      • Effects of Stressed and Unstressed Reinforcements on Prestressed Concrete Members with Unbonded Tendons

        The research purpose of this paper is to investigate the influential Parameters on the unbonded tendon stress. The parameters were the reinforcing ratio, the prestressing ratio, and the loading type. To this end. first, the influence of parameters were examined with twenty eight test results obtained from references. Then, an experimental study was carried out with nine specimens. Test variables were the reinforcing ratio and the prestressing ratio. Specimens were divided equally into three groups and each group had a different level of the reinforcing ratio. Each specimen within a group has a different level of the prestressing ratio. The investigation with previous and current tests revealed the followings; (1) the length of crack distribution zone does not have a close relation with the length of plastic hinge. (2) the prestressing ratio does not affect both the length of crack distribution and the length of plastic hinge, (3) the tendon stress variation is in reverse relation with the ratios of mild steels and tendons, (4) the loading type nay not affect significantly the length of crack distribution zone, (5) AASHTO LRFD Code equation and Moon/Lim's design equation predicted the test results well with some safety margins.

        고교학점제 도입과 2022 교육과정 개정에 따른 도덕과의 변화와 과제

        이 글에서는 고교학점제 도입과 2022 교육과정 개정에 따른 도덕과의 변화와 과제에 대해 살펴보았다. 먼저, 교육체제의 개편으로 도덕과 선택과목 체제 개편 및 선택과목 개설 확대가 예상된다. 그리고 국가 수준 교육과정과 별개로 지역 수준 교육과정 활성화가 예상된다. 또한 온라인 도덕 수업의 확대가 예상된다. 이러한 변화에 따라 도덕과 공동체에서는 융합선택 과목 개발, 지역 특화 도덕과 교육과정 및 교재 개발, 활동 중심 온라인 수업모형 및 디지털 교재 개발에 나설 필요가 있다. 그리고 교사와 예비교사의 교육과정 개발·재구성·운영 역량을 강화하고, 학교 현장에서 교과 융합 수업을 확대할 필요성이 있음을 강조하였다. In this article, we looked at the changes and tasks of the moral department following the introduction of the high school credit system and the 2022 curriculum revision. First, the reform of the education system is expected to reorganize the moral and elective subject system and expand the opening of elective subjects. In addition, it is expected that the regional level curriculum will be activated separately from the national level curriculum. Also, online moral classes are expected to expand. Therefore, the moral subject community develops convergence elective subjects, develops regionally specialized moral education curriculum and textbooks, develops activity-oriented online class models and digital textbooks, Emphasis was placed on strengthening teachers" competency in curriculum development and operation, and expanding convergence classes between different subjects.

      • 실리카흄을 흔입한 고강도 콘크리트 개발

        콘크리트 구조물이 대형화됨에 따라 설계단면이 증대되어 상대적으로 많은 경제적 손실을 부담하게 된다. 따라서 단면을 감소시키면서도 소요의 하중에 안전한 구조물을 건설하기 위해서는 우선적으로 구조물 건설에 기초가 되는 고품질, 고내구성의 고강도 콘크리트 개발이 절실히 요구된다 본 연구에서는 일정 시멘트비 및 혼화재 비율하에서 소요의 워커빌리티가 확보되는 고강도 콘크리트를 시간과 온도의 변화에 따라 증기 양생하여, 압축, 인장, 휨강도 뿐만 아니라 파괴특성을 실험적으로 연구하였다. 시료 제작시 시멘트 입자 사이의 공극 및 불연속 영역을 충전하여 고밀도화하기 위한 콘크리트용 혼화재로 시멘트 비표면적이 상당히 작은 초미립 분말인 실리카흄을 이용하였다. 또한 AE감수제 및 고성능 유동화제를 사용하여 혼화재의 첨가에 의하여 발생될 수 있는 워커빌리티의 감소를 방지하였다. 실험결과에 의하면 일정 양생 지속 시간하에서 온도의 증가에 따라 콘크리트의 압축, 인장 및 휨강도가 전반적으로 증가하였다. 동일하게 일정 온도하에서 양생 지속시간이 커짐에 따라 강도들이 증가됨을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 상대적으로 높은 온도와 긴 지속 양생 조건하에서 파괴에 대한 저항력이 크게 나타났다. The compressible, tensible, and flexibleresistance of the high strength concrete is analyzed by the experimentation in the present study. For the test, we cure several samples with the silica fume as a mixture being become dense the spaces between the particle of cement under the variation of both the temperature and the curing-interval. Then, the superplasticizer and the ezcon are also used to satisfy the required workability for construction. The compressible, tensible, and flexible resistances to a stress are increased as increasing the temperature and the time interval for the curing. Therefore it is concluded that the overal fractural and mechanical properties is improved by mixing the silica fume into the cement.

