Based on progratism, the mainland China has drastically carried out reformation of total economic structure, and improvement of economic organizations domestically and has developed open economic policy internationly after Dung Xioping took the power. Re-organization of economic structure, contract system in agriculture and industries and management of free markets promoted the economic activities which resulted in great increase of productivities for the better national standard of life. Rural economic activities are vitalized by allowing the ownership of farmer's products which exceed the alloted product quantity to be sold through free markets. On the other hand, authority of the Mainland China, with firm confidence, actively drove the open market policy internationlly, for example, establishment and management of special economic zones, inducement of foreign private investment, introduction of advanced technology, opening of port cities, and other economic cooperations, to accelerate national economic development. Study on background of these open economic policy and analysis on the result of the policy are concluded as follows: 1. Decision fo Dung Xiaoping and his followers, relaxing self-revival principle since the foundation of the nation has established a firm foundation of economic development breaking through stagnation, these pragmatice policy should be evaluated highly. 2. The active projection of open economy policy facilitated the productivities, and expanded rapid growth of export, and at the same time it has not only promoted economic development but also improved the national standard of life. This tendancy shall continue if the political stability may sustained. 3. The people of Mainland China have experienced and witnessed the beneficial effects of open economy policy and realized the contradictory system of the Planned Economy and consequently support effectiveness and superiority of the free open economy. It is considered that the open policy shall be expanded in the future of China while entire open policy may face some difficulties in the process of modernization.

This study was carried out to develop the index and the scales for the evaluation of the group occupational health services(GOHS). The possible variables of each step, firstly, based on an evaluation model composed of four steps, input, throughout, output and outcome, were selected through several meetings of professional committee. And five types of questionnaire(for doctor, nurse, industrial hygienist, employer, and employee) were developed based on the selected variables. A pilot survey for four GOHS institutions and 12 enterprises was conducted using the questionnaires and correlation analysis for extracting variables was done. The results were as follows: 1.The evaluation scale was composed of three areas(evaluation on workers' health and work environment, evaluation by institution and employer, and evaluation by employee)which were devided into ten subscales. 2.Among firstly selected ninety-six variables, forty-three variables (11 for input, 14 for throughout, and 18 for output indices) were extracted by correlation analysis. 3.Based on the extracted variables, the questionnaires were simplified as five items for doctor, thirty-six items for nurse, nine items for industrial hygienist, and twenty-six items for employer and employee. 4.The total score of evaluation model was defined on the basis of four-hundred points as sum of four indices (input, throughout, output and outcome) given one-hundred points each.
보건관리 대행사업 평가도구의 타당성, 신뢰도 및 인과관계 검증에 관한 연구

In order to verify the validity, reliability and relativeness of preliminary evaluation tool for the group occupational health services(GOHS), a questionnaire survey for doctors, nurses and hygienists of 18 GOSH institutions, and employers, health managers and employees of 340 enterprises was conducted. A factor analysis and correlation test for the statistical validity of the variables in the evaluation tool, a Chronbach's Alpha value for the reliability in the evaluation indices and a regression analysis for the relations of the evaluation model were performed. The results were as follows: 1.In factor analysis, thirty-three variables among 43 variables were selected as significant variables, ie 9 out of 11 for input index, 11 out of 14 for throughout index and 13 out of 18 for out put index. 2.Three evaluation(outcome) scales(evaluation by employer, health manager and employee) which composed of 16 identical items were used. 3.The Chronbach's Alpha values of input, throughout, out put and outcome indices were 0.5221, 0.5473, 0.7122 and 0.8546 respectively. 4.Regression equations of independent variables on the evaluation scales of employer, health manager and employee were all statistically significant.

This paper attempts to highlight some of salient features of the price movements in an increasingly small open economy. Specifically, it purports to show that the domestic monetary determinants on internal price change may decline in importance as compared to the external determinants in an economy in which the importance of the foreign trade sector is rising over time. This paper set forth a theoretical model consisting a set of postulated relationships which from a basis for relating the internal price changes to the changes in money supply, import prices, and real output. The empirical evidence suggests that the relative importance of monetary change in determining the internal price change declines over time as the degree of openness of the economy rises over time.
