      • 太谿穴의 臨床 活用에 대한 文獻考察

        Literally, the mean of Tae-gye is highest brook. And on the basis of the acupuncture theory, Tae-gye point is the Soo earth point and source point of the Kidney Channel as well. In addition, Tae-gye point is one of the Yang-Returning Nine points. We were trying to study bibliographically on the Tae-gye point because Tae-gye point can be used very broadly across the symptoms in the theoretical aspect described above. As a results, we found out that according to the classical books of acupuncture, Tae-gye point is entering point of the Meridian Water as a source point and can be used at both Kidney-Sufficient Syndrom and Kidney-Deficient Syndrom. And Tae-gye can be applied to the disease of kidney or bladder that is urogenital symtoms, Also, Tae-gye is an useful option of tooth-ache, asthma, indigestion, constipation, edema etc whose cause is related with decrease of Kidney ki.

        Misorientation Characteristics at the Growth Front of Abnormally-Growing Goss Grains in Fe–3%Si Steel

        Penetrating morphologies at the growth front of abnormally-growing Goss grains in Fe–3%Si steel was examined in view ofthe possibility that they are the two-dimensional section of the solid-state wetting (SSW) along the triple junction line. Toobtain the statistically meaningful data, 102 penetrated grain and 204 penetrating abnormally-growing Goss grain morphologieswere examined. The misorientation angles of penetrating and penetrated grains were measured by electron backscattereddiffraction. Among the 102 examined penetrated grain boundaries, none has low misorientation angles less than 15°,whereas 17.2% of the 204 penetrating grain boundaries have low misorientation angles, and 23.5% of them have coincidencesite lattice boundaries. Besides, boundary energies of penetrating Goss grains, which were estimated from misorientationangles of the three grains in the penetrating morphology, satisfied the energetic condition for SSW along the triple junctionline. These results imply that the abnormal grain growth of Goss grains in Fe–3%Si steel occurs by the mechanism of subboundaryenhanced SSW.

        GIS를 이용한 문화정보시스템 구축방안에 관한 연구

        문화정보를 데이터베이스화하는데 있어서 여러 방안이 있을 수 있는데, 본 논문은 그 중에서도 지리정보시스템에 의한 구축방안에 대해서 연구한 것이다. 그것은 지역문화가 그 특성상 시·공간을 떠나서는 있을 수 없고 문화구성 요소들이 상호 기능적으로 복잡하게 얽혀있는 관계로 모든 내용이 시·공간과 결부되고 수많은 여러 데이터가 기능적으로 연계되어 있어 이들을 효과적으로 활용하기 위한 방안이 모색되어야 하기 때문이다. 또한 지금까지의 구축된 문화정보시스템들 대부분이 지역의 문화정체성 파악에 요구되는 지역문화의 영역설정이나 공동체적 생활권 설정에 한계를 보였을 뿐만 아니라 구축된 데이터베이스에 의해 문화현상을 분석하고 연구하는데도 한게가 있었던 데도 기인한다. 이러한 배경에서 본 논문에서는 단순한 유물·유적 지도가 아닌 즉, 객체적인 역사문화유적 지도를 뛰어 넘는 문화표현의 방식에 대한 연구방법과 그들을 효과적으로 데이터베이스화 하기 위해 XML을 이용한 데이터베이스 모델의 구축을 연구하였고, 더 나아가 다양한 문화 현상 분석한 함께 문화콘텐츠 제작에 보다 널리 활용할 수 있는 토대를 마련해보고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to seek the methods of constructing a cultural information system based on GIS. It is impossible for regional culture to be formed apart from its surrounding space, so a study of culture should be based on realizing the features of its space. It is important to note that the elements composing a culture complicatedly interact with each other in their function and continuously change. Also they are interrelated in space and plentiful in their amount. Nevertheless, those studies practised so far in relation to culture and constructing cultural database are too limited in establishing cultural area or community life area required to recognize the regional identity. So it is now essential that we should study the methods of cultural expression surpassing objective historical and cultural site maps instead of simple maps depicting historical remains or sites. From this viewpoint, this study tries to find various cultural phenomena in relation to their space through seeking the methods of constructing the cultural database model using XML. In addition, this study tries to construct a base for increasing the utilization of information in making the cultural contents.

