      • 財政政策의 發展과 New Deal政策에 關한 考察

        Fiscal Policy means all the economic policies through public finance under the modern capitalism and it can include all the economic policies practiced by government. In the industrial caitalism which has formed industrial capital by mercantilism, classical economists insisted on Cheap government which a nation looks on its economy. But every nation, which has been endured monopolistic capitalism and experienced the Great crisis of 1930's, has been taken High government that regulates the national economy as the positive fiscal policy, In my thesis, I investigated each chronical order of public finance policy which has been developed with the development of capitalism and divided the New Deal by president Roosevelt of United States of America into three: 1) relief spending policy 2) Pump-priming- policy 3) compensatory fiscal policy. And I studied these policies and problems and investigated fiscal policy of all the nations over the world based on the principles of supplementary fiscal policy in the postwar days.

      • 철도교통소음의 수평·수직적 전달 및 감쇠 특성

        This study has been conducted to achieve the following objectives: First, in order to understand the horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the railroad traffic noise, we selected actively developed areas within 100 meters away from the road to measure the level of traffic noise near a road. To measure the noise near a railroad, we selected areas within 100 meters away from the railroad and then selected Saemaul-ho and Mugoongwha-ho as the subjects for our experiment, In this way, we analyzed the horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the traffic noise occurring in diversified areas. Second, in order to understand the vertical propagation and attenuation characteristics for the railroad traffic noise, we measured and analyzed the distributional characteristics of vertical sound pressure levels on each floor of multi-storied apartment buildings according to changes of traffic load and types, and the existence or nonexistence of soundproof walls. For the case of the railroad traffic noise, we also selected Samaul-ho and Mugoongwha-ho as the subjects for our experiment, and we measured and analyzed the different noise levels on each floor of multi-storied apartment buildings from the soundproof wall. The results of Horizontal propagation and attenuation characteristics for the railroad traffic noise are as follows: In cases of the flat land, cutting land, and bridge area, as distance increases, the sound pressure level steadily decreases. The cutting land has an especially high distance decrease compared to the other areas, and the sound pressure level for the bridge area is higher than that of the flat land with a measurement of 9.7~17.5㏈(A). Vertical propagation and attenuation characteristics for the railroad traffic noise are as follows: The amount of sound pressure level decrease is 13.9~15.4㏈(A) for Samaul-ho and 10.9~11.5㏈(A) for Mugoongwha-ho when measuring the vertical sound pressure levels at heights lower than 4.5m, which indicates a fairly large decrease. At 6m, the amount of decrease is 7.3㏈(A) for Samaul-ho and 5.0㏈(A) for Mugoongwha-ho, which indicates a small decrease.

        본 연구는 국제수지 흑자 상태에서 바람직한 경제정책의 방향을 모색하였다. 최근 수년간에 걸친 국제수지 흑자는 우리나라의 신인도 제고는 물론 외채감소에도 크게 기여하였다. 그러나 국제수지흑자는 유동성 증가를 통해 물가안정 등의 거시경제 불안정의 한 요인이 되기도 한다. 본 연구에서 도출된 국제수지 흑자의 관리방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실질실효환율을 낮추어 수출을 둔화시키고 수입을 확대시켜 나간다. 둘째. 수입제한을 완화하거나 관세의 인하를 통하여 수입재화의 가격을 낮추어 수입을 확대한다. 셋째. 수출촉진에 있어서 종래의 양적 확대 지원정책에서 질적 내실화로 전환하고 이를 위해 부가가치가 높은 산업에 대한 지원을 늘이고 산업구조조정을 고려한 수입정책으로 전환해야 한다. The national economy has met exceptional booms and the chance to fix the surplus in the balance of payments since 1998. This paper has been designed for the purpose of researching the domestic economic policy under these circumstances. In this present point of view the economic policy under the surplus of payments resolves itself into the followings. Firstly, exports must be slowed down while imports should be increased by lowering the real exchange rate through the revaluation of the won and the wage increase. Secondly, the reasonable level in the balance of payments can be maintained by easing international trade pressure and friction, and extending imports by means of import liberalization. Thirdly, investment in the advanced nations as well as in the underdeveloped countries is to be induced to heighten the rat of the existing export market occupancy. considering not only strengthening of local enterprises' international competitioners but also reinforcement of the import restrictions and the tendency of shortening in the cycle of the industrial tenor caused by the cut in import-supporting policy and the activation of direct investment to abroad

