Arylsulfonylimidazoles, arylsulfony-1,2,4-triazoles and arylsulfonyl-3-nitro-1,2,4-triazoles were synthesized and employed in the formation of a phosphotriester bond between appropriately protected monodeoxyribonucleotides. New condensing agents, benzenesulfonyl-3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole, and p-toluenesulfonyl-3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole were found to be excellent in the dideoxyribonucleotide synthesis via the phosphotriester method.

소의 심장 cytochrome c oxidase의 전자전달 특성

Cytochrome c oxidase (complex Ⅳ) was isolated from bovine heart mitochondrion. The spectra of isolated cytochrome c oxidase which was considered to be oxidized showed absorption bands at 598nm and 421nm in the oxidized form and at 604nm and 443nm in the reduced form. The activity of cytochrome c oxidase measured by the redox system of ferrocytochrome c-oxygen was not affected by NH₄OH and ethylenediamine. It was, however, found that 2-mercaptoethanol and potassium cyanide inhibited its reactivity respectively.

The purpose of this study is to rebuild a new theoretical framework of the transitional process of social system. As the framework is specially a critical result of Marx's historical materialism and doctrine of social formation, it is denied in this study that the social system of mankind in future is communism as well as socialism like Marx's prophecy. Undoubtedly, we cannot negate that Marx's expectation will be realized as long as the proletariat exist. But the chance is come true merely when working class make a fusion solidarity with his own ideology In conclusion, the transitional process of the existent social system is not determinated by an intention of a specific class. The process, namely, is analyzed on correspondent process of labour and allocation relation to productive force. In other words, the process is examined on the endless solutional process of antagonistic opposition of the subject of social formation as agent of forces which interact on labour and allocation relation in social system. In addition, if we forecast a future type of the existent social system, we must begin by analyzing the mutual antagonistic relation of the subject in social formation. This study is a new theoretical trial that is formulated a framework in relation to the above-mentioned argument. Therefore, I would like to say that this study must be amended, made good and accepted all criticism. Because it is not decided conclusively.

플라즈마 소결 PZT 세라믹스의 유전특성

소결첨가제나 바인더를 넣지않고 만든 무첨가 PZT 분말 성형체를 플라즈마 소결-로 열처리 후의 미세조직의 변화, PbO의 거동 그리고 이에 따른 유전특성을 로소결한 경우와 비교하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 플라즈마 소결-로 열처리로 만든 PZT 시편이 로 소결 시편과 비교하여 입성장이 크게 일어나지 않은 미세조직을 나타내었으며, 또한 균일한 Pb, Zr, Ti 성분분포를 보였다. 유전특성에 있어서는 1kHz에서 20%정도의 유전율의 향상을 얻을 수 있었으며 유전소실 또한 40%정도 낮출 수 있었다. 상기의 결과는 DC 플라즈마 소결법의 특징인 소결초기의 급속가열 효과와 PbO의 증발 억제 효과에 의한 것으로 고려된다. PZT powder compacts without additives and binder were processed by plasma sintering-furnace annealing. Microstructures, PbO behaviour and dielectric properties were investigated, and compared to the specimen obtained by furnace sintering. The specimen prepared by plasma sintering-furnace annealing showed more not only fine microstructures but also homogeneous pb, Zr, Ti composition distribution, and revealed 20% higher dielectric constant as well as 40% lower dielectric loss (measured at 1kHz). Above results might be considered to be caused by rapid heating effects, high temperature sintering effects and preventing effects of PbO evaporation characterized by dc plasma sintering.

The decay rate of sound in large reverberation room depends on air humidity and temperature. This phenomenon is one of the important part to reverberation time of architectural acoustics. In this paper, the measurement of the reverberation time was carried out according to temperature and humidity in order to obtain the effect of atmospheric sound absorption. T_60 = ((const)·V)/(-S ln(1-α-)+4mV) corrected as T_60 = ((const)·V)/(-S ln(1-α-)+4.41mV) at humidity 70~80% T_60 = ((const)·V)/(-S ln(1-α-)+3.20mV) at humidity 80~90%

The purpose of this study is to examine a reform measure of employment unsurance program(EIP) in Korea. Therefore firstly, I suggest supplementary points of question at issue of EIP in Korea, from what I investigated into EIP in America, Germany, and Sweden. Secondary, I bring up future intention of EIP in Korea, on the assumption that EIP in Korea must be divided into unemplotment insurance program (UIP) and active labour market policy(ALMS).

