단무지 공장에서 발생한 질식 사고의 원인과 방사선학적 소견: 중례보고 및 가스분석 결과

목 적:단무지 공장에서 질식사고를 일으켰던 가스의 종류를 알아내고, 이러한 가스중독의 방서선학적 소견을 소개하기 위하여 본 연구를 하였다. 대상 및 방법:단무지 공장에서 발생한 질식 사고자 3예중 생존자 1예를 대상으로 단순흥부X-선검사와 CT 소견을 분석하였으며, 가스의 종류를 알아내기 위하여 단무지를 유리병에 넣어 발생된 가스를 가스크로마토그래픽을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결 과:단무지 공장에서 발생한 질식사고자중 생존한 1명의 방사선학적 검사에서 신속히 호전되는 폐경결(consolidation)을 볼 수 있었으며 이는 폐부종의 소견임을 알 수 있었다. 협기성 상태에서 단무지를 담은 유리병의 상층부 가스를 실험 분석한 결과 이산화탄소, 에칠알코올이 다량으로 검출되었으나 독성가스는 주로 황화수소이였다. 결 론:단무지 공장의 질식 사고자에서 폐방사선학적 소견은 폐경결을 보이는 폐부증으로서 이는 실험을 통해 단무지에서 발생되는 유독가스인 황화수소 때문임을 입증하였다. Purpose: To identify the main toxic gas released from salted radish in rice bran(Dan-M-Ji) and to introduce the radiological findings of the patient who was exposed to the gas. Materials and Methods: Chest radiographs and CT scans of one survivor among three men who were exposed to the gas from Dan-Mu-Ji were reviewed. Gas obtained from the closed bottle containing Dan-Mu-Ji was analized by using the gas chromatography. Results: The radiographlc examinations of the survivor were suggestive of pulmonary edema with it's rapidly improving consolidations in both lung. The headapace gas within the bottle containing Dan-Mu-Ji was mainly composed with carbon dioxide, ethyl alcohol and hydrogen sulfide, of which hydrogen sulfide was considered the main toxic gas released. Conclusion: Under the anaerobic condition, Dan-Mu-Ji released toxic hydrogen sulfide. Inhalation of hydrogen sulfide might produce non-cardiogenic pulmonary edema.

Looking into the existing study result on the effect of charistmatic leadership is that it realized to be an important relation between the charistmatic leadership and related to result and attitude. Looking into the studies on the changing effect of charistmatic leadership is that the effect of charistmatic leadership found to show up the devotion, self-sacrifice for the mission of group, high satisfaction and result, the trouble reduction of role, the increase of the cohesive power of group, and so on(House et al, 1993 ; Howell & Frost, 1988 ; Shamir et al, 1993). Also, according to the studying result of Harter and Bass(1988), the leadership perceived by charismatic leadership finds to be the satisfaction and a definition relation on the leader efficiency and a leader. As above the effect of charistmatic leadership showed most of an important relation. Also, through the medium of self-concept based on the motive grant mechanism of charismatic leadersp, these effects have predicted to find through this theory study. According to this study, the head coach and coordinator of sports group and the phenomenon of charismatic leadership between players are able to predict to occur based on relational basis to accept generally as the cause of an appearance of charistmatic leadership in present, and will get attained the development of measurement tools and an actual proof study.

The authors investigated the 17 patients with the condylar fractures of the mandible who were admitted in Dept. of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Chosun University, Dental hospital from 1990 to 1993 and could be taken follow-up above 6 months. Helkimo's clinical dysfunction index and mandibular mobility index were applied to the evaluation of the patients and the obtained results were as follows. 1. Mean maximal mouth opening was 38.4mm in the conservative group, 41.3mm in the surgical group and that showed no statistically significant difference.(P>0.05) 2. Clinical dysfunction index was higher in the surgical group than in the conservative group but .that showed no statistically difference.(P>0.05) 3. The extent of maximal mouth opening was increased gradually throughout the follow-up period. 4. Both groups didn't show severe clinically dysfunction.

Fuzzy query processing in relational databases is studied in theis paper. Average Method, N-Root Method and Weight Method are introduced to determine the tuple membership values for fuzzy query processing. The tuple membership values of the above methods are reflected by all domain membership values in a tuple, while those of the existing methods, so called MIN method and B-P method, by only one value which is the lowest one among the domain membership values. Therefore, new methods give more precise information to users. The fuzzy query processing of the new methods are shown.

This study was performed to investigate on the combinations of optimal medium for the artificial cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii with the various kinds of substrate and nutrient. It was also tested to the mushroom yields and marketable quality of Pleurotus eryngii. Coconut ML. and bean-curd refuses were effective to the mycelial growth, which showed a similar effects compared to a standard medium. a Pine sawdust was more effective than the softened rice hulls and crude rice hulla on the mycelial growth. Elvan as additives was also showed promotive effects on the mycelial growth. In the test of medium weight, optimal weight in about 1400 ml polypropylene (PP) bottle was about 724 gram to 770 gram under 65% humidity. Most suitable periods of incubation were estimated about 40 days. It could be also considered to use TMR(Total mixed Ratio) in the medium combination as nutrients because the TMR addititon of 170 gram weight showed an excellent formation of fruiting body of Pleurotus eryngii. Finally, the optimum composition of nutrients for both yield and quality turned out to be combination of gluten feed( 21.7%), rice polishing (10.2%), wheat bran(52%), soy-hull uncrushed (13.5%) and shell lime (3.6%). Nutritional analysis of the combined nutrients was appeared to have 11.5% humidity, 15.4% crude protein, 4.5% crude fat, 12% crude fiber, 8.2% cash, 1.2% calcium, 0.94% phosphorus, and 55.4% NFE (nitrogen free extract). In the bulk test of artificial cultivation by mushroom farmer, both yield and quality were very excellent to the previous products by harvesting about 200 gram in a PP bottle without a significant deviation.

Looking into the number of students taking "Soo-neung" test or the results from the enquete for the purpose of organizing the option-based curriculum after the 7th curriculum began, we can see it becomes clearer that the number of students applying for humanity course has largely outnumbered the number of students applying for science course since the late 1990s. These phenomena must be big troubles for us looking forward to getting into the advanced country. So, there came the counterplans from government, college, and enterprise in the hope that the good students are willing to apply for science course. In order to find out why these phenomena of evasion from science course happens, this article deals with the attitude and anxiety of elementary, middle, and high school students about math. Consider the following: 1. How is the transition of elementary, middle, and high school students In the attitude about math? 2. How is the transition of elementary, middle, and high school students III math anxiety? 3. How are the attitudes about math related with math anxiety, and the researches about how to decrease math anxiety evolved? Analyzing enquete using attitude standard made by Aiken and Dreger(1963) and math anxiety standard (MAS) made by Fennema and Sherman(1976). we've found the conclusion is as follows: First, we should offer the positive learning experience to the students who have the negative attitude about math and try to help them lower the degree of the math anxiety. Secondly, there are plenty of room for making an effort in that the number of students who don't like math, as they grow older, increases, but the number of them is not that much. Thirdly, the math anxiety of the 2nd grade students in the middle school becomes more increased when compared in terms of a average of factors. But there was no meaningful difference over the schools. Finally, we have become aware that the math attitude is highly related with the math anxiety. And it is hoped that these studies of the attitude and anxiety about math would be well applied to the actual spots. schools.
