        Fast transient response based on digital single‑cycle charge regulation (SCCR) control

        The Buck converter is a commonly used voltage regulator (VR) structure that supplies power to the load devices and responds to load transients. In most of the applications, the VR is controlled by voltage or current mode control, and some nonlinear approaches are used to improve the transient response which brings more complexities to the closed loop design. To achieve a fast transient response without over-regulation under a load step transient, this paper proposes a digital single-cycle regulation (SCCR) controller, which comprised a fast path, a slow path, and a neutralization path. Unlike the conventional PID control, the neutralization path of the SCCR controller is used to offset the excessive energy change in the first cycle after a load step occurs, which makes the inductor current reach its new static condition in a shorter period of time. The mathematical model of the SCCR control is established in this paper and a scanning algorithm is proposed for the design of the compensator parameters. Experimental results are presented to verify the improvement of the transient response when compared to the conventional and nonlinear PID control, the recovery time is decreased by 64.3% and 43% for load step-up and step-down when compared with nonlinear PID control.

        Declined Preoperative Aspartate Aminotransferase to Neutrophil Ratio Index Predicts Poor Prognosis in Patients with Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma after Hepatectomy

        Purpose Various inflammation-based prognostic biomarkers such as the platelet to lymphocyte ratio and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio, are related to poor survival in patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC). This study aims to investigate the prognostic value of the aspartate aminotransferase to neutrophil ratio index (ANRI) in ICC after hepatic resection. Materials and Methods Data of 184 patients with ICC after hepatectomy were retrospectively reviewed. The cut-off value of ANRI was determined by a receiver operating characteristic curve. Preoperative ANRI and clinicopathological variables were analyzed. The predictive value of preoperative ANRI for prognosis of ICC was identified by univariate and multivariate analyses. Results The optimal cut-off value of ANRI was 6.7. ANRI was associated with tumor size, tumor recurrence, white blood cell, neutrophil count, aspartate aminotransferase, and alanine transaminase. Univariate analysis showed that ANRI, sex, tumor number, tumor size, tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, resection margin, clinical TNM stage, neutrophil count, and carcinoembryonic antigen were markedly correlated with overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS) in patients with ICC. Multivariable analyses revealed that ANRI, a tumor size > 6 cm, poor tumor differentiation, and an R1 resection margin were independent prognostic factors for both OS and DFS. Additionally, preoperative ANRI also had a significant value to predict prognosis in various subgroups of ICC, including serum hepatitis B surface antigennegative and preoperative elevated carbohydrate antigen 19-9 patients. Conclusion Preoperative declined ANRI is a noninvasive, simple, and effective predictor of poor prognosis in patients with ICC after hepatectomy.

      • 基于情感教育的高校思政课程实践研究

        本文以基于情感教育的高校思政课程教学实践策略为研究目标,采用经验总结法与探索性研究法展开深入分析。首先总结了情感教育在高校思政课程中的应用价值,主要包括强化学生学习动机、提升学生理解能力、促进学生道德素养、辅助思政教学改革等。其次具体分析高校思政课程中情感教育的现状、问题及成因,主要问题包括思政教育流于形式化、学生缺乏情感教育认知、教师缺乏情感教育意识,原因则主要从教师能力、社会环境与教学形式层面展开分析。最后提出了提高教师情感素养、激发学生责任意识、营造良好师生关系、创建真挚情感氛围等教学改革策略。 This paper takes the teaching practice strategy of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities based on emotional education as the research goal, and uses the method of experience summary and exploratory research to carry out in-depth analysis. Firstly, it summarizes the application value of emotional education in ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, including strengthening students' learning motivation, improving students’ understanding ability, promoting students' moral quality, and assisting ideological and political teaching reform. Secondly, it specifically analyzes the status quo, problems and causes of emotional education in ideological and political courses in colleges and universities. The main problems include the formalization of ideological and political education, the lack of emotional education cognition of students and the lack of emotional education awareness of teachers. The reasons are mainly analyzed from the aspects of teachers' ability, social environment and teaching forms. Finally, it puts forward some teaching reform strategies, such as improving teachers’ emotional accomplishment, stimulating students’ sense of responsibility, building good teacher-student relationship and creating sincere emotional atmosphere.

      • An Algorithm of De-noising of Millimeter Wave Radar Signal based on Stochastic Resonance

        Millimeter wave radar echo signals often contain noise and clutter because of rain and fog’s influence on the performance of which, and its performance drop greatly. In recent years, bi-stable stochastic resonance and multi-scale wavelet decomposition theory received great attentions in the field of signal de-noising. This paper proposed a novel mechanism of stochastic resonance which is induced by multi-scale noise for weak signal detection in millimeter wave radar signal. Firstly by multi-scale wavelet decomposition, input signal which is in heavy background noise was decomposed to several signals with different frequencies. After that they were induced by contraction factors of each noise scale, and then were as the input signal of bi-stable system. Simulations of different parameters show that under suitable contraction factors, SNR of output signal can be improved greatly.

