The development of educational cause for foreign students has already become a common developmental strategy; every developed country is actively intensifying propaganda, recruiting foreign students, and occupying the educational markets for foreign students, which has made the educational market for foreign students become more and more competitive. According to experts’ argumentation, Korean college students will gradually shrink from 2010 and serious surplus of education resources will happen in all the colleges and universities, because of Korean population birth rate declining and other reasons. On the other hand, senior officials of China's Ministry of Education said that gross enrollment rate of China's high school graduates will increase from the current 23% to 40% by 2020. This will undoubtedly provide new opportunities and challenges for Korean higher education. How to exert Korean advantage and open the market of Chinese students abroad already becomes a subject what many Korean higher education institutions and educators are thinking about.

The Researches of Mental Health Education on the College Students in China

The college students are at the youth period of their life, and their physical growth is almost complete. However, their mental development has not hit the mature state yet. A series of problems is destined to emerge in the college students' mental health field due to the conflicts arising from the unbalanced mental development and physical growth. The college student's mental health's education was paid attention to over a long period of time by scholars. Since 80's in 20 centuries, the researches on college student's mental health education had already got into a booming development period. In recent ten years, there were some results of college students' mental health standard, mental health status, method and mode of mental health education. However, there were also some problems in research on Chinese college students' mental health education. Theoretical level was too low to instruct practice; the difference of district was distinctly and the whole level was on the low side; the professional level was relative low and operation was short of criterion; the passive trend was distinctly and the research couldn't develop roundly. From now on, the researches on college student's mental health education will carry out more widely, completely and will set up perfect theories systems to guide empirical exploration. The researches will carry out more deeply to push forward the researches on college student's mental health education roundly and the scholars will summarize results of the researches on college students' mental health to carry on the pointed education. The researchers will adopt multi ways and continue exploring the developmental education mode; establishing education system and innovate Long Acting mechanism of college student's mental health's education.

Analysis on the performance of automobile manufacturers in China in 2013-2015

The business performances of 21 public automobile manufacturers were analyzed with the original data released by China Securities Regulatory Commission from 2013 to 2015. Four common factors, including profitability indicators, liquidity indicators, capacity development indicators and aggregate performance indicator, were identified to commonly impact the aggregate performance of the automobile manufacturers. The results show that joint venture brand generally performs better than Chinese local brand, while bus manufacturers perform better than private car manufactures. In the meanwhile, different automobile manufacturers perform quite different on the common factors. Due to the economic growth slowdown in China and tightening of bank loans, some companies increased liquidity reservation. However, pursuit of high liquidity results in excessive idle fund which influences the investment and profitability, undermines business growth, and affects the aggregate business performance of the company. Therefore, distributing and utilizing of funds reasonably, increasing development capacity and reinforcing the management of inventory turnover should be the focus of the operating strategy

Enrollment Elevation to the Chinese International Students in Local Universities in Korea

세계경제 단일화의 가속화에 따라, 고등교육의 국제화는 점차 세계적인 추세로 자리 잡게 되었으며, 서방 선진국들은 세계 각국 유학생들의 유학 선호 국가가 되어버렸다. 그러나 한국에서는 교육자원, 환경, 정책등 여러 문제로 각 지방 대학이 유학생 유치에 불리한 위치에 처한 것이 사실이다. 최근에는 중국과 한국 양국의 문화 교류 증대와 양국 간의 지리적 접근성에 힘입어 많은 한국 학생의 중국 유학과 동시에, 중국 유학생 또한 한국 각 지방대학의 주요 입학자원이 되었다, 최근 몇 년 동안, 한국의 중국 유학생 수는 신속히 증가하고 있고, 이에 따라 한국의 유학생 교육제도 또한 끊임없이 개선되고 있지만, 유럽, 미국 등 선진 국가나 한국 수도권 대학의 교육 환경적 우세 조건에 비하면 한국 지방대학의 중국 유학생 유치는 여전히 많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 본 논문의 연구 결과를 제시해 본다면, 우선 한국 지방 대학의 중국 유학생 유치는 유리한 점이 있는 반면 또 시급히 해결되어야 할 문제점이 있다는 점이다. 따라서 어떻게 중국 유학생이 선호하는 특색 있는 교육 환경을 만들고, 중국 유학생의 학습과 발전에 적합한 “One-Stop (신속, 빠른, 편리한) 교육서비스” 체계를 구축하는가, 또 어떻게 유학생 교육의 관리 체계와 모델을 완성하여 중국 유학생과 지방대학이 다함께 Win-Win할 수 있는가? 이런 점들이야 말로 한국의 각 지방대학 중국 유학생 관리자들이 끊임없이 연구해야 할 과제라 할 수 있겠다. Since South Korea has problems existing in the respects of educational resources, environment, policies, etc., local universities of South Korea have been in an inferior position in the competition of overseas student enrollment. With increasingly deepening of cultural exchange between China and South Korea, due to geographic close relationship between the two countries, a great number of South Korean students go to China for study; also, Chinese students have increasingly become the important target of recruitment by all local universities in South Korea. In recent years, with rapid increase in the number of Chinese students in South Korea, the overseas student education system of South Korea has been progressed continuously. Compared with educational advantages of universities in European, American developed countries, and the capital region of South Korea, however there still exists a lot of problems in Chinese student recruitment by local universities. The major findings of the study can be summarized as follows. There exist not only some advantages but also some problems to be addressed urgently in Chinese student enrollment by South Korean local universities. How to build a distinctive recruitment environment suitable for Chinese students; and, how to develop a complete “one-stop” educational system suitable for study; and, how to make a strategy of development for Chinese students; and, how to perfect set up the overseas students' education management system; which are the remaining tasks to be solved for. To achieve a win-win for both overseas students and South Korean local universities, it is very important and urgent works to do for administrators of Chinese students in all local universities of South Korea.
