      • 비만 여성을 대상으로 한 해조류 추출물의 국부처치와 운동 병행을 통한 지방분해 효과의 임상적 검정

        This study was carried out to test the body fat breakdown during topical seaweed extract treatment and in combination with the aerobic exercise. Of 20 female obesity subjects, ten treated a cream types of seaweed extract(control group) and ten treated a placebo cream(placebo group). Topical treatment of each sample was designed for 4 weeks, and treated with 2 times a day about 10ml on the abdomen and the thigh, respectively. All subjects were participated aerobic dance half hour a day and four times a week. After 4 weeks of topical treatment and exercise, they were measured body fat, skinfold thickness, body circumference. Then venous blood samples were taken and analyzed blood cells, serum enzymes, and serum lipids. There were reduction of body weight, % of body fat, antebrachium, brachium, chest, waist, thigh circumference and abdomen thickness between pre and post treatment in both group. Especially, body weight and % of body fat significantly reduced in the subjects treating the seaweed extract than those treating the placebo. There were significant decrement in total cholesterol and LDL whereas increment in HDL and TBIL in the control group, but no significant difference in the placebo group. In conclusion, there were 7.6% of body fat reduction during 4 weeks of aerobic exercise and 21% of body fat reducement in combination of topical seaweed treatment and exercise, respectively. These results suggest that the topical treatment of seaweed extract should be very effective for fat breakdown. Especially, the body fat breakdown maximized in the combination with the topical seaweed extracts treatment and the aerobic exercise.

        주자학에 나타난 '교육받은 사람'에 대한 탐구

        본고에서는 주자학이 성립되는 시기에 나타난 안연의 인간상을 부각시키는 측면에 대한 해석을 통하여 주자학에 나타난 교육받은 사람에 대한 탐구를 시도해 보았다. 주자학에서 교육받은 사람의 전형으로서 안연의 인간상을 제시한 것에 대한 검토는 주자학에서 추구했던 교육의 내용 및 방법이나 내용상에서 도덕적인 것인가의 여부로 도덕적으로 교육받은 사람을 정의하는 측면에 주목하면서, 주자학의 교육방법에서 중요하게 부각되는 소학공부의 위상을 검토해 보았다. 이러한 연구를 통해서 논자는 주자학이 성립되는 시기에 안연을 교육받은 사람의 전형으로 강조하고 있는 이유는 당시 지식인들의 모습에 대한 비판을 염두에 둔 것이며, 또한 안연의 인간상을 부각시킴으로서 교육을 통해 새로운 신념체계의 전승을 도모�기 위한 전력이었음을 드러내고자 한다. This thesis is aimed at finding out the position of ˝learning˝ in in Ch´eng-Chu´s School(aaa) through studying on the model of the educated person of in Ch´eng-Chu´s School(aaa).Particulary, I studied on educational development of Xiaoxue(小學) in educational method of Ch´eng-Chu´s School(aaa) while I concentrate on the matter deciding whether he or she is morally educated person according to be educated with moral method and by moral contents.I think this was the critical point about the figure of intelligentia at that time constructing of Ch´eng-Chu´s School(aaa) and this was the formation of new believing system through education.

        The purpose of this study is to examine the Household Management systems in Pusan city. The research method makes use of questionaires. The problem of this study are as follows; 1. The study purports the degree of the plan and the implement on Household Management patterns as managerial subsystem. 2. The Houshold Management patterns make a difference, according to the social, economic and family environment variable. ①Who is the holder of Total-Income Manager? ②What is the patterns of Expenditure Management? ③What is the degree of communication with the member of a family? 3. The study purports the log-linear analysis among the Holder of Household Management patterns, the Patterns of Expenditure Management and the degree of communication. The results of this study are as follows; 1. As managerial subsystem, the plan and the implement on the Household Management are high level. 2. ①Holder of Household management patterns make difference, according to age, level of education, number of children, and state of employment. ②Patterns of Expenditure management make difference, according to age, number of children, state of employment, use of book-keeping. ③According to Total-Income Manager the degree of communication is different. 3. The holder of Household management patterns make difference according to the patterns of Expenditure Management and the degree of communication.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitude difference toward the school uniform, it was supposed that clothing acceptance was differentiated according to subjects. The subjects were grouped by 3 types which were students, teachers(school governors) and parents groups. The results were as follows; 1. Boy students reguired the more freedom of clothing than girls. 2. Teachers and parents groups considered that clothing affected student's behavior and self-esteem. 3. The acceptance of school plain dress was affected by atomosphere of home and school. 4. According to socioeconomic levels, there were differences in clothing acceptance and fashion acceptance.

