This paper presents virtual machining system in order to realize turning process in virtual space. A reliable virtual turning process simulation was developed based on the surface shaping system which is capable of considering geometric model, thermal error model, and vibration model. Accuracy of surface shape resulting from proposed machining simulator was verified experimentally. This paper also developed the watchdog agent that continuously assessed, diagnosed, and predicted performance of products and machines in machining. The Watchdog agent extracted feature signal using time-frequency analysis among various signals from multi-sensor and evaluated machining condition using performance confidence value.

휴대폰 카메라용 자동초점 구동기의 충격해석

Recently, the robustness against daily impact is important according to portablization and downsizing of mobile electronics. Especially, almost parts of cellular phone should undergo drop test when they fall 1.5 m above ground. This test simulates the case when cellular phone slips through user's fingers while he is talking on the phone. This paper studies a drop test of auto focusing (AF) actuator for camera module in cellular phone. This component is composed of voice coil motor (VCM) as an actuator and leaf spring as a guide and suspension. The leaf spring's deformation is essential for the test because its permanent distortion disables the focusing, and then, a high quality photograph cannot be obtained. Up to now the drop test has been carried out after fabricating real AF actuator. We propose a dropt test model which simulates the drop test based on finite element analysis. This model makes us enable investigate the stress acting on the clamping and curved parts of leaf spring. Stress over Von Mises criterion lets the spring deformed permanently, and then AF actuator malfunctioned, It helps us to design and modify AF actuator without manufacturing the real product. And also, it saves the time and cost for the development of new products.

As the micro technology and miniaturization of a structure and component in the last couple of decades have been concretely realized, the understanding of structural and dynamic characteristics and prediction of dynamic behavior are indispensable to the miniaturized structures and micro machines. This paper shows the effect of dynamic characteristics in bolt-jointed structures by comparing natural frequencies and mode shapes between macro and micro-scale beams through experimental modal analysis and finite element analysis with a1 8 test models by materials, by size, and by joining condition; that is, SS41 and A16061-T651, micro and macro, and monolithic beam and bolt-jointed beam.

토양환경지도 자료를 이용한 콩밭 토양의 화학성 비교

It is important to interpret the soil chemical properties in order to effectively manage the farmland. This study was conducted to investigate the soil chemical properties of upland soybean field according to the soil series at 32 upland fields located in the parts of Gangwon-do. Soil sampling sites were selected by using the National Statistics DB and KSIS DB that is a soil environment information system provided by the Rural Development Administration. Soil samples were collected from 0~15 cm of top soil before seeding or transplanting, air-dried, passed through a 2 mm sieve, and analyzed for soil pH, EC, organic matter, available phosphorus (P2O5), exchangeable potassium, exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium. The average chemical properties have exceeded the each nutrient optimum range level of RDA, except the organic matter in experimental soil 2015. And despite application of conventional fertilization, each soil series nutrient contents were change respectively. The results of this study suggest that conventional fertilization should be applied based on the analysis about the amount of accumulated nutrient contents in the soil.

In these competitve times, there is great pressure to improve customer service, and at the same time to find cost savings wherever possible. Many manufacturers use the private carrier, or the contracted transportation service, for the purpose of collecting and deilvering shipments for their facilities. Transportation is the largest component of logistics cost. Also, few researches have developed this field and they are fragmentary. The advanced in computer technology has resulted in the greatest impact on business since the industrial revolution. The transportation logistics is no exception to this pheomenon. Especially, Intelligent decision support system(IDSS), integrated expert system(ES) and decision support system(DSS), was significant technology in inventory parts. Therefore, this paper developed prototype IDSS for transportation logistics carrier selection. The focus is on the development of a simple, user-friendly tool that can be used effectively by managers to increase the cost-effectiveness of their transportation logestecs. The IDSS was constructed by using the tools of ART-IM expert system shell, CLIPPER, FORTRAN 77, and SLAMSYS simulation language.

