        전래동요놀이가 만 2세 영아의 의사소통 및 사회정서발달과 놀이성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 전래동요놀이가 만 2세 영아의 의사소통 및 사회정서발달과 놀이성에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한 것이다. 연구대상은 전라남도 N시에 소재한 A어린이집과 B어린이집에 재원 중인 만 2세 영아 28명을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 프로그램은 1주에 2회씩, 8주간 전래동요놀이 활동을 실시한 실험집단과 표준보육과정에 기초한 음률신체활동을 실시한 비교집단으로 나누어 실시하였다. 연구도구는 영아의 의사소통능력 및 사회정서발달과 놀이성을 측정하기 위해 이영자, 이종수, 신은수, 곽향림, 이정욱(2002)의 ‘1, 2세 영아발달 평가도구’ 중에서 의사소통에 해당하는 부분을 발췌하여 사용하였고, 김호인(2010)의 사회정서발달 척도와, 이화용(2012)의 놀이성 척도를 사용하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS 23.0 Windows program을 통해 독립표본 t-검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 전래동요놀이는 만 2세 영아의 의사소통 및 사회정서발달과 놀이성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과는 만 2세 영아의 의사소통, 사회정서발달, 놀이성을 증진시키기 위한 전래동요놀이의 효과를 검증한 연구로서 현장에서 전래동요놀이가 지속적으로 활용되길 기대한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of traditional nursery rhymes on communication, social-emotional development and playfulness of 2-year-old children. The subjects of this study were 28 2-year-old children who were enrolled in daycare center A and day care center B located in N city, Jeollanam-do. The study was conducted by dividing the groups into a comparison group where rhythmic physical activities were completed based on the national childcare curriculum and an experimental group where traditional nursery rhyme play were implemented twice a week for 8 weeks. As for research instruments, the part corresponding to communication among the ‘1st and 2nd-year-old children development evaluation tools’ of Lee Young-ja, Lee Jong-su, Shin Eun-su, Kwak Hyang-rim, and Lee Jeong-wook(2002) was extracted and used as a research tool to measure the communication ability of toddlers, and Kim Ho-in(2010) and the playability scale of Lee Hwa-yong(2012) were used. The collected data was subjected to independent sample t-test through SPSS 23.0 Windows program. As a result of the study, it was found that traditional nursery rhymes have a positive effect on communication, social-emotional development and playability of 2-year-old children. This study verified the effects of traditional nursery rhyme play to enhance communication, social emotional development, and playfulness of 2-year-old children, and it is expected that traditional nursery rhyme play can be used continuously in the day care center.

      • 초등 교사의 수학에 대한 신념과 수학수업의 관계

        The purpose of this study is to investigate what character elementary teacher's beliefs and attitudes about mathematics affect mathematics teaching practices in school. For this goal : (1) Designing questionnaire to measure elementary teacher's beliefs and attitudes about mathematics (2) Inquiring into character of elementary teacher's beliefs and attitudes about mathematics after analyzing questionnaire (3) Analyzing two teachers' mathematics teaching practices to understand how teacher's beliefs and attitudes affect mathematics teaching practices As a result of questionnaire analysis, beliefs about mathematical essence is between 'yes and no' and 'generally yes', beliefs about mathematics learning is near 'generally yes', beliefs about mathematics teaching is between 'yes and no' and 'generally yes', and beliefs about mathematics teaching practices inclines to 'generally yes'. The analysis of mathematics teaching practices shows that teacher's beliefs and attitudes about mathematics influence organizing and developing contents of instruction. Teacher L thinks that the important purpose of teaching mathematics is to develop problem solving skill of students and to help students to think mathematically. Teacher L's beliefs about mathematics teaching shows that L gives student-centered lessons and takes a role as a helper. Teacher K thinks that the teacher has to use more ways to teach one concept and to explain in detail. Teacher K's beliefs and attitudes about mathematics teaching show that K uses pictures, concrete materials or examples to explain in detail.

