        An investigation was conducted on the water environmental factors at five sites in summer of the Namyangho from 29 May to 31 August 2003. As result, the water temperature was ranged 21.0-25.9℃, highest at site 5 in upsteam. The value of pH was stabilized, its was ranged 8.01-10.27. The dissolved oxygen(DO) was ranged 4.72-15.82 ㎎/l. The turbidity was ranged 13-64 NTU. The conductivity and salinity were 0.148-1.050 ㎳/㎝ and 0.00-0.04%, respectively. The conductivity and salinity were highest in 29 May and revealed similar pattern, also closely related to between.

      • 모세관 전기영동법을 이용한 6-Acetonyl-dihydrosanguinarine 광학이성질체의 분리

        Hylomecon hylomeconoides is the endemic plant growing in southern part of Korea and belongs to Papaveraceae family and contains many benzophenanthridine alkaloids. As a benzophenanthridine alkaloid 6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine (ADS) was extracted from Hylomecon hylomeconoides and the separation of enantiomers was performed by capillary electrophoresis (CE). The effects of type of chiral selectors, pH and concentration of electrolyte on the resolution of ADS enantiomers were observed for the optimization of separation method. The optimum separation of the ADS enantiomers was achieved on fused silica capillary (75 um i.d.×47 cm, 40 cm to detector) with phosphate buffer (pH 7, 50 mM) added 4.55 mM of 2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammoniumpropyl-β-cyclodextrin (TMA-β-CD) as electrolyte at 10 kV running voltage. Injection was hydrodynamically for 3 psi×s and detection was carried out at UV 205nm.

      • LMC와 RSLMC의 열팽창 특성에 관한 연구

        Latex modification of concrete provides the material with higher flexural strength, as well as high bond strength and reduced water permeability. However, If the thermal expansion properties of overlay concrete (latex-modified concretes) are big different from that of substrate (ordinary portland cement concrete), these would cause a big interfacial stresses and result in premature failure. Therefore, the purposes of this study were to investigate thermal expansion characteristics of latex-modified concrete with cement types. The result of thermal expansion showed the coefficient of thermal expansion of concretes increased with latex inclusion. The coefficient of thermal expansion of RSLMC was a little smaller than that of LMC, which might be due to the finer cement grain, compacter internal, and stiffer properties of concrete. However, the coefficients of LMC and RSLMC were quite similar to that of ordinary cement concrete. Thus, this would not cause an interfacial stresses and will enable to ensure long-term performance of concrete bridge deck overlays.

      • 디지털 콘텐츠 산업의 공간분포 특성에 관한 연구

        Digital contents industry is a developing industry which is being recognized for its growth possibility. This study is intended to understand the spacial distribution of digital contents industry. To do so, spatial range of this study is set in metropolitan regions to grasp the clustered regions. To understand the clustered regions of digital contents industry, spatial cluster analysis was enforced. As a result, total of 7 clusters were formed. 7 clusters are all located in Seoul, and 4 out of 7 are concentrated in Kangnam Gu. This study grasped the characteristics of these clusters. Locational factors of each company categories, which are the cause of such characteristic, are scheduled to be researched more specifically in the future.       • 1,2,4-트리메틸벤젠에 피폭된 노동자의 뇨 중 3,4-디메틸히푸르 산과 크레아티닌의 정량

        Creatinine and 3.4-Dimethylhippuric acid (3.4-DMHA), a glycine conjugate of 1.2.4-trimethylbenzene (1.2.4-TMB) were determined in the urine of workers exposed to 1.2.4-TMB vapor. The best condition for the simultaneous determination of 3.4-DMHA and creatinine by high performance liquid chromatography was obtained by reverse phase C-18 column (4.6×150㎜, 5㎛) as stationary phase and 20% acetonitrile in 20mM phosphate buffer (pH 3.0) containing 4mM sodium octylsulfate (SOS) 96%. The concentration of urinary 3.4-DMHA of workers had a positive correlation with the environmental level of 1.2.4-TMB(r=0.866). The data suggest that urinary 3.4-DMHA concentration is a useful biological index for 1.2.4-TMB exposure.