        용도지역 배치를 위한 유전자알고리즘 모형과 시뮬레이션시스템 개발

        Though zoning is a fundamental tool for the implementation of land use planning. It still has unclear decision making process on zoning designation. Zoning once applied on site is hardly amendable. Therefore elaborated quantitative models and simulations under possible scenarios and conditions are needed before the decision. Land use models developed however have hardly been applied to real sites, because of their unflexible nature and uneasy programming. No systems has been introduced for the visual simulation. Thus, powerful and user-friendly system is required. For these ends, Genetic Algorithm(GA) is introduced as a decision model. The GA model integrates scenario building and visualization tools to be a ;planning support systems(PSS)', which allows a user to set the sample areas, change their attributes and model parameters through the interfaces constructed by Delphi 5.0. Through the application to Ulsan City, 'GaSim' we developed was proved to carry out simulation effectively under various scenarios and find reasonable solutions easily.

        Rhabdomyolysis may be defined as a clinical and laboratory syndrome which releases muscle cell contents into the plasma, such as creatine phosphokinase, due to skeletal muscle injuries. It can be the result of many diverse causes including muscle disease, ischemia, genetic disorder, metabolic disorder, infectious disease, drugs, comatose state, trauma or vigorous exercise that can lead to acute renal failure as a complication. Since first reported in 1941, rhabdomyolysis-induced acute renal failure has been documented many times, and the major causes of this disease are carbon monoxide poisoning, snake bites, and etc in Korea Reports of acute renal failure after exercise-related rhabdomyolysis with myoglobinemia are rare. We report a case of acute renal failure caused by exercise-related rhabdomyolysis in a 20 year old man.

      • 스티렌 暴露 動勞者의 生物學的 監視 및 腎臟障害에 對한 硏究

        Two field studies were conducted on workers exposed to low level of styrene. The objective of first study was evaluation of variations of urinary mandelic acid and phenylgly-oxylic acid on 17 male-workers and 9 female-workers for 2 days, and that of second study was for evaluation of correlation between styrene exposure and urinary metabolites for 73 male-workers and 8 female-workers whose urines were sampled at end-shift and next morning. The results were as follows; 1. The mean values of urinary mandelic acid and phenylglyoxylic acid were increased as working time within 3 hours, between 4-6 hours, and between 7-9 hours elapsed. 2. The regression analysis of the urinary mandelic acid and phenylglyoxylic acid with time showed trend that urinary metabolites incresed more rapidly in higher exposure group. 3. The correlation coefficients between styrene in air and metabolites in next morning urine were higher than those in end-shift urine. But, the correlation coefficients between ,styrene in air and metabolites in end-shift urine of the total samples were higher than those in next morning urine of non-smoking workers or non-drinking workers. 4. Only the stryene in air was independent variable which was statistically significant in multiple regression on urinary metabolites by styrene in air, smoking, and drinking. The slope was steeper in using the sum values of metabolites in end-shift urine as dependent variable than in using others. But the R square value was greater in using phenylglyoxylic acid in next morning urine as dependent variable than in using others. 5. There was no significant correlation between the styrene in air and n-acetyl-β-glucosaminidase activity in urine. The smoking or drinking habit had no significant effect in the correlation. The smoking and drinking habit would be considered in determination of time of urine sampling about urinary mandelic and phenylglyoxylic acid as biological monitoring of workers exposed to styrene. Because the correlations beween air styrene and urinary metabolites in next morning urine were higher than those in end-shift urine in smoking or drinking workers.

