        수종보익제가 면역세포의 조절 및 Apoptosis에 미치는 영향

        The effects of several tonifying prescriptions on the apoptosis of transplanted L1210 cells and the regulation of immune cells in L1210-transplanted mice were studied. Sa-Mul-Tang(SMT), Sa-Kunja-Tang(SKT), Sipjeon-Daebo-Tang(SDT) accelerated the apoptosis of transplanted L1210 cells, and SMT and SKT reduced the mitochondrial transmembrane potential of transplanted L1210 cells. SMT promoted the proliferation of thymocytes and splenocytes in L1210-transplanted mice. Whereas SMT increased CD8+ T_c/T_S cell, Bojung-Ikki-Tang(BIT) decreased CD4+ T_H cell population in the thymocytes of L1210-transplanted mice. SMT and SKT increased the lucigenin chemiluminescence from peritoneal macrophage of L1210-transplanted mice. These results indicate that SMT and SKT have an inductive action of apoptosis of transplanted L1210 cells and peritoneal macrophage activation.

        The Purpose of this thesis is to seek the ideal divison of property in the case of divoce, and the Legal Valuation of wife's household affairs labor. The claim for division of property means that one spouse, when the marriage breaks down, can claim the division of matrimonial properties obtained by cooperation of both spouses. The Division of property System in the case of divorce was first introduced by the article 839-2 of the civil code from Janaury 1,1991. The property division naturally includes the element of liquidation, and also the element of support, but does not include the element of compensation. The most important and delicate problem is how to devide the marital property. It is determined by how much one has contributed to obtain and maintain the marital property. It is very conversial how much we should evaluate the contribution of houewife by her home-making service. And it is possible to exercise the various methods of division used in cases of co-owned property or inherited property.

      • 유전인자의 해석을 위한 하부구조의 물리적 상호작용 연구

        유전인자의 해석을 위한 하부구조의 온도변화에 의한 Base pairing transition의 분자구조적 상호작용을 규명하기 위해 RNA 계통의 Polyinosinic-Polycytidylic, Polyguanylic-Polycytidylic, Polyadenylic-Polyuridylic을 이용하였다. 주요연구는 Superconductor에 의한 Ultra-high resolution NMR을 이용하였고, Data는 Computer의 처리에 의해 분석되었다. NMR 분석결과는 UV 스펙트럼에 의한 melting point 결정방법과 비교하여 이론치와 잘 일치됨을 얻었다. In order to interpret the physical interaction of hyper-fine structure for the molecular analysis of gene, the transition of binding structure based on a temperature dependence is applied to the polyribonucleotides which is prepared by polyadenylic-polyuridylic, polyinosinic-polycytidylic, polyguanulic-polycytidylic, respectively. Ultra-high-resolution proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectra at 400MHz which is generated by superconductor have been used to investigate the properties of base-pairing transition. And also UV spectra contributed to the melting point in RNA are compared with the dynamic properties in NMR singnals, which is fitted by the computed spectra showing that there is no need for any additional phyical mechanism to explain NMR positions.

