An Analysis of Social Network Strategies of K-pop : Focusing on Culture Marketing of BTS
Choi Whal-Sik,정영규 한국글로벌문화학회 2020 글로벌문화연구 Vol.11 No.3
K-pop agencies and musicians have tried countless times to enter the U.S. market, the home of pop music, but the results have not been successful. However, this challenge has led to the successful and indirect experience of BTS. Based on this new cultural marketing, BTS simultaneously attempted domestic and foreign markets. As an agency for small and medium-sized enterprises. They tried to communicate directly with fans through SNS to get the successful result. The most important phenomenon is that fans quickly made BTS known to other users online by learning, sharing, and duplicating of BTS’s daily life, as well as the sound source of BTS through SNS. The key strategy is to operate BTS's social network service 24 hours a day, and the strategy of communicating with fans in real time without having to go to the U.S., Europe and Asia seems to have been successful in tours, broadcasts and radio shows. BTS's success strategy should be benchmarked not only in the cultural industry but also in the Korean industry. As the concept of communication with existing customers is seen as an offline special event, SNS communication strategies should be applied not only for the entertain industry but also for the development of culture marketing, which is main strategy to enter overseas markets.

It is expected that there will be a shortage of skilled labor for construction industry in Korea by the year of 2010 and this will possibly weaken the competitiveness of the industry. Among other solutions for this problem, the utilization of multiskilled labor is one of the approaches directed to labor management.<br/> In order to utilize multiskilled labor in a building construction, the skill grouping is of high priority at project management level and is to be conducted at early stage of construction. For the optimization of skill grouping, this research presented the skill grouping method considering the factors affecting the skill grouping, which are hiring manpower, idling manpower and skill switching manpower.

In order to utilize the multiskilled labor, the skill grouping is to be conducted at the early stage of construction. This research presented the skill grouping method considering the factors affecting the skill grouping, and built a skill grouping model using integer programming and nonlinear programming methods. As decision variables for the model, total hiring manpower(TotalHire), total idling manpower(TotalIdle), and total skill switching manpower(TotalSwitch) were used. For the consideration of project characteristics, coefficients of a, b, and c were used. The objective function of the model was Obj = a*TotalHire + b*TotalIdle + c*TotalSwitch, and the optimum solution was a skill grouping which minimizes the objective function. The model was implemented for one block of an apartment building project. The results about structural works showed that 'form work'-'rebar work' and 'rebar work'-'concrete work' have high possibility of skill grouping. In case of 'form work'-'rebar work' skill grouping, the total hired manpower was decreased by 57%.
