      • A Multi-center Survey of HPV Knowledge and Attitudes Toward HPV Vaccination among Women, Government Officials, and Medical Personnel in China

        Objectives: To assess knowledge of HPV and attitudes towards HPV vaccination among the general female population, government officials, and healthcare providers in China to assist the development of an effective national HPV vaccination program. Methods: A cross-sectional epidemiologic survey was conducted across 21 urban and rural sites in China using a short questionnaire. 763 government officials, 760 healthcare providers, and 11,681 women aged 15-59 years were included in the final analysis. Data were analyzed using standard descriptive statistics and logistic regression. Results: Knowledge of HPV among the general female population was low; only 24% had heard of HPV. Less than 20% of healthcare providers recognized sexually na$\ddot{i}$ve women as the most appropriate population for HPV vaccination. There was high acceptance of the HPV vaccine for all categories of respondents. Only 6% of women were willing to pay more than US $300 for the vaccine. Conclusions: Aggressive education is necessary to increase knowledge of HPV and its vaccine. Further proof of vaccine safety and efficacy and government subsidies combined with increased awareness could facilitate development and implementation of HPV vaccination in China.

      • Research on Interaction Design of Operation Interface of Large and Medium-Scaled Corn Harvester in China

        Objective: By investigating corn harvesters in 10 representative agricultural machinery enterprises in China, the author has found that the human-computer interaction modes of Chinese corn harvesters need more improvement. Using the principle of human-computer interaction to analyze the human-computer interaction design of the future Chinese corn harvester, the author hopes to contribute some inspirations to the design of human-computer interaction of other agricultural machinery products in China. Background: China"s agricultural machinery intelligence is developing and requires human-computer interaction design research to promote development. Method: Using the methodology of in-depth investigations, the comparison method and Induction. Results: The human-computer interaction principle is needed to analyze the human-computer interaction mode of the future Chinese corn harvester. Conclusion: Human-computer interaction methods such as touch-screen control, voice-control, gesture-recognition and augmented-reality have not fully been applied to Chinese corn harvesters, but the above-mentioned technologies and interactions in other fields such as automotive design would be applied in the corn harvesters so as to make them more intelligent. Application: It can give inspiration to the design of human-computer interaction of other agricultural machinery products in China.

        Quantitative evaluation of through-thickness rectangular notch in metal plates based on lamb waves

        Lamb wave technology is a promising technology in the field of structural health monitoring and can be applied in the detection and monitoring of defects in plate structures. Based on the reconstruction algorithm for the probabilistic inspection of damage (RAPID), a Lamb-based detection and evaluation method of through-thickness rectangular notches in metal plates was proposed in this study. The influences of through-thickness rectangular notch length and the angle between sensing path and notch length direction on signals were further explored through simulations and experiments. Then a damage index calculation method which focuses on both phase and amplitude difference between detected signals and baseline signals was proposed. Based on the damage index difference between two vertically crossed sensing paths which pass through the notch in a sensor network, the notch direction identification method was proposed. In addition, the notch length was determined based on the damage index distribution along sensing paths. The experimental results showed that the image reconstructed with the proposed method could reflect the information for the evaluation of notches.

        Leader-following Adaptive Guaranteed-performance Consensus Control for Multi-agent Systems With Exogenous Disturbance

        In this paper, the problem of leader-following distributed guaranteed-performance consensus for multiagent systems (MASs) subject to exogenous disturbances is investigated. First, a disturbance observer is designedfor each follower, which can be used to efficiently estimate the external disturbances. Next, an adaptive distributedstate feedback consensus protocol with guaranteed performance constraints is proposed based on the above proposed observer. Most of the existing literature on guaranteed performance does not consider unknown disturbances. Unlike existing schemes, consensus control with fully distributed guaranteed-performance is accomplished usingthis protocol, which solves the consensus control problem of exogenous disturbances. The consensus criterion ofadaptive guaranteed-performance is given by using Riccati inequality, and the adjustment method of consensuscontrol gain is given by using linear matrix inequality for leader-following situation. At last, the derived analyticalresults are validated by presenting a simulation example.

