본 연구는 선행연구에서 조사된 핸드폰의 고객요구속성을 Kano 모델의 품질특성에 적용하여 시간의 흐름에 따라 어떤 변화가 있는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 고객들의 새로운 요구속성이 나타났는지도 함께 살펴보고자 한다. 많은 문헌과 선행연구에서 나타나고 있는 시간에 따른 품질특성의 이동이 매력적 품질에서 일원적 품질로 일원적 품질에서 당연적 품질로 변화하는 진부화(陳腐化)현상이 나타나는지도 함께 살펴보고자 한다. In this study, previous research (Sung-Uk Lim, 2004) surveyed in customer demand for mobile phones the quality characteristics of properties applied to the Kano model, the flow of time, depending on whether any changes will be discussed. In addition, our customers" new requirements will be examined along with the property map appeared. The movement of time-dependent quality characteristics appeared in many previous studies Obsolescence Phenomenon - from Attactive Quality Element to One-Dimensional Quality Element, from One-Dimensional Quality Element to Must-Be Quality Element - may appear be examined together.

益齋 李齊賢 墓誌의 서술 방식

益齋 李齊賢은 복잡다난했던 元 간섭기에 고려 왕조를 위해 충성을 했던 인물들의 묘지명에서 일화를 통해 故人의 행적을 입체적으로 묘사하고 있다. 일화는 찬술자 益齋가 직접 보고 들은 것으로 위급한 상황에서 자신의 안위를 돌보지 않고 고려를 구하려한 故人의 충성심과 고매한 인품을 입체적으로 묘사하고 있다. 충성심과 관련된 일화에는 益齋가 직간접적으로 등장하며. 비록 표면에 나타나지 않아도 일화의 배경이 되는 사건에 깊이 연루되어 있는 일화는 故人뿐만 아니라 益齋에게도 또한 의미 깊은 사건들이다. 위급한 상황에서 충성심을 보이는 등의 괄목할 만한 행적이 없는 평범한 인물의 경우는 故人과 관련된 행적을 간결하게 평면적으로 기술하고 있다. 주로 官爵·德·壽를 칭송하는 '達尊之三者'가 중심 주제가 되는 의례적인 형태로서, 행적이 소략한 대신 請命 과정이나 관작·가계에 대한 기술이 상대적으로 상세하다. 이처럼 益齋가 찬술한 고관의 묘지명에서 서술 방식이 달라지는 것은 관리의 최고 덕목은 충성심이라는 기준으로 故人을 평가하고, 그에 따라 서술 방식을 선택했기 때문이다. 즉 찬술의 대상은 故人의 삶이지만, 형상화되는 것은 益齋가 인생에서 추구하는 자신의 가치인 것이다. Ikjae Jaehyeon Lee describes through anecdote on tomb stone the history of deseased persons who were royal for Koryeo Dynasty in the intricate period when Won dynasty interfered with. The anecdote that publisher Ikjae saw and heared in person describes the royalty and dignity of the deseased who did not care his own security to save Koryeo in critical situation. Ikjae appears on the anecdote relating to royalty directly and indirectly and is deeply involved in the accident that is the background of the anecdote, though not revealing on the surface. So the anecdote is significant to Ikjae as well as the deseased. If a deseased is ordinary and does not show any great achievement, for example, being royal at a critical situation he describes the history of the deseased in a simple and plain manner. In such case the theme is "the noblest three conditions on earth" that is government office morals and longevity. The process of royal calling to office government office and family circumstances are described in detail while one's contribution is negligent. The way of describing in the inscription on a tomb stone that Ikjae published was changed because the standard by which a deseased is evaluated is royalty and a way of describing is also determined according to it. In short the object of publication is the life of a deseased but what is formed is the value that Ikjae seeks through his own life.

부산시 중심지체계 설정에 관한 연구

This study was aimed to establish the system of centers and to offer the viewpoint to studies and policies of urban spatial structure while analyzing their characteristics in Busan. The results of this study were summarized as followed : According to the result about the establishment of the system of centers, 2 Centers, 4 Sub-Centers and 5 low-lanking centers were identified. This is a little different with 2 Centers, 6 Sub-Centers, 2 District-Centers written in 「Busan Master Plan toward 2011's」. In other words, the system of centers in Busan was represented more subdivided and abundant than that of 「Busan Master Plan toward 2011's」 and these centers had both polycentric and multi-nuclei characteristics. With premise that the urban structure is being changed on the basis of the change of a period, society and an economy in the future to establish effective system of centers, it is advisable that the establishment of the system of centers is to readjust by stage in the process of planning.

