      • Rat의 복강내에 투여한 5-fluorouracil-polyglycolic acid 제형이 장기에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        For more effective intraperitoneal chemotherapy, the authers made 5-fluorouracil-polyglycolic acid composite disks(FU-PGA disks) with 5-fluorouracil and polyglycolic acid, a biodegradable polymer. We inserted the FU-PGA disk into the peritoneal cavites of Sprague-Dawley male rats, the control and three experimental groups; one FU-PGA disk insert group(300mg/kg), two FU-PGA disk insert group(600mg/kg), and three FU-PGA disk insert group(900mg/kg). The control group received a similar number of PGA disk inserts. A pharmacokinetic study was performed to measure the 5-fluorouracil concentration in the peritoneal fluid, blood, and tissues(liver, kidney and heart) at 24 hours, 72hours and 168 hours after insertion of the FU-PGA disk. Light and electron microscopic studies were done. The results were as follows: 1) The number of white blood cells and platelets decreased after FU-PGA insertion. The degree was proportional to the duration and amounts inserted. The change in the number of red blood cells varied slightly. 2) Light microscopically, slight changes were noted at 168 hours in the 3 disk insert group (900mg/kg). Mild fatty change and hepatocyte degeneration around the central veins of the liver were noted, with vacuolar degeneration in the proximal convoluted tubules of the kidney. 3) Electron microscopically,the liver showed focal increases of lipid droplets in the hepatocytes, and irregular nuclear membrane with focal nucleolar segregation of the fibrillar and granular elements. Also the double membranous structure of the hepatocytes and Kupffer cells was widened with bleb formation. The kidney showed wide separation of the nuclear double membrane in the proximal convoluted tubular cells and mesangial cells, with vacuolation and myelin figure formation in the mitochondria of the proximal convoluted tubular cells, at 72 hours and 168 hours in the 2 to 3 FU-PGA insert groups. The heart showed focal loss of cristae,vacuolation and myelin figure formation in the mitochondria of the 2 to 3 FU-PGA insert groups. In conclusion, despite the large amont of FU-PGA inserted, the histopathological changes in the liver, kidney and heart were slight, and consonant with the very low amount of 5-fluorouracil concentrations detected in the liver, kidney and heart. The above results suggest that the FU-PGA composite can serve as a new device for releasing drugs in a controlled manner and easily targeted to intraperitoneal organs. This device can improve the efficacy of intraperitoneal chemotherapy for gastric cancer.

        To evaluate the in-vivo effects of mitomycin-C-polyglycolic acid composite(MMC-PGA) the disk: shaped composite were implanted into the peritoneal cavity of the Sprague-Dawley rats. The pathologic changes were examined at various time points up to 12 weeks. Initially the soft tissue around the inserted disks showed capillary congestion at 3 days. Inflammatory infiltrates with foreign body giant cells appeared from the 2nd week and reached peak response at 6-8 weeks. These reaction diminished prominently at 12 weeks. No specific pathologic change was found in the liver, the kidneys, and the heart. The above results suggest that the MMC-PGA composite can serve as a new device for intraperitoneal chemotherapy of various types of cancers.

      • 동전해정제시 음극분극전위에 미치는 첨가제의 영향에 관한 연구

        전해첨가제를 동전해액(황산동-황산)에 각각 단독으로 또는 복합적으로 첨가하여 음극분극전위를 측정함으로써 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 첨가량이 많아짐에 따라 아교와 글리신은 음극분극전위를 현저히 높이며, 아비톤-A는 약간 증가시키고, 티오요소는 소량 첨가할 경우 감소시키나 첨가량이 많아지면 상당히 상승시킨다. 그리고 Cl?은 음극분극전위에 영향을 거의 미치지 않는다. 2) 아교를 주 첨가제로하고 티오요소 및 아비톤-A를 첨가했을 때 티오요소와 아비톤-A는 분극전위에 거의 영향을 미치지 못하고 주로 아교가 영향을 미친다. 3) 아교 5mg/l, 티오요소 3mg/1, Cl? 20mg/l를 가한 전해액을 이용한 일반적인 전해정제로 2.5A/dm²의 고전류밀도에서 평활하고 치밀한 전착면을 얻을 수 있었으며, 불순물의 제거가 가능하고 부동태현상이 발생 하지 않았다. Cathodic polarization potentials during the ectrorefining of copper have been measured under various conditions of addition agents in the copper electrolyte (CuSO₄-H₂SO₄). The results obtained are as follows. 1) The cathode polarization potential is affected by the kind of addition agents and the amount of addition to the electrolyte. Glue and glycine show remarkable increasing effects on the polarization potential, Aviton-A has a little effect. However, thiourea causes the polarization potential to increase considerably at high concentration, but showing a decreasing effect at low concentration. Chlorine has little effect on the polarization potential. 2) In the case of using the electrolyte containing glue with Aviton-A and glue with thiourea as additives, thiourea and Aviton-A have little effect on the polarization potential, while glue shows remarkable effect. 3) The electrorefining was carried out successfully using the electrolyte added glue 5mg/l, thiourea 3mg/l, and chlorine 20,g/l, with the current thiourea 3mg/l, and chlorine 20mg/l, with the current density of 2.5A/dm² for 68hrs at the pilot plant. The surface of deposit copper was smooth and its thickness was uniform, showing the purity of 99.99( copper.

