who were simple, repetitive workers using upper extremities and control group was 28 workers sampled from managers, secretaries and keepers. All employees were examined through work history, physical examination and NCS. Results : 18 workers(26.09%) in meat and fish processing plants, and 5 workers(29.41%) in wood plants had compatible findings to NIOSH diagnostic criteria for CTS. The experimental group had more symptoms (complaint of upper extremities, Visual Analogue Scale ≥4(VAS: total 10 point)), signs(Tinel and Phalen test) and prevalence of CTS than control group(p<0.05). The prevalence of symptoms and signs were higher in short term workers(<7 years), but the prevalence of CTS was higher in long term workers(≥7 years). Conclusions : The prevalence of CTS in meat and fish processing plant and wood plant were 26.09% and 29.41% respectively. Authors propose that meat and fish processing and wood plants should be managed as a risk job category which were designated by OSHA in 1996

      • 부력기구를 활용한 수중운동 프로그램이 편마비 환자의 보행 동작에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 부력기구를 활용한 수중운동 프로그램이 편마비 환자의 보행동작에 미치는 효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 대상자는 S시 B복지관을 이용하고 독립보행이 가능하지만 수중운동 프로그램에 참여 경험이 없는 뇌졸중 좌측편마비 환자 21명중 7명을 무선표집법에 의해 선정하였다. 수중운동 프로그램을 실시 한 후 신체중심 이동, 보행 주기, 다리관절각, 다리관절 각속도의 자료를 분석하기 위하여 SPSS ver. 13.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 대응표본 t-test를 실시하였다. 이상의 자료 분석 결과를 기초로 도출한 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보행주기는 환측의 입각기와 단일지지기의 비율이 향상되고, 환측과 건측의 비율 차이가 줄어들어 보행주기가 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 신체중심의 이동은 거리가 늘어나고 시간은 줄어들어 속도가 빨라지는 결과는 수중운동프로그램이 편마비 환자의 보행 동작에서 신체중심 이동에 영향을 미친것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관절각은 환측의 사전 측정결과 보다 관절각이 커지고 건측의 사전 측정결과 보다 작아져 수중운동 프로그램 참여 후에 환측과 건측의 좌우불균형이 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 관절각속도는 보행주기에서 나타난 근력향상과 관절각 결과에서 나타난 관절가동범위 향상으로 인해 관절각속도 또한 긍정적인 결과를 보이며, 특히 모든 관절이 입각기 시 보다 유각기에서 각속도가 개선된 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of the underwater exercise program that utilizes buoyancy appliances on the hemiplegics’ walking. The subjects are selected randomly among 21 patientswho have had been hemiplegic more than 5 years in B Rehabilitation Center in Seoul. The final 7 patients who had no exercise with left side hemiplegia were selected. After they have participated in 8-week underwater exercise program, central body movement, gait cycle, the angle of legs joints and the angular speed of leg joints are analyzed with paired t-test using statistics program, SPSS 13.0. Based on the analysis of collected data, this research makes following conclusions. First, while the subject is walking, there is increase in displacement for central body movement and decrease in time resuted in increase in speed. This result made the central body movement affected the gait. Second, Improvement in the ratio of stance phase to single needling support phase and decrease in the ratio difference between hemiplegic and normal side leads to improvement of gait cycle. Third, the disparity between hemiplegic and normal side have improved with increase of the angle of leg joint for hemplegic side and decrease of the normal side after participating in the underwater exercise program. Lastly, as a result of muscular strengthening from gait cycle and range increase of joint angle, angular speed also shows improvement, especially in the swing phase compared to stance phase.

      • 두개강내 출혈을 동반한 불응성 특발성 혈소판감소성 자반증의 CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE 치험 1예

        Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) is an autoimmune bleeding disorder characterized by the development of antibodies to one's own platelets, which are then destroyed by phagocytosis in the spleen and liver. Its clinical manifestations are characterized by bleeding and the most serious complication is hemorrhage into the central nervous system, but which is rarely seen below 1%. In treating IPT, the therapy of first chice is administration of adrenocorticosteroid and r-globuline. If satisfactory results are not obtained, then splenectomy is recommended. If this also proves inadequate, then administration of immunosuppressants is carried out. 16-year-old male was admitted with complaints of left hemiplegia and nasal bleeding. This case may be developed spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage causing thrombocytopenia and was treated by steroid, r-globuline and splenectomy, but satisfactory results are not obtained. After all, the paient was successfully treated with cyclophosphamide.

      • 방광이행상피세포암에서 p53유전자의 변화

        The objective of this study was to characterise the pattern of p53 mutations in bladder turmor. In this study, 25 bladder transitional cell carcinomas were analyed by immunohistochemistry (IHC) for p53 nuclear overexpression, and the results were compared with those of polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformational polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) analysis in exon 5-8 of the p53 gene and DNA sequencing analysis. 15 out of 20 cases (75%) showed p53 nuclear immunoreactivities on IHC. On PCR-SSCP analysis, 10 out of 25 cases(40%) had abnormal shifts on mobility. 62% of the mutations were in exon 8. Direct DNA sequencing analysis were performed in these 10 cases to confirm the presence of mutated p53 genes and to determine the type of mutations. Sixteen point mutations were detected in 10 cases. Tow specimens had double mutations and another two had triple mutations. G:C→A:T transitions were the most frequent patterns (62.5%). One mutation was a premature stop codon and two were silent mutations. There out of 10 had a point mutation at codon 285 (GAG/Glu→AAG/Lys) and two had at codon 280(GAG/Glu→AAG/Lys). One of 16 mutations was transition at hot spot codon 273 with CpG site. These results suggest that altered expressions and point mutations of p53 occured in all grade of bladder cancer, but are more associated with hight grade bladder tumors. To elucidate the carcinogenesis of bladder cancer, further studies should be carried out.
