      • 지면의 포장 및 식물 피복상태가 대기온도에 미치는 영향

        지면의 피복재료에 따른 온도의 시간별 변이와 수직 온도 분포를 보기 위하여 여름철인 6월 중순, 8월 초순, 9월 하순 세 차례에 걸쳐 측정한 결과 피복재료에 따라 시간대에 따라 다소의 차이는 있지만 상당한 온도의 차이가 있는 것으로 조사되었는데, 이는 피복 재료의 비열, 열 전도도, 표면의 색, 피복물의 질감 등의 차이에 의한 것으로 생각된다. 피복 재료별 온도의 차이는 지면에서 멀어질수록 작게 나타나기는 하지만 지표면에서는 한 낮의 경우 상당한 차이를 보였는데, 높은 곳에서 온도의 차이가 작은 것은 풍속의 증가과 열전도나 재 방사에 의한 가열 능력의 감소, 환류에 의한 기류이동에 기인하는 것으로 보여진다. 오전 10시부터 오후 6시 사이의 온도의 수직 분포를 보면 모든 재료에서 지표부분이 가장 높고 지표면에서 멀어 질수록 낮아지는 경향으로 8월이 6월이나 9월보다 수직온도 기울기가 크게 나타났으며, 재료별로 볼때 아스팔트>적벽돌≥나지 잔디의 순으로 나타났다. 세 차례 측정일 중 가장 더운 8월의 조사에서 하루 중 가장 기온이 높은 오후 2시경의 피복 재료별 지표면의 온도가 아스팔트 47.0℃, 적별돌 43.6℃, 나지가 43.4℃인 데 비해 잔디는 41.0℃로 가장 낮았으며 수직기울기 또한 가장 작게 나타나 조사 재료 중 가장 바람직한 지표면 상태인 것으로 생각된다. 야간 온도의 수직분포에서 자연 상태인 나지나 잔디의 온도가 주간과 반대의 기울기를 나타내며 지상부 보다 낮은 온도분포를 보이고, 아스팔트 등 인공재료보다 낮은 온도 분포를 보여 도시 내에 인공 구조물로 점유되지 않은 공지가 많을수록, 특히 식물 재료로 포장된 면적이 넓을 수록 열대야 현상을 완화시킬 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. This paper shows the diurnal variations in temperature and vertical air timperature changes as affected by surface materials. Temperature observations were done for three times in summer season, in mid-June,early in August and late September. On the diurnal temperature variations in different surface materials, temperature observed of turfgrass was lowered at daytime and cooled slowly at night compare to the asphalt and red brick. Differences in Temperature caused by surface materials were much less with distance from the surface materials. However, that in midday was greater significantly. The results above was due to a decline in effective heating by reradiation and conduction as well as increased air turbulence. The vertical temperature gradient(VTG) at early in August was greater than that of mid-June and late September, and VTG in August was order of asphalt>red brick≥bare land>turfgrass. Timperature extreme on surface of asphalt, red brick,bare land and turfgrass was 47.0℃, 43.6℃, 43.4℃ and 41.0℃, respectively. Several of these finding reconfirmed that turfgrass was the most desirable surface material for a alleviation effect of temperature increment in ground.

      • 住宅團地의 外部空間利用行態에 關한 硏究

        This paper made a survey and an analysis of, a) the demand of residents upon the mode of out-door space formation, b) the relation between communication behaviour and out-door space, c) the correlation between an offer of opportunity for establishing friendship and the use of out-door space, on two housing complex. The results are as follows: a) out-door space in housing complex does not give friendly feeling to the residents, b) it needs more space and facilities, c) the danger of space limits various utilization of it, d) the mode of space formation is not accommodated to private demands, e) the formation of friendship is difficult because of residents propensity to move, f) communal soildarity is weak because of the lack of chance for establishing friendship. For a remedy for these problems, I suggested, a) the way to reconsider the utilization of public space, b) the way to secure and offer private out-door space, c) the way to manage space effectively and to offer an artificial opportunity.

      • HBR과 결합된 간헐폭기공정에 의한 도시하수의 영양소제거 특성

        In this study, the characteristics of organics and nutrient removal from municipal wastewater with various operation conditions using modified intermittent aeration combined with HBR process was investigated. This system was operated with HRT of 10hr at COD/N 1.96, COD/P 75.3, sludge recycle of 50% to 100% and 18℃ to 25℃. It has been the best operating condition to control, Oxic/Anoxic time ratio setting rate has been set 40min/20min and 100% of sludge recycle, under the conditions such as 2hr HRT at the anoxic reactor, 6hr HRT at the aeration tank. In that conditions, the removal efficiency of BOD, COD, T-N and T-P were 97.5%, 91.7%, 75% and 76.2%, respectively. The SNR(Specific Nitrification Rate) was 3.213mgNH4-N/gMv/hr and the SDNR(Specific Dinitrification Rate) was 4.5mg NO3-N/gMv/hr. T-P removal efficiency is due to biological phosphorus removal and formation of chemical precipitates by pellet. The performance of wasted sludge dewatering in this process is better than wasted activated sludge.

So, It is important to grasp structural characteristics of housing in urban environment for housing development. The autor tries to analysis 40 cities in Korea and facfor analysis is used as a tool. The results of facfor analysis shows the structural characteristics and its disparity, its priority of development for housing environment.