      • Sr·페라이트 플라스틱자석의 제조에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we mention he fabrication of Sr ferrite plastic magnet. In order to compose Sr ferrite, first, a little CaO, SiO₂, Na₂SiO₃, and Al₂O₃ are added to SrO5.9Fe₂O₃. Then, the composition is calcinated at 1225℃ under N₂ enviroment for 1 hourwith addition of PVA 5wt% solution. The carbon coating method increase grinding effect on powder fabrication. To fabricate anisotropic Sr ferrite plastic magnet, 80-89wt% of Sr ferrite and polyamide6 are kneaded and then 0-12kOe of magnetic field is applied. On magnet fabrication, an optimal condition of injection mold is obtained under the injection temperature 270℃, the injection pressure 120㎏/㎠, the magnetic field 8kOe and magnetic field applied time 8sec. As the result of experiments, we obtain (BH)max = 2.09MGOe property on anisotropic plastic magnet which is fabricated by using injection mold method in magnetic field.

We apply it to a time-delay system to evaluate the usefulness of the proposed method. overshoot, rising time, and settling time.

      • 부산지역 매출액 상위기업의 위상과 변천사

        본 연구는 부산지역의 주요기업 변화를 살펴보기 위해 매출액 기준 전국 상위 1,000대 기업에 속하는 부산기업을 조사하여 비교분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 2005년에 전국 1,000대 기업 중 46개 기업이 부산에 소재하였는데, 2019년에는 12 개가 줄어든 34개 기업만이 전국 1,000대 기업에 포함되었다. 또한, 전국 상위 1,000대 기업의 매출액 기준으로 부산지역 기업의 매출액 비중은 2005년 1.6%에서 2019년 1.4%로 줄어든 것으 로 나타났다. 이는 수도권 집중현상이 점차 강화되고 있기 때문이다. 한편, 부산지역 매출액 기준 상위 10대 기업은 많은 변화가 있었는데, 2005년 상위 10대 기업 중 2019년에도 상위 10대 기 업에 포함된 기업은 ㈜한진중공업, 르노삼성자동차(주), ㈜부산은행, ㈜서원유통 등 4개뿐인 것 으로 나타났다. 통계적 인과 관계는 확정할 수 없으나 지역 대기업의 쇠퇴 및 유출과 지역의 쇠퇴가 동시에 이루어지고 있어 지역 경제의 침체와 대기업의 쇠퇴 및 유출이 상당한 관계가 있음을 유추해 볼 수 있다. 특히 2011년 이후 지역 주력 제조업 기업들이 1000대 기업 진입에 실패하였다는 점을 주목해 볼 필요가 있다. 지역 제조업 대기업의 이탈 또는 쇠퇴는 지역 생산성 하락에 영향을 미 쳤을 가능성이 높고, 낮아진 지역 산업 생산성이 지역 경제성장률 둔화에도 영향을 미칠 가능성 이 있다. 따라서 지역의 경제활력 저하 문제를 제고하기 위해서는 지역 산업구조 개편 문제와 생 산성 향상 방안에 대한 고민이 필요하다.

      • Thiocyan酸 Cobalt에 의한 Prifinium Bromide의 比色定量

        Prifinium bromide reacts with thiocyanato cobalt(Ⅱ) complex ion to form bright blue precipitate. The precipitate is extracted with chloroform, and the extract is extremely stable and has an absorption maximum at 625nm. The formation of precipitate and the efficiency of chloroform extraction are not influenced by the pH in the acidic region. The mole ratio of cobaltothiocyante and prifinium bromide in the extracted complex is 1 : 2. This complex is found to have the formula (C??H??N)₂Co(SCN)₄. The molar absorptivity of the complex in chloroform at 625nm is 2375. Beer's law is obeyed over the range of prifinium bromide concentration 0.5×10??M to 3×10??M. This method is useful for the determination of micro amounts of prifinium bromide contained in anti-cold pharmaceutical preparations and applicable to the pyrrolidinium salts.
