        Marketing strategy is marketing logic by which the business unit expects to achieve its marketing objectives. Marketing strategy consists of making decisions on the business's marketing expenditures, marketing mix, and marketing allocations in relation to expected environmental and competitive conditions. On the other hand, this study was taken on develop the marketing strategies for plum wine by the research institute of indigenous food at Gimcheon College. Accordingly, this study examines for the analysis, planning and con-trol of market involved plum wine through SWOT analysis and 4Ps. It is expected to provide the marketing managers of plum wine with some knowledge and insight in this area. Furthermore, this study can contribute to the establishment of the marketing strategies for plum wine.

        국가중심적 통합이론으로 본 동아시아 지역협력 : 모라브칙(A. Moravcsik)의 모델 검토

        이 글의 목적은 국가중심적 통합이론으로 동아시아 지역협력을 분석하는 것이다. 동아시아 지역협력의 과정과 제도화의 수준을 분석하기 위해 모라브칙 모델의 변수군을 국가중심적 통합이론의 맥락에서 조작하여 본 논문의 이론틀로 수정하였다. 이 분석틀로 동아시아지역 지역협력의 과정을 추적하였고, 동아시아 지역협력의 함의를 끌어내기 위해 최근 활발히 추진되고 있는 FTA를 분석하였다. 최근까지 동아시아 지역협력을 다룰 때 (신)기능주의적인 접근법이 이용되었다면, 이 글은 국가중심적인 신현실주의 시각을 이 지역의 지역협력 분석에 도입한다는 점에서 차별성을 가질 수 있다. 역내 추진 중인 경제협력의 움직임은 그 성격에 있어 다분히 전략적이며 국가중심적이다. 물론 역내 지역협력의 수준이 초기 단계에 있으므로 제도화를 통해 신뢰가 구축될 경우, 역내 국가들의 한 차원 높은 협력을 기대할 수도 있다. 그러나 역내 지역협력의 수준은 여전히 미지수라고 판단한다. 이로 인해 신현실주의적 접근이 더욱 적실성을 가질 수 있다. 다만, 현재 추진되고 있는 이 지역의 지역협력과정이 아직 초기 단계에 있으므로 역내 지역협력에 이론적 접근을 시도하는 것이 아직 시기상조일 수도 있다. This research addresses the fundamental puzzle confronting those who seek to understand East Asian regionalism, namely to explain integration theory, developed from European experiences, could get a transregional adequacy to explain East Asian regionalism. Turning to the specific subject matter of this research, it goes to consider the questions of the theoretical insight and political implication in East Asian regionalism with intergovernmantalism. For a more concrete this study, it tries to investigate FTA case in this region. Ultimately, this thesis explores the potentiality for the institutionalization of regional cooperation. The shared suffering as a result of the economic crisis in the late 1990s provided East Asians with an increasingly developed sense of common identity and destiny, as well as with other more intensified demand and supply factors for the formation of a regional international economic cooperation. Emerging economic regionalism will inevitably be defensive in nature (in comparison with Europe and North America).

        Hirschsprung 씨 질환에서 항문직장계측검사의 진단적 의의

        It is well known that stimulation of rectum by balloon distention results in the reflex relaxation of the internal anal sphincter in the normally innervated bowel. and this rectosphincteric reflex is absent in Hirschsprung's disease. It's the first report in Korea to evaluate diagnostic reliability of anorectal pressure study in Hirschsprung's disease using anorectal manometry, Model 003 developed by professor Holschneider. This investigation was performed on 21 consecutive children who complained of acute intestinal obstruction especially in infants and chronic constipation during the period February 1986 to September 1987. The ages of the children ranged from 8 days to 15 years, and 8 patients including the 4 neonates were examined within 1 year old. The 7 patients were proved to have Hirschsprung's disease who revealed no rectosphincteric reflex on anorectal pressure study, and Hirschsprung's disease was ruled out in 14 patients who reveales rectosphincteric reflex. In 2 out of 14 patients who showed no rectosphincteric reflex, Hirschsprung's disease was ruled out by rectal suction biopsy and clinical course. With the above results, this study shows an over-all diagnostic accuracy 90% along with sensitivity 100% and specificity 86%. In conclusion, anorectal pressure study is a reliable, diagnostic procedure for Hirschsprung's disease, and it has the advantage of simple , non-invasive and safe procedure without general anesthesia and is of particular value as a screening test in inpatients as well as outpatients.

