Marapureddy Murali Krishna Rao 원광대학교 기초자연과학연구소 2020 ANNALS OF FUZZY MATHEMATICS AND INFORMATICS Vol.20 No.3
M.Murali Krishna Rao [14] introduced the notion of tripolar fuzzy set as a generalization of fuzzy set, bipolar fuzzy set and intuitionistic fuzzy set.The tripolar fuzzy set representation is very useful in discriminating relevant elements, irrelevent elements and contrary elements. In this paper,we introduce the notion of tripolar fuzzy interior ideal, tripolar fuzzy soft ideal, tripolar fuzzy soft interior ideal over semigroup and study some of their algebraic properties.
ON FUZZY k−IDEALS, k−FUZZY IDEALS AND FUZZY 2−PRIME IDEALS IN Γ−SEMIRINGS
Murali Krishna Rao, M.,Venkateswarlu, B. The Korean Society for Computational and Applied M 2016 Journal of applied mathematics & informatics Vol.34 No.5
The notion of Γ-semiring was introduced by M. Murali Krishna Rao [8] as a generalization of Γ-ring as well as of semiring. In this paper fuzzy k-ideals, k-fuzzy ideals and fuzzy-2-prime ideals in Γ-semirings have been introduced and study the properties related to them. Let μ be a fuzzy k-ideal of Γ-semiring M with |Im(μ)| = 2 and μ(0) = 1. Then we establish that Mμ is a 2-prime ideal of Γ-semiring M if and only if μ is a fuzzy prime ideal of Γ-semiring M.

Let $\mu$ be a fuzzy $k-$ideal of $\Gamma -$semiring $M$ with $| Im(\mu)| =2$ and $\mu(0)=1.$ Then we establish that $M_{\mu}$ is a $2-$prime ideal of $\Gamma -$semiring $M$ if and only if $\mu$ is a fuzzy prime ideal of $\Gamma -$semiring $M.$
Efficient Exonic Regions Prediction in DNA Sequence Using Fast Converged Adaptive Filter
Y. Murali Krishna,K. Murali Krishna,Ch. Amaranatha Sarma 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Signal Processing, Image Vol.9 No.5
Signal processing takes an important role in genomic with enormous data available in public domain. Generally digital filters are applied to predict the protein and genes, but it needs to be redesigned when the characteristic frequency and periodic behavior is changed. In this paper proposed the novel adaptive algorithm which can identify the genes and proteins effectively from unified framework. First using the electron ion potential method the symbolic DNA sequences are converted in to digital signal. Secondly the filtering scheme for genomic signal processing with periodic behavior in biological sequence is introduced, which can predict and analyze the biological region that are interested in. finally the proposed adaptive filtering method is applied to recognize the exons of protein coding regions according to periodic-3 property. The exons prediction curves are obtained with Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT), Least mean square (LMS), and proposed Fast Recursive least Mean Square (F-RLS) algorithms. It is shown that proposed method shows efficiency in convergence of identification and precise prediction of exons regions compared to existed methods.

Alcohol intoxication and driving is responsible for a high proportion of traffic accidents. Drunken driving is the act of driving a motor vehicle with blood alcohol concentration (BAC) level in excess of a legal limit. In Korea, the legal limit for BAC is 0.05 %. Even with a small amount of alcohol intake, drivers are twice likely to be involved in traffic accidents than normal drivers. Alcohol use impairs drivers’ cognition, vigilance, attention, judgment, reaction, vision, and braking behavior. This pilot study was to investigate effects of alcohol intoxication on physiological behavior and driving performance in different BAC levels in a simulated driving environment. The physiological measures were EEG (alpha and theta frequency in the frontal and occipital region), and ECG (heart rate and R-R interval). The driving performance measured were accident rate and the number of time violating the specified speed limit (50, 70, 90, 110 km/h). Participants consisted of four healthy young male drivers (Age: 31 ± 4.3 years). The BAC levels considered were 0.00 % (control), 0.03, 0.05 and 0.1 %. The scenario considered was 5 min driving in a highway with different speed limits and unexpected event. Results showed that decreased alpha and increased theta frequency was observed with increased BAC level. Heart rate was increased with increased BAC level. The accident rate and the number of time violating the speed limit were significantly (p<0.05) higher with higher BAC level. Alcohol intoxication affected drivers’ decision-making ability, vision and integrating visual information ability.

