        한화(漢畵) 시각디자인 관련 빅데이터 텍스트 분석 : 중국 소셜미디어를 중심으로

        최근 몇 년 사이 한화(漢畵) 하나의 무형문화유산으로서 중국 정부기관의 대대적인 보호와 지원을 받고 있으며 이에 따라 한화 요소를 포함한 시각디자인도 점차 대중들 사이에서 인지도가 상승하고 있다. 본 연구는 중국 온라인 소셜미디어 및 플랫폼을 통해 텍스트 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였으며 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.첫째, 최근 3년간 수집한 소셜미디어 글 총 6,571건에서 추출한 키워드는 총 131,978개로, 그중 출현횟수가 230회 이상인 주요 키워드 60개를 선정했다. 출현횟수가 3,000회 이상인 키워드 중 ‘한화(漢畵)’(15,929회)의 출현빈도가 가장 높았으며, 그다음으로는 ‘시각디자인’(13,396회)등 가장 영향력 있는 키워드 15개를 텍스트 데이터의 토대로 삼았다. 둘째, ‘한화’ 시각디자인 관련 주요 키워드 간의 텍스트 연결망의 연결 중심성 분석을 실시한 결과, ‘한화’(15,929회)와 ‘시각디자인’(13,396회)의 노드 수가 압도적으로 많았으며, 이 노드들은 소셜미디어를 통해 ‘한화’에 대한 반응을 연구하는 중요한 이유다. 셋째, Ucinet 프로그램을 통해 CONCOR 분석을 실시한 결과, ‘한화’ 시각디자인 관련 주요 키워드 사이에 구조적 등위성을 지닌 단어들을 클러스터링(군집화)하여 네트워크를 시각화한 결과, 최종적으로 4개의 클러스터(그룹)를 형성했다. 넷째, 상기 4개 그룹을 대상으로 의미연결망 분석을 실시한 결과, 2그룹, 3그룹, 4그룹은 모두 1그룹에 속한 단어인 ‘한화’, ‘시각디자인’의 구성 부분임을 알 수 있었으며 인터뷰, 설문조사 및 통계 등 연구 방법에 비해 더 효율적이고 유의미한 연구 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. In recent years, as an intangible cultural heritage of Hanwha, it has been receiving massive protection and support from Chinese government agencies, and as a result, visual design including Hanwha elements has been gradually gaining popularity among the public. This study collected and analyzed textual data through Chinese online social media and platforms, and the results of the study were as follows.First, a total of 131,978 keywords were extracted from a total of 6,571 social media writings collected over the past three years, of which 60 major keywords with more than 230 appearances were selected. Among the keywords that appeared more than 3,000 times, Hanhwa (15,929 times), visual design (13,396 times) appeared the most frequently, followed by 15 most influential keywords . Second, after analyzing the centrality of the text link between major keywords related to Hanwha visual design, the number of nodes in Hanwha (15,929 times), visual design (13,396 times) was overwhelmingly high. This is why we study responses to Hanwha through social media. Third, the results of CONCOR analysis through the Ucinet program resulted in clustering (colonizing) the network of words with structural equivalence between the key keywords related to Hanwha visual design, eventually forming four clusters (groups). Fourth, the four groups analyzed meaningful Internet connections for the objects, and the second, third, and fourth groups were all part of the words Hanwha and visual design that belonged to the first group. Compared with research methods such as interviews, questionnaires, and statistics, this method of analysis produces more effective and meaningful results.

        <P>The effects of catalponol (1) on dopamine biosynthesis and l-DOPA-induced cytotoxicity in PC12 cells were investigated. Catalponol at concentration ranges of 1-5 muM increased the intracellular levels of dopamine at 12-48 h. Catalponol at concentrations of up to 10 muM did not alter cell viability. Tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) activity was enhanced by 1 at 3 muM in a time-dependent manner, but aromatic l-amino acid decarboxylase activity was not. Catalponol also increased the intracellular levels of cyclic AMP and TH phosphorylation. In addition, catalponol at 3 muM associated with l-DOPA (20-50 muM) further enhanced the increases in dopamine levels induced by l-DOPA (50-100 muM) at 24 h. Catalponol at 2-5 muM inhibited l-DOPA (100-200 muM)-induced cytotoxicity at 48 h. These results suggest that 1 enhanced dopamine biosynthesis by inducing TH activity and protected against l-DOPA-induced cytotoxicity in PC12 cells, which was mediated by the increased levels of cyclic AMP.</P>

        Phenotypic and genomic characteristics of Brevibacterium zhoupengii sp. nov., a novel halotolerant actinomycete isolated from bat feces

