        After the World War II, notable development of the international aviation not only has constituted an important part in international relations legally, but also it has become a recent channel of the international culture and economy. Emerging of the jet-engine system of the 1960' improved the international aviation in quality any more than the marine and land traffic. In such a striking evolution of international aviation, some theoretical grounds arose on the scale of control of Aviation Law upon the international law on the view point of Air-Space Sovereignty and incident problems. Especially the termination of two principles, sovereignty and liberty of aviation, changed the functions and definitions of national sovereignty, and economic elements emerging from the theories of the federalist status and of the liberty of international aviation changed the definition of territorial sovereignty to that of economic right. In spite of the fact that there are so many factors on the functional change, it is difficult to control the international aviation. It would be only possible to solve the difficulties by the interest-cordination of each nations. But from the promulgation of the Treaty of Chicago up to date, commercial exchange by the system of mosaic minglement made it indispensable to keep the regular air service from the practical control of the enterprise and member-state. On the viewpoint of legislation, bilateral-treaty is necessary to supplement the faults of multistage treaties. Thus it is international trend to strengthen the space-sovereignty for their national interest. Through the World War ll, each nation had protested the exclusive space-sovereignty, but after the Paris treaty, in spite of the evolution of international aviation and its liberty, it became in fact desirable to define the absoluteness of the space-sovereignty.

      • 空域主權 成立의 史的 考察 : 1910年부터 1916年까지

        Since the 19th century the legal status of space gradually began to change as new problems of international law developed among the international society. Especially from the 20th century the enlargement of aviation needed a clearer legal status for the control of outer space and international aviation. Many thesises in the field of legal status of space including those of Fauchille who was the forerunner of specialist in space law were published. But it was after the Paris' International Aviation Association of 1910 that the national public interest in international aviation appeared clear. Also after the Paris' International Aviation Treaty of 1919 the national aviation sovereignty approved this project. Since the airplane's utilization as a weapon rose through world war I, the ten period from 1910 to 1919 is considered as a very important period for the establishment of space sovereignty. The purpose of this study is to describe historically how the legal status of space established from 1910 to 1919. To describe it, this study will explain historically the national aviation treaty and its background according to the view of scholars and the decisions of international lawmakers of many countries.

      • 제주 돼지의 사육개선을 위한 기초조사 연구

        . The raising and feeding of swine in outhouses(Toilet) arose long ago and become a habit or custom for excrement control. The primary reason for practice is that most Cheju people simply do not like to tauch human feces. As a result of swine living in outhouses (Toilet) there is a great danger to humans of infection with cysticercus cellulosae from eating improperly cooked pork. Farmers do not recognize the offet of cysticercus cellulosae on human beings and must receive adequate education. We can slowly eliminate this problom by teaching and re emphasizing the unsanitary conditions and economic loss arising from this practice of W, C swine raising. The local governments and educated citizens as well as know ledgeable farmers must give continuous instruction and guidance in sanitary practices if we are to alter and eliminate swine feeding in the toilet 1. In Cheju-do the family does not include married children, thus the families are necessarily smaller than the mainland and the number of pigs at any house depends upon number of peoples in the family thus it is usually impossible to feed more than one pig since human feces are utilized as pig feed. 2. Since farmers have only a small amount of feed and feces and aware that the growth rate during a pig's first year is greater than its growth rate during the second year thus indicating a highly efficient utilization of feed during the first year, the farmers usually sell the pig within the first year. 3. Since there is a shortage of sanitary pig feed in Cheju-do greater use should be made of the waste products left over from sweet potato starch production. 4. The primary reason for raising the pig in the toilet is that about 90% of the people do not like to touch human feces out of habit. 5. The first objective in improving the feeding of Cheju swine is the instruction of farmers in the sanitation and health problems and econmic loss involved in raising pigs in the toilet because about 50% of the farmers are ignorant of even the existence of cysticercus cellulosae and its due effect on human beings.

