        논문 : 뉴 실버세대의 감성적 가치 요인에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 뉴 실버세대의 감성적 가치에 관한 의미와 범위를 제시하고, 급격히 변화하는 사회 환경적 요인에 부응하는 새로운 뉴 실버세대의 감성적 가치를 모색한다. 연구의 목적은 새롭게 인식되고 있는 뉴 실버세대에 대한 개념과 정의, 그리고 그들의 감성적 가치에 대해 선행연구를 통해 살펴보고 뉴 실버세대가 가지고 있는 감성적 가치의 요인을 요인분석을 통하여 도출하는데 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 효율적으로 달성하기 위해 선행연구를 중심으로 문헌적 연구와 뉴실버세대를 대상으로 양적 연구인 요인분석을 진행하였다. 연구방법으로는 뉴 실버세대의 감성적 가치요인을 도출하기 위해 273 명의 뉴 실버세대를 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 최종적으로 도출된 뉴실버세대의 감성적 가치요인은 ①자기 노력 및 자긍심, ②타인으로부터의 존중, ③외모 및 외향심리, ④외부적인 요인, ⑤사회참여도, ⑥책임감, ⑦매체의 활용 및 정보력 총 7 개이다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 뉴 실버세대의 감성적 가치를 응용하는 과정에서 뉴 실버세대의 감성적 가치를 이해하고 발전시켜 나갈 수 있는 기준점을 제시하고 있다. 따라서 향후 도출된 뉴 실버세대의 감성적 가치요인을 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 방법에 대한 보다 구체적인 연구가 기대된다. In this study, It presents the emotional value of Silver generation and their response to rapidly changing Social and Environmental factors. The aim of this study is to search for concepts and definitions of New Silver Generation through previous studies and elicit their emotional value through factor analysis. For effectively achieve the purposes of this study, literature review and factors analysis of Silver generation was conducted. 273 people in New old generation were surveyed to derive the value of emotional factors. Finally, a total of 7 factors; ①Try it yourself and Self-esteem, ②Respect from others, ③Appearance and Extroverted Psychology, ④External Factors, ⑤Community participation, ⑥Responsibility, ⑦Utilization of media and Information power were derived for Silver generation. The result of the study presents reference points to work up and understand the emotional value of New old generation in the future. Therefore, the research of emotional value is derived from the factors on how to apply it more specifically.

        Expression of collagenases (matrix metalloproteinase-1, 8, 13) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 of retrodiscal tissue in temporomandibular joint disorder patients

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to reveal how collagenases (matrix metalloproteinase [MMP]-1, 8, 13) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase 1 (TIMP-1) are expressed in immunohistochemistry of retrodiscal tissue in temporomandibular joint disorder patients. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted on 39 patients who underwent discoplasty or discectomy. Immunohistochemical staining was undertaken and expression levels of MMP-1, 8, 13, and TIMP-1 were evaluated. The status of internal derangement of disc, osteoarthritis, and joint ef-fusion were analyzed using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Disc status observed during operation was also categorized. Results: The more severe disc derangement was observed on MRI, the more increased expression of MMPs and TIMP-1 appeared. Regarding MMP-13 expression, 86.7% of late-stage disc displacement patients showed grade II or III. Expression level of MMPs or TIMP was not statistically signifi-cant associated with joint effusion level. In perforation and/or adhesion groups, all patients showed grade II or III expression of MMP-13. Once perfo-ration occurred, MMP-13 showed increased expression with statistical significance. Conclusion: MMP-1 and MMP-13 expression seem to be related to progression of osteoarthritis whereas MMP-8 does not seem to have a specific role with regard to temporomandibular joint disorders. TIMP-1 is considered to be partly related to internal derangement rather than osteoarthritis, but it is not significant.

        At last our agricultural market has been opened to the international competetion, and the approaching implimentation of the Uruguay Round accords and bilateral arrangements with major countries exporting agricultural products are bound to give them wider and eventually all-out access to our local market. One of the most talked about proposals at this juncture is to foster the producers' organization for agricultural products. The concrete measures to do this is as follows. 1. Government have to foster leaders for rural community through the reorganization of existing agricultural colleges and provide collage graduates with the financial support enough to reside in rural area. 2. Local government must foster leaders through the establishment of professional school for aspirants who wants to become agricultural manager but have no chance to get a regular agricultural school education. 3. Farmers who intend to establish the producers' organization to develop a successful strategies for business. 4. Local government or government must make the best of business incubator system which can provide newly emerging producers' organization with the various services, information and financial support etc,.

