      • 부모양육태도와 자존감이 학교폭력 가해행동에 미치는 영향 특성화 고등학교를 중심으로 -

        본 연구의 주된 목적은 학교폭력 가해 경험이 있는 특성화 고등학교 학생들의 부모 양육태도가 학교폭력 가해 행동에 미치는 영향과, 자존감이 학교폭력 가해행동에 미치는 영향, 부모의 양육태도가 자존감에 미치는 영향 및 학생들의 학교폭력에 대한 인식을 분석하는데 있다. 연구대상은 총 122명으로 학교폭력 가해 경험이 있는 특성화 고등학교 남학생과 여 학생(남자 101명 여자 21명)이었다. 측정도구로는 부모양육태도와 배경정보에 대한 것은 Barber(1997)의 척도를 토대로 문항을 재구성하여 다시 제작한 김해영(2000)의 척도와, 자존감 측정도구로는 Rosenberg(1965)의 자존감 척도를 이춘진, 원호택 (1995)이 번안한 한국판 척도를 사용하였고, 학교폭력 가해 경험은 김준호, 김선애(2003)가 개발하고 김언지 (2004)가 수정 보완한 학교폭력 경험 측정도구 중 가해경험 문항을 사용하였으며, 학교폭력에 관한 인식은 김범수(2009)의 설문을 질적 문항으로 수정 보완하여 사용하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부모의 양육태도가 학교폭력에 미치는 영향을 분석해 본 결과, 부모의 양육태도 중에 자율이 높아질수록 학교폭력은 낮아진다고 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 양육태도가 자존감에 미치는 영향을 분석해 본 결과, 부모의 양육태도 중에 신뢰가 높아질수록 자존감이 높아진다고 나타났다. 셋째, 자존감이 학교폭력에 미치는 영향을 분석해 본 결과, 자존감은 학교폭력에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 응답하였다. 넷째, 특성화 고등학교 학교폭력 가해 경험이 있는 학생들의 학교폭력에 대한 인식을 분석해 본 결과 학교폭력이 매우 심각하다고 가장 많이 응답하였으며, 보통, 미응답, 심각하다의 순으로 나타났다. 학교폭력의 주도적인 해결자로는 당사자가 가장 많은 응답을, 학교, 미응답, 경찰, 친구의 순으로 나타났다. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of parenting behavior on school violence behavior of students of specialized high schools with experience in school violence, the impact of self-esteem on school violence behavior, the impact of parenting attitude on self-esteem, and the perception of school violence on students. A total of 122 students were subject to the study, with boys and girls from specialized high schools (101 men and 21 women) with experience in committing school violence. For measuring instruments, parents' adoptive attitudes and background information are based on Barber (1997), Kim Hae-young (2000) reconstructed and recreated based on Barber (1995), and Rosenberg (1965V s self-esteem measures were used by Lee Chun―jin and Won Ho―taek (1995),while Kim Sun-joon (1995) developed a Korean version of a school violence experience. The results of the analysis are as follows. First,after analyzing the impact of parental attitudes on school violence, it was found that the higher the self-esteem, the lower the school violence. Second, after analyzing the impact of parental attitudes on self-esteem, the higher the level of confidence among parents' attitudes, the higher the level of self-esteem. Third,after analyzing the impact of self-esteem on school violence, the results showed that self-esteem does not affect school violence. Fourth, after analyzing the perception of school violence by students with experience of committing school violence in specialized high schools,the school violence was most said to be very serious, in the order of normal,unresponsive and serious. As the leading solver of school violence, the parties responded the most,followed by schools,non-response, police and friends.

