        계획된 행동 이론을 활용한 창원시 불법 주차의식 구조분석

        과거 주차공간 부족의 문제를 주차시설을 공급함으로써 해결하려 하였으나, 최근에는 환경적 문제·지속가능한 교통적 측면에서 주차수요를 관리해 나가는 형태로 패러다임이 변화하고 있다. 효율적 주차수요 관리를 위해서는 승용차 이용자의 차량 이용실태, 주차의식 조사 등을 통하여 맞춤형 주차관리 정책 수립이 바람직하고, 불법주차에 미치는 운전자의 심리적 변수가 불법주차행위에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인지에 대해 ‘계획된 행동 이론(The theory of planned behavior)’을 활용하여 구조방정식을 구축하였다. 분석 결과 불법주차 근절 의지에는 ‘행동에 대한 태도(Attitude)’가 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, ‘지각된 통제감(Perceived behavioural control)’이 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 ‘행동에 대한 태도(Attitude)’ 보다는 ‘지각된 통제감(Perceived behavioural control)’이 불법주차 근절 의지에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 향후 불법주차 근절을 위해서는 운전자 심리적 의지를 제어할 수 있는 규범의식, 즉 불법주차로 인한 타인의 피해 정도를 시각화 혹은 계량화할 수 있는 정책홍보 및 상시 주차단속과 같은 강력한 규제정책이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. To manage the demand for parking, it is desirable to establish a customized parking management policy through vehicle usage and parking awareness surveys, and The theory of planned behavior is used to establish a structural equation. The analysis showed that Attitude has a positive effect on the willingness to eradicate illegal parking, and Perceived behavior control has a negative impact. In particular, it can be seen that Perceived behavior control has a greater impact on the willingness to eradicate illegal parking than Attitude. In order to eradicate illegal parking in the future, it is believed that strong regulatory policies such as standard awareness that can control drivers psychological will, i.e., policy promotion and regular parking crackdown that can visualize or quantify the extent of damage caused by illegal parking.

        Difference between Kim Munjip’s Mark Criticism and Ch’oe Chaeso’s ‘Realism’ on Yi Sang’s “Wings”

        이 논문은 이상의 「날개」를 분석한 재일한국인 김문집의 논문과 최재서의 논문의 차이점을 살폈다. 최재서는 경성제대(현재 서울대학교)에서 영문학을 전공하여 한국문단에 서구문학에 대한 논문을 발표하면서 한국 작가의 작품을 일본어로 번역하여 일본문단에 발표했다. 그 중 이상이 1936년에 발표한 「날개」에 대해 「리얼리즘의 심화와 확대」란 논문을 발표하여 오늘날까지도 한국의 리얼리즘 문학을 논할 때 반드시 읽어야 할 논문으로 이상의 작품을 독자들에게 알리는 시금석이 된 글이다. 김문집은 친일비평가로 일본작가들의 작품을 표준삼아 한국작가의 작품을 보다 낮게 평가하는 소위 ‘채점 비평’을 채용하여 작품을 평가했다. 그는 이상의 「날개를 59점으로 평가하여 동경문단에 발표했다. 이러한 내용을 알게 된 이상은 문우 김유정을 소재로 하여 창작한 「소설 김유정」에서 김문집을 ‘족보도 없는 비평가’라고 비하해 꼬집었다. 이것은 최재서가 서구의 리얼리즘론으로 이상의 작품을 평했던 반면에 김문집은 그러한 이론과는 거리가 먼 오직 일본의 문학경향을 좇아 한국문학을 평가했기 때문이다. 이와 같이 두 비평가의 글에서 볼 수 있듯이 연구자들은 비평에 앞서 제반 비평이론을 철저히 검증을 한 후 비평에 임해야 할 것이다. This article is to examine difference between Kim Munjip’s mark criticism and Ch’oe Chaeso’s realism on Yi Sang’s “Wings.” Yi wrote a novel related to his fellow Kim Youjeong as “A Novel Kim You Jeong” as a posthumous work in Chungsaekgi(1939). In the work he exposures Kim Munjip, Korean-Japanese critic, as ‘a critic without genealogical table’, after knowing Kim announced "Wings" as failed work in Tokyo literary community. In fact “Wings” was appreciated ‘well written work with realistic technique’ by Ch’oe Chaeo in Korea. By the way Kim Munjip made it the score 59 point below 60 point passing score by his mark criticism. Since each critic’s critical view is different, first of all, critics must have prudential and discreet on adjusting critical theory. What we can know here is Kim’s analysis of “Wings” is too narrow marked score according to his mark criticism, because his critical view is connected with Japan’s ideology and his submission to Japan’s rule, and after all he became a Korean-Japanese.