        초등교육의 위상

        Elementary education has great influence on the life of the people. But elementary teachers are not properly treated in terms of social recognition and economic reward, taking the problem of teacher quality into consideration. Therefore some drastic change in educational policy is required. The following are the proposals to straighten out the present status of elementary education. 1. Through the enactment of laws, teachers' social status as professionals should be enhanced, the climate where teachers are respected should be restored, and parents' educational orientation valuing competition and egoism should be changed. 2. Teachers should receive appropriate amount of economic reward as professionals, and various welfare pokicies should be enforced. 3. Centralized bureaucratic dysfunction should be wiped out in educational administration and the entrance examination as well as the content and implementation of curriculum in the teachers college should be improved. 4. Educational environment should be improved. The positions of educational professionals and administrators should be distributed equally to elementary and secondary level. 5. Principals should get rid of authoritarian attitude and try to enhance the morale and welfare of teachers with technical, human relations, and conceptual skills. 6. The amount of non-professional duties should be reduced and the apportunities for self-directed study and inservice education should be increased. 7. Teachers should build up their character and teach with loving, fare, and firm attitude with pride for their work. These proposals are related to nation, society, administrators, and teachers themselves. With the combined effort of all these concerned, the morale of teachers will be enhanced, elementary education will be renovated, and "education for creativity" will be realized.

      • 깊이정보를 이용한 3차원 영상의 중간영상 생성 알고리즘

        영안시차를 이용한 3D 디스플레이를 위한 많은 기법들이 기존에 제한되어 왔다. 그러나 이러한 방법들은 실제 세계와 같은 현실감을 충분히 표현하지 못한다. 충분히 현실감을 향상시키기 위해서는 디스플레이 이미지가 관찰자의 위치에 따라 바뀌어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 영상 보간 알고리즘을 제안하고, 관계점을 찾아 영상 정합을 할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 보간 알고리즘은 복잡한 모양을 처리하기 위해 고안되어 있는 바, 본 논문에서 제안된 양상 보간 알고리즘에서는 기준영상으로부터 수직축에 대하여 임의각도로 회전된 이미지는 생성하도록 하였다. 제안된 중간영상 생성방법은 블록기반 매칭에 의해 깊이정보와 기하학적 영상 해석방법을 이용하여 구현하였다. A number of techniques have been proposed for 3D display using view-difference of two eyes. But these methods do not express a enough reality like real world. The display images have to change according to a position of viewer to improve reality. In this paper, we present an approach for matching images from finding interesting points and applying new image interpolation algorithm. The interpolation algorithm is designed to cope with complex shapes. The proposed image interpolation algorithm generate a rotation image about vertical axes by an any angle from base image. The proposed intermediate image generation method use the geometric analysis of image and depth information by block-based matching.

        <P>Thirteen C-methylated flavonoid glycosides (1-13), along with 15 previously known flavonoids (14-28), were isolated from rhizomes of Pentarhizidium orientale. Among these compounds, matteuorienates D-K (1-8) were obtained as analogues of matteuorienates A-C (14-16), which contain a characteristic 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl (HMG) moiety. The structures of 1-13 were characterized by spectroscopic analysis and chemical derivatization. The isolates were evaluated for their antiviral activities against influenza virus (H1N1), with compounds 21, 22, 23, 25, and 26 showing inhibitory effects (IC50 of 23.9-30.3 mu M) against neuraminidases.</P>

        The outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), which began in December 2019, is still ongoing in Korea, with >9,000 confirmed cases as of March 25, 2020. COVID-19 is a severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection, and real-time reverse transcription-PCR is currently the most reliable diagnostic method for COVID-19 around the world. Korean Society for Laboratory Medicine and the Korea Centers for Disease Prevention and Control propose guidelines for diagnosing COVID-19 in clinical laboratories in Korea. These guidelines are based on other related domestic and international guidelines, as well as expert opinions and include the selection of test subjects, selection of specimens, diagnostic methods, interpretation of test results, and biosafety.
