DW-166HC (^(166)Holmium (^(166)Ho)-Chitosan complex) is a new radiopharmaceutic anticancer agent with a broad anti-tumorigenic spectrum, especially against human hepatic cancer. DW-166HC was evaluated for the appearance of micronucleus in polychromatic erythrocytes (PCEs) of mouse bone marrow cells after subcutaneous arid intravenous single administration. Bone marrow cells were prepared at 24 hr and 48 hr after DW-166HC-I (^(165)Ho-Chitosan complex : cold compound) administration and at 24 hr, 72 hr and 2 weeks after DW-166HC (^(166)Ho-Chitosan complex : hot compound) administration. The results showed there was no statistically significant increase of the numbers of PCEs with micronucleus in all DW-166HC-I administered groups compared with a negative control group but there was statistically significant increase of the numbers of PCEs with micronucleus at 24 hr arid 72 hr in all DW-166HC administered groups, which was recovered after 2 weeks from the drug administration. The results also showed the ratio of normochromatic erythrocytes (NCEs) to PCEs of all DW-166HC-I administered groups was not significantly different from that of a negative controi group but there was significant difference of this ratio at 24hr and 72 hr in all DW-166HC administered groups compared with that of negative group, which was also recovered after two weeks from the drug administration. These results suggested that DW-166HC-I may not cause any chromosomal damage but DW-166HC has in vivo mutagenic potential because of its radioactivity.

The HTTP Protocol composed of WWW's client/server model is unconnected and not keep state, so, there is one connection for one request. In this condition, it has no guarantee to memory which is needed in sequential processing, and HTTP Protocol has no choices to transfer the information from client to server's CGI or the information exchange. This paper uses the word 'key' instead of this 'state information'. We studied the key which creates automatically the HTML document for data search hierarchically in WWW environment and to confirm applied this to multimedia order and sale system of agricultural and marine products.

IMT-2000 송신기 RF 시스템 설계 및 성능 분석

In this paper, the RF system of IMT-2000 transmitter is designed and analyzed. We derived RF system requirements of minimum performance for IMT-2000 transmitter from analysis of test condition in 3GPP standard(3GPP TS 34.121(v.3.2.0)) and 3GPP2 standard (TIA/EIA/IS-98-C). Using RF system requirements of minimum performance, RF system of W-CDMA and cdma2000 transmitter is designed. Maximum and minimum output power test, spurious emission test, intermodulation test is simulated to a performance analysis. and then, we performed optimization on the parameter value of power amplifier that severely affect the system performance. Simulation results for W-CDMA and cdma2000 are presented.

石灰 및 苦土가 土壤內 有效成分變化와 水稻生育에 미치는 影響

pH 5.5의 耕作土壤에 石灰를 1-6me/100gr까지 增加시켜 土壤內 成分과 水稻生育에 對하여 몇 가지 結果를 얻었으며, 역시 同一土壤에 Mg를 1-4me/100gr 施用하여 몇 가지 結果를 얻었다. (1) Ca當量別 增加에 따라 exch-Ca와 pH의 變化는 比例的으로 增加되어 高度의 相關이 있다. (2) 有效燐酸, 可溶性SiO2, 有機物, 活性鐵, 置換性 苦土等의 含量變化는 認定되지 않았다. (3) 燐酸의 吸收係數는 Ca施用에 따라 正 相關이 認定된다. (4) Ca施用에 따라 生育面에 莖數, 穗數는 減少되어 負相關이 認定된다. (5) 草長, 稈長, 稔實率, 穗當着粒數에는 變化가 認定되지 않는다. (6) Mg를 1-4me/100gr 增加施用에 따라 土壤內 exch-Mg와 有效燐酸은 增加되었다. (7) pH 및 基他成分은 變化가 나타나지 않았다. (8) Mg施用에 따라 生育은 草長, 莖數는 增加가 없었고 穗數와 稈長이 增加된 傾向이고 基他는 變化가 없다. Some results of rice growth and available element in soil were obtained by application 1-6me/100gr of calcium and 1-4me/100gr of magnessium in a soil which was pH 5.5. The results of the study showed the followings. 1. Increasing the application of calcium, exch-Ca, pH and absorption coefficient of phosphorus were increased proportionally, but available ??, soluble SiO₂, O.M., active Fe and exch-Mg were not changed. 2. Number of Penicles and tillers were decreased proportionally but plant height, the length of culm, rate of grain formation and number of grain per penicle were not changed. 3. Increasing the application of magnessium, exch-Mg and available ?? were increased but the others were not changed. 4. Plant height and number of penicles were not increased but the number of tillers and the length of culm had tendency to increase.

