        We as a civil investment enterprise have been constructing In-cheon International Airport Railway which is a transportation means to approach In-cheon International Airport. In this alignment, a section between the Seoul station and Ka-joa follows the existing Yong-san line at the center of Seoul city and traverses Seoul subway 2,5,6 lines. So we planned that the alignment would have the shallowest depth to lie under Kyung-eui line and above the airport railroad. The alignment is planned to construct an open-box structure only 3.6m apart from the subway line 5 tunnel structure and construct the open-box structure 0.7m apart from the subway line 2 box structure. In the line planning, we investigated both the security of the existing subway structures during and after construction and the stability and workability between newly structured tunnel structures with three dimensions numerical analysis methods. Also we raised the reliability of design verification which was achieved by specialty society"s review on the planned construction method.

        혈관질환 정보관리 시스템

        As medical technology progresses rapidly, there is a rise in the average age along with the Korean dietary lifestyle becoming more westernized, which leads to an increase in the number of vascular disease patients in Korea. Thus, we need to manage the medical information of a disease systematically in order to diagnose and treat constructively. However, since there has been no standardized method of man agement to date, a great deal of information could not be properly utilized nor studied. Therefore, the departments of Cardiology, Radiology and Neurology of Samsung Seoul Hospital recently got together to develop an information management system called the Vascular Data System. This program was developed to be run on win98 O/S, upper Pentium Ⅲ, and upper 128 MB Memory, and its source code is Dephi 4.0. It was configured for the user to set the configurations as well as do a variety of search and analysis. If this program were to be updated continuously, it may be used extensively as well as in various parts of clinical research activities.

        A Mobile computing environment allows hosts to roam while retaining access to the Internet. Multicast is communication between a single sender and multiple receivers on a network. In this paper, we consider the difficulties which transpire when providing multicast to mobile hosts during times they are not located their home network. Providing multicast in an internetwork with mobile hosts is problematic because the established multicast delivery paths may frequently restructure along with host migrations, incurring overheads. We present a new strategy which provides multicast to mobile hosts while keeping a low overhead in adopting multicast routes to mobile host locations. This is achieved by partitioning the mobile environment into intra-region, intra-domain and inter-domain, which is hierarchical. So that changes in the multicast routes due to host intra-region movements are hidden from other regions, intra-domain movements are hidden from other domains. In a performance evaluation, our approach is compared with the best known proposal and shows that is reduces the multicast latency and route reconstruction overhead.

        창의성 및 정보과학적 특성을 기반으로 한 정보영재 판별도구 개발연구

        오늘날 정보화가 빠르게 진행되면서 정보과학의 중요성이 수학, 과학의 중요성 못지않게 대두되고 있기 때문에 이 분야의 영재 역시 조기에 판별하여 교육시켜야 한다는 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 하지만 이에 대한 연구는 초보적인 단계에 머물고 있다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 영재의 판별에 대한 이론적 고찰을 통해서 영재의 특성, 정의 및 판별방법과 도구의 제작과정을 살펴보고 영재의 올바른 판별과정을 조사, 분석하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 정보과학의 기반이 되는 이산수학의 특성을 규정하여 이를 바탕으로 정보영재의 특성 및 정의를 내렸으며 이를 근거로 정보영재를 판별할 수 있는 도구를 제작하였다. 판별도구를 이용하여 적용한 결과 판별도구는 신뢰성이 있는 것으로 분석되었으며 향후 정보영재의 의미 있는 판별도구로 활용될 수 있을 수 것이다. Since the science of information is appearing no less important than mathematics and natural science as our society is rapidly becoming information-oriented, the necessity to distinguish prodigies of this field and to educate them as early as possible is also being emphasized. Unfortunately, however, the pertinent study is still in its beginning stage. In this study, I have reviewed the character, definition and method to distinguish prodigies and the procedure of developing a test, as well as researching and analyzing the proper process of distinguishing prodigies, through theoretical contemplation on the method of distinguishing the gifted children. Also, I have characterized and defined the information prodigies after clarifying the character of 'Discrete Mathematics' which becomes the basis of the science of information, paving the way to make a test method that can distinguish those information prodigies. As a result of our applying the system by using the distinction test, it turned out that the distinction test was pretty reliable. Accordingly, it can be utilized as a significant distinction test for information prodigies in the forthcoming future.

      • 쇼트피닝 가공 최적조건 탐색을 위한 실험적 연구

        The shot peening process is most often used to improve fatigue properties of metal parts. In order to achieve optimum, repeatable and reliable fatigue enhancement from the shot peening process, the important shot peening parameters must be controlled. In this paper, the optimum shot peening condition is investigated. Rotary bending fatigue test was accomplished to investigate the effects of shot peening on the fatigue strength. Experimental results show that the fatigue strength was tremendously increased by optimum peening.

        The goals of this paper are not only to reduce of noise using anisotropic diffusion filter post-processing but also to represent 3-D image using 2-D image slices by volume rendering. A 3D shape image can be obtained as the 2-D images are continuously acquired, during the object is removed noise by filtering. The 3-D shape images are displayed on computer monitor by use of OpenGL Software.

        The reaction of cupric oxide powder with 2% sulfur dioxide was investigated over a temperature range of 300-500℃ and over a particle size range of 0.051-3㎜. The experimental data were correlated well by the shrinking unreacted core model and the optimal reaction temperature was found to be 450℃. With average particle diameter less than 1㎜ and superficial gas velocity higher than 8.8 ㎝/sec, the reaction of cupric oxide powder with sulfur dioxide was found to be controlled by the chemical reaction and the intrinsic rate constant was k=8987 exp(-8134/RT).

      • Picric Acid에 依한 鹽酸 Verapamil의 分光光度 定量

        A spectrophotometric method is proposed for determination of VP. The method is based on solvent extract of complex formed between VP and colored PCA into chloroform. The optimum pH range for the extraction is 3.0∼6.0. The binding ratio of VP-PCA complex was presumed as VP-1 to PCA-1 by means of continuous variation and molar ratio. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of VP concentration 1×10 5^M∼1.2×10 4^M. The complex was differentiated from physical mixture of the two compounds by IR spectroscopy and the exsistance of intermolecular hydrogen bonding between the basic nitrogen of VP and the OH group of PCA was confirmed. This method was suitable for the spectrophotometric determination of VP in mixed pharmaceutical preparation.

      • Picric Acid에 依한 Disopyramide Phosphate의 抽出分光光度 定量

        A spectrophotometric method is proposed for the deternunation of Disopyramide phosphate. The method is based on solvent extract of the ion-pair formed between Disopyramide phosphate and colored Picric acid into 1, 2-dichloroethane. The extract should a maximum absorbance at 375nm The optimum pH range for the extraction is 2~7. The absorbance should a linear relationship to the concentration of Disopyramide phosphate 1×10^-5∼12×10^-5M. Continuous variation plots and mole ratio plots indicated a 1:1 Disopyramide phosphate-Picric acid ratio. The binding state of Disopyramide phosphate-Picric acid was presumed by IR spectra as intermolecular hydrogen boinding. This method was suitable for the spectrophotometric determination of Disopyramide phosphate in mixed pharmaceutical preparation.
