Common buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum M.) seeds were treated with various concentrations of mercuric chloride solution, and germination and growth, protein content, and protein patterns of seedling stage were examined for 5 days. The experimental results were as follows: 1. The effect of mercuric chloride was serious in the region of roots. The length of growth including roots and hypocotyl was shortened in proportion to the increase of mercuric chloride concentration. Furthermore, the roots changed into brown and showed severe inhibition in growth. 2. On the first day after the sowing, fresh weight of seedlings was somewhat higher in the mercuric chloride-treated groups were lower in the rate of the increase of fresh weight than the controlled one. 3. The protein content of control, and in low concentration groups decreased until the 4th day after sowing, but it increased on the 5th day. In the groups of above 300ppm of mercuric chloride concentration, on the other hands, protein content decreased continuously. The decrease rate of protein content was low in proportion to the increase of mercuric chloride concentration. 4. In the soluble protein patterns of SDS-PAGE, the intensity with time came considerably down in all the experimental groups. The decrease rate of intensity was greater in low molecular weight bands than that in high ones. The decrease rate of intensity was low in proportion to the increase of mercuric chloride concentration.

A study on the structure and the meaning of New Novel 『Kongjinhoi』 Though the opinion that New Novel is the contract point of Ancient Novels and Modern/Current Novels is taken in, it is difficult to explain how they have come in contact with and how they have succeeded to and perform one another with development. This study is for overcoming these limits. The results which are studied with the discriminative standard like the above are as follows. The works which shows the descriptive formation of the sense of enlightment 『Kongjinhoi』 is introduced the form of the conversation structure, different from the early New Novels which are mainly for the sense of civilization. Especially 「The Tale of an Old Man in the Country」 shows the possibility of the first Modern Novel, because it has the pliableness to change freely in the double-sided opposition. Till now I studied works in general through the analysis. This becomes the important basis to grasp the characteristics and position in novel history, though there are some differences according to works. But this thesis is not developed to the vast range of work through analyzing more works. Therefore if a study on New Novels approaches with the implicative and rational attitude, our Modern Literature will develop.

실내의 가구화재성상에 관한 연구

In the event of fire in a compartment the available safe egress time for occupants to evacuate the compartment depends on the time of fire detection and on the time of onset of hazardous conditions. To know fire frowth and smoke transport for compartmented structure, actual fire tests of trasfcan, carpet, mattress and wardrobe were performed. The results are that the most hazardous gas is carbon monoxide(CO), carbon dioxide(CO_2), oxygen depletion hot temperature, etc, that the hot smoke temperature is almost same from 150cm to 290cm elevation off floor in the comportment, that the flashover was occurred in mattress and wardrobe fire.

임신중 알코올 섭취에 의한 기형 유발기전에 관한 연구

임신중에 만성적으로 음주한 산모의 태아는 중추신경계 손상으로 인한 특징적인 이상증상인 소두증 정신발육장애 등 태아 알코을 증후군(fetal alcoho3 syndrome, F,LSB이 나타나는 것으로 알려져 있으냐 분자생물학적 측면에서의 유발기전은 명확하게 밝혀져 있지 않다. 든 연구예서는 in vitro 단기 발생독성시험법 중 하나인 전배자배양댑을 사용하여 랫드 배자의 )1관 발생기에 알코을 및 알코올의 주 군사 체인 아세트알데히드를 처리하여 기형 유발 여부를 관찰하였다. 또한 이들 물질의 기형 유발 기전을 규명하고자 microarray 깡법으로 발현이 변화되는 유전자를 검색하였으며, 알코을 처리로 발현이 변후 되는 유전자의 정확한 확인을 위하여 northern blot analysis 실시 중이다. 임신 9.5일의 랫드 배자에 0.1, 0.5, 1.0% 에란올을 처리하였을 때 성장부진, 뒤틀리거나 꼬렬라진 꼬리, open caudal neura tube, open neural tube, 불완전찬 반전, 불규칙적이고 비정상적인 체절과 짧은 꼬리 등의 이상이 나티났다. 임신 9.5일의 랫드 배자에 Sr10-4, 8.3×10-4, 2.SxIO-3% 아세트알데히드를 처리시 래antois caudal neura3 tube의 발달저해, somite 수 감소, 꺽인 꼬리 등의 이상이 나타났다. Control과 에탄을 처리한 배자로부터 total RNA를 추출하고 poll· A--RNA를 분리한 후, reverse transcriptase를 사용하여 C?3 혹은 Cl·5 형광염료로 tag된 nucleotide로 표지된 probe를 만들어 등량을 시판중인 'toxicotogy chip'의 틴991개의 CDNA 형태의 유전자와 hybr겨iaation시켰다. 에탄을 처리에 의해 'serum deprivation response' gene등의 발현이 유도되었으며, 'rat transcription factor MaflmRNA'등의 발현은 저해되었다. It is reported that alcohol drinking by pregnant mothers often leads to abnormal fetal development including fetal alcohol syndrome(FAS) in both humans and experimental animals. The FAS is characterized by prenatal and postnatal growth retardation, distinct craniofacial dysmorphology, and central nervous system dysfunctions such as mental retardation. However, molecular mechanisms for FAS is not completely elucidated as yet. In this study, developmental toxicity of ethanol and its metabolite, acetaldehyde were evaluated using whole embryo culture. In addition genes inducing FAS were investigated by the technique of cDNA microarray. Embryos treated with ethanol showed growth retardation, abnormal tail torsion, open neural tube, open caudal neural tube and abnormal somite at concentrations of 0.1∼0.5%. Also embryos treated with acetaldehyde showed growth retardation including allantois, open caudal neural tube, reduction number of somite and abnormal tail torsion at concertrations of 5×10^(-4)∼2.5×10^(-3)%. RNAs from embryos of control and ethanol treatment were reverse transcribed into cDNA tagged with Cy3 or Cy5 and hybridized with cDNA probe of rat in 'toxicology chip'. Ethanol 0.5% treatment resulted in alteration in expression of several genes including 'serum deprivation response', 'Cide-b' and 'check point suppressor 1'. Northern blot analysis is conducted for identification of genes related to FAS.

