        This paper describes the development of Controller for the Utility Car using Microprocessor. The Utility Car is composed of Controller, separately excited DC motor, battery and potbox. It is easier for a digitalized controller using microprocessor to append new function than an analogized controller. For sensorless current control, the driver is used the feedback voltage of battery.

      • 晋州地方의 Climograph에 關한 解析的 硏究 : (1983~1988)

        우리나라의 慶尙南道 晋州地方에 位置하고 있는 晋州測候所(35°12'N, 128°06'E, 標高 25.1m)에 의하여 1983年 1月부터 1988年 12月 까지 觀測된 主要氣象要素의 觀測値를 基礎資料로 하여 G. Taylor의 climographic 提衣에 의한 晋州地方의 年別 및 平均別綜觀 climograph를 作成하고 이들을 比較한 考察한 바, 이 地方의 氣候特性은 대체로 高溫多濕한 서를 나타내고 있으며 또한 우리나라의 ??에 속하는 氣候形이 현저하게 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 또한 本調査硏究 其間의 最近 數年동안은 平均에 비하여 약간 低溫多濕한 氣候變化의 樣相을 보이고 있음을 알 수 있으나 이에 관해서는 보다 長期的인 觀測資料에 의한 分析的이고 綜合的이며 持續的인 硏究가 있어야 할 것으로 思料된다. 끝으로 本硏究의 遂行을 위하여 各種資料收集에 도움을 주신 中央氣象台 釜山支台 晋州測候所의 南大佑先生님을 비롯한 여러분과 電算處理에 수고해준 慶尙大學校 師大 物理敎育科 電算室 여러분께 깊은 感謝를 드립니다. The climograph which is used for the comparative study on the climatic characteristics between one region and another is considered as one of the representative methods. The climographs based on the observed meteorological materials for six years(Jan, 1983~Dec. 1988) in the Jinju district were shown in Fig. (1) ~ (7). From the analytic results the tendency of climatic changes with slightly low air-temperature and much moisture in several years(1984,'86,'88) was comparatively different from the normal climatic changes. By the G.Taylor's climographic analysis, the climatic characteristics of this district were remarkablely presented one of southern coastal type(SC or CS).

        축산 폐수의 효율적 처리를 위한 광합성 미세조류인 Spirulina platensis 배양 공정의 최적화

        돈분 폐수의 효율적인 처리를 위해 6 W/㎡, 12 W/㎡와 24 W/㎡의 조도 하에서 온도를 15℃에서 40℃까지 각각 변화시켜, 광합성 미세 조류인 Spirulina platensis의 생육에 관한 최적 생육 조건 결정에 관한 실험을 하였다. 균체의 비생육속도는 30℃까지는 온도 증가에 따라 증가하였다. 균체의 생육에 있어서 온도의 영향을 설명하기 위해서 Arrhenius 식을 이용하여서 얻은 활성화 에너지 값은 13.5kal/mol이었다. 순수 배지에서 배양된 균체의 비생육속도가 0.31(1/day)인 반면 30% 돈분 첨가 배양시 얻은 균체의 비생육속도는 0.24(1/day)였다. 폐수내의 총 질소량과 이의 제거속도로 균체의 폐수 처리 능력을 평가할 수 있었다. 돈분 농도를 달리 첨가한 회분배양에 있어서 70~93%(PO_4^3- -P), 67~93%(inorganic nitrogen), 80~90% (COD) 그리고 37~56%(organic nitrogen)의 감소율을 보였다. 총-질소와 총-인의 1차반응 감소 속도 상수는 각각 0.17(1/day)와 0.14(1/day)로 계산되었다. 20% 돈분을 첨가하는 연속배양에 있어서 회석률이 0.20(1/day)일 때 최대 균체농도가 1.52(g/L)를 유지했다. 돈분처리 후 얻은 균체의 성분은 단백질이 58.7%, 지방 11.0% 그리고 회분이 15.6%였다. The kinetics of growing microalga, Spirulina platensis was investigated to treat swine wastes with optimum growth conditions. Temperature was varied from 15 to 40℃ at three different light intensities, 6 W/㎡, 12 W/㎡ and 24 W/㎡. The specific growth rate was increased as temperature increased up to 30℃. The activation energy was estimated as 13.5 kcal/mol by an Arrhenius relationship. 0.24(1/day) of specific growth rate was obtained from batch cultivation with 30% swine wastes, compared to 0.31 (1/day) from clean culture. It was found that Spirulina platensis was able to reduce 70~93% of PO_4^3- -P, 67~93% of inorganic nitrogen, 80~90% of COD and 37~56% organic nitrogen by adding various concentrations of swine wastes for 12 days of batch cultivation. Rate constants for removing nitrates and phosphates in treating swine wastes were estimated as 0.17 (1/day) and 0.14 (1/day) in the first order reaction, respectively. 1.52(g/L) of maximum cell density was maintained at 0.20(1/day) of dilution rate in continuous culture, adding 20% swine wastes for 30 days. The chemical composition of the biomass obtained from the process showed 58.7% of protein, 11.0% of lipid and 15.6% of ash.