        신규 방사성 항암제 DW-166HC 의 소핵시험

        DW-166HC (^(166)Holmium (^(166)Ho)-Chitosan complex) is a new radiopharmaceutic anticancer agent with a broad anti-tumorigenic spectrum, especially against human hepatic cancer. DW-166HC was evaluated for the appearance of micronucleus in polychromatic erythrocytes (PCEs) of mouse bone marrow cells after subcutaneous arid intravenous single administration. Bone marrow cells were prepared at 24 hr and 48 hr after DW-166HC-I (^(165)Ho-Chitosan complex : cold compound) administration and at 24 hr, 72 hr and 2 weeks after DW-166HC (^(166)Ho-Chitosan complex : hot compound) administration. The results showed there was no statistically significant increase of the numbers of PCEs with micronucleus in all DW-166HC-I administered groups compared with a negative control group but there was statistically significant increase of the numbers of PCEs with micronucleus at 24 hr arid 72 hr in all DW-166HC administered groups, which was recovered after 2 weeks from the drug administration. The results also showed the ratio of normochromatic erythrocytes (NCEs) to PCEs of all DW-166HC-I administered groups was not significantly different from that of a negative controi group but there was significant difference of this ratio at 24hr and 72 hr in all DW-166HC administered groups compared with that of negative group, which was also recovered after two weeks from the drug administration. These results suggested that DW-166HC-I may not cause any chromosomal damage but DW-166HC has in vivo mutagenic potential because of its radioactivity.

        급성기(急性期) 중풍환자(中風患者)에 있어서 양도락(良道絡)과 변증모형(辨證模型)의 상관관계(相關關係)에 대한 연구(硏究)

        Background : Yang-do-rack is frequently used in diagnosing syndromes in oriental medical hospital, but there has been few clinical report on Yang-do-rack. So we intended to find out the relationship among Yang-do-rack, general characteristics and the differentiaion of syndromes in acute stroke patients. Materials and Methods : In this study we selected the subjects who were hospitalized from March 1, 1998 to July 31. 1998 at the department of circulatory internal medicine at college of oriental medicine, in Kyung-Hee University, diagnosed acute cerebral infarction or hemorrhage within 7 days after onset time. We checked Yang-do-rack scores with Autonomic Nervous System YORAK (Sord Medicom co. Ltd, Korea) and calculated the scores of each diffentiation of syndroms. Resuts : 1. In left leg meridian, there was more numerical value male than female on LF1, LF2, LF4, LF6. The value of LF1, LF3, LF4, LF5 was getting lower as the score of heat-transformation syndrom(火熱證) increased. 2. In left arm meridian, there was more numerical value male than female on LH2, LH5. The value of LH1, LH3, LH5 was getting lower as the score of exuberance of Yang due to deficiency of Yin syndrom(陰虛陽亢證) increased. 3. In right leg meridian, there was more numerical value male than female on RF1, RF2, RF4, RF6. The value of RF3, RF5 was getting lower as the score of heat-transformation syndrom(火熱證) increased and RF4 as the score of exuberance of Yang due to deficiency of Yin syndrom(陰虛陽亢證) increased. 4. In right arm meridian, the value of RH1 was getting lower as the score of exuberance of Yang due to deficiency of Yin syndrom(陰虛陽亢證) increased. These results show that the Yang-do-rack diagnosis could offer supplemental help for diffrentiation of syndroms in acute stroke patient.