        추적조사를 중심으로 한 腰椎間板脫出症에 대한 蜈蚣藥鍼의 臨床的 硏究

        Objective : This study is performed for the purpose of examining the efficacy of the scolopendrid(Scolopendra morsitans L) which has been to low back pain as a folk remedy. Methods & Results : Seventy patints with H.I.V.D. treated with the scolopendrid aquacupuncture and examined 4 tests; D.I.T.I., physical test, Oswestry disability index, and self-conscious pain rate were studied. And we follow up after discharge, we evaluated the present state and recovery period. Or we evaluated by herniated type and duration of onset. There was 58~97% of efficacy rate in each tests. Moreover, statistically valuable change in all 7D.I.T.I. points and in disability index and in self-conscious pain rate was showed. Conclusion : The scolopendrid aquacupuncture is possible to be effective terating the H.I.V.D patients. so we suggest the possibility using this new remedy to the H.I.V.D. patients.

      • 인체 경추부의 유한요소 모델링

        The cervical is located between the human head and torso and serves two important anatomical functions. It allows for mobility between the head and the lower body parts while protecting spinal code. The cervical spine is quite vulnerable to external impact during automobile collision. For example, a sudden forward/rearward bending motion of passenger head may cause severe nerve damage. Although such cervical spine damage caused by non-contact-type forces during automobile accident usually does not involve bony fracture, the resulting injury often entails long-term pain and discomfort. In general, finding causes for the cervical spine injury through clinical investigation is very difficult undertaking. There have been numerous experimental as well as analytical studies to date for elucidating relevant factors. In particular, various simulation methods such as finite element method have been utilized to look into injury mechanisms involved. The main advantage of the simulation techniques is that a wide variety of loads and injury causing conditions can be designed and applied as opposed to clinical tests in which inherent limits on test conditions exist. A finite element model of human cervical spine based on anatomical geometry and material properties of the important elements such as vertebrae, discs, ligaments, and muscles is developed. This model can be used for understanding and predicting potential cervical injury mechanisms as well as for designing protective devices.

      • Adhesive Bonding Layer의 Void영향연구

        복합재료를 구조재로 가지는 항공기 제작시, 기존의 기계적 체결법(Bolted Joint) 보다는 접합법(Adhesive Bonding)의 사용이 점차 확대되고 있다. 그러나, 접합법에 의한 bonding layer는 layer내부의 void에 의한 crack과 수분침투 등으로 심각한 물성저하의 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 void의 발생원인을 공정전의 adhesive가 가지는 volatile의 gas 화에 의한 것으로 보고, vacuum(9.6×10?Pa)작업을 이용하여, 공정초기에 volatile을 제거함으로써 최종 void양의 벼화를 관찰하였다. Vacuum작업을 고려하지 않았던 기존의 접합 cycle(McDonnell Douglas Specification)을 표준조건으로 하고 vacuum작업을 부가하여 접합을 실시한 결과, void의 양이 적게 나타났고, void의 평균크기도 기존에 비해서 감소되었으며, 그에 따른 접합능도 향상되었다. Voids in the adhesive bonding layer lead poor mechanical properties of the bonding layer. In this study, to remove the entrapped air and the diluents, we added a vacuum process to the widly used bonding process which consisted of thermal and positive pressure process. The result of the experiment showed that the use of the vacuum process reduces the void content in the cured adhesive layer and improves the mechanical properties of adhesive bonding layer.

      • 한국과 일본의 거시경제변수의 관련성 분석

        본 연구는 일본의 거시경제변수들의 움직임이 한국경제에 미치는 파급경로와 영향력을 환율제도에 따라 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 일본의 거시경제변수 중 한국의 경기변동을 민감하게 반영하는 산업생산지수에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 변수로는 전체 분석기간(1970. 1 - 99. 3)에서는 산업생산지수와 대미환율, 고정환율제도(1970. 1 - 79. 4) 실시기간에서는 대미환율과 공채수익률이었다. 그리고 변동환율제도(1980. 1 - 99. 3)하에서는 산업생산지수, 대미환율, 공채수익률이었다. 둘째, 이들 변수 중 한국의 산업생산 지수에 대한 영향력이 상대적으로 높은 변수로는 산업생산지수와 대미환율이었다. 한국의 산업생산지수와의 관련성 검토에서는 일본의 산업생산지수는 정(+)의 관계. 그리고 대미환율은 부(-)의 관계에 있는 것으로 분석되었다. This paper tests for correlation between Korea and Japan macro economic variables according to exchange system. As a result of analysis, first, we found that Japan macro economic variables has influences on Korean economy are industrial production index and Yen exchange rate to dollar from 1970. 1 to 1999. 3 and are Yen exchange rate to dollar and yields of government bonds for fixed exchange rate system from 1970 1 to 1979. 4 and are industrial production index Yen exchange rate to dollar and yields of government bonds for floating exchange rate system from 1980. 1 to 1999. 3 Second, we also found that industrial production index and Yen exchange rate to dollar of Japan had an very strong effect on Korea industrial index that reflects business cycle.

