        The diagnostic requirements were suggested and explained regarding the systems of differentiation of symptoms and signs in the second year study of standardization and unification of the terms and conditions used for diagnosis in oriental medicine. The systems were as follows; - differential diagnosis according to condition of body fluid, differentiation of syndromes according to the state of qi and blood, differential diagnosis according to relative excessiveness or deficiency of yin and yang(氣血陰陽津液辨證) - differentiation of diseases according to pathological changes of the viscera and their interrelation - analyzing and differentiating of febrile diseases in accordance with the theory of the six channels(傷寒辨證) The individual diagnosis pattern was arranged by the diagnostic requirements in the following order : another name(異名), notion of diagnosis pattern, index of differentiation of symptoms and signs(辨證指標), the main point of diagnosis, analysis of diagnosis pattern(證候分析), discrimination of diagnosis pattern(證候鑑別), a way of curing a diseases(治法), prescription(處方), herb in common use(常用藥物), diseases appearing the diagnosis pattern(常見疾病), documents(文獻調査). This study was carried out on the basis of the Chinese documents and references.

      • Chitosan 처리가 청어 Fillet 저장 중 품질에 미치는 효과

        To elucidate the effects of low viscosity chitosan (15 cps, 1% solution) on the shelf-life of herring (Clupea pallasi) fillet packaged with air and vacuum during storage at 4℃, 20℃ and -20℃, moisture, pH, K-value, volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), viable cell counts and peroxide value (POV) were determined. From the results of this experiment, good qualities of the samples with air and vacuum packaging stored at 4℃ were maintained at least for 3 days (control ; one day in air) and for 7 days (control ; 3 days in vacuum), and those of the samples stored at -20℃ were 90 days (control ; 80 days in air, 90 days in vacuum), while those of the samples stored at 20℃ were one day (control ; less than one day in air, one day in vacuum).

        This study was carried out to examine the keeping quality of seasoned and semi- dried horse mackerel during storage at 4±0.5℃ by analyzing the factors such as water content, pH, volatile basic nitrogen, viable cell count, extractability of saline soluble protein, peroxide value, color value and sensory evaluation. The shelf-life of the products, vacuum packaging method in nylon/polyethylene/linear low density polyethylene(0.015/0.045/0.04㎛) film bag, was 21 days during storage at 4±0.5℃, while that of unpackaged one was 14 days.

        온도변화가 CF/PEEK 적층재의 충격 후 굽힘강도에 미치는 영향

        In this paper, when CF/PEEK laminates for high efficiency space structure are subjected to FOD(Foreign Object Damage), the effects of temperature change on the impact damages(interlaminar separation and transverse crack) of CF/PEEK laminates and the relationship between residual life and impact damages are experimentally investigated. Composite laminates used in this experiment are CF/PEEK orthotropic laminated plates. which have two-interfaces [0˚₄/ 90˚_(8)/0˚₄]o A steel ball launched by the air gun collides against CF/PEEK laminates to generate impact damages. And then CF/PEEK specimens with impact damages are observed by a scanning acoustic microscope under room and high temperatures. In this experimental results, various relations are experimentally observed including the delamination area vs. temperature change, the bending strength vs. impact energy and the residual bending strength vs. impact damage of CF/PEEK laminates.

        Recently, the domestic business of medical equipment have many difficult things in the development and sale of new product. To overcome them, it is needed to solidify the co-work system of industry-education marriage. This paper is undertakened to serve an aid in the field of medical equipment. The analysis of data is attempted through the survey by questionaires, and an object of study is the medical business corporation at Seoul area. As a result to review the data it was identifided that this study is able to be applied to the basis material to reconstruct a right role and phase to medical business Also, it`s expected that we're able to use its results as the educational materials to bring up the more qualified students fit to the industrial need.

      • 여성 요실금에서 Kontinence™와 Compact Elite™의 치료효과 비교

        Biofeedback and pelvic floor electrical stimulation are new modalities that have been advocated for the treatment of female urinary incontinence. The aim of this study was to compare prospectively the therapeutic effect of Kontinence™(HMT Co., Korea) with Compact Elite™(ECL Co., France) in female urinary incontinence. All patients were evaluated with a complete history, physical examination, urinalysis, urine culture and urodynamic study. Eighteen patients were treated with Compact Elite™, and thirteen patients with Kontinence™. Enrolled patients had completed 8 office sessions consisting of biofeedback and intravaginal electrical stimulation according to the program of each machines. Overall treatment response was graded by patients on a scale of complete cure to aggravation. At two weeks after last session, overall improvement rate was 78% in Compact Elite™group and 92% in Kontinence™group(p>0.05). Overall patients' acceptability during treatment course was greater than 80% in both machines(p>0.05). There were no unexpected clinical findings during Kontinence™ treatment. After Kontinence™treatment, there were no laboratory changes including electrocardiography, complete blood count, liver function profile, and chest PA. These results showed that the biofeedback and electrical stimulation with Kontinence™was safe and moderately effective for female urinary incontinence comparable to Compact Elite™. However, long-term results of a larger patients are needed to ensure the therapeutic effect of Kontinence™.