      • 스파이럴형 박막 공심 인덕터의 제조와 특성

        마이크로 자기소자중 가장 간단한 형태인 스파이럴형 박막 공심 인덕터의 제작 및 특성 평가에 관해 연구하였다. 간단한 습식 식각공정으로 두께 12μm, 폭 수십 μm 정도의 코일 패턴을 제작할 수 있었으며, 양호한 미세 패턴을 얻었고, 마이크로 스트립 선로로 제작한 측정 zig로 비교적 정확한 특성을 측정할 수 있었다. 또한, 크기가 10×10mm, 선폭 300μm, 선 간격 70μm, 턴수 12인 스파이럴 코일형 공심 인덕터의 공진 주파수는 300MHz였고, 성능지수는 4 이었다. Recently the development of electronic machine industries have been miniature of size as well as increasement of driving frequency in electronic parts. In this study, we fabricated thin film inductors by using thin films manufacturing techniques such as photolithograghy and wet etching process, and the properties of these devices are measured at high frequency range of 1 MHz∼1 GHz. The accurate measuring technique by using network analyzer system having microstrip line was established. The inductors are fabricated with several ten micrometers by means of wet etching process known as easier and more economic than dry etching process. The properties of spiral-type thin film air core inductors with Wc = 300μm, dc = 70μm, number of turns = 10. and t_{cu} = 12μm were found to have Q of 4. L of 50nH at 300MHz and f_{R} of 300MHz.

        The energy gap in ZnSe sing1e crystal epilayer have been studied by measuring Transverse Acoustoelectric Voltage(TAV). The energy gap of ZnSe was 2.6eV at room temperature. Trap levels were calculated by Heating rate, Peak shape and Initial rise methods respectively. Also we can calculated cross section of ZnSe.

        Mn-Zn 페라이트 입계에 높은 전기 저항층을 형성해 전기 전도에 의한 손실을 감소시키는 것으로 알려진 CaO와 SiO_2를 복합적으로 첨가하여 미세구조와 물성에 대해 고찰하였다 SiO_2의 첨가량이 증가함에 따라 밀도는 증가하였으나, 과잉으로 첨가된 시편은 과대 입성장으로 인해 결정립 내부에 고립 기공을 형성시켜 밀도는 감소하였다. SiO_2의 첨가량에 따라 전기 비저항은 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. 초기 투자율과 손실은 SiO_2를 200ppm 첨가하였을 때 가장 우수한 값을 나타내었다 The current experiment has quantitatively investigated the effect of the CaO+SiO₂on the microstructures and properties of Mn-Zn ferrites. The density was increased initially with SiO₂content. But increasing of SiO₂lowered the density and the electrical resistivity due to the developing the abnormal grain growth included numerous pores in it. The initial permeability and power loss showed the excellent values at 200ppm of SiO₂content.

        만화 과제를 이용한 정신분열병 환자의 사회인지 능력의 측정

        Objectives : This study is to investigate the hypothesis that schizophrenic patients have difficulty in inferring mental state of others. Methods : Twenty schizophrenic patients and twenty normal subjects were administered to the Cartoon Task required inferring the character's intention in a given context. Results : The schizophrenic patients showed a statistically significant impairment in the Cartoon Task. Both groups chose the card depicting a frequent everyday action significantly more rather than the similar card to the last picture in each story for wrong answers. Conclusion : These preliminary results suggest that schizophrenia is associated with a specific deficit of the cognitive ability referred to as social cognition, and this deficit can be detected not only in the acute phase as found in previous research studies, but also in remission. Also when subjects fail to appreciate what is going on in the minds of other people, they seem to rely on a socially familiar experience.

