      • FET형 반도체 마이크로센서 개발(Ⅱ)

        현재 의료진단, 화학공정의 모니터링이나 환경공학적 감시 및 제어 등의 분야에서 사용되고 있는 기존의 센서는 고가이며 용적이 클 뿐만 아니라 분석시간이 길고 사용하기 까다로운 것 등 여러 가지 문제점이 있다. 또한 측정환경에 영향을 주지 않을 만큼 충분히 작으며 빠른 분석시간을 가진 센서를 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 센서들의 난점을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 FET형 전해질(electrolyte : H^+, K^+, Ca^2+, Na^+)분석 시스템, 용존가스(O_2, CO_2)분석 시스템의 개발을 중점적으로 추진하며, FET형 압력센서, 습도센서, 방사형 온도센서 등의 개별 FET형 센서에 관한 연구도 병행하고자 한다. Recently various kinds of sensors have been developed, being applicated to their own purpose. There are lots of difficulties to apply them to measurements in which the real-time monitoring is required without disturbing the surrounding environment. FET type semiconductor sensors, fabricated by the semiconductor integration technologies, have many advantages for their miniaturization, standardization, mass-production and in vivo/in situ monitoring. They also hold a very proper configuration for multi-functional sensors or integrated smart sensors, and wide availability by forming various kinds of physical or chemical sensing materials onto their sensing gates.

        교합력과 두개안면형태의 상관관계에 대한 연구

        This study was undertaken to grope the correlation of the maximal bite force and toothcraniofacial structure. The maximal bite force of 76 adult male, aged 18-28(mean aged:23.4±2.2)years, was estimated and cephalometric headplates were measured, tabulated and statistically analyzed. The results were as follows. 1.59.61kg of bite force in first molar, 45.38kg in premolar and 17.10kg in central incisor were arranged. 2.The bite force was negatively correlated to gonial angle, mandibular plane angle, the angle between occlusal plane and mandibular plane, the angle between palatal plane and mandibular plane, and positively correlated to posterior height of face, length of mandibular body, length of ramus, facial depth in craniofacial structure. 3.The group with strong bite force showed small gonial angle, mandibular plane angle, the angle between occlusal plane and mandibular plane, the angle between palatal plane and mandibular plane, and long posterior height of face, length of mandibular body, length of ramus, facial depth. So they manifested the tendency to brachycephalic pattern, on the other hand, the group with weak bite force manifested the tendency to dolichocephalic pattern. 4.There is no correlationships between bite force and mesial inclination of premolar axis in this subject. 5.it is considered bite force have an effect upon craniofacial pattern, especially upon the lower face.

        이부성형술에서 강선 고정술과 소강판 고정술간의 안정성에 관한 임상적 연구

        Performing genioplasty for greater stability of the changed chin position, incision, dissection, osteotomy design and fixation are important technical considerations. Basically, wire osteosynthesis method has been used in genioplasty, but plate/screw osteosynthesis has been introduced in rigid fixation. The purpose of this study is that comparison of stability between wire and plate/screw osteosynthesis in genioplasty. In this study, the genioplasty groups were divided into three groups ; advanced genioplasty group, reduction genioplasty group, advanced with reduction genioplasty group. In wire osteosynthesis groups, there were 15patients who had advanced genioplasty, 13patients who had reduction genioplasty, and 12patients who had advanced with reduction genioplasty. In plate/screw osteosynthesis groups, there were 15patients who had advanced genioplasty, 13patients who had reduction genioplasty, and 13patients who had advnaced with reduction genioplasty. Lateral cephalograms ; pre- and postoperatively, postoperatively 1months, and at the latest follow-up(>6months); were analyzed by linear measurement to evaluate changes in position(hard tissue B, Pogonion point) and compare relapse between both groups.

      • 牛糞 添加가 産卵鷄의 成長과 初産卵 日齡, 初産卵時분重 및 初産卵重에 미치는 影響

        In order to investigate the proper rate of addition of dehydrated cattle manure (DCM) to chicks feed, 0%, 1%, 3% and 5% of DCM were added to basal feed. These feeds were used to the pullets from one day old to the begining of laying. The results obtained were as follows; 1.No significant differences were detected among the lots in weight gain, the amount of feed intake and feed efficiency until 12 weeks. However a tendency was shown, i.e. the weight gain was redused as the rate of DCM was increased in the feed. 2.The age when 80% of pullets began to lay was 154 days old in the control lot. As the rate of DCM was increased in the feed, the age of laying was retarded (p<0.05). The body weight at the begining of laying also showed diffrences among lots (p<0.01), even though no tendency was detected in accordance with the content of DCM in the feed. However, heavier eggs were produced at the begining of laying, as the rate of DCM in the feed increased. The differences of weight of eggs among lots were not statiscal significance. 3.According to the above results it would be concluded that DCM could be added up to 5% until 12 weeks as grower feed for laying young chicks but not be added any amount in the pullet feed after 12 weeks of age.

