        We had a result of the treatment as below when is devided Korean medicine Tx.. Western medical Tx., Cooperative Tx.. 1) At the improvement of BP control, an average in Korean medicine Tx. (from 170㎜Hg/100㎜Hg to 150㎜Hg/90㎜Hg), an average in Western medical Tr. (from 170㎜Hg/100㎜Hg to 130㎜Hg/80㎜Hg), an average in Cooperative Tx.(from 180㎜Hg/110㎜Hg to 130㎜Hg/90㎜Hg), generally all pars had improvements of BP control. But it is not significant of each case. 2) At the improvement of symptoms by the apologetics, Cooperative Tx. is profitable in cases of 'GanHwa',' DamEum', 'EumYangYangHer', 'EumHer'. Korean medicine Tx. is superior in case of 'GiChe'. 3) At the improvement of symptoms by a questionnaire, Korean medical Tx., Western medical Tx., Cooperative Tx. groups had improvements, but each practice group didn't have specific significance. Only it was somewhat profitable to Korean medical Tx. in the 210㎜Hg/110㎜Hg, Western medical Tx. in the 180㎜Hg/110㎜Hg, Cooperative Tx, in the 170㎜Hg/90㎜ Hg. 4) There are the apparent improvements in patients whose BP are over 200㎜Hg of Korean medical Tx. group, whose BP are over 190㎜Hg of Western medical Tx. group and whose BP are over 170㎜Mg of Cooperative Tx. group. There are the improvement of diastolic BP in 110㎜Mg(Korean medical Tx., Western medical Tx.) and 90㎜Hg(Cooperative Tx.). 5) At the improvement of Pulse pressure, generally Pulse pressure are decreased. There are similar improvements in all of Korean medical Tx., Western medical Tx., and Cooperative Tx.. 6) At the Symptomatic approvement according to ages, Korean medical Tx., Cooperative Tx. are somewhat good for his twentieth, and Western medical Tx. is somewhat good for his forties. 7) the correlation of Obesity-grade and BP, as Obesity-grade is higher as BP is higher, but there are no similarity in the improvement. 8) At the EAV improvements, as examination into correlation with the point of 1~3th, we could get results as below. There are high improvements of DRHTM, DRALM, DLLYM, DLLIM in Cooperative Tx. There are high improvements of DRPASI, DLLARI in the Korean medical Tx. group. There are high improvements of DRFADM in Western medical Tx. group.

      • 수치해석프로그램을 이용한 연직배수재의 깊이에 따른 압밀효과 분석

        본 논문에서는 천연마섬유배수재와 PD재의 실내통수능시험과 원통형 압밀시험을 통하여 구한 결과값을 토대로 수치해석프로그램을 이용하여 실내시험을 모델링하였고 현장 타설시 길이 증가에 의한 웰 레지스턴스의 영향을 고려하여 배수재의 재료에 따른 압밀효과를 분석해 보았다. 금번 해석에는 수평토압에 의한 배수재의 통수능 감소에 대한 영향은 포함되지 않았으며 해석결과 판형마섬유배수재는 PD재에 비하여 웰 레지스턴스의 영향이 크게 나타났으나 원형마섬유배수재는 MD88과 같은 우수한 연약지반 개량효과를 나타내었다. In this paper, the duration of consolidation of clay foundation improved by the plastic board drain and the natural jute drain is analyzed using the numerical flow program, MODFLOW. The numerical flow behavior in the clay foundation is first validated by the laboratory consolidation test and then the well resistance effects with respect to the increase of drain length is compared for both drain types. The results show that the natural jute drain of plate shape is more influenced by the well resistance than the plastic board drain, while the improvement effects of the natural jute drain of circular shape is similar to that of the MD88 in case that the lateral pressure on the discharge capacity of the drains is not included.