      • 소형주택 모델하우스에 나타난 주거용 빌트인 가구의 계획특성

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning characteristics of built-in furniture in small-sized urban type housing. A case study was used to analyze and classify the functional and formal characteristics of built-in furniture applied in urban type housing of Seoul in the first half of 2012. Findings of the study were as follows: (1) The most important characteristic of built-in furniture was multi-functional aspect which was focused on the combination of furnitures. The second characteristic was formal aspect which was focused on the rapidity of installation and dismantling, and ease of movement. (2) Most of built-in furnitures had multi-functionality as functional aspect by combination of some furnitures including beds, chairs, tables and clothes dryers, electronic devices such as refrigerators and washing machines, and the other residential space elements such as stairs and partitions. (3) The flexibility as formal aspect of built-in furnitures was divided into folding/unfolding, opening/closing, and moving/separating. This study shows that the combination of multi-functionality and flexibility of the housing built-in furniture will be more ideal in small-sized housing planning rather than relying on just one type.

        조선의 유교화 과정에 나타난 女德 담론 분석(Ⅰ) : 남성 사대부들이 주도한 담론을 중심으로

        본고에서는 17세기를 전후한 시기에 남성사대부들이 제기한 여덕에 대한 담론들을 분석해봄으로써 조선시대 유교이념의 확산과 조선후기까지 남아있던 양계적 경향이 어떠한 방식으로 결합되고 있는지 살펴보았다. 특히 성리학이 완전히 자리 잡지 못한 시기라고 하는 15-16세기 조정담론에서는 삼종지도의 원리를 제시하며 여성들의 정치 참여를 반대하는 것이 주된 내용이었다. 반면 성리학이 정착되었다고 하는 17세기에 일반화되어 통용되고 있던 사대부들이 작성한 여성전기물에서는 당시 사대부들이 여성을 평가할 때 여성의 출신가문을 중시하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그러나 여성의 성취를 다룰 때는 삼종지도를 따른 열녀를 강조하고 있다. 남녀유별의 원리에 의거하 여 나온 삼종지도는 원래 결혼한 여성의 신분부여는 남편에 의거해야 한다는 원리에서 나온 것이다. 그런데 성리학이 정착되었다고 하는 17세기 이후에도 여성의 출신가문을 중시 여겼다는 것은 17세기 이후 한국사회를 유교원리에 따른 가부장제 사회의 정착이라고 한정짓는 데는 문제가 있다는 것을 의미한다. 특히 조선후기 심각한 사회문제였던 처첩간의 갈등이나 적서차별문제는 동아시아 삼국 중 한국의 조선후기에 유독 심각한 사회문제로 되었었다. 이 제도는 신분결정에 모계가 결정적인 요소로 작용한 것을 반영한 것이다. 또한 조선후기에 사대부가에서도 여전히 여성의 출신 가문에 따라 가문의 향배를 결정하는 데 여성발언권이 영향을 미치고 있는 사례들은 빈번하게 있었다. 따라서 조선시대 여덕 논의에서 삼종지도를 강조할 것인가, 아니면 여성의 출신가문을 강조할 것인가의 문제는 상황 내지 권력관계에 따라 우선순위가 매겨지며 논의되고 있었다는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리고 이 속에서 조선후기 유교이념으로 무장된 여성철학자 내지 문인들도 탄생되었다고 볼 수 있다. It is necessary to analyze discourses on Womanly Virtue in order to study on a characterization revealed in the course of the Confucian transformation of Chosun. Therefore, in this paper, I analysed discourses which men of noble families submitted before and after the 17th Century for it. Discourses in the 15th-16th Century in which the ideology of Cheng-Chu learning was not firmly established in Chosun treated grounds to cut off women's chance to participate in political affairs according to the principle of the three dependencies. On the other hand, biographical stories of women written by men of noble families in the 17th century, which were generalized and common, took a serious view of women's chaste behaviour according to the principle of the three dependencies when they dealt with women's accomplishments and women's family background. The principle of the three dependencies derived from the idea of the distinction between men and women was that the social status of a married woman is according to that of her husband. Therefore, I think this emphasis on women's family background doesn't let us say the society after the 17th century was the Confucian patriarchism only according to the Confucian ideology characterized in the late Chosun. Particularly, the conflict between one's legal wife and his concubine, and the discrimination between the legitimate and illegitimate descendants were the most serious social problems in the late Chosun Korea, among the three nations of East Asia. It means that women's right to a voice was frequently extant even in the noble men's families of the late Chosun. This was because the rules said that a son's social status was identified with his maternal line. That is, if her family was noble or if she showed good deportment, a woman had a voice in the noble family. Thus, it depended on a situation or a power relationship whether the principle of the three dependencies was emphasized, or the Dwomen's family background was. Moreover in this process a woman could be a Confucian philosopher or a Confucian writer, who was equipped with the Confucian ideology in the late Chosun.

