        관동맥질환에서 각종 지질 및 지단백의 변화

        To evaluate the relationship between coronary artery disease(CAD) and the various levels of lipid and lipoproteins, we performed coronary angiography to the patient, who were suspected coronary artery disease from January 1988 to August 1989. And compared it with normal control group. The number of control group were 41(21 men, 20 women), and the patient group were 52(42 men, 10 women). The age was not differ between two groups. The results were as follows; 1. In CAD group, the plasma concentration of total lipid, triglyceride, total cholesterol, phosphlipid, and TC/HDL ratio were significantly higher than in control group. But, though, the concentration of HDL was lower in CAD group, had no significant difference between two groups. 2. The severity of CAD were well correlated with total lipid, cholesterol, LDL, trigylceride, phospholipid, TC/HDL, LDL/HDL levels. HDL level didnt's show significant correlation with the degree of CAD. We concluded that total lipid, cholesterol, trigylceride TC/LDL ratio were valuable markers of CAD in Korean, but futhur studies of lipoproteiins and other risk factors in the large population will be recommended.

        주제곡에 따른 김연아 선수의 피겨 스케이팅 의상(Figure Skating Wear) 디자인 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 피겨 스케이팅 선수 김연아의 경기별 주제곡에 따른 의상의 조형성을 파악하는 것이다. 연구방법은 여자 싱글부문의 4대 국제대회에 출전한 총 14경기에 착용한 14점의 김연아 선수의 의상을 중심으로 정성적 사례분석을 실시하였다. 연구 범위는 김연아의 시니어 경기 시작인 2007년부터 2013년까지를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 빈도가 가장 높게 나타난 클래식 주제 음악을 사용한 경우, 기본적으로 클래식한 곡의 분위기에 맞추어우아하면서도 클래식한 분위기의 의상이지만 여기에곡의 배경이 되는 주제를 의상 디자인에 가미하여 전체적인 이미지를 맞추고 있었다. 왈츠 곡이 선곡된 경우에는 무도회에서 왈츠를 추는 우아한 귀부인을 연상시키는 화려하고 성숙한 분위기로 의상이 디자인되었다. 뮤지컬 주제곡을 사용한 경우, 극의 배경이 되는 베트남의 전통의상의 분위기 혹은 18세기 유럽 여성 의상의 앙가장 소매를 디자인에 활용하여 시대적인 분위기 혹은 지리적 전통 복식의 이미지를 가미하여 디자인되었다. 영화 O.S.T.를 편곡한 경우는 주제곡의 분위기에 맞게 요염함과 섹시함, 긴장감, 공포감을 의상 디자인에 표출하고 있었다. 탱고 음악을 사용한 경우는 마치 탱고를 추는 무용수와 같은 강렬한 색상의 대비와 프린지 장식으로 매혹적인 분위기를 연출하였고, 한국 민요인 아리랑을 편곡한 주제곡의 경우는 단아하고 우아한 디자인으로 민족적인 한을 표출한 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 피겨 스케이팅 경기에서의 주제곡과 의상과의 조화를 조망함으로써 국내 피겨 스케이팅 의상 디자인의 발전과 향후 국내 디자이너들의 디자인 방향을 설정하는데 기초자료로 활용되는데 의의가 있다. This thesis makes it an aim to grasp the formative of the skater`s costume, attributable to the theme music of figure skating, at the respective international competition on the part of figure skater Yuna Kim. The 14 pieces of the costume, being worn by Yuna Kim in the 4 international single figure skating contest held from 2007 until 2013 was evaluated qualitatively, being drawn into the analytic investigations and reached to the conclusion. Mostly frequently used classical music design the costume graceful and classic, while the theme music being embedded into the costume incomprehensibly, and finally culminating in the balancing harmony between the music and the costume. In the case of the waltz, it was demonstrated as gorgeous and mature as if she were dancing elegantly in the ball with the costume. In case of musical theme song, traditional costume of the vietnam or the application of the engageant sleeves of 18th century costume to the design affected from the background story were reflective of the tradition and the period of costume respectively. In terms of remaking of the movie O.S.T. luring, sexiness, tension and fearfulness, according to the theme of the song, was demonstrated in the costume design. Speaking of tango, the strong contrast of the color and fringe ornaments found in tango dancing were used, leading to the attractive mood. In case of Arirang, theme the simple and graceful design was applied to show the Han(恨) emotion peculiar to the Korean people. The investigation on the relationship between the theme song and the skater`s costume by reviewing the balancing harmony of the two, would make help provide the basic resources for the developments of the costume design of figure skating and guide the goal of the design on the part of the Korean designers.

      • 요도손상으로 발생한 요도협착의 요도성형술에 대한 연구

        Among 12 cases of urethral stricture resulting from urethral injury, surgical management were performed, including end to end anastomosis by perineal aproach in 9 cases and transpubic urethroplasty in 3 cases. The results were as follow: 1. The most common cause of urethral injury was the straddle injury in 6 cases and traffic accident in 3 cases. 2. Age distribution of the urethral injury was the highest in the age 20-49 (75%). 3. The sites of urethral stricture was bulbous urethra in 8 cases, and bulbomembranous in 3 cases, membranous in 1 case. 4. Duration of operation was 2-3 hours in end to end anastomosis and 4 hours in transpubic urethroplasty. 5. Duration from urethral injury to urethroplasty was 12-16 weeks in 7 cases. 6. Duration of indwelling catheter was below 14 days in 5 cases (41.67%). 7. The most common early commplication was wound infection in 4 cases. 8. Late complications were weak stream in 3 cases and incontinence in 1 case.

        In this study was performed on the mixed convective heat transfer analysis by numerical method in a vertical channel with internal heat source, right and left side walls are adiabatic condition. This channel hve three heat source that its condition is uniform heat flux maintenance 5W, inlet velocity 0.3m/s and outlet open condition. Parameters are vertical channel's width, amount of heat flux(5W, 10W) and terms of heat source.

        In this study was performed on the characteristics of heat transfer analysis by numerical method in a double horizontal channel with internal heat source, up and down side walls are adiabatic condition. Pseudo PCB(Printed Circuit Board) with cooling hole its located front of heat source. This channel have two heat sources that its condition is uniform heat flux maintenance 5W, upper channel and lower channel inlet valocity 0.3m/sec and outlet open condition. Parameter is cooling hole's size for three cases and increasing heat flux(10W, 15W) for one case.

        In this study was performed on the natural convection by numerical method in a rectangular enclosure, right side vertical wall is cooled except in moving a portion heated uniform heatflux, left side vertical wall is adiabatic the same heatsource condition as right side wall but its fix, the other side walls are insulated, filled with air. Parameters are the location of right heatsource and Rayleight number.