      • 위의 유암종과 선종의 병발 1례

        유암종은 전신에 퍼져 잇는 장크롬친화성 세포에서 기원하는데 위의 유암종은 비교적 드문 질환으로 모든 유암종의 1.9~2.2%에 해당하며 위에 발생하는 종양의 1% 미만에서 보고되고 있다. 유암종은 일반적으로 증상이 비특이적이고 면역조직화학검사에 의해서 진단되기 때문에 과거에는 드물게 발견되었으나 최근 내시경 기기 및 술기의 발전과 검사 빈도의 증가 및 면역조직화학검사의 발달로 진단율이 증가 추세에 있으며, 드물지만 유암종에서 선암과 공존하는 예들이 보고되고 있다. 저자들은 심와부 동통을 주소로 내원한 70세 남자 환자의 상부위장관내시경 검사에서 위체상부의 대만곡에서 0.4×0.4 cm 크기의 중간 함몰을 가진 Yamada 1형의 용종과 함께 전정부의 전벽에서 0.8×0.5 cm 크기의 융기된 점막 소견을 보여 조직학적으로 각각 위유암종 및 위선종임을 확진한 후 내시경적 용종 절제술로 치료한 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Carcinoid tumors are arisen from enterochromaffin cells, which are scattered throughout the body. These tumors are composed of variable numbers of cells that contain endocrine granules in their cytoplasm, which can be identified by immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy. Gastric carcinoid tumors are relatively rare tumor, the reported incidence being 1.9~2.2% of all carcinoid tumors and less than 1% of all gastric tumors. Sometimes, composite carcinoid tumors and adenocarcinoma is reported. We experienced a case of the coincidence of carcinoid tumor and adenoma at the other site of the stomach in a 70 year old male patient. Gastrofiberscope showed 0.4×0.4 cm sized Yamada type I polyp with central depression on the greater curvature of the proximal body and 0.8×0.5 cm sized focal slightly elevated mucosa on the anterior wall of the antrum. The endoscopic biopsy specimens revealed carcinoid tumor and tubular adenoma with moderate atypism, respectively. The carcinoid tumor and adenoma were removed by endoscopic polypectomy. According to the follow-up gastrofiberoscopy after 7 month later, both lesions were nearly normal mucosa except whitish atrophic change after polypectomy.

      • 궤환선형화와 LMI기법을 통한 PMSM의 H₂/H∞제어에 관한 연구

        The purpose fo this paper is to obtain the mixed H₂/H∞controller for the PMSM which is nonlinear system. The mixed H₂/H∞control problem of the nonlinear system requires the coupled Hamitonian-Jacobi-Isaacs equations. And it is not easy to obtain the solutions. So we change this problem to the LMI(Linear Matrix Inequality) condition by using feedback linearization.

      • 데스크탑 밀링기의 경량 ·고강성화 구조 최적설계

        This paper describes a case study on the structural design optimization of a desktop milling machine for microfactory. Actually, the structural dynamics analysis is necessary to machine tool design and development to secure high precision machining performance. In the preliminary design stage, one of design alternatives for a desktop milling machine was chosen according to F.E.M structural analysis. It had relatively stronger than others but unfortunately had not enough structural rigidity. After all, we carried out the static design optimization for the chosen design alternative to decrease compliance. The static design optimization problem, in this study, is to find out thickness of structural members which minimize the weight and the static compliance under several constraints. The optimization results showed a great reduction in the compliances, moreover, vibration amplitudes at the spindle nose of this machine tool was also reduced greatly. We successfully designed the machine structure having less static compliance than the critical value.

      • Na+(H_2O)n, Mg^2+(H_2O)n(n=1~3)의 수화에너지 계산

        The ab initio MO calculations were carried out for Na+(H₂O)n' Mg²+(H₂O)n(n=1~3). The structures of the compounds were optimized and the binding energies were calculated by the MP and CI methods with the various basis sets. The binding energies of Na+(H₂O)n calculated with larger basis sets gave better agreements with the experimental values. Considering the results of Na+(H₂O)n the calculated binding energies of Mg²+(H₂O)n are also expected to be close to experimental values.