      • 조강성 혼화제 종류에 따른 콘크리트의 물리적 특성

        The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the physical properties of concrete in connection with the recent trends to reduce construction periods, in order to increase early-strength of the concrete where the various kinds of liquified early strength concrete agent are used. As for the experiment plan in two levels such as the W/C 30, 50 %, which the standard air entraining water reducing agent(The following P) was intermixed as the plain, the early-strength agent of MAS serial(The following A), the AE reducing agent of early-strength type of the polycarbonic acid serial(The following B) and the naphthalene+lignin serial(The following C) were selected to change them into 4 levels, so that total 8 levels might be included in the experiment. According to the results, the setting time accelerated as the B was fastest and followed by A and C. And as for the compressive strength, the strength development of A recorded 115 %, B recorded 95% and C recorded 80 % of the plain mixture respectively when they were compared with the plain mixture at one day of age, but in the case of 3 days of age, a recorded 103 %, B recorded 104 % and C recorded 110 % of the plain mixture respectively. On the other hand, when A was added the air content increased by 2 %, so it is judged that the compressive strength of A would more than by 10% in consideration of the fact that the compressive strength fell off by 4~6 % when the air content increased by 1 %.

      • 생약재 첨가 사료를 투여한 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)의 비특이적 면역반응, 혈액성분 및 항병력 효과

        본 연구는 식물성 생약재의 열수추출이 농도별로 첨가된 사료를 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus)에 경구 투여한 다음 비특이적 면역반응 및 질병 저항성의 향상여부를 알아보고자 하였다. 실험에는 약쑥과 삼지구엽초를 7:3(w/w)의 비율로 열추출한 후, 0%, 0.1%, 0.5% 및 1%의 농도로 첨가하여 만든 2종류 혼합생약재(2-혼합구)와 약쑥, 삼지구엽초, 연교, 구절초, 박하, 지유, 삼백초, 상백피, 팔각의 9종류 생약재가 동일한 농도로 열수추출한 후 제작한 9종류 혼합생약재(9-혼합구)를 사용하였다. 이들 농도별 첨가사료를 넙치(평균 10.3±2.5g)에 12주 동안 경구 투여하면서 혈청내 라이소자임 활성, 혈청의 Escherichia coli에 ??살균능력 및 혈액학적 변화를 조사하였다. 그리고 최종 투여 12주 후에 넙치 에드와드병의 원인균 Edwardsiella tarda의 생균 공격실험을 실시하여 상대생존율(RPS)로써 저항성 향상효과를 살펴보았다. 2-혼합구 0.1%는 비특이적 면역활성을 크게 증가시켰으며, 상대생존율이 67%로 높게 나타나 가장 효과적인 질병 저항성 향상효과를 보였다. 따라서 2-혼합구 0.1%는 넙치 체내 비특이적인 면역기구를 자극함으로써 어체의 자연저향성을 증강시켜 세균성 질병의 감염에 대한 방어력을 상당히 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 9-혼합구 0.1% 및 0.5%는 비록 비특이적 면역활성은 증가시키지 못하였으나, 상대생존율은 각각 53%를 나타내어 질병 저항성을 일부 향상시키는 효과가 있었다. Effects of medicinal herb extract on nonspecific immune responses, hematology and disease resistance against Edwardsiella tarda in olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus were evaluated. Wormwood, Artemisia asiatica NAKAI and barrenwort, Epimedium koreanum NAKAI were mixed at a ratio of 7 : 3 (w/w) for 2-herbs extract and wormwood, barrenwort, Korean forsythia, Forsythia koreana NAKAI, chrysanthemum, Chrysanthemum zawadskii var. latilobum KITAMURA, peppermint, Mentha arvensis L. var, piperascens MALINV., great burnet, Snaguisorba afficinalis L., Lizard tail. Saururus chinensis BAILL., mulberry, Morus alba L., and star anise, Illicium varum HOOK, f, at the same weight for 9-herbs extract. Two-herbs of 9-herbs extract were prepared by heating after adding 10㎖ of distilled water per g of the herb mixtures. Fish (10.3±2.5g) were fed the experimental diets supplemented with the 2-herbs or 9-herbs extract at the different concentrations of 0%, 0.1%, 0.5% and 1% per kg diet for 12 weeks. Lysozyme and bactericidal activities of serum, and hematological characteristics were examined during experimental period. After feeding test period, all experimental groups were challenged with E. tarda. Lysozyme activity from the fish fed the diet supplemented with 0.1% or 0.5% of 2-herbs extract was significantly higher than the control. But there was no difference both in bactericidal activity and hematology among each group. Sixty seven % of relative percent survival values (RPS) in the group fed the diet supplemented with 0.1% of 2-herbs was higher than the other group and the control. These results suggest that supplenmentation of 0.1% of 2-herbs extract to a commercial diet may enhance disease resistance in olive flounder. Although both 0.1% and 0.5% 9-herbs extract did not improve non-specific immune reponses, they could enhance disease resistance of 53% RPS, respectively.