      • 인천광역시 초등학교 4,5,6학년의 아침식사 유형과 기호도 조사

        This study was conducted to investigate the breakfast patterns and preference with 380 elementary school student in Inchon city using questionnaires. As a result, the subjects were mostly eaten steamed rice with other side dishes and also expected Korean-style steamed rice as a breakfast. The main reason of skipping meal was lack of time. Gruel, bread, cereal, noodle were hardly selected as a breakfast. BMI (body mass index) and Broca index were normal range. Therefore, these results need to provide nutritional education for the elementary school students and reflect the patterns of breakfast through importance and diversity.

        중학생들의 지하수에 대한 이해

        이 연구의 목적은 중학생들의 공간능력에 따른 지하수에 대한 이해를 알아보는데 있다. 공간능력 상·중·하 수준의 각 학년 2명씩 총 18명의 중학생들이 그린 지하수에 대한 그림과 면담 자료로부터 지하수에 대한 이해를 지하수의 정의,지하수의 형성,지하수의 존재,지하수의 이동으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 다수의 학생들이 지하수라는 단어의 뜻을 추측하여 지하수를 정의하였고,지하수의 형성 과정에 대한 이해가 부족하였으며,지하수가 이동하지 않는 호수와 물탱크 형태로 존재한다고 생각했다. 연구 결과에서 대부분의 학생들이 지하수의 개념에 대한 이해의 어려움을 보였으며,공간 능력에 따른 이해도의 차이는 크지 않았다. The purpose of this research is to analyze the middle school students' understandings of groundwater according to their spatial ability. Students' drawings of groundwater and interviews were used for the analysis. The results of students' understandings of groundwater were classified into four categories; definition, process of forming, existent shape, and movement of groundwater. Many of the students defined the groundwater by guessing the word 'underground'. They lacked in understanding the process for the occurrence of groundwater. They also thought that the groundwater didn't move, but is stored in the shape of lakes or water tanks. Research results show that most of the students have difficulty in understanding the concept of groundwater, and that their understanding of groundwater don't have large differences, even though they have different levels of the spatial sensibility.

        김천산 자두의 성분과 그 특성

        Physicochemical properties and chemical compositions of two plums (Oishiwase, Formosa) produced in Kimcheon area were investigated. Chemical compositions of two plum cultivars were similar except nitrogen free extract(NFE). NFE value of Formosa was higher than Oishiwase. Alcohol insoluble substance content, total soluble pectin, total sugar content and total organic acid content of Oishiwase were 2.08%. 14,16%, 5.07% and 949.16mg%, respectively. In case of Formosa cultivar, those were 50%, 15.42%, 5.91% and 985.91mg%, respectively. Fructose content among free sugars of two plum cultivars range from 3.97~3.45% and the other were glucose, sucrose and inositol, 1.83~1.53%, 0.08~0.05% and 0,04~0.039%, respectively. Malic acid content was 35~373mg% and others were levulinic acid, lactic acid, citric acid, succinic acid and fumaric acid in the decreasing order.

      • 패류중 중금속함량에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 패류중 중금속함량 측정을 위한 분석효율이 높고 간편한 분해법을 찾아내어 그 방법에 의끓 유종중인 패류중 중금속함량을 파악하고자 수행하였다. 시료를 분해시키는 Microwave와 습식, 건식회법을 비교한 결과 변형습식회화르가 가장 적합하였다. 변형습식회차딘는 려린0,3+C104+H2SOf의 혼찰산을 쪼 · j 1 (v/v)의 비율로 혼합하여 사용하였 을 때 회수을 Pb린틴. Cd 97.8, Cu 94.2, Zn 92.8%를 나타내었근 분해시간은 2~2.5시간 소요되었다. 유통중인 패류중 중금속함량 」최소~최대(평균), mgAgl 은 Pb 0.028~o.528(0.153), Cd 0.OO7~1,832(0.587), Cu 0.360~37.375(4.6691, Zn 6.317~233.2iO(38.881), Hg 0.001 ~O.151(0.012)mg/ltg으로 나타났다. 또한 유통중인 5종의 패류중 중금속평균항량이 생산지 하재지역에서 구입한 패류에 비해 모든 중금속언써 약간 높은 함량을 보였으나 오염된 수준이 아닌 자연함유량수준이었다. This study was conducted to improve the digestion method for the determination of heavy metals in shellfishes and to estimate the contents of heavy metal in commercial shellfishes by their digestion method. This digestion method was compared microwave with wet and dry ash digestion for shellfish samples, obtained results showed that the modified wet ash Ⅱ digestion was convenient and easy to use. For the modified wet ash Ⅱ digestion, The mixed acid of HNO₃+HClO₄+H₂SO₄(25:5:1, v/v) was used. Under this condition, Recoveries were Pb 94.3, Cd 97.8, Cu 94.2 and Zn 92.8% and digestion time was ∼2.5 hours. The contents of heavy metal [minimum∼maximum (mean), mg/kg in commercial shellfishes were as follows ; Pb:0.028∼0.528(0.153), Cd:0.007∼1.832(0.587), Cu:0.360∼37.375(4.669), Zn:6.317∼233.250(38.881), Hg:0.001∼0.151(0.013). The contents of heavy metal in commercial shellfishes of five species were slightly greater than those of shellfishes purchased at Hajae. There was no great difference between the contents of heavy metal of Hajae and those of shellfishes purchased at Whole market.