        Aqueous glucose solution was concentrated using ceramic membrane in this study, the effects of volumetric concentration factor(VCF) were investigated on the change of flux and the transmembrane pressure(TMP). VCF was increased with the increase in operating time. The permeate flux was reduced as VCF became higher. The permeate flux was sharply decreased at about 18 of VCF, and the flux was not increased any more even in increase of TMP

        This paper presents an efficient technique for digital watermark robustness against filtering and scaling attack. It inserted the watermark in low frequency portion of the wavelet-transformed image and it uses from communication the interleaving method in the proposed method it applied. The Interleaving method orders a data bit row at schedule unit the rearrange. With that result in instantaneous noise when the part bit in data bit row center is lost, it the recover it does as a role. And in order watermark to do the coefficient values of low frequency domain from in transformed domain of 4 portion of original image it does and every the pixel the linearly it does and bit it expands. Experimental results demonstrate the high robustness of the method to such image degradations as Lowpass filtering, Median filtering and Rescaling transform.

        소아의 상완골 원위부 과간 골절

        상완골 원위부 과간 골절은 소아에서는 매우 드물게 발생되는 골절로 대부분 주관절의 굴곡상태로 주관절 후방부에 직접적인 충격에 의해 발생하는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 전위가 없거나 경미한 경우 도수적 정복술 혹은 도수적 정복술 후 경피적 핀고정술을 시행하며, 전위가 심한 골절이거나 도수적 정복술이 불가능한 경우 관혈적 정복술 후 핀고정술을 시행하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 저자들은 전위된 상완골 원위부 과간 골절 환아 2예에서 각각 도수적 정복술과 관혈적 정복술 후 K 강선 고정술을 시행하여 만족한 결과를 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. Intercondylar fractures of the distal humerus are very rare in children. The pattern of the fracture would suggest that the mechanism of injury involves a fall directly on the flexed elbow. Most agree that the undisplaced fracture can be managed conservatively. With increasing displacement and comminution, the opinions tend to differ. We suggest that closed reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning and open reduction with percutaneous K wire pinning offer a satisfactory methods by which to treat displaced intercondylar fracture in children.

      • 세포질내 정자주입법(ICSI)에 있어서 정자흡입 및 난자내 주입방법에 관한 연구

        Study on Method of Sperm Aspiration and Injection into an Oocyte in Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection(ICSI) Immobilization of spermatozoa prior to intracytoplasmic sperm iniection(ICSI) sometimes results in crooked tail and this makes it difficult to aspirate sperm into an injection pipette tail first. Head-first sperm aspiration into an injection pipette avoid this problem due to the bigger size of the sperm head. The effect of head or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte on fertilization cleavage, percentage of grade I embryos and development to blastocyst stage in ICSI program has been studied. A single living immobilized spermatozoa from oligoasthenozoospermic patient was injected into an oocyte head-first or tail-first according to the treatment. Eighteen hours after microinjection, oocytes ware inspected for survival and fertilization Fertilized oocytes with two pronuclei were cultured in 30μl drop of mHTF supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated follicular fluid(FF) at 37℃. On day 2. embryo transfer was performed with cleaved embryos. The remaining 2-8 cell stage embryos were co-cultured with BRL cells in mHTF + 10% FF for 72 hours and the developmental stage was observed. The data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance. A total of 164 oocytes from 36 cycles were assigned to earth treatment and ICSI was performed(88 head-first, tail-first). The rates of normal fertilization were 81.8% and 76.3% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the fertilized oocytes, the percentage of cleaved embryos and the percentage of grade 1 embryo among cleaved embryos were 88.9% and 68.8%, 93.1% and 74.1% for head-first and tail-first, respectively. Of the 2-8 cell embryos cultured, 44.4%(16/36) and 50.0%(10/20) for head first and tail first, respectively developed to blastocyst stage. There were no differences in fertilization, cleavage, rates of grade 1 embryos, and development to blastocyst stage. In conclusion, head-first or tail-first sperm injection into an oocyte in ICSI program does not affect fertilization and subsequent embryo development to blastocyst stage in vitro.

      • 용지 호수공원의 수질관리 방안에 관한 연구

        This study was performed for water quality management of Yonggi Lake Park in Changwon City. The results are as follows; The water quality of the lake was deteriorated during summer season because of algal blooming. It was estimated that existing treatment capacity of the lake water was not sufficient to meet the target lake water quality. And so the lake water circulation period, 40 days should be shorten to below 30 days by increasing the treatment capacity. Fountain and air supply facilities for 02 supply and mixing caused rather resuspension of solid settled at the bottom of the lake. It was also evident that the extended detention of water in the lake resulted in water quality deterioration. Consequently it is important to supply high quality water from other sources. Especially lower temperature water had better effect on improvement of the water quality.