        Until now we have been concerned about the effectiveness of electronic media carefully. Several questions were raised in this paper; How TV and computer had already been in our lives are treated In early childhood education and how electronic media curriculum can be developed for children? To answer these questions, the children's electronic media environment and the reality, purposes, contents and activities of electronic media were investigated based on researches The electronic media-television, computer- have an important in the children's lives, but they have not been treated systematically and appropriately within a curriculum for children. The purposes of electronic media curriculum-TV literacy and computer literacy program- are to let audiences possess media subjectively, and then to enhance children's competences to read and write media appropriate to age and developmental level. Specifically, the purpose of children's television literacy curriculum is to respond actively to the contents of TV getting ready for the critical attitude toward television. The purpose of children's computer literacy curriculum is to be familiar with the computer and then to have a desired attitude, skills and knowledge on computer. Being founded on these purpose of electronic media education for children, we must develop continually and specifically. To prevent negative influence of electronic media and to use it wisely, we need to develop the curriculum base on ecological sound research and parent's and teacher's training focused on teaching and teaming with the use of TV and computer. The child of today will learn about and team from ubiquitous electronic media, whether teachers use them or not. They can be an essential aspect of a rich educational environment, if and only if a human teacher embraces them into a humanistic vision of early childhood education.

        도시지역 노인의 건강행위 실천 실태

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the health status and health behavior practices of elders living in urban areas. Methods: The participants were selected by convenience sampling and consisted of 137 elders 65 or over living in a city in Kyunggi Province. Data collection was done through interviews using a structured questionnaire. Results: Of the participants. 66.4% perceived their health status as 'not healthy'. The average number of present illnesses reported by the elders was 1.7. The average scores for health behavior practices were low (smoking cessation: 1.64, drinking abstinence: 1.79, exercise: 0.40, regular diet: 1.54, weight control: 1.67, regular physical check-up: 0.77). The scores for health behaviors practices showed significant differences according to general characters and health status. Conclusion: Health promotion programs for elders should be designed to enhance health behaviors practices.

      • 제주도 전통놀이의 문화적 이해

        본 연구는 제주도에서 출생하고 거주해온 60세 이상 노인 129명의 면접과 문헌을 통해 전통놀이를 수집하고, 문화라는 맥락에서 전통놀이가 갖는 의미를 해석하는데 목적을 두었다. 제주 전통사회라는 시간과 공간적 차원에 대한 주체의 대응양식이라는 측면에서 고찰한 결과, 제주의 전통놀이는 개인적 극기와 공동체적 협력을 통한 환경에의 도전적 기제이자, 현실에의 적응을 위한 노동과 놀이의 동일시의 기제, 그리고 무속적 신앙놀이를 통한 현실에의 초월지향적 기제로서 그 문화적 의미를 지니고 있음을 알 수 있었다. The purpose of the study is to interpret the cultural meaning of traditional plays in Jeju. The methods include interviews with 129 old women over 60 and literature review. 81 traditional plays of children were collected. The study analyzes these plays into three kinds of human responses to his/her environments challenge, adaptation, and transcendence. The results indicate that the traditional plays of children in Jeju represent three categories: resistance to the environment through individual fortitude and communal collaborative plays: identification of labor with plays for adaptation to sterile natural environment of Jeju: sharing transcendental ideas through shamanistic plays. The study suggests further comparison of Jeju, the rest of Korea, and similar cultural backgrounded areas with cultural-anthropological perspective.

        우리나라 산재보험의 정신질환 인정실태

        Objectives : The purpose of this study was to determine characteristics of work-related psychiatric injuries with Korean Workers' compensation data. Methods : We analyzed the distribution of sex, age, types of work-related psychiatric disorders, type of industry and occupation. Using the data of 3175 Korean workers' compensation cases who were compensated for work-related psychiatric injuries from 2001 to 2003. Results : Work-related psychiatric injuries have increased annually. 897 cases, 1099 cases and 1179 cases were compensated during three years (2001-2003). Men accounted for many more cases than women. The most common age group was 41 -49. The majority of work-related psychiatric injuries were 'organic, including symptomatic, mental disorders', 'neurotic, stress-related and somatoform disorders' and 'mood [affective] disorders'. For accidental psychiatric injury cases construction and manufacturing were the most common industries. Manufacturing, business activities, construction and transport were common in regard to work-related psychiatric disorders. In this study there was a high frequency of craft and related trades workers, elementary occupations and plant and machine operators and assemblers in accidental psychiatric injury cases. Work-related psychiatric disorders were frequent for elementary occupations, plant and machine operators and assemblers, craft and related trades workers, service workers, legislators, senior officials and managers. Conclusion : This investigation provided more information about the psychiatric injuries of Korean workers. These findings should help formulate intervention and prevention strategies of work-related psychiatric disorders.