      • 출아효모에서 TAR 클론닝법을 이용한 고등동물의 게놈으로부터 특정 염색체 부위의 분리

        복잡한 게놈 분석에 용이하도록 효모의 인공 염색체(YAC) 클론닝 시스템은 발달되어왔다. YAC은 박테리아의 인공 염색체(BAC)보다 더 큰 단편을 클론닝할 수 있고, 또한 클론된 단편을 쉽게 변형시킬 수 있다. 형질전환과 연계된 재조합법(Transformation-Associated Recombination; TAR)은 게놈 라이브러리를 만들지 않고 직접 게놈 DNA로부터 분리하고자 하는 유전자나 특정 염색체 부분을 클론닝 할 수 있는 방법이다. 이 방법은 spheroplast transformation을 수행하는 동안, 목적으로 하는 유전자의 5' 그리고 3' 염기 배열(hooks)을 지닌 TAR 벡터와 게놈 DNA 사이에서 일어나는 상동성 재조합에 의해 이루어진다. 효모 내의 in vivo 재조합을 이용한 TAR 클론닝법은 복잡한 게놈으로부터 목적의 염색체 부분을 원형 YAC의 형태로서 선택적으로 분리할 수 있다. 그러므로 TAR 클론닝 법은 특정 염색체로부터 YACs을 만드는데 매우 유용하여, 전체 게놈으로부터 특이적 유전자나 유전자의 family를 분리하는데 효과적인 방법으로 사료된다. Yeast artificial chromosome (YAC) cloning systems have advanced the analysis of complex genomes considerably. They permit the cloning of larger fragments than do bacterial artificial chromosome systems, and the cloned material is more easily modified. Transformation-associated recombination (TAR) is a cloning technique that allows specific chromosomal regions or genes to be isolated directly from genomic DNA without prior construction of a genomic library. This technique involves homologous recombination during spheroplast transformation between genomic DNA and a TAR vector that has 5' and 3' gene targeting sequences (hooks). Using in vivo recombination in yeast, TAR cloning selectively isolates, as circular YACs, desired chromosome segments or entire genes from complex genomes. We propose that TAR cloning can provide an efficient means for generating YACs from specific chromosomes and that TAR cloning may be useful for isolating families of genes and specific genes from total genome DNA.

      • Eethyl benezylidencyanoacetate 유도체에 대한 thiophenol 첨가 반응의 속도론적 연구

        Reaction of benzaldehyde derivatives with ethylacetate afforded ethylbenzylidenecyanoacetate. Especially, the crystal structure of ethyl p-methoxybenzylidenecyanoacetate were demonstrated by X-ray diffrection method. The crystal structure is only exist in E-form. The kinetic studies on the mechanism of nucleophilic addition of thiophenol to ethyl benzylidenecyanoacetate have been investigated by UV-spectrophotomery and the rate equation which can be applied over wide pH range was obtained. From the rate equation, effect of generalbase and substituent, the fellowing reaction proposed. Below pH 3.0, thiophenol added to the double bond, while above pH9.0 thiophenoxide ion added to the double bond. In the range of pH from 3.0 to 9.0, these reaction occurred competitively.

      • 사람과 쥐에서 식이내 n6 와 n3 불포화지방산이 혈장 지질조성에 미치는 영향

        To compare the plasma lipid-lowering effect of dietary n6 and n3 polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA) in human and rats, ten college women were divided into 5 groups and treated for 5 weeks with 1 week interval between treatments and subjects serving as their own controls. Male Sprague Dawley rats were divided into 3 groups and fed the experimental diets for 6 weeks. The experimental diets were corn oil diet for n6 linoleic acid, perilla oil diet for n3 α-linolenic acid and fish oil diet for n3 eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA). Dietary fat was supplied at 30% Cal and modified to give the total amount of satu-rated fatty acid(SFA) and monoenoic acid(MEA)at constant level. In human, there was no significant effect on plasma cholesterol (Chol)level by different PUFA. However, on a gram­for­gram basis, there was a trend that the decrease in plasma Chol was proportionate to the degree of fat unsaturation. HDL―Chol content was significantly increased only in fish oil diet but no change in the relative proportion of its chemical components of HDL. In rat, plasma Chol and HDL―Chol levels were significantly lowered by fish oil than corn oil and perilla oil. Plasma Chol―lowering effect in human and rats was greater by n3 EPA and DHA than n6 linoleic acid. Plasma triglyceride(TG)level in human was significantly lowered only in fish oil diet but no significant effect on the relative proportion of TG in VLDL. Plasma TG in rats was significantly decreased by both perilla oil and fish oil than by corn oil. Therefore, plasma TG―lowering effect was in the order of n3 EPA+DHA>n3 α­linolenic acid >n6 linoleic acid. In conclusion, perilla oil and fish oil which contain n3 series PUFA may have important nutritional benefit in the prevention and treatment of atherosclerotic disease.

      • 식물체로부터 추출한 물질이 상추 종자의 발아 및 생장에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to detect the allelopathic effect of water and ethanol extracts from 4 plant species (Lactuca sativa L., Ambrosia elatior L., Oenothenra odorata Jasp., Ginkgo biloba L.) on germination and growth of lettuce seeds. A little bit higher inhibitory effect was obtained in ethanol extracts rather than water extracts. Allelopathic effects varied in the source of extracts and concentrations of 4 plant species and the highest allelopathic effect appeared in 10% solution, regardless of plant species.