      • PCS 중계기용 저잡음 증폭기의 설계 및 제작

        In this paper, a low noise amplifier(LNA) is designed and fabricated for PCS repeater. Since the LNA has a balance type strucucture, it can be operating even when one of two amplifiers is broken down. The first stage amplifier is matched for the noise optimum and the second amplifier is conjugately matching for maximum gain.Using microsrip line , it's not only easy for fabrication, but also cost-effective for mass production. Since the design specification is the same as that of real PCS repeater system, the designed low noise amplifier could be used at PCS sites.

        고압 커패시터의 고장 분석을 통한 신뢰도 예측

        본 논문은 고압 커패시터의 고장분석과 신뢰성 예측 결과를 다루고 있다. 부품의 수명과 고장률을 예측하기 위해서 두 가지 방법으로 고장 모드와 고장 메커니즘을 연구하였다. 에폭시 수지로 성형된 고압 커패시터가 절연내압 시험 하에서 저항이 제로로 되는 고장에 대하여, 근본원인 고장분석 체계를 효과적으로 수립함으로써 고장 메커니즘의 원인을 분석하였다. 특히 세라믹-에폭시 계면에서의 절연파괴 고장 현상이 강조되었으며, 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과의 타당성은 마그네트론에 장착된 고압 커패시터의 열사이클 시험 수행에 의한 가속시험 결과로부터 입증되었다. 시험 결과들은 결함이 있는 로트를 신속히 규명하고 B10수명을 결정하는데 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. 또한, 유전체의 절연파괴에 대해서 부하-강도 간섭모델을 이용하여 고장률을 예측하였다. This paper presents a result of failure analysis and reliability evaluation for high voltage ceramic capacitors. The failure modes and failure mechanisms were studied in two ways in order to estimate component life and failure rate. The causes of failure mechanisms for zero resistance phenomena under withstanding voltage test in high voltage ceramic capacitors molded by epoxy resin were studied y establishing an effective root cause failure analysis. Particular emphasis was placed on breakdown phenomena at the ceramic-epoxy interface. The validity of the results in this study was confirmed by the results of accelerated testing. Thermal cycling test for high voltage ceramic capacitor mounted on a magnetron were implemented. Delamination between ceramic and epoxy, which might cause electrical short in underlying circuitry, can occur during curing or thermal cycle. The results can be conveniently used to quickly identify defective lots, determine B10 life estimation each lot at the level of inspection, and detect major changes in the vendors processes. Also, thd condition for dielectric breakdown was investigated for the estimation of failure rate with load-strength interference model.

      • 기원에 대한 고교생들의 의식구조 조사

        Recently, there are strong controversies on the origin theories evolutionism and creationism, in high school science classes. Apart from the arguments on which theory is more scientific, we investigate the thinking structure of senior high school students (for randomly sampled, nation-wide 2300 students) on the origin of life, species, universe and on the origin-related topics. Analyses of questionaires show that 78.5% of students are concerned about the origin theories, as expected. Being quite different from general expectations, however, the creationism (41.8%) is a little more supported than the evolutionism(40.3%). And 62.3% of students support the equal time education which claims to give equal chances to teach both evolutionism and creationism in science classes.

      • 효소를 이용한 가용화 명태단백질농축물의 제조 및 제품의 품질특성

        To obtain the functional fish protein concentrate (FPC), Alaska pollack (Therogra chacogramma) protein concentrate was made by solvent extraction method and then solubilized with four kinds of proteolytic enzymes, e.g. bromelain, Complex enzyme, Hipron-A, and Hipron-N. Hipron-N was most effective for digestion of FPC among three kinds of commercial proteolytic enzymes. The optimum conditions for hydrolysis of FPC were 55℃ of reaction temperature, 3 hr of reaction time and 3% of enzyme concentration in Hipron-N. FPC hydrolysate was concentrated to Brix 25% and then spray dried in the conditions of 190℃ of inlet temperature and 85℃ of outlet temperature. Enzyme-solubilized FPC had an excellent functional properties such as solubility, rehydration capacity, foam viscosity, bulk density and brown color density and its quality was better than those of FPC, soy protein isolate (SPI) and Na-caseinate. There were no remarkable changes in the qualities of enzyme-solubilized FPC for three months storage at 4℃ and 20℃, respectively.
