전자상거래 보안의 전망과 방향

인터넷과 통신매체의 확산과 더불어 최근에는 기업간, 기업과 정부간에 주로 정형적인 문서교환에 활용되던 초기의 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange)가 멀티미디어 정보교환이 가능한 인터넷의 보급 확산과 함께 소비자를 대상으로 하는 전자상거래(EC : Electronic Commerce)로 급속히 확산되고 있으며, 이를 지원하기 위해 기업의 정보화 기반을 구현하는 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)도 요구되고 있다. 이미 전세계적으로 수만개의 쇼핑몰이 들어서 있으며, 새로운 전자상거래 적용 사이트가 계속해서 생기고 있으며, 이들 사이트마다 제각각 자신들의 아이템을 화려한 멀티미디어적인 요소로 선전하며 소비자를 기다린다. 그러나, 전자상거래는 네트워크를 통하여 형성되므로 사용자들은 서로 만나지 않고 거래하게 된다. 이는 전자상거래의 장점이기도 하지만, 반대로 상호간의 신분에 대한 인증이 쉽지 않다는 단점이 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 위험을 방지하기 위한 암호화 인증 기술들에 대한 최근까지의 표준들을 기반으로 논의하고자 한다. Recently, early EDI(Electronic Bata Exchange), which used to exchange formal documents among enterprises including government, is getting changed into EC(Electronic Commerce) because of rapid propagation of the Internet that can make it possible to exchange multimedia information for consumers. In addition to, ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) is getting improved to support what I mentioned above. Already there are millions of shopping malls through the world and newly web sites for EC are getting emerged advertising their own items using multimedia technology and Unfortunately, As everbody knows, EC is made through Network so users do not have to meet one another to deal. This fact can be an advantage. However it can be a disadvantage because it is not easy to make sure the authentication of private ID's for each other. This paper would like go through "Encryption Authentication Technology" to discuss these disadvantages.

한국판 해밀턴 우울증평가척도(K-HDRS)의 확인적 요인 분석

Objectives The present study was conducted to examine the factor structure of a Korean version of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (K-HDRS), and we did so by performing a confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Methods The data from the 17-item K-HDRS data was obtained from 319 South Koreans who met the DSM-IV Criteria of Major Depressive Disorder. We examined the fit of ten competing models. The CFAs were evaluated in their original first-order structures and in their hierarchically related counterparts. Results The alternative models obtained unsatisfactory fit indices, although the five-factor inter-correlated model (model 5a) demonstrated a relatively good fit to the data. The model 5a also performed better than its hierarchically related counterpart (model 5b). The Modification Indices (MIs) were used to provide a more satisfactory account of the data. The Mls suggested correlations between the unique variances of items (item 1 & 3, item 10 & 15), and these parameters were added to the model 5a. After introducing minor modifications, the 'final' model (5m) yielded an improved model fit. Conclusion This study suggests that the symptoms of depression, as assessed by the K-HDRS, cluster into five factors : anhedonia/retardation, guilt/agitation, bodily symptoms, insomnia and appetite. This study provides evidence for the cross-cultural generalizability of the HDRS, although some refinement of the scale is still required.

Objectives : Cinnamomi Ramulus (CR), the young twing of Cinnamomi loureirii nees, has been used for treating symptoms related to pain. rheumatic arthritis and inflammation in Korean herb medicine. This study was carried out to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of CR in vivo and in vitro. Methods : Extracts of CR were prepared and the chemical components of the extracts were examined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The extracts were administrated to the rat paw edema model induced by carrageenan to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect of CR. The expressions of nitric oxide (NO). prostaglandin E2(PGE2), inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and cyclooxygenase (COX)-2 were also quantified in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages to survey the effect of CR in vitro. The main components were cinnamaldechyde and coumarin. Results : We examined the anti-inflammatory activity of the 80% ethanol extract of Cinnamomi Ramulus in vivo by using carrageenan-induced rat paw edema model. Maximum inhibition of 54.9% was noted at the dose of 1000㎎/㎏ after 2 hours of drug administration in carrageenan-induced rat paw edema and this showed a potent anti-inflammatory effect. Conclusions : The results showed that Cinnamomi Ramulus suppressed dose-dependently LPS-induced NO production in RAW 264.7 macrophages and also decreased iNOS protein expression. Cinnamomi Ramulus also showed a significant inhibitory effect in LPS-induced PGE2 production and COX-2 expression.