항진균성 항생물질을 생산하는 Streptoverticillium sp. NA-4083의 분리 및 동정

전국 각지의 토양에서 441균주의 방선균을 분리한 결과 Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton rubrum, Nanniza otae 및 Pyricularia oryzae 등의 진균에 광범위한 항진균활성을 나타내는 방선균 NA-4803을 선발하여 그 균주의 동정을 실시하였다. 분리균주 NA-4803은 Gram 양성세균 4균주, Gram 음성세균 2균주, 효모 2균주, 곰팡이 5균주, 조류 1균주에 대해 약한 항균활성을 보이는 반면, 곰팡이 Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Trichophyton rubrum, Nanniza otae 및 Pyricularia oryzae에 대해서는 비교적 강한 항진균활성을 나타내었다. 분리균주 NA-4803은 생리적 특성, 항균활성, lectithinase 및 lipolytic 활성, 각종 유기물의 분해력, 항생물질에 대한 저항성, 온도, pH 및 화학저해제의 첨가에 따른 생육, 질소원의 이용성 및 탄소원의 이용성 등에 있어서 cluster group F에 속하며 Cluster No. 58에 해당하는 Streptoverticillium blastmyceticum과 가장 유사하게 비교·동정되었으나 nitrate 환원성의 양성반응, L-tyrosine 분해력의 음성반응 및 cephaloridine에 대한 저항성에 음성반응을 보였고, 탄소원 중 L-rhamnose와 inulin을 이용하는 것으로 보아 Streptoverticillium blastmyceticum과 다른 특성을 나타내었다. 따라서 분리균주 NA-4803은 Streptoverticillium sp. NA-4803으로 동정되었다. The aim of the present research program was to develop a strain of actinomycetes producing antifungal substance. Soil samples were collected from various sites in Korea and a number of actinomycetes were isolated from the soil samples by applying selective agar for actinomycetes. Among over 440 isolates, a strain (NA-4803) producing antifungal substance against Trichophyton spp. Nannizzia otae and Pyricularia oryzae was selected. The strain NA-4803 was identified as strain similar to Streptoverticillium blastmyceticum with respect to morphological and physiological characteristics, lecithinase and lipolytic activity, degradation of organic compounds, resistance to antibiotics and utilization of carbon and nitrogen sources. But it showed some differences such as positive reaction of nitrate reduction, negative reaction of L-tyrosine degradation, resistance to cephaloridine, and utilization of I rhamnose and inulin. The strain NA-4803 was named as Streptoverticillium sp. NA-4803.

The Study of Relationship Between Loneliness and Suicidal Ideation Among Elderly Living Alone: Focusing Moderating Effects of Perceived Social Support and Structural Social Support

This study s purpose was to examine the impact of loneliness, and two types of social support(functional and structural) on the suicidal ideation among elderly living alone. About 254 research participants were recruited from Seoul City and other cities in Gyeonggi-do and finished the questionnaires of loneliness, perceived social support, structural social support, and the suicidal ideation. Data were entered into multiple regression analyses. The finding of this research study indicates that loneliness was an important predictor for suicidal ideation. Thus, increased loneliness was associated with a high level of the suicidal ideation. This research study result showed a moderating effect of functional social support. However, structural social support did not moderate relationship between loneliness and suicidal ideation. This research study would provide implications for social work practices.

12-O-Tetradecanoylphorbol-13-Acetate에 의한 HL-60 세포 분화유도중 Vimentin 유전자 전사조절에 대한 AP-1의 역할

Purpose: To gain insight on the role of AP-1 in transcriptional regulation of vimentin gene during differentiation of HL-60 cells by 12-O-tetradecanoylphorbol-13-acetate (TPA), the levels of vimentin mRNA and AP-1 have been investigated with Northern blot hybridization and DNA mobility shift assay. Materials and Methods: HL-60 cells were grown in RPMI 1640 medium supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal calf serum and antibiotics in a humidified 5% CO_(2) at 37°C. Total RNA was prepared by a modification of the method of Karlinsey et al. Northern blot hybridization was performed by the method of Virca et al. EcoRI fragment of pVIM-GEM was used as probe for vimentin mRNA. DNA mobility shift assay was performed by the method of Lim et al. End labeled DNA probe(Upper strand, 5'-CGCTTGATGAGTCAGCCG- 3') for AP-1 binding activity was mixed with nuclear extracts in a 20 μl reaction volume containing 300 mM KC1, 60 mM HEPES, pH 7.9, 25 mM MgCl_(2), 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 60% glycerol, and 2μg of poly[dI-dC]. Results: TPA increased vimentin mRNA levels, with maximal stimulation reached at 24 hr. The level of vimentin mRNA was induced in proportion to the concentration of TPA. TPA-induced vimentin mRNA was almost reduced by actinomycin-D pretreatment. TPA-induced stimulation of vimentin gene was completely reduced by staurosporin pretreatment. In DNA mobility shift assay, AP-1 newly appeared at 24 hr during TPA-induced differentiation and was almost not detected after the pretreatment of staurosporin. Conclusions: These results suggest that the induction of vimentin mRNA during TPA-dependent differentiation in HL-60 cells may be mediated by protein kinases C signal transduction and AP-1 is important to transcriptional regulation.
