근막 결손의 복원과 자궁천골인대 고정을 통한 전자궁적출술 후 질탈출의 성공적 교정

목적 : 본 연구는 전자궁적출술 후 질탈출을 부위-특이적인 결함의 개념에 입각하여 치골경부 근막과 직장질 격막의 연결을 통한 골반내 근막의 복원과 자궁천골인대 고정술을 이용한 질탈출의 성공적인 수술적 교정의 방법과 결과를 보고하고자 한다. 연구 방법 : 1999년부터 2001년 8월까지 자궁적출술 후 질궁탈출 증상으로 문화병원 산부인과를 내원, 탈출된 질의 근막을 재건시킨 다음, 이를 자궁천골인대에 고정시킴으로써 질의 부위-특이적인 교정술을 받은 3명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 3명중 1명은 개복술을 하였고 2명은 내시경 수술을 하였다. 결과 : 환자의 연령 분포는 49-67세였으며, 수술시간은 평균 113분 (105-125)이었다. 세 환자 모두 수술 후 질의 상태가 해부학 및 기능적으로 정상이었으며, 9일째 특이사항 없이 퇴원하였다. 수술 후 HRT를 시행한 1명을 포함한 3명 모두 각각 24개월, 12개월, 7개월간의 추적 검사에서도 특이한 합병증이나 재발 없이 좋은 경과를 보였다. 결론 : 골반 근막 결손의 복원과 자궁천골인대 고정술은 전자궁적출술 후 질탈출의 교정에 매우 안전하고 효과적이며, 기능적인 방법으로 사료되며, 자궁천골인대를 질탈출 교정에 이용한 연구는 본 연구가 국내에서 처음이다. Objective : To report the method and efficacy of the site specific-defects repair in the endopelvic fascia and uterosacral ligament suspension for the correction of posthysterectomy vaginal vault prolapse. Methods : This study was performed in 3 patients with posthyterectomy vaginal vault prolapse who underwent the surgery for the reconstruction of endopelvic fascia and the correction of vault prolapsed vagina by using uterosacral ligament suspension at the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Moon-Hwa Hospital. Among them, 1 patient was treated by laparotomy, and 2 patients were treated by laparoscope. Results : The age of patients ranged from 49 to 67 years. The mean operation time was 111 minutes (105-120 minutes). The status of postoperative vagina was normal in all 3 patients, who were discharged 9 days after operation without symptoms. No complication or recurrence were found in them despite long-term follow-up for 24 months, 12 months, 7 months, respectively after operation. One patient has been treated with HRT therapy. Conclusion : The reconstruction of the defect of endopelvic fascia and uterosacral ligament fixation may be very safe, effective, and functional in the correction of vaginal vault prolapse. This study reports the treatment of vaginal vault prolapse using uterosacral ligament within Korea for the first time.

For the proposal of Microcystis aeruginosa control technique by coagulants, removal effects of coagulants were carried out using isolated strain and collected water bloom of M. aeruginosa on Downstream of the Nakdong River. Both of purified and field-collected M. aeruginosa were entirely sedimented by the addition of the coagulant Ceramic-Zeolite type Co 100 (1.5 mg/l) within 24 hr, but Yellow loess (10 mg/l) was less effective for the removal of M. aeruginosa within 24hr. Thus it was concluded that Ceramic-Zeolite type Co 100 was the most effective coagulant.
고속 ATM 네트워크를 위한 통신 프로토콜에 관한 연구

In this paper, a new network protocol, AD²R(ATM Distributed queue Dual Ring), is proposed for high-speed communication. This protocol is a slotted using ATM scheme. With the mathematical analysis and computer simulation, it is shown that proposed protocol is appropriate for the high-speed communication. Also, it is verified that the AD²R network performance is enhanced by using the ring topology, the destination release and the distributed queue scheme.
Eethyl benezylidencyanoacetate 유도체에 대한 thiophenol 첨가 반응의 속도론적 연구