      • 3-차원 블록인터리버기법의 터보코드를 이용한 영상통신시스템설계

        본 논문에서는 3-차원 블록인터리버기법의 터보코드를 사용하여 무선 통신 환경 하에서 효과적으로 전송할 수 있는 영상 통신 시스템을 제안한다. 웨이브릿 변환과 벡터양자화를 영상의 압축알고리즘에 사용하였으며, 무선통신시스템의 코딩방식 중 하나인 터보코드를 사용하여 압축영상데이터의 통신에 사용하였다. 터보코드의 성능은 데이터율, 부호기의 구속장의 길이, 복호 방식, 순환복호의 횟수, 인터리버의 종류 및 블록크기에 의존되어 진다. 같은 비트 크기에서의 2차원 블록인터리버보다 비트간의 거리를 크게 하는 3차원 인터리빙알고리즘을 적용한 시스템이 영상통신에서 높은 성능을 얻었다. 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 3차원 블록인터리버의 성능을 압축된 영상과 가우시안 잡음 채널 환경 하에서 비교분석 하였다. In this paper, an image communication system that can effectively work in wireless communication environment is proposed. The wavelet transform and the vector quantization are used to the compress images. The turbo code that is one of the coding methods in wireless communication is used for the compressed image data communication. The efficiency of turbo code depends on the data rate, the constraint length, the decoding algorithm, the number of decoding iteration, the type of interleavers and the block size. The system with 3-D interleaving algorithm whose bit distance is longer than the 2-D block interleaver in the same size had the higher performance in image transmission. To verify the performance of the proposed method, computer simulation was performed in Gaussian noise model.

      • 사격장 소음에 관한 연구

        These days, the way of life and peoples' values have been changing in a developing society. The noise pollution in residential areas is a serious problem caused by the drift of population to cities, increased density, and heavy traffic. The firing ranges, which were built 20 or 30 years ago, are required facilities but are threatening to people. They are a source of anxiety as they jeopardize the residents' safety and destroy their living. Because of this, problems arise often. To reduce the problems between the residents and the military, the sound level around the firing range, the location of the range, and training times are investigated as the following 1. When a howitwer is fired, if there is no obstacle, at distances of 70m and 120m, the equivalent noise level is +116㏈(A)Leq and 98.6㏈(A)Leq, respectively. When the distance is 120m, the maximum sound pressure level is 123㏈(A)Leq for a period of one second. 2. When a 105mm howitwer is fired, if there is a hill as a natural sound barrier and the distance between the firing location and the target location is far more than 900m. the equivalent sound level is below 62㏈(A)Leq. 3. Upon firing, the sound pressure levels have equal range. The sound level is higher at 500Hz and lOOOHz. 4. The sound pressure level of the noise of explosive sound decreases between the shooting point and the target point. At distances of lOOOm, 1400m, and 1450m, the equivalent sound levels are 86.2㏈(A)Leq, 85.4㏈(A)Leq and 84.2㏈(A)Leq each, and the highest sound pressure levels are 121.4㏈(A)Leq, 116㏈(A)Leq and 114.3㏈(A)Leq for one second. 5. The explosive sound at the target point is similar to the noise at the firing point. The sound pressure level also has an equal range. Also. the sound level is higher at 500Hz and 1OOOHz than the others.

      • 규칙 기반 전문가 시스템 도구 CLiPS를 이용한 프로세스 엔진의 구현

        Rule-based paradigm is one of the principal types of software process modeling and enaction approaches, as they provide formality and flexibility sufficient to handle complex processes. However, the systems adopting rule-based paradigms are generally hard to use and improve. In this paper, we describe the process engine of PSEE(Process-Centered Software Engineering Environment) PRAiSE implemented using a rule-based expert system tool CLiPS. Compared with existing researches, our process engine has remarkable merits as followings. First, extendability is achieved by the separation of the components of PRAiSE. Second, using CLiPS enables to execute process models efficiently and automatically, and incorporate the nature of software processes flexibly in which dynamic changes and parallelism are pervasive and prevalent. Third. instead of providing a rule-based textual process language directly in process modeling, facts are produced from graphical models automatically, and then executed according to the predefined process rules.