        응급실에 내원한 환자에서 어지럼증의 원인과 임상양상의 분석

        Background: Recently, The number of patients who have been complaining of the vertigo or dizziness has been increasing due to rapid growth of elderly population and senile disease. The differentiation of dizzy patients is not familiar to most emergency physicians. This study was designed to differentiate true vertigo and to investigate the clinical difference among central vertigo, peripheral vertigo, and other causes of dizziness. Methods: The authors analyzed the cases of 237 dizzy patients who visited the emergency department of Chonnam University Hospital during the recent 2 years. For the base of dizziness, associated past illnesses, severity, nystagmus type, and the causes of central and peripheral vertigo. Results: Female patients were 142(59.9%) and male patients were 95(40.1%). The most common age group was the 6th decade. The origin of dizziness was classified as peripheral cause(25.3%), central cause(32.9%), and others(41.8%). As to nature of the dizziness, the rotatory sense was dominant in peripheral vertigo and the floating sense and blurred vision in central vertigo. Peripheral vertigo was triggered by position change of head and body, and central vertigo by the eye movement. Audiograms I showed that most patients with central vertigo had normal hearing, but 46.7% of thoswith peripheral vertigo had an abnormal hearing disturbance. Nystagmus was more prevalent in peripheral vertigo Conclusion: History taking and physical examination played an important role in the diagnosis of dizzy patients. An important part of the diagnosis of a dizzy patient could be to evaluate the peripheral origin, the central origin and others causes. Because central vertigo may be associated with a significant neurological pathology, spectral radiological studies, including MRI and CT, are mandatory to rule out a devastating brain lesion.

      • Cinnamic aldehyde가 쥐 백혈구 암세포 L1210의 연속배양에 미치는 영향

        Effect of cinnamic aldehyde(CA) on L1210 mouse leukemia cells cultivated in chemostat was tested. The growth limiting concentration of glucose in Fischer's medium was 4 mM/ml. At dilution rates of 0.03 and 0.05 hr?? maximum cell numbers in steady state were 195.8×10?? and 160×10?? cells/ml, respectively. At dilution rate of 0.03 hr?? CA was introduced into chemostat by addition to the inflowing medium to maintain a concentration of 2 ug/ml. The first significant decrease in cell nuber was observed until 3 days after of CA. After that cell number increased and eventually steady state was established. At dilution rate of 0.05 hr?? CA was introduced into concentration of 100 ug/ml. In this case cell number decreased progressively and finally all cells were dead. Inhibition of protein synthesis was stronger than that of DNA synthesis 5 hr after the addition of CA but the order was reversed thereafter.

      • 부산지역 외상성 척수손상환자 발생의 변화추이

        Objective: To identify trends in the epidemiologic and injury data of person with traumatic spinal cord injury (SCI). Method: Review of medical records of 312 patients with traumatic spinal cord injury from 1996 to 2005 at the four university hospitals and one training hospital in Busan was performed. The epidemiologic informations of this study were compared to those of the past study conducted between 1986-1993 and 1996-2005. Results: Average age(42.8) at injury was rised. Male-to-female ratio was 3.5:1, the population of males has decreased significantly in recent years(1996-2005). The leading cause of traumatic SCI was traffic accident. Tetraplegia accounted for 52.2% of all traumatic SCI, 47.8% were paraplegia. Complete injury decreased compared to the past occupying 41% of all the injury while tetraplegia increased. Traumatic spinal cord injury occured most commonly in August, summer, the time of 6 A.M to midday and on Saturday. Conclusion: This study showing the recent characteristics of traumatic SCI in Busan revealed increase in the average age at injury, the rate of females and incomplete injury. The most frequent time of onset was from 6 AM to midday.