      • 小柴胡湯이 마우스 免疫細胞의 Free Radical 生成 및 機能에 미치는 影響

        Soshiho-tang is one of the well-known oriental medicines for a long time. It is used for the treatment of such diseases as infectious diseases, hepatic diseases and gastroenteritis and so on. In this study, the author tried to evaluate the effects of Soshiho-tang on the immune system of the mouse. For the effects of Soshiho-tang on the innate immune system, the author measured the classⅡ major histocompatibility complex(MHC) antigen expression, reactive nitrogen and oxygen intermediates productions and phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages. For the effects of Soshiho-tang on the T lymphocytes, the author measured the subsets of T lymphocytes after administration of the drug. The results obtained in this study are as follows : 1. The administration of Soshiho-tang increased the expression of classⅡ MHC antigen in the peritonea macrophages. 2. In vitro exposure of peritoneal macrophages to the Soshiho-tang increased the expression of classⅡ MHC antigen in the peritoneal macrophages. 3. Soshiho-tang triggered the secretion of nitric oxide from murine peritoneal macrophages. 4. The administration of Soshiho-tang decreased the productions of superoxide and hydrogen peroxide from the peritoneal macrophages in the dose dependent fashion. 5. In vitro exposure of peritoneal macrophages to Soshiho-tang decreased the production of superoxide and hydrogen peroxide in the dose dependent fashion. 6. The administration of Soshiho-tang increased the phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages. 7. In vitro exposure of peritoneal macrophages to Soshiho-tang increased the phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophages. 8. The administration of Soshiho-tang did not affect the T cell subsets in the sequestrating peripheral lymph nodes. The above results suggest that Soshiho-tang could increase the functions of phagocytes without affecting the T cell subsets, and decrease the tissue damaging effect mediated by reactive oxygen intermediates.

      • NW6005를 이용한 발신자 번호 추적 장치 개발

        NW6005의 칩을 이용하여 발신자 번호 데이터를 추적하는데 성공하였고 그 뿐만 아니라 두 개 이상의 전화에서 발신자 번호 데이터를 수신하더라도 데이터가 깨지지 않고 제대로 수신하는 알고리즘을 구상하였고 그에 대한 실험은 성공적이었으며 또한 전화 통신중의 오류에 대한 문제도 해결하였다. 최종적으로 4개의 전화선에서 하나 또는 동시에 발신자 번호를 추적하여 시리얼 통신으로 데이터를 전송시키는 장비를 개발하였다.

      • 벼잎선충, Aphelenchoides besseyi, 의 월동 및 전파에 관한 연구

        벼잎선충의 월동생태와 전파 및 기주식물에서의 이동상황을 파악코자 저장조건별 월동여부와 관수 접종실험, 선충기생종자를 재배하면서 도체사의 분포를 조사한 결과 1. 벼잎선충은 포장 조건하에서는 월동이 거의 불가능하며, 창고에 보관된 벼나 왕겨에서 월동하여 전파원이 된다. 2. 변온(4℃와 -13℃)조건에서는 30일 이내에 100% 죽었으나, 실온조건(10~25℃)에서는 1년 6개월 후까지도 25%가 생존하였다. 3. 선충은 벼가 발아직후에 침입하며, 벼가 성장함에 따라 점차 상부의 葉??로 이동한다. 4. 벼잎선충은 묘판기 및 본답 초기에 관수에 의한 전파가 가능하다. 5. 분얼기에는 최상위 잎의 엽초에 대부분의 선충이 모이고, 유수형성기에는 아직 전개되지 않은 잎의 안쪽에 가장 많이 분포하였으며 수잉기 이후에는 거의 모든 선충이 벼껍질 안쪽에 기생하였다. Overwintering, dissemination, and movement on rice plant of white-tip nematode were analyzed by simulating overwintering environments and propagating agents and by tracing anatomically the nematodes with host. Although the nematoeds could not overwinter in natural field conditions, they could do in rice or rice hull stored in granary. All nematodes did not survive in a fluctuating temperature condition(4℃ and -13℃) but 25% of the population could survive at a room temperature(10 to 25℃) for up to 1.5 years. The nematodes began to penetrate into rice just after germination and moved gradually up to the leaf sheath. Irrigation at nursery or early paddy, also, allowed the nematodes to invade the rice plant. Most of the nematodes at tillering stage gathered at the uppermost leaf sheath. They distributed within the unfolded leaves at panicle initiation stage, but moved to inner phase of the rice coat at booting stage.

        We experienced a 25 year-old male patient with typhoid fever complicated with massive hemoptysis. Pulmonary complication in typhoid fever is very rare and to our knowledge, there has been no report of hemoptysis as a main cause of death with this disease. We herein report a rare case of typhoid fever.