      • Sliding Mdde Control을 이용한 대체에너지용 연계형 인버터 시스템

        This paper proposes the instantaneous control method of a utility interactive inverter with unknown R-L series load. Sliding mode control and adaptive parameter estimation are applied to this system, which realize the following funtion: (1) synchronization of phase, frequency, and amplitude between inverter voltage and utility voltage at stand-alone mode. (2) phase synchronization between inverter current and utility voltage at interactive mode. A DSP-based(TMS320C31)PWM inverter controller is implemented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. Simulation and experiment based on the secomd order model are done and the results show good dynamic response according to each mode and low THD.

        This paper describes on the development of the utility vehicle controller using battery and photovoltaic power for subsiding operation time. In order to keep interchangeability, low cost and high performance, a separately excited DC Motor is controlled by μ-processor without velocity and current measurement. Using DC-DC converter, the solar cell and battery are parallel-operated by the maximum power point tracking(MPPT) and the output current control of solar cell. By the simulation and experiment of trial product, the validity of the proposed system is verified.

        성형화된 CaO 상에서 이산화탄소의 탄산화ㆍ탈 탄산화 반응 특성 연구

        MSR(methane steam reforming)공정 중 발생되는 CO₂를 제거하기 위하여 CaCO₃에 무기바인더를 이용하여 구형의 CaO 반응물질을 제조하였다. 반응물질의 특성을 알아보기 위하여 반응온도, 농도, 접촉시간 등의 운전조건에 대한 변화와 CO₂와의 반응성에 대하여 연속 흐름식 반응장치를 이용하여 실험하였다. 반응물질의 소성온도는 850℃에서 반응성이 가장 좋았지만 탈 탄산화 공정을 고려하여 950℃로 결정하였다. GHSV를 3,000 hr^(-1)로 고정시켜 놓고 실험한 결과, 반응기의 온도는 800℃, 유입되는 CO₂의 농도는 10%에서 반응성이 가장 좋았다. The adsorbent was prepared to separate CO₂ gas generated from MSR process. Characteristics of carbonation and decarbonation of the adsorbent have been examine continuous reactor system in respect to temperature, concentrations at contact time. The decarbonation of CO₂onto adsorbents slowly occurred in this the temperature range from 850℃ to 950℃. However, the maximum carbonation ability was obtained at GHSV of 3,000 hr^(-1), temperature of 800℃ and CO, concentration of 10% (N₂ balance).

      • 대퇴골 경부골절과 SINGH 지수와의 연관성에 대한 임상적 고찰

        The Singh index have been used widly for measuring degree of osteoporosis which was the important cause of the femoral neck fracture because of the adventage as noninvasive, simple, good reproducible and index of general osteoporosis. The purpose of this article is to study the clinical significance of the Singh index. For the this purpose, the fractured groups of 71 patients older than 45 years of age with femoral neck fracture who were admitted in department of orthopedic surgery, Chungnam National University Hospital from March, 1980 to Feb., 1985 in contrast to control group without fracture were measured Singh index, analysed the relationship between Singh index and patient's age, type of femoral neck fracture and degree of trauma. Following results were obtained. 1. The average age is 66 years old in fractured group and is 60.16 years old in control group. The average Singh index of fractured group is 3.23 and is 4.27 in control group. There is a statistically significant difference between fractured and control group by 1.04 (p<0.05). 2. The average Singh index below 54 years old is 4.933, the prevalence of definite osteoporosis (Grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ) is 6.7%, but the average Singh index above 75 years old is 2.32, the prevalence of definite osteoposis was 52%. 3. The average Singh index of the intracapsular and extracapsular fracture of femoral neck fracture is 3.47 and 3.05. There is no statistically significant difference (p<0.1). 4. The average Singh index of the Mild trauma group and Severe trauma group is each 2.5 and 4.28. There is statistically significant difference (p<0.01). 5. Statistically the prevalence of Severe trauma in men(60%) is higher than in women(22%).

      • SM45C의 레이저 표면경화특성

        Laser surface hardening is an effective technique used to improve the tribological properties and also to increase the service life of automobile components such as camshafts, crankshatfs, lorry brake drums and gears. High power CO₂ lasers and Nd:YAG lasers are employed for localized hardening of materials and hence are of potential application in the automobile industries. The heat is conducted rapidly into the bulk of the specimen causing self quenching to occur and the formation of martensitic structure. In this investigation, the microstructure features occurring in Nd:YAG laser hardening SM45C steel are discussed with the use of optical microscopic and scanning electron microscopic analysis. Moreover, This paper describes the optimism of the processing parameters for maximum hardened depth of SM45C steel specimens of 3mm thickness by using CW Nd:YAG laser. Travel speed was varied from 0.6m/min to 1.0m/min. The maximum hardness and case depth fo SM45C steel are 780Hv and 0.4mm by laser hardening.

      • 고출력 레이저에 의한 이종금속 용접특성

        For many years and primarily for economical reasons, Dissimilar Metal Welds have been used as transition joints in a variety of equipment and applications. But Dissimilar Metal Welds have several fabrication and metallurgical drawbacks that can often lead to in-service failures. In this paper, the laser weldability of STS304 stainless steel and SM45C at dissimilar metal welds using a continuous wave Nd:YAG laser are experimentally investigated. An experimental study was conducted to determine effects of welding parameters, on eliminating or reducing the extent welding zone formation at dissimilar metal welds and to optimize those parameters that have the most influence parameters such as focus length, power, beam speed, shielding gas, and wave length of laser were tested.