This paper is among a number of specimens Kim, Hae-Sung, especially the acceptance of Buddhist poetic mood and harmony, yet looked at these remarkable works stand out Buddhist imagination. And could in these specimens of Buddhist imagination Kim, Hae-Sung showing on aggressively through the ideological system and production principles poetic aesthetics of the building, only to find themselves the following global awareness and aesthetic characteristics. First, in Kim, Hae-Sung poetry there are a lot of works that firmly establish the traditional themes of space and time of Buddhism, Buddhist philosophy upon. Second, Kim, Hae-Sung showing Buddhist imagination is the spirit of one spirit does not distinguish between the subject and the other, things and consciousness, existence and non-existence. Third, made the center of the free spirit of poetry creation the great insights of Buddhism of freedom from the universe. Fourth, the ‘Zen song(禪歌)’ poetry of Kim, Hae-Sung has delivered the Zen and aesthetics of the poet borrowed the implicit and implicit symbolism and metaphor, and thus made possible the establishment of ‘Zen poetry(禪詩)’. Therefore, research on the Poetic world Kim, Hae-Sung is one of the region reveals a poetic poet investigate the orientation. And we expect to contribute to expanding the study of the Buddhist world in terms of awareness and shaping a new excavation and works of the poet’s imagination appears to Korea modern poetry.

문화콘텐츠에서의 디지털스토리텔링 양상과 방향 연구

본 연구는 디지털시대에서의 문화콘텐츠와 스토리텔링의 관계, 특히 현재 디지털스토리텔링의 연구 상황에 대한 분석 및 향후 발전 방향에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다. 디지털시대의 새로운 문학 환경과 이러한 환경에서의 새로운 글쓰기 양식으로 출현한 디지털스토리텔링의 양상과 그것의 올바른 방향을 살펴본다면 향후 문화콘텐츠의 확장과 창출의 한대안이 드러날 것이기 때문이다. 먼저 디지털스토리텔링은 차세대 문화콘텐츠의 핵심으로 떠올랐으며, 사회와 경제와 문화 등 전 분야에서 디지털스토리텔링 기법을 활용하고 있기 때문에 더욱 활성화하여야 할 것이다. 또한 스토리텔링이 디지털 매체로 이동하면서 발생하는 문화콘텐츠의 지각 변동은 실로 엄청나기 때문에 디지털스토리텔링을 중심으로 문화산업의 미래를 생각해 볼 필요가 있다. 따라서 보다 새로운 이야기의 개발, 기획 능력, 그리고 능력을 가진 많은 이야기꾼을 길러내야 할 것이다. 그리고 신화와 전설 같은 인문학적 콘텐츠들을 확보하고, 온라인상에서 통하는 이야기의 구성 원리를 찾아내어 이 둘을 결합시키는 등의 다양한 방안이 시도되어야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 스토리 창출의 능력에 가장 근접해 있다 할 수 있는 국문학도들이 문화콘텐츠의 창작에 필요한 실효성 있고 새로운 방법론을 모색하여야 할 것이다. 이것은 기존 국문학의 역량에 새로이 더욱 커다란 힘을 보태는 일이 될 것이다. The fourth, a scholar on Korean literature are necessary to the creation of the culture contents must grope a new methodology.