      • 중·고등학교 학생들의 인터넷을 이용한 보건교육 요구도

        인터넷을 이용한 중·고등학교 학생의 보건교육 요구도를 파악하기 위하여 경상북도 경주시와 성주군에 거주하는 남녀 중·고등학생 624명을 대상으로 2003년 3월 5일부터 3월 28일까지 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 조사를 시행하였다. 조사 대상학생들의 90% 이상이 컴퓨터를 보유하고 있었으며, 지역별로는 경주시 지역 대상 학생들이 성주군 지역 학생들보다 컴퓨터 보유율이 다소 높았다. 컴퓨터를 보유한 학생들의 약 38%가 건강·의료 관련 인터넷 사이트의 접속경험이 있었다. 이메일을 이용한 보건교육자료에 대하여 중학생과 여학생들이 더 적극적인 의향을 보였다. 인터넷을 이용한 보건교육의 내용에 대해서는 남자 중학생이 건강습관, 성장발달, 질병예방 순으로 요구도 점수가 높았으며, 여자 중학생은 건강습관, 질병예방, 성장발달 순으로 요구도 점수가 높았다. 고등학생은 남녀 학생 모두에서 건강습관, 질병예방, 성장발달의 순으로 요구도 점수가 높았다. 건강습관과 관련된 내용 중에서는 남자 중학생은 '규칙적인 운동'을 여자 중학생은 '치아관리'에 대한 교육을 원하였고, 고등학생은 남녀 모두 '수면과 휴식'에 대한 요구도 점수가 높았다. 성장발달 및 영양교육에 대한 내용 중에서는 중·고등학생 모두 남학생은 '체력의 변화'에 대해서, 여학생은 '비만'에 대한 요구도 점수가 높았고, 성교육에 대해서는 남자 중·고등학생은 '연령에 맞는 성역할'에 대한 요구도 점수가 높았으며, 여자 중학생은 '피임과 가족계획'에, 여자고등학생은 '임신과 출산', '피임과 가족계획'에 대한 요구도 점수가 높았다. 질병예방 교육에 대해서는 남녀 중학생과 남자고등학생은 '암 예방과 관리'에 대해서, 여자고등학생은 '질병예방과 관리'에 대한 요구도 점수가 높았다. 안전교육에 대해서는 중·고등학생 모두가 '적절한 응급처치'의 요구도 점수가 가장 높았다. 습관성 약물에 관련 교육 내용 중에는 남자 중학생은 '흡연이 건강에 미치는 영향'에 대해서, 남자 고등학생은 '술이 건강에 미치는 영향'에 대해서, 여자 중·고등학생은 '청소년의 정서 불안'에 대한 요구도 점수가 높았다. 소비자 보건 관련 교육에 대해서는 남자 중·고등학생은 '보건 의료기관의 이용방법'에 대한 요구도 점수가 가장 높았고, 여자중학생은 '보건의료기관 이용방법'과 '의료보험에 대한 이해'에 대한 요구도 점수가 높았고, 남자 고등학생은 '의료보험에 대한 이해'에 대한 요구도 점수가 높았다. 정신보건 교육에 대해서는 중·고등학생 모두 '스트레스 관리'에 대한 요구도 점수가 높았다. 환경보건 관련 교육에 대해서는 중·고등학생 모두 '환경과 건강'에 대한 요구도 점수가 가장 높았다. 인터넷 보건교육의 교육자료 제공 주기에 대하여 남학생의 50.0%, 여학생의 60.4%가 주1회를 요구하였으며, 교육 자료의 분량은 남학생의 40.0%, 여학생의 53.2%가 1쪽 분량을 원하였다. 이상의 결과, 연구 대상 학생들의 90% 이상이 컴퓨터를 보유하고 있었으며, 컴퓨터를 보유한 학생들의 약 38%가 건강·의료 관련 인터넷 사이트의 접속경험이 있었다. 인터넷 보건교육을 받을 의향은 남학생들이 여학생들보다 높았으며, 기존에 학교보건교육에서 시행하고 있는 교육의 내용 이외에도 수면과 건강, 피임과 가족계획, 안전교육, 암 예방, 스트레스관리, 대인관계 등의 내용에 대해서 요구도가 높아 이에 대한 보건교육자료의 개발과 보급이 필요하며, 인터넷을 이용한 보건교육을 위한 기초조사와 더불어 교육방법, 자료의 개발 등과 이메일을 이용할 경우 본인 동의의 절차와 관리 등에 대한 추가적인 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. Background: It is important to provide health education to students to ensure a healthy life. Using the internet for health education may be a way to overcome the practical barriers to health education such as time and content. This study was conducted to investigate the demands for health education using the internet. Subjects and methods: Six hundreds and twenty-four and male female students in middle and high schools, who lived on Gyeongju-si and Seongju-gun in Gyeongsangbuk-do province, were interviewed by means of structured questionnaires, from March 5 to March 28, 2003. Results: More than 90% of the subjects had their own computers, and nearly 38% of those possessing their own computers had accessed internet sites related to health and medicine. Middle school students and in particular, female students were more desirous for health education through e-mail. Regarding content, the three major topics which the respondents wanted to learn about were healthy lifestyles, growth and development, and disease prevention. In terms of the interval for providing educational materials, over half of the students wanted information once a week. Most of the students wanted to have the quantity of the material be one page. In addition, there were numerous additional topics requested by the students such as sleep and health, contraception and family planning, safety education, cancer prevention, emotional instability of juveniles, the utilization of medical care facilities, stress management, etc. Conclusion: The students had a desire for health education through the use of e-mail, and methods and materials should be developed for appropriate health education using the internet.