        치과 급속 교정용 초내식성 스테인리스강 가공재의 특성

        When stainless steels are used in the human body, the nickel ion released from the alloys over a short or long term can cause such adverse effects as allergies, dermatitis, asthma. Although the higher the corrosion resistance of stainless steels and the lower the nickel content, the better it is for the human body, since nickel has an essential role in the stabilization of the austenitic phase and the corrosion resistance of stainless steels, it is difficult to remove nickel completely. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to investigate corrosion resistance, cytotoxicity and mechanical properties of super stainless steels, and upon this basis, to evaluate their potential for orthodontic applications. Super austenitic stainless steels had higher content of nickel(17~20 wt%) than super duplex stainless steels (7~10 wt%) or super ferritic stainless steels (lower than 3 wt%). Super austenitic and duplex stainless steels had nitrogen content of above 0.2 w%. These steels had high Mo or W contents of which synergistic effect together with N increases localized corrosion resistance. In terms of hardness, super stainless steels exhibited higher value than 316L S. S. and two times higher than cp Ti(grade II). Austenitic and duplex stainless steels exhibited better mechanical properties. Super stainless steels exhibited low passive current density (3~4 μA/㎠) and similar potentiodynamic polarization behaviors among themselves. Thus, these steels are considered to have high corrosion resistance in the human body-simulated solution. Pitting corrosion occurred in 316L S. S.. A3 containing the highest nickel content, as well as SAF2507 exhibited none cytotoxicity, and the others, slightly. This indicates that the cytotoxicity has no direct relation with nickel content itself in these alloys. Super stainless steels with both high corrosion resistance and good biocompatibility are expected to be used for orthodontic applications by virtue of the passive film attribute enhanced by synergistic effect of Mo+N or by high addition effect of Cr+W.

      • 수산을 사용한 크롬도금의 전류효율과 도금층 경도

        Cathodic current efficiency for chromium depoxition by using oxalic acid bath was studied over a wide range of bath composition and plating condition, and the effect of that on the hardness of the deposit was examined. The result obtained from this experiment summarized as follow : High current efficiency was estimated to be 200∼250g/ℓ CrO₃, 500g/ℓ H₂C₂O₄·2H₂O, 80g/ℓ(NH₄)₂SO₄ at pH 1.6, bath tem-perature 50∼80?C and current density of 50 A/dm². The highest current efficiency was obtained in bath containing 450g/? of oxalic acid over all range of(NH₄)₂SO₄ conventration. The current efficiency increased with increasing bath temperature and decreasing current density. The highest current efficiency was obtained over all range of current density at pH 1,2. Bright chromium deposits were obtained all over range of bath temperature and current density. The hardness of chromium deposit was almost comstant irrespective of bath composition and plating condition. It was imcreased slightly with increasing bath temperature, dereasing pH and current density.

      • 글라스 절연막이 Fe-계 비정질 합금의 자기적 특성에 미치는 영향

        비정질 합금을 자심재료로서 응용하기 위해서는 토로이달 코어나 적층판으로 제조하여야 하며, 이와 같은 형태로 제조하기 위해서는 가능한한 점적율을 높히기 위해 최대한의 장력을 인가하여야 하므로, 비정질 합금간의 점착도가 증가하여 층간 저항의 감소로 인하여 손실이 증가하게 돤다. 따라서 이러한 손실을 억제하기 위해서는 절연 코팅을 해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 금속 알콕사이드계 글라스를 제조하여 적정 코팅 조건을 설정하고, 졸-겔법으로 ?? 비정질 합금 표면에 코팅하여 코팅 두께에 따른 자기특성의 변화를 측정한 결과, 코팅 두께 0.8㎛에서 표면전기저항이 우수하였으며, 비정질 리본의 포화자속밀도, 보자력, 철손 등의 자기 특성에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. The development of an insulated coating which can be used for amorphous alloys is extremely important from the practical point of view. This importance may be enhanced by the influence of the coating on the magnetic properties. This study was subjected to the development of glass insulating films. The films were synthesized by sol-gel processes from metal alkoxides. The glass insulating film was stable and uniform of thickness and the surface insulation resistivity of insulating coated amorphous ?? alloy with 0.8㎛ thickness was 3.3Ω㎠/surface. The magnetic properties of amorphous ?? alloy were not influenced by the glass insulating coated films.