      • 2C-CTP : A Centralized Clustering Data Collection Protocol based on CTP

        WSN (wireless sensor network) is widely applied in environmental monitoring, assets tracking, battlefield monitoring and smart building. Since nodes in WSN are constrained by finite battery power and operational capability, it will have the direct effects on the lifetime of whole network. Well-designed routing protocols could make network succinct and efficient. In order to prolong the overall lifetime of WSN, lots of clustering algorithms have been proposed. Most of them are based on LEACH and proved energy-efficient, but few are implemented in real systems. CTP (collection tree protocol) has been extensively used in many systems and provides a reliable protocol for data collection. However, it neither considers energetic balance nor follows clustering feature. In this paper, we propose an efficient routing protocol by improving the CTP, adding clustering and centrally controlled features. Furthermore, we introduce a lightweight method of command distribution and some implementation technologies of clustering based on CTP. The related experiments that carried on TelosB demonstrate that our scheme is outstanding in lifetime and efficiency.

        Crashworthiness design of bionic-shell thin-walled tube under axial impact

        Bionic structures have been widely utilized in the crashworthiness design of thin-walled structures due to their superior energy absorption capabilities. This study constructed a bionic-shell thin-walled tube (BST) with excellent crashworthiness based on the structural bionic principle using the shell shape cross-section as the prototype. First, the theoretical model of the mean crushing force (MCF) for BST under axial compression was developed. An experiment was conducted and the reliability of the finite element model was verified. Then, the effects of structural parameters, such as the number of ribs, wall thickness, and inner tube diameter on the crashworthiness of the BST were investigated using the finite element method. Finally, to obtain the ideal configuration of structural parameters, the BST was optimized using the response surface method (RSM) with specific energy absorption (SEA) and crushing force efficiency (CFE) as the optimization objectives and peak crushing force (PCF) as the constraint condition. The results showed that the BST with six ribs exhibited the best crashworthiness under the same mass. The optimized BST-6 was found to have better energy absorption performance than the double circular tube (DCT) and the bionic-horsetail thin-walled tube (BHT). Compared with the DCT, the SEA and CFE increased by 35.15 % and 32.23 %, respectively.

        Mass Spectrometry in the Determination of Glycosylation Site and N-Glycan Structures of Human Placental Alkaline Phosphatase

        Alkaline phosphatase (AP) is a membrane-bound glycoprotein that is widely distributed in the plasma membrane of cells of various organs and also found in many organisms from bacteria to humans. The complete amino acid sequence and three-dimensional structure of human placental alkaline phosphatase have been reported. Based on the literature data, AP consists of two presumptive glycosylation sites, at Asn-144 and Asn-271. However, it only contains a single occupied N-linked glycosylation site and no occupied O-linked glycosylation sites. Hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) has been primarily employed for the characterization of the glycan structures derived from glycoproteins. N-glycan structures from human placental alkaline phosphatase (PLAP) were investigated using HILIC-Orbitrap MS, and subsequent data processing and glycan assignment software. 16 structures including 10 sialylated N-glycans were identified from PLAP.

        Design of Projection Optical System for Target Imaging Simulator with Long Exit Pupil Distance

        In order to test the recognition ability and accuracy of a target imaging simulator under the irradiation of solar stray light in a laboratory environment, it needs to be fixed on a five-axis turntable during a hardware-in-the-loop simulation test, so the optical system of the simulator should have a long exit pupil distance. This article adopts a secondary imaging method to design a projection optical system suitable for thin-film-transistor liquid crystal displays. The exit pupil distance of the entire optical system is 1,000 mm, and the final optimization results in the 400 nm–850 nm band show that the modulation transfer function (MTF) of the optical system is greater than 0.8 at the cutoff frequency of 72 lp/mm, and the distortion of each field of view of the system is less than 0.04%. Combined with the design results of the optical system, TracePro software was used to model the optical system, and the simulation of the target imaging simulator at the magnitude of −1 to +6 Mv was analyzed and verified. The magnitude er-ror is less than 0.2 Mv, and the irradiance uniformity of the exit pupil surface is greater than 90%, which meets the requirements of the target imaging simulator.

        Sorption enhancement of TBBPA from water by fly ash-supported nanostructured g-MnO2

        Tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA), an emerging contaminant, has been detected frequently in theenvironmental media. This study reports the adsorption kinetics, equilibrium and thermodynamics ofTBBPA on fly ash modified by nanostructured MnO2 (FA@nM). The resulting nano-adsorbent wascharacterized by means of the Fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR), XRD and scanning electronmicroscope (SEM). The adsorption results showed that the equilibrium adsorption capacity has beensignificantly improved by increasing the initial TBBPA concentration and contact time. While a largereduction of TBBPA uptake was observed in alkaline conditions and at high temperatures and ionicstrength. The equilibrium between TBBPA and FA@nM was achieved in approximately 40 min withremoval of 98% of the TBBPA. The sorption kinetics were well described by a pseudo-first-order ratemodel, while both Langmuir and Freundlich models described the sorption isotherms well at 298 K. Thermodynamic parameters suggested that the adsorption of TBBPA is exothermic and spontaneous atthe temperatures studied. As fly ash is a low-cost material that is often available on-site, it offers aninteresting alternative to high-cost advanced wastewater treatment systems for removing such organicpollutants.