        The properties of mechanics and durability of LMC have been performed actively. However. little studies on analysis and properties of thermal expansion has been on the temperature variation. Especially. the low of bonding strength and tensile cracking are caused by difference of thermal expansion between LMC and the substrate concrete Therefore, this study focused on effect of thermal expansion behavior and properties of LMC according to temperature variation. To identify the property of thermal expansion of LMC. tests of modulus of thermal expansion were carried out at 28 days after casting specimen. subjected to temperature variation between 10℃ and 60℃ The results of this study showed the modulus of elastic of LMC was similar to that of ordinary portland concrete(OPC) It means that stresses caused by difference of modulus of elastic did not occur on interface between LMC and existing concrete The modulus of thermal expansion of LMC had a little smaller than that of OPC The modulus of thermal expansion of polymer modified concrete is generally larger than OPC. but the result of this test IS disagree with the fact. which may be due to the humidity evaporation difference and aggregate properties

      • 모세관 전기영동법을 이용한 1,2,4-트리메틸벤젠 대사체의 분석

        방향족 탄화수소인 tnmethylbenzene (TMB)은 그 사용량이 늘어갈 뿐 아니라 직업적으로 폭로되는 양도 증가하고 있으므로 생물학적 모니터링 및 흡수, 대사, 배설에 관한 연구가 중요시되고 있다. 일반적으로 TMB는 간의 산화효소에 의해 하나의 메틸기가 산화되고 이것은 glycine과 포합되어 배설되는 것으로알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 1,2,4-TMB의 대사체를 합성하고, 모세관의 전기영동법으로 분석할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. 모세관 전기영동법으로 흰쥐의 뇨 중에서 1,2,4-TMB의 대사체인 3,4, 2,4, 2,5-dimethylbenzoic acid 및 3,4 2,4 2,5-dimethylhippuric acid를 분석하기 위하여 내경 75㎛, 총길이 35cm (검출기까지 29cm)인 용융실리카 모세관을 15℃로 유지하면서 양단에 10kV의 전압을 걸어주고, 전해질로는 15mM β-CD, 3% 2-프로판올을 포함하는 01m 인산완충액 (pH 7)을 사용하였으며, 검출신호는 UV 210nm와 254nm에서 동시에 모니터링하였다. 뇨 시료의 분석 결과 배설된 1,2,4-TMB의 대사체의 상대량은 3,4-이성질체가 56.&%, 2,4-이성질체가 30.5%, 2,5-이성질체가 12.8%였다. 이 방법은 노동자의 뇨 분석에도 적용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The metabolites of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene (TMB) were synthesized and determined by capillary electrophoresis (CE). The optimum conditions of CE for the separation and determination of 3,4-, 2,4-, 2,5-dimethylbenzoic acid and 3,4-, 2,4-, 2,5-dimethylhippuric acid from the rat wine were as following: the fused silica capillary(75μm i.d. X 36 cm length, 29 cm to detector) was used and kept at 15℃ The applied voltage was 10kV and compounds were detected at UV 210 nm and 254 nm. The running electrolyte was 0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 7) contalI1ing 15 mM of β -CD and 3% of 2-propanol. The relative amount of the metabolite of 1,2.4-TMB in the rat urine was 56.7% of 3,4-isomer, 30.5% of 2,4-lsomer and 12.8% of 2,5-isomer. This method can be applied to the analysis of TMB-metabolites in human wine.

        This paper is a method to maintain the right of possesion for color images. previous method used an binary data, image, or binary pattern etc. So watermarked image was declined in image quality. But the information for insertion was limited. This paper proposed the method which will change RGB mode of original image to YIQ, at first, we will insert the watermark in the Low frequency cofficient of wavelet transform domain. The watermark use the owner's photo of a digital contents. which is 256 gray-level watermark, and it's size can be changed by the size of original image. As the result of simulation, our method can provide the rightful1 ownership against Rotation, Cropping, JPEG, and Scaling attacks.

        지구과학의 개념형성학습에 관하여 : 변화에 대한 개념을 중심으로 Especially Concerning to Concepts about Changing Phenomena

        By analyzing Earth Science textbooks currently used in high schools. we tried to establish a basic conceptual system concerning to changing phenomena based on the ESCP's structuralizing scheme. Investigating facts about time and change, we have found 21 basic concepts which should be understood through concept-forming teaching and learning. By classifying the basic concepts to fit the four principles suggested by NSTA as a scientific basic-system. we also tried to generalize the selected concepts. We made test problems in order to test high school students' understanding about earth science concepts especially concerning the changing phenomena in the field of astronomy. Using questionnaire method, we applied the test problems to 160 high school students in Taegu and Kyungpook areas. The results were as follows : the mean score of concept-learned group was 56.0 and that of unlearned group was 48.5. This means that the learned-group had been improved by concept-forming teaching.