        한상룡 가옥(현 가회동 백인제 가옥)의 원형과 조영개념

        The founder of the 'Paik In - Je House in Ga Hui Dong' in the Bukchon Hanok Village was found as Han Sang- Ryong (1880.11.14. ~ 1947.?) and the time when it was built was by the late June in 1913. Han Sang Ryong was the director of the HanSung Bank during the Japanese colonial period and he was the industrialist in the management committee and the economy coordinator in the economic area. The way how he could accumulate the huge amount of money was because his Uncle Lee Yoon Yong and Lee Wan Yong brothers were participating in various concessions under the protection of the colony government such as Chosun colonial government. Through seven years of preparation for building the mansion, the social function he presented to his house was 'the house built for the banquet hall'. He invited many celebrities of politics and economy to this house and built his fundaments for his social activity through interactions. To solve the construction concept, he used the way of 'duplicity and juxtaposition', and his mansion was reborn as a modernized urban Hanok through the reinterpretation by his program out of the old Confucian rules. Han Sang Ryong's mansion is significant and valuable in the period since it was a pioneer in challenging the creative housing in the developing stage of Hanok in early modern era, and the highest social level people were trying to show off through the Hanok as a product.

        The rs196952262 Polymorphism of the AGPAT5 Gene is Associated with Meat Quality in Berkshire Pigs

        High-quality meat is of great economic importance to the pig industry. The 1-acylglycerol-3- phosphate-O-acyltransferase 5 (AGPAT5) enzyme converts lysophosphatidic acid to phosphatidic acid in the mitochondrial membrane. In this study, we found that the porcine AGPAT5 gene was highly expressed in muscle tissue, influencing meat characteristics, and we also identified a non-synonymous single-nucleotide polymorphism (nsSNP) (rs196952262, c.673 A>G) in the gene, associated with a change of isoleucine 225 to valine. The presence of this nsSNP was significantly associated with meat color (lightness), lower cooking loss, and lower carcass temperatures 1, 4, and 12 h after slaughter (items T1, T4, and T12 on the recognized quality scale, respectively), and tended to increase backfat thickness and the waterholding capacity. These results suggest that nsSNP (c.673A>G) of the AGPAT5 gene is a potential genetic marker of high meat quality in pigs.

        논문 : 국립공원 탐방로 내 위험 급경사지 유지관리 방안 연구

        국립공원은 주로 산악 지형 내 조성되어 있으므로 산사태에 의한 피해 가능성을 항상 내포하고 있다. 본 연구는 산사태 연구의 일환으로 국립공원 탐방로 내 위험 급경사지를 체계적으로 유지관리하기 위한 방안을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 국립공원에 특화된 자체 체크리스트를 제작하였으며, 전국 19개 국립공원 183개소 급경사지에 대한 실태조사가 이루어졌다. 실태조사의 최종 목적은 위험 급경사지에 대한 안정화 대책을 마련하는 것으로 현장조사와 안정해석의 과정을 거친다. 일부 급경사지에서는 위험성 판단을 위해 지상라이다 등 특수 장비를 이용한 조사를 시도하였다. 중장기 정비계획을 위한 투자우선순위 공식을 개발하였으며, 현장자료를 이용한 순위 및 위험등급을 산출하였다. 최종적으로 위험 급경사지의 향후 체계적인 관리를 위해 “국립공원 급경사지 유지관리시스템”을 개발하였으며, 모든 현장자료들은 시스템 내 DB화 되었다. National parks, which are located mainly in mountainous areas, are always at risk of damage by landslides. The goal of this study is to establish a method for systematically maintaining hazardous steep slopes along trails in national parks. We produced a checklist suitable for each of the 19 national parks nationwide and investigated 183 slopes. The aim of these investigations is to recommend appropriate slope-stability countermeasures, including field investigations and stability analysis. We made preliminary investigations at specific sites, evaluating the slope hazard using specialized equipment such as terrestrial LiDAR. An investment priority formula was developed, and ranking and hazardous grades were calculated as part of a long-term maintenance plan. Finally, to systematically manage dangerous slopes and to house all the field data within one system, we developed the “Slope Maintenance System in National Parks” based on web server that can show various information for slopes.

