This study intends to offer the basic data by clarifying the relation between the self-concept of sport and leisure studies members' and the life satisfaction so that it can develop the social sports activities, spread them and improve the life quality through the righteous and useful leisure. In addition, the sound sport activities can be activated and the clubs can be expanded and finally contribute to improvement of the life quality, self- actualization, happiness, maintaining and improving heath. The sport club members in Daejeon have been set as a population and then the sample has been selected by a group sampling and a random sampling. In this study, total 360 sheets of questionnaire have been collected and 15 sheets have been eliminated because of their lack of confidence. Available 345 sheets have been inputted one by one, and the data processed by SPSS 14.0 for the analysis purpose. The specific conclusion is as follows. The self-concept of social sport club members and life satisfaction 1) The general, social, emotional and physical self- concept of members has a meaningful effect on the past life satisfaction. 2) The general, social, emotional and physical self- concept of members has a meaningful effect on the present satisfaction 3) The general, familial, emotional and physical self- concept of members has a meaningful effect on the future satisfaction.

공판중심주의적 재판의 이해

「국민이 감시하는 재판」으로서 재판과정의 투명성을 보장하고자 하였던 공판중심주의 이념 그 자체는 아무도 부인할 수 없고 따라서 그 실현을 위하여 법원뿐만 아니라 검찰, 변호사도 모두 합심하여야 할 것이다. 그리고 그 실현을 위하여 필요한 재판시간, 판사나 검사의 수, 물적 시설 등을 예상하여 가면서 이를 확충하여 가는 노력도 필요하다. 검찰은 그간에 이와 같은 입장에서 여러 가지 보완책의 필요성에 대하여 지적하여 왔다. 그러나 그럼에도 불구하고 최근의 논의상황은 재판의 투명성을 보장하고 법원의 심증형성과정을 통제하고자 하였던 공판중심주의의 본래의 의미와 달리 공판중심주의가 마치 검사의 수사를 통제하는 이념인 것처럼 주장되거나 여러 가지 이념을 혼합한 이데올로기화하여 주장되는 문제점이 있었다. 그러므로 공판중심 주의의 올바른 실현을 위하여 공판중심주의의 본래의 이념, 즉 국민이 감시하는 재판을 구현함으로써 판사실에서의 밀실적 심증형성을 막고 적정한 재판을 확보 하고자 하였던 내용을 구현하고자 하는 것으로 올바른 방향을 잡아 나가야 할 것이다. Recently, the legal term “trial-priority princple” become an issue for the reform of criminal procedure. The term was made in japanese jurisprudence and is defined as the principle that the Court(and fact-finder) should come to the conviction by the result and impression of the examination of the trial. As the contents of it, the principle of public trial, orality, fact-finding by fact-finder's own examination, concentration of trial, hearsay rule are generally floated. The reason for the trial-priority is not that the trial is presided by the Court or judge, but that the trial is proceeded publicly, under the control or the watch of the people. The public trial, orality, fact-finding by fact-finder's own examination, concentration of trial, hearsay rule are the contents which make the people's control possible. And the goal of the control is the appropriateness and rightness of the result of the trial and sentencing. The rightness of trial-priority cannot be denied and not only the court but also prosecutors and lawyers should cooperate to realize it. But the discussion on the trial-priority is troubled by the distortion the several judges in the Supreme Court made. Especially, the judges insist that the principle require to admit as evidence only the statements in front of the judge and not to admit the statesments of investigative stage by anyone, including defendant. But this kind of opinion is a very serious distortion of the trial-priority principle and is far away from the general theory of evidence. Therefore it is essential to realize the principle in the appropriate way that we should understand the meaning of the principle correctly and restore the distortion. Moreover, the real situation of the criminal justice administration should be analyzed in the concrete way and complementary measures should be taken to operate the system without trouble.

