The purpose of this study was to compare internship satisfaction of intern physical therapists working in the university hospitals with that of them working in the rehabilitation hospitals in Seoul metropolitan area. The questionnaire for internship satisfaction survey that amended from vocational interest test [Strong Interest Inventory(SII)] was used to examine satisfaction of intern physical therapists and the questionnaire was used to ask general characteristics, educational and work environment. Thirty nine intern physical therapists working in university hospital and fifty nine intern physical therapists rehabilitation hospital in Seoul metropolitan area responded. Frequency analysis, χ² test and independent t-test were conducted to evaluate differences between groups about variables of internship satisfaction survey, general characteristics, work and educational environments with using the PASW 18.0 statistical program. The results of the study were as follows. There were significant differences of intern physical therapists between university hospitals and rehabilitation hospitals in overall scores of internship satisfaction and scores of all sub-items such as duty, supervision, working condition, work mates and wages. Intern physical therapists working in the university hospitals showed higher satisfaction than that of Intern physical therapists working in the rehabilitation hospitals.

This study is to choose the most proper model for AGV Throughout simulation of behavior of suspension to reduce trial and error because there is no AGV treating heavy weight at harbor loading and unloading at home. Therefore, we estimate the vibration modes of the various suspensions applied to AGV, which is over 75 ton included the weight of two containers using the Matlab in the case of G and 5G, one of the simulation programs.

<P>Electrical performance and transport mechanisms in 2-D transition-metal dichalcogenide materials should be investigated under a range of electrical parameters for practical application. In this paper, partially depleted (PD) molybdenum disulfide (MoS<SUB>2</SUB>) transistors were fabricated with a thick flake mechanically exfoliated from bulk crystals, and their operating mechanism is discussed considering the gate-uncontrollable conduction channel, the maximum depletion width ( <TEX>${D}_{\mathrm {\text {max}}}$</TEX>), and the impact of series resistance ( <TEX>${R}_{\mathrm {\text {sd}}}$</TEX>). In addition, the intrinsic mobility of a neutral bulk channel in PD-MoS<SUB>2</SUB> transistors was extracted from the simply separated gate-controllable drain current with a depletion approximation.</P>

<P>Electrical spin accumulation that was robust against changes in temperature and bias voltage was achieved in epitaxial Co70Fe30/MgO tunnel contacts to p-type Ge, with negligible Schottky barrier formation. Hanle and inverted Hanle effects, which are characteristic features of non-equilibrium spin accumulation in the tunnel contacts, were clearly observed up to room temperature for both hole spin injection and extraction. Notably, the obtained spin signal showed weak temperature dependence even at a low bias voltage, and symmetric behavior with respect to bias polarity, which are inconsistent with spin-polarized tunneling via localized states in the contact. A large number of chemical pollutants including phthalates, alkylphenolic compounds<br/> and organochlorine pesticides have the ability to disrupt endocrine function in animals, and alter cognitive<br/> function. Because hormone mediated events play an important role in central nervous system<br/> development and function, the changes in cognitive function seem to be mediated by the endocrinelike<br/> action of these chemicals. The present study therefore was designed to investigate effect of<br/> bisphenol A (BPA), an endocrine disrupting chemical on neuro-behavial patterns, and expression of<br/> estrogen receptors and tyrosine hydroxylase, a limiting enzyme of dopamine synthesis pathway. BPA<br/> was treated orally for 3 weeks into 3 week old mice, and then the neuro-behavial patterns (stereotype<br/> behaviors such as jumping rearing and forepaw tremor, climbing behavior, tail flick, rotarod and<br/> locomotor activity), and the expression of estrogen receptors and tyrosine hydroxylase were determined<br/> every 3 week for 9 weeks. During the treatment of BPA, the food uptake and body weight<br/> increase were not significantly changed. BPA resulted in the increased stereotype behaviors (jumping,<br/> rearing and forepaw tremor) 6 or 9 weeks after treatment. The time response to tail flick and<br/> locomotor activity were decreased by the treatment of BPA, whereas the time for rotarod was<br/> increased by the treatment of BPA. The expression of estrogen receptor alpha and beta was<br/> increased in the brain and pituitary gland. Maximum expression was found in the brain after 9 week<br/> of 100 mg/kg BPA treatment and in the pituitary gland after 6 week of 100 mg/kg BPA treatment.<br/> Tyrosine hydroxylase was increased in dose and time dependent manners in the brain but no change<br/> was found in the pituitary gland. The present data show that exposure of BPA in the young mice<br/> could alter expression of estrogen receptors and dopamine synthesis pathway, thereby modulate<br/> neuro-behavial patterns (increase of stereotype behaviors but decrease locomotor activity).
농업수리시설물 및 가뭄지수에 따른 농업가뭄피해 영향 분석