      • 림프절 질환들에서 병변에 따른 수지상 세포의 변화

        The reaction patterns of the dendritic cells in lymph node lesions was as follows; 1. The number of the dendritic cells in the nonspecific lymphadenitis showed no significant decrease, so the immunologic reaction in the lymph nodes substained. 2. The number of the dendritic cells in tuberculous lymphadenitis showed significant decrease in case of the tubercles present in the lymph node than in case of no tubercle present. 3. The dendritic cells in lymph nodes of gastric adenocarcinoma were entirely disappeared regardless of metastasis. 4. The dendritic cells in lymph node of infiltrating ductal carcinoma were observed significantly regardless of metastasis. Above results suggested that the no expression of dentritic cells appeared to be the result of loss of function than disappearance. The loss of function of dendritic cells meaned that the easy infiltration of agents due to lack of immune reaction Because the immune reaction of lymph node in infiltrating ductal carcinoma was sustained while the immune reaction of lymph node in gastric adenocarcinoma was significantly reduced, the prognosis of infiltrating ductal carcinoma was better than gastric adenocarcinoma. But more research is necessary about the other prognostic factors.

      • 편평 세포암, 광선 각화증 및 Bowen병에서 p53과 Ki-67의 발현 양상

        Background : The function of p53 protein was known to regulate damaged cell proliferation in S phase, so damaged cell proliferation was not occurred by apoptosis. Ki-67 nuclear antigen has been used as a marker to define growth fraction in both benign and malignant tumors. The Ki-67 nuclear antigen was expressed throughout the cell cycle except G0 and early G1 phase. The role of p53 and Ki-67 in oncogenesis, tumor progression and prognosis were important. The authors analyzed immunohistochemical expression of p53 and Ki-67 in squamous cell carcinoma, actinic keratosis and Bowen's disease. Method: Seventeen cases of squamous cell carcinoma, fifteen cases of actinic keratosi and seven cases of Bowen's disease were immunohistochemically stained with p53 and Ki-67 monoclonal antibodies. Results: 1. p53 protein were expressed mainly in basal layer in well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and diffusely expressed in poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. In actinic keratosis, the expression pattern of p53 was similar to well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, but the intensity was lower. 2. In Bowen's disease, the p53 protein was more diffusely and strongly expressed than squamous cell carcinoma. 3. The ki-67 labelling index in squamous cell carcinoma was below 20% regardless of differentiation. In actinic keratosis, the labelling index was lower. 4. The Ki-67 labelling index in Bowen's disease was higher than squamous cell carcinoma and weakly expressed in basal layer, especially adjoining dermis. 5. In mitotic cells, the p53 protein was not expressed, but Ki-67 nuclear antige was strongly expressed. Above results suggested that Bowen's disease is almostly composed of immature cell while squamous cell carcinoma was composed of the mature and immature cells. In spite of higher labelling index in Bowen's disease, the growth rate is really faster in squamous cell carcinoma. The authors suggested the reason that the number of the mitotic cells in Bowen's disease were fewer than that of squamous cell carcinoma.

      • 이산화된 탐색공간에서 다구찌 방법을 이용한 구조 최적설계에 관한 연구

        Nowadays, there are several design problem having discrete variables in the industrial fields. The researchers are using the optimization method, such as genetic algorithm (GA), simulated annealing (SA), design of experiment (DOE) and taguchi method (TM), to solve it's design problem. Moreover, people want to decrease the computational cost and time. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed the iterative optimization algorithm which repetitively searched a local region to find best solution in discrete searching space using TM. The optimal solution in each local region is obtained by S/N ratio for the evaluation function that consists of the objective function and penalty function. Also, we have applied our algorithm to 3-bar, 10-bar, and 25-bar truss optimization problem.

      • 데스크탑 밀링머신의 고속 스핀들 설계 해석

        During a decade, there are many researches on microfactory which is the miniature, flexible, and efficient manufacturing system for the micro/meso scale machining device. Moreover many micro machine tool has developed in Japan, U.S., Europe, and Korea. Already we are developing a desktop milling machine with 380×450×450 ㎣ machine size for microfactory or BT (Bio technology) factory. In this study, we carried out the design analysis of a high speed spindle system for our desktop milling machine by using ADROS, which is our own developed S/W for dynamic design analysis of rotor systems. As the result, we obtained some analyzed dynamic characteristics of a spindle system, such as natural frequency, whirl frequency, critical speed, and harmonic response.