      • 가베 활용 프로그램이 유아의 다중지능에 미치는 효과

        이 연구의 목적은 가베를 활용하여 유아의 다중지능 향상에 필요한 프로그램을 개발하고 그 프로그램을 유아교육현장에 적용하여 유아들의 다중지능 증진에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 연구 대상은 서울특별시 노원구에 소재한 A유치원에 다니는 만 4.5세 유아반 5개 반 유아를 실험집단 (48명)과 통제집단(48명)으로 무선 표집 하였다. 다중지능 검사 도구는 서울대학교 교육연구소(1997)에서 만든 유아용 다중지능 검사지 (7개영역)와 문용린 외 (2001)가 개발한 다중지능 검사지(1개영역-자연지능)를 합한 검사지를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS-WIN 10.0을 사용하여 t검증을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가베 활용 프로그램은 다중지능 여덟 개 영역으로 나누어서 개발 및 구성하였다. 다중지능 영역별 프로그램은 음악 지능 21개, 논리-수학 지능 14개, 언어 지능 13개, 신체-운동 지능 6개, 공간 지능 9개, 대인관계 지능 10개, 개인 내 지능 8개, 자연 탐구 지능 10개이다. 둘째, 가베 활용 프로그램을 처치한 실험집단의 유아들이 자유 선택놀이를 한 통제집단의 유아들 보다 다중지능검사도구의 접수가 다중지능 여덟 개 영역에서 모두 유의하게 높게 나타났다 프로그램 진행 과정에서도 유아들이 기본 활동 외에도 스스로 활동을 응용하고 확장하는 모습을 보여 주었으며 이런 활동들을 통하여 유아들의 잠재적인 능력을 끌어내어 다중지능을 향상 시킬 수 있었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 비추어 볼 때, 가베 활용 프로그램은 유아의 다중지능 향상에 효과적이며, 유아교육현장에서 활용할 수 있는 교육적인 프로그램으로서 유아의 다중지능 증진에 긍정적인 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 본다. The purposes of this study are to develop the Gabe-based educational programs which are useful for enhancement of Multiple Intelligences ofchildren and to apply them to the kindgarten classrooms to study the effects of them. We selected 96 4~5 year olds from 5 classes of A kindergarten which is located in Nowon District, Seoul city. And we also separated the young children into a test group and a control group each composed of random 48 children. We used the Multiple Intelligence Test for Infants made by the Education Research Institute of Seoul National University(1997) and other Multiple Intelligence Tests developed by Moon Yong Rin(2001) based on the Shearer, C. B.(1991) development screening which is a test for an infant's multiple intelligences. Also the statistics program SPSS win 10.0 was used and T-verification was employed to analyze the data. The conclusion for the test results are as follows: First, the program is developed upon and composed of 8 intelligence dimensions(linguistic, logical-mathematical, musical, spatial, bodily-kinesthetic, inter-personal, intrapersonal, naturalist intelligences) Second, the children in the test group exposed to the Gabe-based programs geared to develop multiple intelligences showed a statistically significant higher grades in all 8 dimensions compared to the children in the control group which were exposed only to free plays. Based on the results of this study, we can arrive to the conclusion that the Gabe-based educational programs are useful for enhancement ofmultiple intelligences of young children when applied to kindergarten classrooms.

        DESMOPLASTIC AMELOBLASTOMA의 치험 1례

        Ameloblastomas are benign epithelial neoplasm of the jaw comprising approximately 1-3.3% of all odontogenic cysts and tumors. Although most are microscopically benign, they are generally considered to be locally aggressive and destructive, exhibiting a high rate of recurrence. Treatments of them contain the conservative treatments on unilocular types and radical treatments on multilocular types. Classifications based on the histologic features of ameloblastoma generally included the follicular, plexiform, acanthomatous, basal cell, uncystic types. However, recantly a new and unusual variant has been added by Eversole et. al in 1984, the histologic features of which are characterized by marked stromal desmoplastic proliferation. This is a case report of desmoplastic ameloblastoma in the anterior maxilla of 63 year-old female treated by block excision. THis provides a brief review of the literature because of the rarity and unusual radiographic-histologic features of desmoplastic ameloblastoma.