        광양만과 여수해만의 표층퇴적물에서 Nonylphenol의 오염에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to survey the pollution of nonvlphenol (NP) in surface sediments around Gwangyang bay and Yeosu sound. NP was suspected chemicals as endocrine disruption. Gwangyang bay is located on the mid south coast of Korea. It is a semi-closed bay which Yeosu petrochemical industrial complex, POSCO (Pohang Steel Company) and Gwangyang container harbor are there. The surface sediments were collected at 15 stations with gravity corer at October, 1999, February, May and August, 2000. Also, the stream and intertidal sediment were collected at 5 sites at August, 2000. Concentrations of NP in surface sediments were in the range of 6.89 to 202.70 ng/g dry wt.. Seasonal range (mean value) of NP is 13.98 to 30.48 (23.46) ng/g dry wt. at October, 10.35 to 54.91 (28.10) ng/g dry wt. at February, 29.05 to 202.70 (82.32) ng/g dry wt. at May and 6.98 to 83.40 (25.37) ng/g dry wt. at August. NP was seasonally fluctuated, and the highest mean value and range was detected at May, 2000. NP was highly distributed in the inner part of Gwangyang bay than Yeosu sound. Concentrations of NP in stream and intertidal sediments showed the highest value in downstream near Yeosu petrochemical industrial complex and Yondung stream. It suggests that the source of NP is industrial wastewater and municipal sewage.

      • 하루 콩단백질 25g 섭취를 위한 메뉴작성 및 영양성분 분석

        The purpose of this study was to develop menus for daily intake of 25g soybean protein and to analyse nutrients of these foods. Analytical values were compared to the theoretical one using the food composition table and recommended dietary allowances for Koreans (7th revision). The results are as follows. 1. Soybean curd residue stew, Soybean curd, Kimchi saute, and hard boiled soybean and lotus root were selected for the menu for January, of which the content of soy bean protein(SBP) was 33.1g, soybean stew, soybean curd and soybean sprout saute, and Italian deep fried soybean curd were for February, of which the content of SBP was 35.0g. The content of SBP in soybean paste soup with soybean curd, fried soybean curd and fried soybean curd roll, the menu for March, was 24.9g. That of April were soybean curd gratin with soymilk, soybean curd and ham with garlic dressing and the content of SBP was 26.3g. That of May were soybean porridge, soybean flour cake with honey (Dasik), soybean sprout soup and the content of SBP was 26.7g. That of June were soymilk, pan-fried soybean curd, steamed soybean curd with chicken and the content of SBP was 28.4g. That of July were noodle with soymilk, mapatofu, soybean curd salad and the content of SBP was 24.7g. That of August were soybean sprout with mustard dressing, Tossed green pepper with raw soybean flour, Tofu and Kimchi stew, soybean curd steak and the content of SBP was 26.2g. That of September were Chinese cabbage soup with raw soybean flour, sweet and sour tofu and the content of SBP was 23.2g. That of Oct. were Fermented soybean stew, soybean pan cake and the content of SBP was 24.3g. That of November were not-pressed soybean curd casserole, pan-fried mashed soybean curd with egg, stir frying deep-fried soybean curd with vegetables and the content of SBP was 22.4g. That of December were soybean curd and mushroom casserole, fried soybean curd and vegetables, hard boiled soybean curd and the content of SBP was 28.9g. 2. The ratio of the analytical value over theoretical value (A/B%) of one serving in kcal, carbohydrate, protein, fat, ash and dietary fiber were 57.7~107.7%, 42.9~131.9%, 79.2~118.3%, 54.5~100%, 40.7~80.8% and 42.1~113.2%, respectively. 3. The ratio of A/B% of one serving in Ca, K, Na, P and Fe were 44.1~93.6%, 59.0~153.1%, 53.1~117.7% 64.6%~138.8 and 33.8~77.3%, respectively. That in Fe was the lowest among minerals. 4. The ratio of analytical value over Korean R.D.A(A/C%) in Ca was relatively higher (22.0~85.9%) than that in kcal(18~63%). 5. The ratio of A/C% in Fe was 25.1~64.3% and lower than that in Ca and protein in general.