Double pigtail plastic stents (DPTPS) are routinely placed with the lumen apposing metal stent (LAMS) during endoscopic ultrasound-guided gallbladder drainage. Several reasons are postulated for this practice. This case report highlights a previously unreported benefit from use of DPTPS within LAMS.

Geopolymer binders fascinate the attention of researchers as a replacement to cement binder in conventional concrete. One-ton production of cement releases one ton of carbon-dioxide in the atmosphere. In the replacement of cement by geopolymer material, there are two advantages: one is the reduction of CO2 in the atmosphere, second is the utilization of Fly ash and Ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS) are by-products from coal and steel industries. This paper focuses on the mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced geopolymer concrete. The framework considered in this research work is geopolymer source (Fly ash, GGBFS and crimped steel fibre) and alkaline activator which consists of NaOH and Na2SiO3 of molarity 8M. Here the Na2SiO3 / NaOH ratio was taken as 2.5. The variables considered in this experimental work include Binder content (360,420 and 450 kg/m3), the proportion of Fly ash and GGBS (70-30, 60-40 and 50-50) for three different grades of Geopolymer concrete (GPC) GPC 20, GPC 40 and GPC 60. The percentage of crimped steel fibres was varied as 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4% and 0.5%. Generally, the inclusion of steel fibres increases the flexural and split tensile strength of Geopolymer concrete. The optimum dosage of steel fibres was found to be 0.4% (by volume fraction).
Introduction on Evaluation Methods for Sleep

throughout our life. It is an important factor that helps us to reduce fatigue and to maintain regular circadian rhythm. It can help protect our mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety (Foreman and Wykle, 1995; Krystal and Edinger, 2008). Sleep quality is seen as precious because complaints regarding sleep quality are common (Dogan et al., 2005). According to the Korea National Health Insurance Service, the number of patients treated for sleep disorders increased from 228,000 in 2008 to 357,000 in 2012, by an annual average of 11.9 % each year. The sleep environment is of critical importance as a factor that influences the quality of sleep in human. Recently, quite a large number studies have demonstrated that ambient factors such as noise, temperature and even bedding environment are strongly correlated with sleep rhythm or sleep disturbances (Carter, N. L., 1996; Bach et al., 2002). Many methods are available to help determine whether the sleep complaint is truly a sleep disorder. Over the years the assessment of sleep has been examined within the laboratory setting and the hospital environment. Sleep patterns of both healthy subjects’ and patients’ have been assessed with objective and subjective methods. The present study review about advantage and disadvantage of evaluation tools available for sleep.
Comparison of VOT (Voice Onset Time) on Stroke Patients and Normal Elderly for Stroke Prediction
( Murali Subrmanaiyam ),( Se Jin Park ),( Kyung-sun Lee ),( Jung Nam Im ),( Seung Nam Min ) 한국감성과학회 2019 한국감성과학회 국제학술대회(ICES) Vol.2019 No.-
Stroke is a brain attack occurs when sudden disturbance of blood supply to the brain. In Korea, stroke is the third leading cause of death after cancer and heart disease. Stroke symptoms are FAST (Face drooping, Arm weakness, Speech difficulty), also beyond FAST including trouble in visibility, trouble in walking, numbness or weakness of face, arm, etc. Voice onset time (VOT) is an interval from implosive sound to before start vowel, also it is an important signal to confirm the presence or absence of implosive sound. The VOT simply refers the time that elapses between the release of the articulators for a stop and the onset of vocal cord vibration of the following segment. Not much studies analyzed the speech data for predicting stroke onset. This study aims at investigating voice onset time difference between normal elderly and elderly stroke patients to prepared stroke prediction model. A total of 324 elderly (151 stroke patients, 173 normal) were recruited from Chungnam National University Hospital for this study. The elderly subjects were instructed to pronounce an explosive Korean word “TTOGTTA” three times and their voice were recorded for further processing. Both groups voice signals for analyzed for VOT and compared.