독일의 사회적 시장경제 하에서 경제정책의 위상에 관한 일고

The aim of this study is to examine the phase of economic policy under Social Market Economy in Germang. The analysed results are as follows. Social Market Economy is Germany's economic system which was theorized by A. Mu¨ller-Armack, as is generally known, and is based on the order-liberalism which was formed by W. Eucken, a representative neo-liberalist in Germany. There fore the Germany's economic policy is a making process and measure of economic order to preserve and develop Social Market Economy. We expect that this study gives the authorities concerned suggestions to the function and making process of Korean economic policy.

공단지역 근로자의 근골격계 질환 실태 조사 연구

본 연구에서는 작업관련 근골격계 질환을 예방하기 위한 기초자료를 위하여 사업장에 설치되어 있는 건강관리실이나 물리치료실 방문자를 대상으로 근골격계 관련 신체 부위에 대한 증상을 호소하는 근로자들의 신체부위별 노출수준을 D/B(Data base) 프로그램을 이용하여 파악하고 그에 따른 생활양식을 검토하여 조사된 근골격계 관련 신체부위에 대한 질환 발생가능성이 높은 공정이나 부서에 대해 개선계획을 수립하고 이를 위한 운동프로그램을 적용하는 데 필요한 기초자료를 수집하기 위하여 1년간 근골격계 질환으로 산재인정을 받은 각 지역별 500인 이상의 22개 사업장을 선택하여 실태조사를 실시하였다. 이러한, 500인 이상의 사업장에서 간호사/물리치료사, 보관관리자를 보유하고 있기 때문에 500인 이상의 사업장만 선택하였으며, 3~4개월간의 데이터 수집기간을 가졌다. 분석결과 중 중요한 항목 몇 가지를 정리 하면, 건강관리실이나 물리치료실을 방문하여 증상을 호소하는 근로자들의 전체적인 신체부위별 분포는 허리가 36.2%로 가장 높은 비율을 차지했고, 어깨가 24.2%, 손목이 11.1%, 목이 5.3%, 무릎이 4.2%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다

미토콘드리아 complex III 의 활성에 관한 연구

The maximum activity of complex ⅠⅠⅠ, a mitochondrial electron transfer enzyme, was observed at 38。 C by sonicating mitochondrial suspension(200 ㎍ of protein per ml)treating with 0.01 M KCN solution (twice the suspension volme) for the inhibition of active complex Ⅳ at O。 C to 4。 C. This system was improved as an enzyme source of the complex for the measurements of cytochrome c which is the electron acceptor and ubiquinol-6 or ubiquinol-10 which are electron donor substrates of the complex by UV-VIS spectrophotometer. The assay gave the following results. The Km values of the enzyme were 42.44 ㎛ and 7.02 ㎛ for ubiquinol-6 and ubiquinol-10 when the concentration of cytochrome c was fixed. The Km values were 20.22μM and 38.93μM respectively for cytochrome c when ubiquinol-6 and ubiquinol-10 were fixed.

북한의 경제정책과 운용에 관한 소고

The bankruptcy of the North Korean economy has considerable impact on the condition that South Korea has prepared for unity and reunification. The purpose of this paper is not to assess the economic miscarriage of North Korea but to open wider preparation of a unity and reunification. There are two viewpoints to observe the management method on the North Korean economy. One is to consider it as planning economy, different from free market economy, the other is as a transitional period, from socialism to communism. According to this point of view, we can define the operating system of the North Korean economy as a socialist planning economy. In front of us, however, it leaves a question on the system of N. K. economy when we see the level of productivity of N. K. Therefore the system could be called a precapitalist society rather than socialist planning economy is reasonable. Nevertheless, in reality N. K. is just defining as socialism by itself with declaration to the World. The fundamental recognition of the North Korean economy is based on solidarity and a rational view of social life. And the economic order of N. K. is planning economy, allocation of resources consists of a central-planning administrative order. On considering the relation of property, the crucial means of material production is becoming socialized. Socialization on means of material production is collective ownership, cooperative association management and whole-people ownership, state management. And they have only the validation of labor as creating unique value, the rate of exchange is determined in proportion to the quantity of labor, invested of goods production. So price control is achieved by single-price plan, the keynote of economic policy stand on the basis of keeping pace with the priority of heavy industry, the munitions industry and autarky-consequently there was no profit of international division of labor. This could be made a firm belief that assure a notable difference in economy power between N. K. stems from autarky and S. K. from exports drive policy. Recently N. K. is searching new economic policy and mediating industrial structure. As we have seen, the analysis of North Korean circumstances is not to approach the consolidcition of the division of the Korean peninsula but to unify it. For that reason, if we make an analysis of reunification more concretely, it could be showed as a desirable solution.