        Two strictly aerobic, Gram-staining-positive, non-spore-forming, regular rod-shaped (approximately 0.7 × 1.9 mm) bacteria (HY170T and HY001) were isolated from bat feces collected from Chongzuo city, Guangxi province (22°20 54 N, 106°49 20 E, July 2011) and Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan province (25°09 10 N, 102°04 39 E, October 2013) of South China, respectively. Optimal growth is obtained at 25–28°C (range, 4–32°C) on BHI-5% sheep blood plate with pH 7.5 (range, 5.0–10.0) in the presence of 0.5– 1.0% NaCl (w/v) (range, 0–15% NaCl [w/v]). The phylogenetic and phylogenomic trees based respectively on the 16S rRNA gene and 845 core gene sequences revealed that the two strains formed a distinct lineage within the genus Brevibacterium, most closely related to B. aurantiacum NCDO 739T (16S rRNA similarity, both 98.5%; dDDH, 46.7–46.8%; ANI, 91.9–92.1%). Strain HY170T contained MK-8(H2), diphosphatidylglycerol (DPG) and phosphatidylglycerol (PG), galactose and ribose as the predominant menaquinone, major polar lipids, and main sugars in the cell wall teichoic acids, respectively. The meso-diaminopimelic acid (meso-DAP) was the diagnostic diamino acid of the peptidoglycan found in strain HY170T. Anteiso-C15:0 and anteiso-C17:0 were the major fatty acids (> 10%) of strains HY170T and HY001, with anteiso-C17:1A predominant in strain HY170T but absent in strain HY001. Mining the genomes revealed the presence of secondary metabolite biosynthesis gene clusters encoding for non-alpha poly-amino acids (NAPAA), ectoine, siderophore, and terpene. Based on results from the phylogenetic, chemotaxonomic and phenotypic analyses, the two strains could be classified as a novel species of the genus Brevibacterium, for which the name Brevibacterium zhoupengii sp. nov. is proposed (type strain HY170T = CGMCC 1.18600T = JCM 34230T).

        Application of magnetic field to iron contained dust capture

        Indoor air quality including metro subway is of recent interests in large cities. Inflow air to the inside of the train and circulating air flow through MVAC of stations contain large amount of iron based fine particles. This paper evaluated the collection of such a dust by magnetic filters as comparing to conventional particle capturing mechanisms such as inertia, direct impaction and diffusion. It was found that filtration velocity, magnetic field intensity, and fiber size were the most important parameters for magnetic filtration. Application of magnetic force obviously enhances the collection efficiency particularly in fine modes smaller than 10 mm. However, its effect was found greater in 2.5 mm than submicron particles.

        Anti-Inflammatory Activity of Epimedium brevicornu Maxim Ethanol Extract

        Epimedium brevicornu Maxim has been used as a traditional herbal drug in China. In this study, the anti-inflammatory effects of E. brevicornu Maxim ethanol extract (EBME) were investigated in RAW264.7 macrophages and mice challenged with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Results showed that EBME attenuated inflammation by decreasing the production of several proinflammatory mediators, such as nitric oxide (NO), prostaglandin (PG) E2, inducible nitric oxide synthase, and cyclooxygenase-2, in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 macrophages. EBME increased the expression of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and promoted the nuclear translocation of nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2. The inhibitory effects of EBME on LPS-stimulated NO and PGE2 expression were partially reversed by HO-1 inhibitor. EBME also elicited an anti-inflammatory effect by inhibiting the production of tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin (IL)-1β, and IL-6 in LPS-induced peritonitis. Therefore, EBME exhibited anti-inflammatory effects in vitro and in vivo.

        Hypolipidemic and Antioxidant Effects of Malus toringoides (Rehd.) Hughes Leaves in High-Fat-Diet-Induced Hyperlipidemic Rats

        Malus toringoides (Rehd.) Hughes (MT) leaves are traditionally used as a medicine for treating or preventing cardiovascular disease in Tibet. In addition to the effect of this medicinal plant on thrombosis, we tested its effect on dyslipidemia in a hypolipidemic rat model. A total of 60 healthy Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups, as follows: normal control, model control, simvastatin groups, and MT low-, medium-, and high-dose groups. The normal controls were fed with a normal diet, whereas all other groups were fed with a high-fat diet. After 6 weeks, the high-fat diet had induced hyperlipidemia in the rats, which were then orally administered with different doses of MT leaf extract (50, 100, and 200 mg/kg) for an additional 6 weeks. Serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low- and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c and HDL-c, respectively), as well as the antioxidant capacity of glutathione peroxidase (GSHP-x), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and malondialdehyde (MDA) were measured at the end of the study. MT significantly reduced serum TC, TG, and LDL-c and increased the HDL-c content in MT-treated rats compared with the model group. These changes were dose dependent. MT treatment also significantly elevated the activity of SOD and GSHP-x, and decreased the serum levels of MDA compared with untreated hyperlipidemic rats, thereby increasing serum antioxidant capacity. In addition, MT reduced liver steatosis in hyperlipidemic rats. Overall, MT exerts considerable hypolipidemic and antioxidant properties.