가뭄은 시작 시기 및 발생 지역 판단의 기준이 명확하지 않기 때문에 가뭄에 따른 피해액, 피해 지역 등의 산정이 어렵다. 따라서 우리나라와 같이 벼농사가 중점적으로 이루어지는 지역에서는 논 가뭄의 정량적 분석과 평가가 중요하다. 과거 논 가뭄 평가 모형을 개발하여 정량적으로 논 가뭄 피해를 평가하거나 무인항공기 및 위성영상을 사용하여 논 가뭄 발생지역을 분석하는 선행 연구들이 있었지만, 정확한 논 가뭄 피해 지역을 파악하기에는 한계가 있었다. 또한 논 벼에 대한 가뭄 발생 및 피해 지역은 기상학적으로 가뭄이 발생하더라도 농업수리시설물로 농업용수를 공급받기 때문에, 농업 가뭄 피해 지역은 기상 및 수문학적 가뭄 피해 지역과 상이하다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 농업수리시설물이 논 가뭄 피해에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여, 지역별 농업용 저수지와 보조수원공, 유효저수량 등의 영향인자를 활용하고자 한다. 쌀 생산량의 증가와 감소를 논 가뭄 발생의 기준으로 하였으며, 시도 및 시군구 단위 면적당 쌀 생산량, 농업용수 이용량, 표준강수지수 (Standard Precipitation Index, SPI) 등의 관련 인자들을 활용하였다. 단위 면적 당 쌀 생산량자료는 통계청 산하 국가통계포털 (KOrean Statistical Service, KOSIS)을 통해 2000년부터 2019년까지 구축하였으며, 기준년도 이전 3년 대비 증감 경향을 확인하여 감소 된 지역을 농업 가뭄 발생 지역으로 판단하여 단위 면적당 쌀 생산량을 기반으로 과거 가뭄 발생 시기와 비교하였다.

Diagnostic error can be defined as “diagnosis that was unintentionally delayed (sufficient information was available earlier), wrong (wrong diagnosis made before the correct one), or missed (no diagnosis ever made), as judged from the eventual appreciation of more definitive information”. According to previous studies, estimated rate of errors and discrepancies in radiology are 3%-5% of studies reported. In 2014, Kim and Mansfield published classification system for radiological error. Errors and discrepancies in radiologic finding are somewhat inevitable and evitable. However, its impact to patients may be significant on some disease entities. Diagnostic error can give health system mistrust and dissatisfaction from both patients and doctors. We report four cases of acoustic neuroma that was not diagnosed on brain magnetic resonance images by diagnostic radiologists but detected by otolaryngologist later. Authors suggest that it is better to improve patient safety and reduce diagnostic error for clinicians to review carefully the images that was taken for other reasons but included area of interest. Clinicians should review the images by themselves as well as read radiologist’s interpretation.
강산의 이온화도와 이온화 상수에 대한 화학 교과서 내용 및 교사들의 인식 분석

이 연구에서는 1945년 교수요목기부터 2009 개정 교육과정까지 개발된 화학 교과서에서 강산의 이온화도와 이온화 상수 값이 어떻게 제시되었는지 분석하였다. 또한 설문지를 통해 화학 교사들에게 수용액에서 강산의 세기를 비교하도록 하였다. 그리고 이온화도와 이온화상수 값이 호환되지 않는 이유에 대한 교사들의 인식을 알아보았다. 연구 대상은 화학 교사 46명이었다. 연구 결과, 교사들은 교과서에 제시된 이온화 상수 값과 이온화도를 근거로 수용액에서 강산의 세기를 구분하였으며, 교과서에 제시된 이온화 상수 값이 이온화도와 서로 호환되지 않는 문제를 생각하지 못하거나, 문제로 인식하는 경우에도 그에 대한 해결을 하지 못하고 실험 오차나 측정 오차로 생각하였다. In this study, we analyzed the values of ionization and ionization constants in the chemistry textbooks developed during 1945-2009 year. The chemistry teachers compared strength of strong acids in aqueous solution by questionnaire. In the questionnaire, we searched chemistry teachers' cognitions about the discordance reason of ionization constant formulation and the values in the textbooks. The subjects were 46 chemistry teachers. As results, the teachers compared the strength of strong acids in aqueous solution based on the ionization and ionization constant values in the textbooks. They didn't notice the problem of discordance of ionization constant formulation and the values in the textbooks. Even though they recognized the problem, they could not find the solution, and thought the problem arrived by experiment error or measurement error.