무도 전공 학과별 취업인식 조사 : 용인대학교 무도대학 소속 학과를 중심으로

The aim of this survey is employment perception of martial arts major students in yongin university. The university education has various objects, one of the most important purpose is opportunities for employment. As time have changed, martial arts major students pointed out that their needs for employment. If universities accept their needs, it can be raise competitiveness of martial arts major departments in the academic world. This research is released its earnings report, the data will have significant meanings for the martial arts major departments sector grappling with traditional understanding. Therefore a realistic employment measure is urgently needed for martial arts major students, because it will need to be tailored to fit into the realities and by the limitations of martial arts major's departments curriculum. The research found the martial arts major students's cognitions on employment planning of individualized department education, employment education management of martial arts major departments and martial arts education system from university to society through questionnaires. From this point of view, this research was based on students who belonging to the college of martial arts(judo, taekwondo, combative martial arts, oriental martial arts, security service) in yongin university.

공구 수명의 신뢰성 예측 프로그램 개발

This paper deals with a prediction method of tool life in view of the reliability assessment. In this study, the flank wear was studied among multi-factors deciding the tool wear state. Firstly, tool life was predicted by correlation between flank wear and cutting time, based on the extended Taylor tool life equation of turning data, including parameters of cutting speed, feed rate, and cutting depth. Secondly, each of cutting conditions of endmilling was equivalently converted to apply ball endmill data to the extended Taylor equation. The web-based reliability prediction program for tool life is being developed as one of reliability assessment programs to for the machine tools.

Clozapine-유발성 무과립구증의 G-CSF치료경험 1례

저자들은 국내 CPMS하에서 최초로 발생한 clozapine-유발성 무과립구증 환자에게 G-CSF를 투여하여 성공적으로 치료한 경험을 보고하였다. Clozapine-유발성 무과립구증의 발생원인은 아직 명확하지는 않으나, HLA 표현형 등의 면역학적 기전과 desmethylclozapine등의 세포독성 기전이 연구되고 있다. 다만, 최종적 공통 경로가 골수내의 골수성 전구세포의 증식억제라는 것은 분명하며, 이것이 CSF사용의 이론적 근거가 된다. CMPS를 통하여 매주 백혈구 수치를 측정하도록 하고 있으나, 최근에도 clozapine-유발성무과립구증의 발생률은 약 1%로 알려져 있으며, 무과립구증의 발생시 급격한 발생 양상, 연장되는 경과, 골수성 전구세포의 부재 등의 특징들로 인하여 2차 감염으로 인한 사망률이 매우 높은 치명적인 상태에 빠지게된다 그러므로, clozapine사용 환자의 선정에 있어서, 고령 및 여성 등 위험인자를 고려하여야 할 것이며, 사용 중에는 백혈구의 스파이크 등 예측인자에 대한 주의가 요망된다고 하겠다. Clozapine-유발성 무과립구증이 발생하면, 우선 골수생검 등을 통한 정확한 진단이 이루어져야 하며, 즉각적 clozopine의 투약중단, 혈액학 및 감염학 전문의에게 자문의뢰하고, 2차감염을 막기 위한 격리 및 예방적 항생제 투여 등과 함께, G-CSF나 GM-CSF투여를 통한 무과립구증 기간 단축 등의 적극적인 치료가 반드시 요망된다. The authors present a successful treatment case of clozapine-induced agranulocytosis with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(G-CSF). It is the first case in Korean that occurred despite proper monitoring by the Clozaril Patient Monitoring System(CPMS) and full clinical vigilance. The mechanism of clozapine-induced agranulocytosis is unknown. Various studies are attempting to identify the pathogenic mechanism involved, and whether it is immunologic like human leukocyte antigen(HLA)-associated or toxic like desmethylclozapine-associated. However, it is clear that the final common pathway is suppression of myeloid proliferation in the bone marrow. The theory that clozapine-induced agranulocytosis is caused by suppression of colony forming units of granulocytes and macrophages(CFU-GM) forms the rationable for the use of GCSF or GM-CSF. The management of clozapine-induced agranulocytosis should include accurate diagnosis of agranulocytosis through bone marrow examinations, prompt discontinuation of clozapine, consultation with a hematologist, infectious disease specialist. Reverse isolation and administration of prophylatic antibiotics are need for prevention of secondary infection. A potential decrease of recovery time achieved by G-CSF obviously lowers the risk of secondary infectious disease.