학생야영수련 활동을 통한 생활의식의 변화조사

This study to survey the change of life conciousness of 1040 middle school boys and girls completing the camping in Bak-Dam-Sa Student's Camping Place. I asked them to answer my questionnairess, and then have come to the conclusion from them as follows. 1. The spirit of self-sacrifice After camping, the dissatisfactions and complaints are decreased notably in the case of both boys and girls, and they have became not to avoid the hard work and changed into affirmative attitude to things. Above all, in the case of girls, the have changed into the positive action from the shame and appearance. 2. Self-confidence It turned out that students, both boy and girl altogrther, through camping, could have the opportunity to fine out their merit and demerit; in case of girl students, the could have the opportunity to be able to find out something to please themselves, and in case of bi\oy students, they could have the opportunity to make friends with others. Also, When they were asked if they could express their opinions with confidence, they showed a high positive response with the result of significant changing. 3. Responsibility After camping when they were asked on responsibility, they both boy and girl altogether, positively responded that they never failed to perform their tasks, never gave them up, and their best in everything they did. 4. Public morality After camping, for both boy and girl, positive changes has been brought in on the used of public facilities, fulfillment of every rules in school life, caution of safety during school life and experiences learned at school or at home. 5. Cooperation The result of camping shows that qualities of both boys and girls have meaningfully changed as respects the cooperative relations between friends, recognition of importance in community life, inprovenment of the spirit of collaboration and harmony with friends of teachers.

고량강의 항염증 작용에 대한 연구

Objective : The use of herbal therapy is becoming an increasingly attractive approach for the treatment of various inflammatory disorders. The Alpiniae officinari Rhizoma is popular in Aisa as a traditional herbal medicine. Alpiniae officinari Rhizoma is a species of the ginger family(Zingiberacease). Method : This study was performed to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Alpiniae officinari Rhizoma extract by the methods of "carrageenan induced paw edema" and "Lipopolysaccharide-induced inflammatory mediators in mouse macrophage RAW 264.7 cells". Result : We suggest that Alpiniae officinari Rhizoma extract decreased paw volume induced by plantar injection of carrageenan. Also Alpiniae officinari Rhizoma extract inhibited nitric oxide, prostaglandin E₂production and induced nitric oxide synthase, cyclooxygenase-2 protein expression in Mouse macrophage RAW 264.7 cells stimulated with lipopolysaccharide. Conclusion : This study shows that Alpiniae officinari Rhizoma extract seems to have anti-inflammatory effect by inhibition of nitric oxide, prostaglandin E_(2) production and nitric oxide synthase, cyclooxygenase-2 protein expression.

We evaluated the efficacy of the liquid form of enrofloxacin against poultry respiratory and digestive infections, the major problems in the poultry industry, from diverse diagnosis viewpoints. Results obtained through this study were as follows: 1. The liquid form of enrofloxacin showed good acceptability to poultry owing to no abhorrence to the drug by chickens, which indicated its suitability for mixing in drinking water. 2. The application of the enrofloxacin formulation improved the productivity of the chicken farm to a great extent by lowering the death toll of chicken raised in the farm. 3. The use of the drug shortened the days to the market, and increased the body weight at the time of marketing. 4. Preventive and therapeutic effects of the liquid enrofloxacin were observed higher than ampicillin, a major antibiotic used in poultry farming. From above results, the liquid form of enrofloxacin would find its use for the prevention and treatment of digestive and respiratory infections, let alone the growth promotion and feed efficiency, especially in the chicken farming practice.