      • 중국의 상업은행산업에서 지각된 불확실성이 서비스만족에 미치는 영향 : 서비스품질 및 관계품질을 중심으로

        경제가 급속히 성장하고 있는 중국은 미국의 금융위기로 인한 수출 감소로 중국 국내 경제가 불확실한 상태에 빠진 가운데, 2009년 초 국유독자상업은행의 주식제 개혁완료에 따라 은행계에서 큰 변화가 일어나고 있다. 본 연구는 중국 상업은행의 지각된 서비스품질이 지각된 불확실성과 고객만족, 관계품질 및 애호도 간의 관계를 확인하여, 외국계 시중은행들의 중국시장진출을 위한 전략수립에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구 및 실증분석을 통해 각 요인들 간의 관계를 규명하여 얻은 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지각된 불확실성은 지각된 서비스품질과 고객만족 및 관계품질 간의 관계에서 중요한 매개역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지각된 서비스품질은 고객만 족에 직접적이고 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 고객만족은 지각된 서비스품질과 관계품질 간의 관계에서 중요한 매개역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 불확실성은 고객만족 및 관계품질에 직접적이고 유의한 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 고객만족은 지각된 불확실성과 관계품질 간의 관계에서 중요한 매개역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 애호도는 태도적 애호도와 행동적 애호도 두 차원으로 나눠서 측정하고 관계품질은 태도적 애호도와 행동적 애호도에 직접적이고 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to examine how perceived service quality influences perceived uncertainty, customer satisfaction, relation quality and loyalty, and in turn, provides insight for Korean banks when they penetrate into the Chinese marketplace. The findings are as followed. First, Perceived uncertainty has an important mediating role in the relation between perceived service quality and customer satisfaction. Second, perceived service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has an important mediating role in the relationship between perceived service quality and relationship quality. Third, perceived uncertainty has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, but is significantly negative. Customer satisfaction has an important mediating role in the relationship between perceived uncertainty and relationship quality. Fourth, relationship quality has a direct effect on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty.

        交互主观性视角下韩汉第一、二人称指示语的非常规用法

        The theory of intersubjectivity has a strong explanatory power, which can be used to reinterpret and understand some linguistic phenomena, usages and rules in Korean and Chinese, especially some so-called marked usages. From the perspective of intersubjectivity, this paper focuses on the unconventional usage of first-person and second-person deixis in Korean and Chinese, including two aspects: the anti-pre-emptive usage between personal deictic pronouns and nominal components such as address terms, and the usage of pronoun dislocation between the deictic pronouns. The marked referential form has strong context dependence, which is not accidental, but the embodiment of the speaker's communication strategies. We believe that intersubjectivity is the fundamental reason for the emergence or existence of this phenomenon. The unconventional usage of first-person and second-person deixis in Korean and Chinese has the discourse functions of “indirect pragmatic projection”, “stance marking function”, “alliance relationship construction”, “identity status representation”, “optimal relevance establishment”, “dynamic regulation of pragmatic distance”, “pragmatic ambivalence”, “communication viewpoint stance”. These discourse functions are the concrete manifestations of intersubjectivity. It can be said that the unconventional usage of the first-person and second-person deixis in Korean and Chinese is an expression with strong intersubjectivity. 交互主观性理论具有较强的解释力,可以用来重新诠释和理解韩汉语中的一些语言现象、用法和规则,特别是一些通常所谓的有标记用法。本文从交互主观性视角切入,重点探讨了韩汉语第一二人称指示语的非常规用法,包括两个方面的内容:人称指示代词与称谓语等名词性成分之间的反先用用法,以及指示代词之间的指代错位用法。非常规的的指称形式具有较强的语境依赖性,该现象的出现不是偶然的,而是话者交际策略的体现,常规指称形式与非常规指称形式在功能上互补,相辅相成。我们认为,交互主观性是该现象产生或存在的根本原因,韩汉语第一二人称指示语的非常规用法所具有的“间接语用投射”、“立场标记功能”、“同盟关系构建”、“身份地位表征”、“最佳关联建立”、“语用距离动态调控”、“语用模糊”、“交际视点站位”等语用功能都是交互主观性的具体体现。可以说,韩汉语第一二人称指示语非常规用法的表现形式是具有较强交互主观性的表达。

      • 8q24 rs4242382 Polymorphism is a Risk Factor for Prostate Cancer among Multi-Ethnic Populations: Evidence from Clinical Detection in China and a Meta-analysis