      • 배합표에 의한 혼화재를 사용한 콘크리트의 압축강도 추정 : 경기북부지역 레미콘을 대상으로 Ready-Mixed Concrete In the North District of Gyeonggi

        Nowadays we substitutes fly-ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag for cement as an admixture more and more due to the reduction of hydration heat, a unite cost reduction, and strength enhancement in the ready-mixed concrete plant. However, concrete replaced with fly-ash or ground granulated blast furnace slag reduces the early strength and increases the long time strength compare with the concrete only used ordinary Portland cement. Furthermore this actual state doesn't be considered in the ready mixed concrete factory. The data considered in this study constitutes 110 kind of mix designs, 11459 of compressive strength data, specified compressive strength of concrete from 210 to 350 kgf/cm², and slump from 8 to 18 cm produced in the ready mixed concrete plant in the north district of Gyeonggi, especially in Yangju and Paju. Therefore this study contributes to predict compressive strength based on the mix design and quality test results in the laboratory through multiple linear regression analysis of stepwise method in order to control quality of concrete containing admixture properly.

      • 반건식-백필터에 의한 소각배가스 중의 HCI, SOx 제거 (Ⅱ)

        A combination of process modification and various additives to a lime-based spray-dryer/fabric-filter system was evaluated for its value in promoting sorbent utilization and simultaneous removal of HC1 and SO₂ from waste incineration flue gas. The variety of operating conditions were tested to evaluate important factors such as spray drying reactor(SDR) outlet temperature, retention time, molar equivalence ratio( MER ), fabric filter velocity, etc. For the sorbent activity enhancement, additives such as KmnO₄, NaOH, NaHCO₃, CaCl₂, a mixture of NaOH and CaCl₂ were added to Ca(OH)₂ at optimum operating condition. The mixture of NaOH and CaCl₂ ( 2 : 1 by weight ) was found to be the best economic additive. When that additive, 10% of Ca(OH)₂ by weight, was added, under the condition of Ca(OH)₂ of MER 1.0, HCl/SO₂ removal efficiencies at fabric filter were 98.3% and 97.1%, respectively.

        구강편평세포암종의 유세포분석적 DNA측정을 위한 이중 매개변수법의 적용

        A series of 31 patients with primary oral squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) who were treated at Chonbuk National university Hospital during the years 1991-1995,were evaluated by dual parameter analysis in flow cytometric DNA measurement,Bryne's malignancy grading system,and the TNM classification.The aims of the present study were to discover that previously undetected aneuploid clones could be detected by dual parameter analysis and to determine the prognostic value of the above parameters. 1.Using dual parameter analysis of cytokenratin and DNA on disintegrated paraffin-embedded samples,aneuploid clones which were undetected by regular single parameter DNA analysis could be found among the cytokenratin-selected cells. DNA aneuploidy from parafin-embedded samples were 15 cases compared with 10 cases using conventional DNA analysis. 2.The portion of aneuploid tumors showed slightly higher clinical stage tumor size than the portion of diploid tumors, but the difference was not significant.The portion of DNA aneuploid tumors showed significantly higher mean mitosis and total malignancy scores than the portion of DNA diploid tumors. 3.The majority of the patients presented with clinical stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ lesions showed showed significantly higher mean total malignancy scores as compared to those with clinical stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ. 4.Histopatholgic mean total malignancy score of the 31 cases was 12.7.Among the histologic parameters,mean mitosis score was correlated to the status of DNA ploidy and total malignancy score were correlated to the DNA ploidy and clinical staging.

        스테로이드를 투여 받는 환자에서 발생한 Nocardia farcinica 뇌 종양 1예

        Nocardiosis occurs mostly in the immunocompromised patients. N. farcinica is known to have resistance to some antibiotics and significant increase in morbidity and mortality in patients requiring long-term treatment. Nocardia farcinica infection, especially brain abscess, has not been reported in Korea. Here, we report a case of N. farcinica brain abscess in a patient receiving steroid treatment. The patient was a 64 year-old male with gouty arthritis, He received steroid for more than two months, because of allopurinol-hypersensitivity syndrome with skin rash. After three months of steroid therapy, he visited other hospital with mild fever and left thigh pain and was diagnosed of intramuscular abscess due to gram positive bacilli. One month later, he visited our hospital with right side weakness and was diagnosed as brain abscess. The causative organism turned out to be N. farcinica, which was confirmed by means of 16S rRNA sequencing. Antibiotics were selected by E-test results and treatment was successful.

        The wide area of kwangyang Bay will be, in the 2000s, developed into a met­roploise with the main functions such as those of manufacturing industry, shipp­ing industry and harbor works, tourist and service industry. Such a development of the said area but to the development of national economy through attempting a balanced development of our country and solving the social disadvantages caused by centralization and accumulation. With this development of the area of kwanghang Bay, Sunchon-city not only as a center of culture, education and distribution but also as a comprehensive resea-rch complex of agriculture and industry should carry out a head function in the wide area of kwnagyang Bay. It should also establish Yeochon-city as stronghold of tourism and marine transportation and make the city at the rear of kwangyang Bay carry out the synthesized function as both a port and industrial city. Yeochon city should be developed into a residential area in the back of Yeo-chon Industry Complex : the city in the back of Yulchon should be developed in to the city with the function of a garden city. In addition, with the view of meeting the great increase in tourism demand, recreation facilities should be provided, and a closer connection with the sight-seeing areas of Jiri Mountain and Hanryosudo should be also built up. For the rational distribution and the full use of all functions of the wide area of kwangyang Bay, the expansion of social indirect capital such as the de-velopment of road, harbor, airport should be given the precedence.