      • 시멘트 콘크리트의 건조수축균열 특성

        콘크리트는 본질적으로 인장강고와 휨강도가 약하며 취성적 성질을 나타내는 결점을 가지고 있으므로 이를 보강할 목적으로 콘크리트에 섬유를 혼입한 섬유보강 콘크리트가 크게 각광받고 있다. 특히 폴리프로필렌 섬유보강은 모르타르 및 콘크리트가 건조나 동해에 의해 수축될 때 구속에 의해 발생되는 인장응력 및 균열을 제어하고 인성의 증가와 충격, 마모, 피로에 대한 저항성, 내구성을 증대시키는 장점을 가지는 것으로 보고 되고 있다. 1축으로 구속된 건조수축의 구속으로 인한 조강형 콘크리트의 잔류응력을 선형모델을 이용하여 예측할 수 있었고 조강형 콘크리트에 섬유보강으로 인한 건조수축 제어효과는 일반큰코리트에 비해 효과가 매우 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 폴리크로필렌 섬유의 혼입으로 인해 콘크리트의 균열제어가 가능하며, 균열 폭이 큰 균열보다는 많은 미세 균열을 유도하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 섬유보강 조강형 큰크리트의 동결융해저항특성은 거의 동해의 손상을 받지 않으며 좋은 내구성을 유지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 불규칙하게 배향된 섬유가 공극수의 이동을 효과적으로 제어함으로써 메트릭스 내의 팽창압으로 인한 파괴를 최대한 줄였기 때문이라고 보여진다. 표면손상과 박리저항에 매우 우수하며 저항성을 증진시키는 효과가 뛰어남을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서, 내구적 측면의 유지, 보수에 있어서도 섬유보강은 그 효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. To improve the brittle nature of concrete, discrete fibers can be adapted in concrete. Since polypropylene fiber has many advantages in many points on its chemical stability and good durability, its usages have been increased gradually. It has been reported than polypropylene fibers can not only control restrained tensional stresses and cracks, but also increase toughness, resistance to impact, corrosion, fatigue, and durability. Although the polypropylene fiber reinforced concretes with ordinary cement have been studied so much, those with very early strength concretes have not studied at all. Therefore, it is necessary to initiate and conduct the researches for the polypropylene fiber reinforced very early strength concretes which has enough workability and durability. This study of polypropylene fiber reinforced very early strength concrete focused on the investigation each material's effect into strength development with analysis of restrained shrinkage properties with one-dimensional concrete members. The results showed that more optimized mixture combinations could be selected in very early strength concrete by incorporating polypropylene fibers, keeping in same strength levels at urgent repair works. The formation of needle-shape ettringite helps the early strength development, specially at flexural and this enables the repaired concrete structures or pavements to be opened to traffic after 3 hours of concrete placement. A residual stress of early strength concrete caused by one-dimensional restrained drying shrinkage was predicted from linear model. the control of shrinkage crack by fiber reinforcement at early strength concrete was better than that of ordinary portland cement concrete because of bridging effect of fiber at early age and resulting of more hair cracks rather than fewer wider cracks. As a results, this dissertation clearly validated the fiber reinforcement on the strength development and durability of polypropylene fiber reinforced very early strength concrete, and characteristic of restrained shrinkage. The proposed optimized concrete mixtures might be satisfactory applied at the repair works in fields, because of its durability and crack control capacity against freeze-thaw and contraction at early age, respectively.

      • 신합성 물질인 Protein kinase A 억제제, H-87의 MDR1 유전자 발현의 조절

        In this study, we examined the effect of H-87, specific inhibitor of protein kinase A, on in vitro sensitivities of mouse leukemia cell line P388 resistant to several antitumor agents. H-87 significantly potentiated the cytotoxic effects of ADM, VCR and VBL on P388 cells resistant to these antitumor agents. Thus we examined the mechanism of overcoming multidrug resistance by H-87. In northern blot analysis, H-87-treated resistant P388 cell lines showed less MDR1 gene expression than untreated control cells. As a result of CAT assay, the expression of MDRI promoter was inhibited by H-87 in a concentration-dependent manner. To compare the effect of H-87 with that of staurosporine(PKC inhibitor), we examined the effect of staurosporine on in vitro sensitivities of mouse leukemia cell line resistant to several antitumor agents. The expression of MDR1 gene in multidrug resistant P388 cells was decreased by staurosporine. The activity of MDR1 promoter was increased by TPA(PKC activator) and forskolin(adenylate cyclase activator). Therefore, we speculate that PKA and PKC may play important roles in the regulation of MDRI gene expression.