      • 췌장암 환자에서 알코올 내장신경 신경파괴블럭 후 발생한 간염

        Splanchnic neurolytic block(SNB) with alcohol improves the management of pancreatic cancer pain. Adverse effects of alcohol SNB which include regional pain, hypotension, diarrhea, and acute alcohol intoxication are common, but acute hepatitis caused by alcohol neurolytic block is rare. A 63-year-old patient with pancreatic head cancer and liver metastasis had complete pain relief after both retrocrural tansdiscal SNB with 100% alcohol 10 ml. But, 1 day later, liver function test showed a high elevation in the aspartate aminotransferase (AST, 2182 IU/L) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT, 1807 IU/L). The patient had slight jaundice, general weakness, chilling, nausea and vomiting after SNB. Both AST and ALT decreased to 46 and 119 IU/L within 10 days with only supportive therapy. But, 19 days later, the patient died due to pneumonia. Our case illustrates the importance of clinical surveillance especially in patient with hepatic disease after alcohol SNB.

        This paper presents a new approach to the design of cruise control system of a mobile robot with two drive wheel. The proposed control scheme uses a Gaussian function as a unit function in the fuzzy neural network, and back propagation algorithm to train the fuzzy neural network controller in the framework of the specialized learning architecture. It is proposed a learning controller consisting of two neural network-fuzzy based on independent reasoning and a connection net with fixed weights to simply the neural networks-fuzzy. The performance of the proposed controller is shown by performing the computer simulation for trajectory tracking of the speed and azimuth of a mobile robot driven by two independent wheels.

      • 금속사출성형에 의한 중합금 소결체 부품 제조에 관한 연구

        In this study we demonstrate that a small complex part of a tungsten-based heavy alloy (W-Ni-Cu) can be readily manufactured by utilizing the metal injection molding (MIM) technology. We use a simple thermoplastic binder system, containing low density polyethylene, paraffin wax, and stearic acid. To remove the organic binder from the molded part, we employ the solvent extraction and thermal debinding processes. Densification of debound parts is achieved by sintering in hydrogen atmosphere. The experimental results of the optimization of process variables to manufacture the heavy alloy part are described, with a brief discussion.

      • 쥐의 피아조직에서 Nitionl과 Stainless steel의 삽입으로 인한 조직반응에 대한 비교 연구

        An experimental study was carried out to compare the tissue reaction of nitinol with that of stainless steel. 0.5cm, 27 nitinol wires(A group) and 0.5cm, 27 stainless steel wires(B group) were inserted into the beneath back skin of each 54 white rat and examined for 8 weeks. 3, 5, 7, 10 days, and 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 weeks after the insertion, 6 rats(3 nitinolinserted rats and 3 stainless steel-inserted rats) were sacrificed and examined to make emphasis on such microscopic points as 1) vascular proliferation 2) type of infiltrated inflammatory cells, 3) proliferation of fibroblasts and collagen 4) the thickness of the membrane surrounding implants and 5) epidermal growth factor reactivity. As a result, the vascular proliferation and fibroblastic and collagen proliferation appeared to be somewhat earlier in the A group than in B group and the thickness of membrane was slight thicker in A group than in B group at an early stage. However, the infiltrated inflammatory cells showed no difference between both A and B groups. The above findings suggested that formation of the granultion tissue appeared somewhat earlier in the A group, but there were no significant meanings on microscopic grounds between them. Insertion in both A and B groups reflected the most intense reactivity of EFG after 3-5 days. The results that the reactivity of EGF was more intense at the periphery of the membrane after 2-3 weeks in bath A and B group were given in that the production of fibroblasts and collagen were revealed chiefly at the periphery of the membrane adjacent to nitinol and stainless steel.