Reaction of benzaldehyde derivatives with ethylacetate afforded ethylbenzylidenecyanoacetate. Especially, the crystal structure of ethyl p-methoxybenzylidenecyanoacetate were demonstrated by X-ray diffrection method. The crystal structure is only exist in E-form. The kinetic studies on the mechanism of nucleophilic addition of thiophenol to ethyl benzylidenecyanoacetate have been investigated by UV-spectrophotomery and the rate equation which can be applied over wide pH range was obtained. From the rate equation, effect of generalbase and substituent, the fellowing reaction proposed. Below pH 3.0, thiophenol added to the double bond, while above pH9.0 thiophenoxide ion added to the double bond. In the range of pH from 3.0 to 9.0, these reaction occurred competitively.
정치망의 양망과정에 있어서 멸치어군의 행동에 관한 연구

The moving behaviour of anchovy schools (There were small schools of sardine and round-herring in these anchovy schools) in the hauling process of a large scale set-net was investigated using a scanning sonar. in the Kishihata set-net fishing ground located in Nanao city Ishigawa prefecture , Japan from Dec 1st to Dec 4th. 1992. The moving behaviour of anchovy schools in the hauling process a large scale set-net made the term of moving narrowed from the front of the first funnel-net to the second funnel-net as the hauling proceeded. We found that when the ship of picking up the net approched to the second funnel-net, the anchovy school entered in the second bag-net fast hard. The moving speed before hauling and during the hauling process was most of 50cm/sec and below and there was no difference in the moving speed.

This study is to examine the present condition and vision in Dalsung County and to put foward the methods by which its vision can be realized. The future directions towards the realization of vision of Dalsung County are as follows: 1. Dalsung County should be cooperate with Daegu Metropolitan City, the regional government encompassing it, in administrative and planning matters. 2. Residents should be able to participate in making decisions of vision of Dalsung County and their implementation. 3. Collaborative mechanism between citizen and local government should be constructed. 4. The megalopolis city planning system, which can have effects on Dalsung County, should be reconsidered and improved. 5. The regional egoism should be overcome via the constructive framework for the mutual benefits between neighbouring local governments.
Dynamic Vehicle Scheduling for Pickup/Delivery Systems

In this paper, we consider a vehicle scheduling problem with time windows where for each customer request either pickup or delivery operation is performed by a single vehicle. For the static case of the problem, a dynamic programming (DP) algorithm which generates exact solutions is developed. In this case, intermediate requests which may arrive during the excecution of the current route are not allowed. The approach is then extended to solve the equivalent dynamic case where new emergent requests are automatically included in the current route at the time they appear. The algorithm optimizes over all the known information and does not consider any future requests. To show the validity of the algorithm an example problem is solved.

The purpose of this study is to establish the integrated rural development plan based on the consciousness and development need of inhabitants in Youngchen Gun. Youngchen Gun is located near metropolitan Taegu city. It is a satellite town of Taegu. In the future it will become an industrial, educational center in a gardenlike environment. Youngchen Gun is an area having high level of the settlement consciousness in comparison with the other counties in Kyngsang Buk Do, but it has as ever the structural problem of rural. Obtained results of this study are as follows : 1. In a section of regional settlement consciousness, it is needed to establish the well organized settlement system. 2. In a section of zone of life, it is necessary to expand a marketing route for inhabitants. 3. In a section of agricultural industry, it is needed to expand the facilities for circulation, to improve an income crops and mechanize an agriculture. 4. In a section of residence, it is needed to expand the facilities of life benefit and enlarge housing lands. 5. In a section of transportation, it is needed to extend all sort of roads and traffic facilities. 6. In a section of education, it is necessary to elevate the qualities of education and modernize the education facilities. 7. In a section of medical service, it is needed to increase the medical specialist and expand medical facilities. 8. In a section of cultural service and welfare, it is necessary to establish and increase cultural and welfare facilities.