        Benefits of synthetic fibers on the residual mechanical performance of UHPFRC after exposure to ISO standard fire

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This study investigated the effects of synthetic fiber type, replacing ratio of steel and polyethylene (PE) fibers, and hybrid use of polypropylene (PP) and nylon (Ny) fibers on the mechanical properties of ultra-high-performance fiber-reinforced concrete (UHPFRC) before and after exposure to an ISO 834 fire. For this, four types of synthetic fibers, i.e., PP, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), PE, and Ny, and single straight steel fiber were considered. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) images were used to evaluate the status of synthetic and steel fibers after exposure to the fire, and mercury intrusion porosimetry (MIP) was used to analyze changes in the porosity of cement matrix. The test results revealed that the PVA fiber was most effective in enhancing the fire resistance and residual compressive, tensile, and flexural performances of UHPFRC. In particular, the PE fibers were ineffective in enhancing the fire resistance and preventing explosive spalling of UHPFRC. Increasing the steel fiber content up to 2% improved the mechanical properties of ultra-high-performance concrete (UHPC) under normal conditions; however, the steel fiber alone could not prevent the occurrence of explosive spalling under fire conditions. There was no clear effect of the hybrid use of PP and Ny fibers on the residual compressive, tensile, and flexural strengths of UHPFRC; however, it obviously improved the residual toughness due to a gradual decrease in the post-peak stress after the fire. It is thus recommend the use of single PVA or hybrid PP and Ny fibers to enhance the fire resistance of UHPFRC.</P>

      • Dynamically Stretchable Supercapacitor for Powering an Integrated Biosensor in an All-in-One Textile System

        <P>Textile-based electronics have attracted much attention as they can perfectly combine the functionality of wearable devices with the soft and comfortable properties of flexible textile fibers. In this work, we report a dynamically stretchable high-performance supercapacitor for powering an integrated sensor in an all-in-one textile system to detect various biosignals. The supercapacitor fabricated with MWCNT/MoO<SUB>3</SUB> nanocomposite electrodes and nonaqueous gel electrolyte, along the course direction of the fabric, exhibits stable and high electrochemical performance under dynamic and static deformation, including stretching in real time, regardless of the strain rate. The strain sensor created along the wale direction of the fabric shows a high sensitivity of 46.3 under an applied strain up to 60%, a fast response time of 50 ms, and high stability over 10 000 cycles of stretching/releasing. Finally, the supercapacitor and strain sensor are integrated into an all-in-one textile system <I>via</I> liquid-metal interconnections, and the sensor is powered by the stored energy in the supercapacitor. This system sewed into cloth successfully detects strain due to joint movement and the wrist pulse. This work demonstrates the high feasibility of utilizing the fabricated stretchable all-in-one textile system for real-time health monitoring in everyday wearable devices.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

      • A novel frameshift mutation of COL7A1 gene in Bart’s syndrome: recessive dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa with aplasia cutis congenita

        Bart’s syndrome is a rare hereditary mechanobullous disorder, first described by Bart et al in 1966. It is characterized by clinical manifestations: aplasia cutis congenita (ACC) over the lower extremities, epidermolysis bullosa (EB), and nail abnormalities. Previous genetic study revealed glycine substitution mutation in type VII collagen gene (COL7A1) indicated that Bart’s syndrome is a clinical variant of dominant dystrophic EB. The patient was a 1-day-old male newborn who presented with well-demarcated absence of skin over both lower extremities and erosive patches with blisters on nostril, lip, and hand since birth. He was born by Cesarean section at the 37th weeks of gestation. There was no family history of genetic disorder. There was no systemic involvement such as pyloric atresia, renal abnormalities, or arthrogryposis. Histopathologic findings from blister on hand showed subepidermal blister formation, and electron microscopy showed separation of below lamina densa layer. We performed mutation analysis of 118 exons of COL7A1. These result disclosed two novel heterogenous frameshift mutations (c.3841_3843delGGTinsTGGGG in exon 31 and c.8109_81014delGGTGAG in exon 109). Therefore, he was diagnosed as Bart’s syndrome with recessive dystrophic EB. Herein, we report a very rare case of Bart' syndrome which is clinical variant of recessive dystrophic EB, and review genetic mutation in this syndrome.