      • 여호와의 증인 환자에서 산과적 출혈 후 무수혈 치료 2예

        Jehovah's Witness comprise a unique obstetric population. Their refusal of blood stems from an interpretation of a literal translation of the Bible, and it is this belief that puts them at an increased risk of morbidity and mortality if hemorrhage occurs. We report two cases of a Jehovah's Witness who bled massively due to obstetric hemorrhage, refused blood transfusion and had profound anemia. The patients were treated with recombinant human erythropoietin, parenteral iron and oxygen. And they were treated on an intensive care unit with intermittent positive pressure ventilation. We reviewed with literature considering the therapy for acutely anemic patients who refuse transfusion to decrease the duration of the most severe anemia.

      • 【영아보육프로그램】자료 개발 연구

        This study aimed to develop Materials for (The Infant Educare Program) (Dept. of Health & Welfare, 1996). Infant educare Materials were developed through following procedures: 1) analysis of reference and other educare materials 2) content analysis of (The Infant Educare Program) 3) developing materials and 4)testing and revising materials by professionals. Infant educare Materials that developed in this study were constituted of 12 kinds in 5 areas - Materials for management of daycare center, the nursery stories for infants, musical materials for infants, play things for infants, and educational materials for parents. First, materials for management of daycare center were considered various conditions whithin daycare centers and were compased of 2 kinds - diary for educare plan and diskettes for documents. Second, the nursery stories for infants were compased of materials for 3 stages-the weaning stage, the toddling stage, and the independent stage. Similarly, musical materials for infants were composed of 3 stages. And play things for infants were composed of 2 kinds - play things to be easily founded and easily making play things. Finally, educational materials for parents were composed of 2 kinds - guide book for parents education and diskettes for communication with parents. It is needed that persistent attention from professionals in developing and testing materials for infant educare. Also, further educational implications were discussed