다이아몬드상 탄소 박막이 코팅된 실리콘 전계 방출 소자의 특성

We have fabricated the field emitter arrays (FEAs) coated with diamond-like carbon (DLC) films. The turn-on field of DLC-coated FEAs was rapidly decreased and the emission current was remarkably increased compared with the non-coated silicon FEAs. In the nitrogen doped FEAs, the turn-on field decreased and the emission current increased with nitrogen doping concentration. From the Fowler-Nordheim plot, the work functions of the DLC-coated FEAs are much lower than those of the non-coated silicon FEAs. As nitrogen doping concentrations are increased, the work function of FEAs is decreased and the field emission properties are improved in nitrogen doped DLC-coated FEAs. This phenomenon is due to the fact that the Fermi energy level moves to the conduction band by increasing nitrogen doping concentration.

This study is to have an idea about the analysis of basketball players' athletic performance and playing technique depending on different positions. For this, I measured 12 physical level and 4 types of playing techniques and compared those factors, I could have a result. First, according to research, in different positions' athletic performance, there are different performance. It should show to me that a guard group specialized agility, balance, a forward group was power, muscular endurance, and a center group was muscular strength. They have performances each position as you read. Second, in different playing techniques by positions, a guard group was pass and ability and a forward group was shotting and dribble. Those factors, they have better performance than others.

光州·全南地域의 流通産業 硏究 : 農·水産物을 中心으로 Laying Emphasis on Agricultural and Marine Goods

The purpose of this study is twofold. The first is to propose some remedies for the basic problems which might be induced from the present states of marketing of agricultural and marine products in Kwangju/Chonnam area. The second purpose is to justify the vitalization of conventional market system by comparing the domestic or intermediate-technology approach to the improvement of food marketing in this country with the high-technology approach originating in industrial nations. To pursue this purpose, the literary research on the above two approaches to the improvement or modernization in agricultural and marine goods marketing was followed by the empirical research on the attitude of consumer group as well as seller group about conventional markets in comparison with other markets. It leaves no room for doubt that the degree of consumer satisfaction should be included into the evaluation of marketing performance. And, consumers in sample generally perceive that they prefer conventional markets to the other types of market especially in such respects of spatial convenience, price, product quality, product variety or assortment breadth, and the ease of one stop shopping. But this is not to say that modern types of marketing institution such as supermarket can make no contribution, for this is not the case. As the result of the present study, it is suggested that high efficiency in agricultural and marine products marketing can be achieved through adopting the domestic intermediate-technology and improving the operations and business skills of conventional markets. It should be noted that since the high technology solution of the vertically integrated chain stores is one of dubious value for the problems that are latent in food marketing, alternative procedures must be sought.

The purposes of this study were to analyze the effects of physical characteristics on development of physical fitness and to extract the factor structure of physical fitness. The subjects selected for this study were 360 elementary school boys, aged 9 to 11 years old. The findings of this study were as follows; 1.Development of physical fitness In elementary school boys, physical fitness, strength, power, muscular endurance, flexibility and speed showed a tendency to increase continuously with age. 2.The factor structures of physical fitness The factor structures of physical fitness in elementary school boys were composed of strength, body coordination, agility, balance and speed. 3.The effect of physical characteristics on the factors of physical fitness Physique of elementary school boys was effected on the factor of strength and speed, and skinfold thickness was effected on body coordination and agility.

This study was conducted to investigate immunofunctional activity of the polyphenol fractions isolated from Korean pear. In the experimental of Rosette forming cell, the results showed that all the polyphenol fractions enhance the cell count compared with the control group. Especially polyphenol fraction II and III showed highly significant effect on Rosette forming cell, and allergy inhibition. After antigen challenge, histamine content of blood of the polyphenol groups was lowered to near the normal group.