정신분열병 환자의 종교성향과 망상에 나타난 박해자

연구목적 : 정신분열병의 치료에서 정신의학적 치료와 종교적 문제가 상충되는 경우를 임상상황에서 마주치곤 한다. 그러므로. 종교가 정신분열병 환자의 치료나 예후에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 자료가 요구된다고 하겠다. 이번 연구는 정 신분열병 환자의 종교나 종교성향이 피해망상속의 박해자나 박해양상에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사하여 간접적으로 중교의 영향을 알아보고자 시행하였다. 방 법: 1995년 6월에서 1995년 12월까지 국립서울정신병원 및 한양대학병원 신경정신과에 입원하여 DSM-lll-R의 진단기준에 의해 정 신분열병으로 진단된 환자 중 피해망상을 나타낸 105명의 환자를 대상으로 AIIport와 Ross가 제작한 내재적 -외현적 ·종교성향척도를 이용하여 종교성향을 설문조사하였고, 주치의에 대한 설문조사를 통하여 각 환자의 피해망상에 대하여 조사하였다. 수집된 자료에서 종교성향과 각 종 인구학적 변인 및 종교관련 변인별로 망상속의 박해자 및 박해행동 양상을 비교분석하였다. 결과 1) 신 -'귀신 -초자연적· .존재를 박해자로 지목한 종교망상을 갖는 집단은 종교를 가지며. 정신분열병 발병이전부터 종교를.갖고 있었으며. 내재적 성향이고. 기독교 신자가 많았으며. 주 2회이상 종교활동에 참여하는 경우가 우세했다. 2) 종교지도자-무당 등을 박해자로 보고한 종교망상을 갖는 집단은 발병이후 종교를 가진 경우, 친종 교적 흑은 내재적 성향. 종교생활에 전혀 참여하지 않는 경우가 우세했다. 3) 가족-친척 등이 박해자로 나타나는 집단은 외현적 성향이고, 불교나 기타 종교를 가지며. 발병이 후 종교를 가진 경우에서 우세했다. 결 론: 종교나 종교성향이 정 신분열병 환자의 망상형성과 연관성을 가지며 나아가 우리문화의 종교적 풍토가 망상에 어떻게 반영되는 가를 간접적으로 알 수 있었다 또한 우리문화에 적합한 대한신경정신의학회의 신앙을 갖는 환자에 대한 공식지침의 제정이 필요하다고 하겠다. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to evaluate the characteristics of relationship between the 5 frequency of various persecutors in schizophrenic delusion and religious orientation with other religious variables. Methods : The subjects were 105 schizophrenic patients. Diagnostic criteria used in this study was DSM-111-R. Religious orientation was asserted with the Intrinsic and Extrinsic Religious Orientation Scale. Demographic data, religious data, and contents of persecutors delusion were also analyzed. Results : 1) The group obsessed with religious delusion regarded God, ghosts, and supematural beings as persecutors. Predominantly, they used to have religious affiliation with protestantism before schizophrenic onset while being "intrinsic" in religious attitude. They also participated in religious activities more than 2 times every week. 2) The group who regarded religious leaders and shamans as persecutors predominantly had a religious affiliation after schizophrenic onset with "proreligious" and "intrinsic" religious attitude while some of them never participated in religious activity. 3) The group who regarded predominantly family and relatives as persecutors have a religious affiliation with buddhism and others(shamanism and etc) after schizophrenic onset with "extrinsic" religious attitude. Conclusion : These results suggest that religious orientation and other religious factors seem to affect persecutory delusion formation in schizophrenic patients.