JavaRmi 분산객체를 위한 이벤트 서비스의 설계

대규모의 분산응용시스템은 일반적으로 복잡한 이벤트 전달과 함께 빈번한 상호작용을 필요로 하는 구성요소들로 이루어져 있다. 다중 이벤트 전달을 지원하는 상호작용 기법은 오류없이 구현하기 힘드므로 보다 안정적인 분산응용시스템을 효율적으로 지원하기 위해서는 이벤트의 다중처리를 체계적으로 처리하기 위한 서비스를 개발하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 논문에서는 Sun 의 JavaRmi 분산객체 환경에서 다중 이벤트 전달을 체계적으로 지원하기 위한 JavaRmi 이벤트 서비스의 설계에 대하여 기술한다. 설계된 JavaRmi 이벤트 서비스는 체계적인 인터페이스와 병행성 제어를 제공하면서 이벤트 채널 팩토리와 이벤트 필터의 개념을 지원한다. A large distributed application generally consists of multiple components which require frequent interactions with complex event transfers. Since the interaction mechanism supporitng multiple event transfers is difficult to implement correctly, it is desirable to develop a service for the systematic multiple event transfers to support a stable distributed application in an effective manner. In this paper, we describe a design of JavaRmi Event Service for systematic multiple event transfers on Suns JavaRmi distributed object environment. The JavaRmi Event Service includes the concept of event service factory and event filter with well-defined interfaces and concurrency control.

광주시 도시림의 조류 군집구조에 관한 연구

Bird censuses were carried out at seven forests of urban forest in Kwangju metropolitan city during four seasons of 1997. A total of 6,346 birds of 45 species was recorded during the study period. The number of species was highest(28 species) in autumn, whereas the number of individuals was highest(3,215 individuals) in summer. In seasonal distribution, the majority(82.2%) of spceies was resident and summer visitor. The dominant species was Nicticorax nicticorax in spring and summer, Bombycilla japonica in autumn, and Sturnus cineraceus in winter. The number of bird species and prospective breeding species per unit forest area and more complex vegetation than in urban. Various aspects of the niches occupied by urban forest birds were summarized. Based on these results, the managment of urban forest for protection of birds was discussed.

규칙적인 운동이 노인들의 질적인 삶에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of regular physical activity on the quality of life in the aged. The subject(69.22±6.43) in the study consisted of two group, one group(*****(p.68)=27) was regularly participating in physical activities, and the other group(*****(p.68)=25) was non-physical activity. This study used two questionaires: one for mental health(obsession, somatization, anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoid ideation, psychotism) and the other one for life satisfactory(life satisfaction, happiness, morale). The subjects were completed the questionaires of mental health and life satisfaction before and after the 12 weeks. While physical activity group participated in the exercise program for 12 weeks, the other group didn't any physical activity. This study used SPSS package in processing data and found the mean and standard deviation, depending on each factor to analyze data ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows: First, there was a significant difference in obsession, somatization, anxiety, depression, hostility, phobic anxiety between physical activity group and non-physical activity group, except for interpersonal sensitivity, paranoid ideation, psychotism. Secoed, there was a significant difference in life satisfaction between physical activity group and non-physical activity group. It means that participation in physical activity is related to increase of life-satisfaction. Therefore, in order to have quality of life, the aged should be encouraged to participate in physical activities regularly because of the possibility of increased mental health and life satisfaction.

Thiamine 誘導體의 摘出腸管에의 吸收에 관하여

Thiamine-HCI, Thiamine Propyl Disulfide (TPD) and Thiamine Tetrahydrofur furyl Disulfide (TTFD) were studied to stability in artifcial gastric juice and artificial pancreatic juice. And in the in vitro isolated intestine of rabbit, absorption rate of this compounds were examined. The results were as follows. 1. The stability of this compounds in artificial gastric juice and artificial panereatic juice were stable. 2. In the in vitro isolated intestine of rabbit, absorption rate of TPD was increased than that of thiamine-HCI about 20% after 120 minutes. And absorption rate of TTFD was much the same in the case of thiamine-HCI.

樹林下 野草類 植生의 生態學的 硏究

This study was carried out to compare herb vegetation of under Pinus densiflora, Larix kaempfer, Querecus mangolica forest and open herb vegetation. The results were following. 1.The standing crops of the vegetation under Pinus densiflora, Larix kaempfera, Quercus mangolica were 258.9g, 329.4g, 194.6g per 1m2 respectively. 2.The species composed of the vegetation under Pinus densiflora, Larix kaempfera, Quercus mangolica were 13, 16, 18 species respectively. 3.The standing crops of the grass land of hilltop, hillside, woodland were 47.8g, 148.7g, 274.7g per 1m2 and the species composed of vegetation were 13,14,13 species respectively. 4.Characteristics of the vegetations soils, especially, PH, avaliable phosphorus, and exchangeable Ca, Mg, K were not so differ from each studied vegetation. 5.Organic matter, total nitrogen were depend upon the forest which well developed and high standing crops.