        Background: Evidence supporting an association between the 8q24 rs4242382-A polymorphism and prostate cancer (PCa) risk has been reported in North American and Europe populations, though data from Asian populations remain limited. We therefore investigated this association by clinical detection in China, and meta-analysis in Asian, Caucasian and African-American populations. Materials and Methods: Blood samples and clinical information were collected from ethnically Chinese men from Northern China with histologically-confirmed PCa (n=335) and from age-matched normal controls (n=347). The 8q24 (rs4242382) gene polymorphism was genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-high-resolution melting analysis. We initially analyzed the associations between the risk allele and PCa and clinical covariates. A meta-analysis was then performed using genotyping data from a total of 1,793 PCa cases and 1,864 controls from our study and previously published studies in American and European populations, to determine the association between PCa and risk genotype. Results: The incidence of the risk allele was higher in PCa cases than controls (0.222 vs 0.140, $P=7.3{\times}10^{-5}$), suggesting that the 8q24 rs4242382-A polymorphism was associated with PCa risk in Chinese men. The genotypes in subjects were in accordance with a dominant genetic model (ORadj=2.03, 95%CI: 1.42-2.91, $Padj=1.1{\times}10^{-4}$). Presence of the risk allele rs4242382-A at 8q24 was also associated with clinical covariates including age at diagnosis ${\geq}65$ years, prostate specific antigen >10 ng/ml, Gleason score <8, tumor stage and aggressive PCa, compared with the non-risk genotype ($P=4.6{\times}10^{-5}-3.0{\times}10^{-2}$). Meta-analysis confirmed the association between 8q24 rs4242382-A polymorphism and PCa risk (OR=1.62, 95%CI: 1.39-1.88, $P=1.0{\times}10^{-5}$) across Asian, Caucasian and African American populations. Conclusions: The replicated data suggest that the 8q24 rs4242382-A variation might be associated with increased PCa susceptibility in Asian, Caucasian and African American populations. These results imply that this polymorphism may be a useful risk biomarker for PCa in multi-ethnic populations.

        국제경영 : 인터넷쇼핑동기가 정보탐색의도, 만족도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향; 중국 북경소비자를 중심으로

        최근 인터넷의 급속한 확산으로 인하여 인터넷 쇼핑은 새로운 문화형식으로 우리 생활 속에 필수적 요소로 자리를 잡고 있다. 중국 인터넷 시장은 전체적인 규모나 성장에서 급속히 발전하고 있는 매우 매력적인 시장이기 때문에 많은 세계 기업들이 활발하게 진출하고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷으로 쇼핑의 경험이 있는 중국소비자를 대상으로 인터넷 쇼핑환경에서 소비자의 쇼핑동기가 어떤 요인으로 구성되고, 이러한 쇼핑동기의 각 구성요소들이 정보탐색의도, 만족도 및 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과와 그 시사점을 요약해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 소비자의 인터넷 쇼핑동기는 "편의성추구", "저가격추구", "다양성추구" 및 "쾌락성추구" 4가지 차원으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 인터넷 쇼핑동기의 각 구성차원은 정보탐색의도간의 관계에서 "편의성추구", "다양성추구"와 "쾌락성추구"는 각각 정보탐색의도에 직접적이고 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. "저가격추구"는 정보탐색의도에 직접적이고 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정보탐색의도에 관한 기존 연구문헌을 고찰하고, 정보탐색의도는 만족도에 직접적이고 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 뿐만 아니라 구매의도에도 직접적이고 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 만족도는 구매의도에 직접적이고 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the impact of internet shopping motivations on information searching intention, customer satisfaction and purchase intention. To achieve this goal, literature review and empirical studies were conducted in parallel. The results of this study are as follows: First, the motives of internet shopping of Chinese consumers were found to be in four dimensions, "seeking convenience," "seeking low-cost," "seeking variety" and "seeking pleasures", in order of large proportions, respectively. Second, Among these four internet shopping motivations "seeking convenience,""seeking variety" and "seeking pleasures" were found to have direct, significant and positive effects on information searching intention. But "seeking low-cost" has no positive effects on information searching intention. Third, information searching intention was found to have direct impact on customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Fourth, Customer satisfaction has an direct and positive effects on purchase intention.
